Dear Sir/madam,

I have attached two uber receipts for ur reference. I have gone trip from My home Ayappa Nagar to Egmore station on 30.3.2017 ( Thursday) @8.46pm i have paid amount : 129.20 from my hand as cash. issue is driver Mr.Mukilan uber account shows Amount : 00.00 due to some network problem or internet issue. But my uber account amount : 129.20 shown and paid.

Second trip on 1.4.2017( sunday) @ 9.15pm from Ayappa nagar to central station through Uber driver name : SMOD Nair for the trip driver uber account shows the receipt of Rs.288.97 ( including last trip amount : 129.20 +158.77) i have paid the driver full amount of Rs.287/- ( two times i have paid for single trip). Kindly check with both driver and confirm me the refund or else free rides for my next trip to support the customer.

Note : If driver uber account shows Rs.00 means even though we ride trip, we should pay or not. Kindly confirm and solve the issue as we consider you one of the best service for the customer . Two receipts attached for your reference take some necessary action for this mail.'

    I was supposed to catch a train from kalupur railway statition ahemdabad around 8:30 pm and for the same i booked the uber cab around, first the driver's phone was switched off when i tried to contact and later when he came, he refused to carry the luggage which was in a normal amount that was 2 briefcase and a 2 handbags, and he talked rudely and said that he would cancel the ride and he would mention that the customer has heavy luggage to escape from his liablity, which was completely not true, and he cancelled the same, and when we booked another cab was not able to trace the proper gps location which was correctly mentioned, and he shouted on us and said that he won't come to pick us from the location and asked to cancel the ride, and due to which i almost miss my train. Such kind of behaviour is not expected from cab drivers and due to such behavaiour of the cab driver it is we the customer who in have to face lot of problems and and when we cancel the cab in emergency it is only we who have to face the losses and have to pay extra amount on the next ride as we cancelled the cab. I really hope uber take this into consideration. I want that if they can take any action for the same and if they required the information in relation to the cab driver i would provide the same. As the act has charged the inappropriate charge of rs 110 on me, which completely no acceptable.

      On 02.04.2017 at 12.26 pm I had booked an Uber from Anushakti Nagar Central School # 1 . Had received details of the driver Dharmendra. However on locating the driver for around 20 minutes it was observed that he was going away from the pick up point. Also tried to make a call to the driver to guide the correct path but the call was going unanswered. Finally I cancelled the ride at 12.56 pm . Since my payment was linked to PAYTM, as soon as I cancelled, Rs. 60 was deducted from my PAYTM wallet as cancellation charges. Please confirm where is the clause that cancellation charges will be levied is mentioned ? How could the charges just be deducted because the payment was linked to PAYTM. This is sheer loot of the needy passenger. Not acceptable as we waited enough and even tried calling the driver.

      I booked UberGo in PUNE. Estimate was around 150 but it charged me 550. It happend with me twice on 26th March in Pune. After discussing with driver he informed me that I was charged according to Uber hire. But I booked Uber Go. Uber app is malfunctioned. It is charging incorrectly.

        Iam Sankaranand.K, Safety Manager in General Motors, Bangalore.
        Date - 31.March.2017.
        We have been stressing on usage of seat belts by all our employee, whether on / off duty. It is been made to accept it, as a commitment of making it a regular practice. But one of my colleague, made a query to me of how to manage Cabs without seat belt.
        She has booked an Uber Cab on 31.Mar.2017. She sat in the rear seat and then found out that there were no seat belts. Due to urgency, she had traveled in the cab. But she acknowledged her mistake to me on arrival.
        This is to bring to your kind attention, that your support in ensuring seat belts in each of your cab might save lives in future. Think of it.
        Any clarification or further support needed, kindly let me know.

          I had booked uber cab for my mother on 01.04.2017 at 6.30 p.m and got confirmation of booking with driver (Sunil) and cab details (Wagon R). The same time I contacted the driver (Sunil) who in turn answered my phone and told that he is at the destination, I searched for him and directed him to reach the destination. But at the same time I got the message that driver sunil has cancelled your booking and I need to re-book.
          Innocently I again booked the cab at received the details of another driver (Raj) with different cab (Swift Dzire) number. As soon as it started I received message that your driver shall charge Rs. 63.60 as pervious fare. I immediately asked the driver how message of previous fare is reflecting.. but he in turn denied and told that he has just started the trip...
          The driver who was not well conversant with the GPS system took long route to New Delhi Railway Station and dropped at the back gate of Railway Station instead of front gate.. Moreover he did not stopped the trip and immediately asked for the fare amount of Rs. 356. My mother paid him Rs. 400/- he neither returned the change to my mother nor I got the message of total fare amount on my mobile number. Since my mother was in hurry she gave the money and rushed for the train.

          I then called the driver for clarification, he in turn told me that since u cancelled the previous cab, u are charged Rs. 63.60 as cancelled fare. Why the driver did not told me earlier that previous fare is because of cancellation of cab.. Why would I cancel the cab, when within the span of 2-3 minutes I had again booked the cab and that too from the Uber.. I would have booked it from Ola also..
          All in all I was charged total Rs. 70/- as extra fare.. Rs. 63.60 and Rs. 4/- as change.. Due to driver's long route also I was charged more than Rs 250/- which is the normal fare which I generally pay for New Delhi Railway Station.

          I had lodged complaint on the same day to Uber but no revert from their side.
          Uber can from their own records find out who had cancelled the cab... Cab was cancelled by the driver...

          i ramakrishna, on sunday 26th march 2017 i booked uber cab from mehdipatnam bus stop i.e piller number 13 to Q city in nanak ramguda .but after 10 minutes also he was not came to pick up point.uber service is the worst in the world brcause of cab driver i missed govt. job entrance exam

            I had received a message in my mobile about an offer from Uber - "Save Rs 500 on next 10 Uber trips! Click https://m.uber.com/ul/?action=applyPromo&promo=SAVE500 to get 50% off 10 Uber trips.Disc Rs 50/trip till April 7'17". I clicked the link to book a uber on 1st April 2017. However in spite of the offer, only Rs 6 off was given to me. kindly make sure that all offers sent to user's mobiles are valid.

              On 30th March, I had reported an unprofessional behavior of driver and later discussed with UBER on-call support staff. The Uber listened the incident and shown regret and promised that they are going to take action against the driver and will refund the charges as the last Ride was incomplete as driver ends it midway...However, since next day morning I can't access my UBER account...My mobile No ([protected]) as well as registered email address ([protected]@rediffmail.com) is not working for me...Seems UBER has deactivated my accoubt b/o informing me...Completely frustrated and surprised...

              Can you please let me know why my account is disabled since I reported an issues with my last Ride?

              After listening to whole incident and verifying the data from backend, you support service staff (I guess it was Kritesh ) had promised to make the refund of last ride as Ride was imcomplete...He had also promised that he will update me on the actions Uber will be taking against the driver...

              However, surprisingly Uber has disabled the my account so that I can't further chase UBER on this...

                We had booked Uber cab from jaslok hospital till Agar bazar of 01 April 2017 @ 13:05 hrs. As per your route map it was expected to arrive with 11 mins. Afer waiting for more than 20 mins we called on the cell no ([protected]) as he had already passed from the location of pick up ( as per route map). He was unable to locate the destination. We would have to wait for more 20-25 mins, instead we opted to cancel the booking but a pop up came that we will be charged Rs. 60/- extra on our next ride.

                If the fault is of your driver why should we pay the charges and there is no screen provided for the reason for cancellation.

                After half an hour driver called us we had already reached our destination in kaali peeli taxi so he himself cancelled the booking to which if any charges are levied we wont be paying it.
                Kindly look into the matter & take proper action

                  My account has been blocked by Uber. Informed that service was not available to me. And that they could do nothing about it.Reason not specified . This is incorrect. The only activity on the App that I was using the site for was to book a ride for the next day which was not being accepted on the app.Hence many unsuccessful attempts were made. I may not be very proficient in using applications but surely that cannot be a violation of terms and conditions as mentioned by Uber.
                  Denying a service without reason is not just incorrect but disrespectful. I am a retired defence services officer in India and arbitrary discontinution is denyial of my right to use a servuce as well as insulting to my dignity.                     Today I made a payment to the driver for 390 as toll amount was not showing in his device and my uber app was not updated. Now when i checked it is showing as toll is included. Last day when i was travelling that time also u charged m extra 60 n i cldnt asked for that refund as i got busy with my official work. Why is it so that driver device is showing a different and my invoice is showing different amount. Pls check my trip on 27th.03.2017 it is showing as INR 135 but i paid 195. So i paid extra 60. Further, pls check and refund my payment worth INR 60 for 27.03.2017 and for 01.03.2017 INR 150 asap.

                    Further, u can check the attachment as well u can check with the driver and owner of the cab.

                      I had scheduled a ride for 1 April to airport from central park 1, sector
                      42 Gurgaon and payment was Uber wallet . No driver came at 11:30 . At 11:50 there was one driver's contact in my uber app. When I contacted him he was unaware of my Scheduled booking and was unable to come to pick up on time. So I cancelled his trip. Why has payment been taken for cancellation from my Uber wallet for an error o[censored]ber? return the money to my wallet immediately .

                      Besides that an amount of 274.31 has been debited from my Uber wallet for no reason because owe no money to Uber for any rides. The Feb 7 ride mentioned in the receipt has already paid for and I paid 350.00 fo rthat ride to the airport from Sector 42 Gurgaon to the airport.. Therfore kindly refund all my money. I am exceedingly unhappy with Uber for chreating me in this manner.

                        I live in old city and the drivers first accept the ride without knowing the location and then cancel the ride. The exact address of my house is not available on the maps therefore I pin the nearest one. Many drivers have refused to come to the house and cancelled the rides for which a cancellation fee was charged to me. I had to extra 50rs more than twice even though the ride was cancelled by the driver. The drivers have no patience and are rude sometimes.

                            My name is Shridhar I am using Uber from Service from last 2 years. I was quite satisfied with your service. BUT LAST NIGHT IT WAS HELL. I DON'T WHY THE HELL YOUR DRIVERS CANCEL RIDE WITHOUT INFORMING ANYTHING TO US. I WAS WAITING FOR THE CAB IN THE NIGHT MORE THAN 45 MINUTES AT LAST YOUR DRIVER WAS SAYING HE IS NOT ABLE TO COME AND CANCEL IT, FROM 10:30 PM TO 11:15 I WAS WAITING FOR THE CAB. CAB NO IS KA 28 C6864 And LATER WHEN I CANCELLED AND BOOKED ANOTHER CAB THE SECOND CAB NUMBER IS NOT REACHABLE. IN THE MIDNIGHT I WAS WAITING FOR THE CAB.

                              We have booked Uber from Shah-e-alam Roza to Juhapura, Ahmedabad at 3.14 on 31.3.2017. Taxi No.was RJ.. o2.. and mobile no. of the driver was [protected] named Mr. Vishal Chavda We have telephoned to driver more than 40 times. The mobile was switch-off. Since it was not cancelled we could not book other car. We suffered lot in hot atmosphere for one hour.

                              It is purely mistake from Uber. We may be given compensation for the haressment faced by us with family in hot atmosphere.

                              A line of confirmation is requested.

                                I am a owner of Taxi in Bangalore. I have run my taxi whole the month for uber. Now they deactivated my account and hold my hard earned money. If I ask customer care, they respond irrelevantly and asking me to come to Uber Office. At present I am too far away to reach any Uber Office. I don't understand, why Uber is holding my hard earned money for no reason. This is 100% cheating...My registered moile number with uber is [protected]

                                  They have disabled my account, i never used any free rides from them. When i tried to contact them they asked my ID proof and my postpaid bill but they refused to lift the suspension saying that it is auto-generated without manual intervention they will not help.what shall i do now? I did nothing still they are putting ban on my account for no reason. I tried to create with other no. also i could not book a single ride when i was in need and they disabled my that account too.

                                    I am highly disappointed in your system. Firstly, I fail to understand as an account holder why I am unable to use my account on more than one device. The software on my mobile crashed and now I am unable to access anything on phone including Uber app which implies that if I were to (now) try and use it another phone it will lock me out.

                                    Secondly, I created an uber account using my indian phone number (left my Canadian number alone for now) & the number is: +[protected] and even that has been blocked. I am flying to China in two days and I will need access to uber. Is this how you guys function? This is absolutely ridiculous. My dad's account has also been locked and on top the response we received is absolutely unacceptable (+[protected]

                                      Dear Uber India,

                                      We had booked a Uber cab on 29th March at 12:30 pm for First India place, Gurgaon from Saket for a business meeting.

                                      The driver (Maruti Wagon R) called and informed us that he has reached the pick up site but to our dismay when we went down and looked for the cab and driver, it was informed by message that the driver has cancelled the ride himself (its evident in the Uber app) and cancellation charges of Rs. 63.60 was deducted from my paytm account since the payment mode selected was paytm, without any fault of ours.

                                      Again, we booked another Uber cab immediately as we were getting late for our business appointment. This time the driver (Maruti Swift dezire) arrived on time but some 100 yards away from pick up spot. It took us some time to locate him as he had parked his car near metro foot overbridge, where many taxis are parked.

                                      This all has caused a huge amount of harassment - both mental and physical and a great inconvenience with wastage of our precious time.

                                      Therefore, I will request Uber India to look into the matter and take a stern action against such drivers. You are requested to refund our money amounting Rs. 63.60 /-

                                        I recently created an account with Uber to use their services. But post registering am unable to book any ride with my account and the application says my account is suspended and that sounded disgusting. On contacting Uber support proper response wasn't received and only the same response stating the suspension is final was provided. There was no proper reason provided. Please get resolved with the problem and get me to use the Uber services.
