Today, I had a ride to princep ghat but due to the persisting net problm there, the driver could not close the ride. But I had paid the fare. Then, while returning from princep ghat I had again booked uber cab. When I reached my destination, it showed that my previous fare was due so I had to pay the current fare plus the previous fare again as the driver said he can't help any way for this and I have to pay the total amount. Therefore, I had to pay double fare. I want a refund of my amount (Rs. 166).

Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I left my Lenovo vibe k5 note phone in the cab by mistake, while charging it in the cab.
Got OFF WITH THE PHONE STILL ATTACHED TO THE CHARGER IN CAB :(
Despite repeated requests to the driver on phone later on, and a dozen complaints to uber on app, no response, no phone return.
Am very saddened & disappointed.
I need my phone back, it has 900 pics of our trip abroad :(
