Disabled my account

They have disabled my account, i never used any free rides from them. When i tried to contact them they asked my ID proof and my postpaid bill but they refused to lift the suspension saying that it is auto-generated without manual intervention they will not help.what shall i do now? I did nothing still they are putting ban on my account for no reason. I tried to create with other no. also i could not book a single ride when i was in need...

Disable Account

I am highly disappointed in your system. Firstly, I fail to understand as an account holder why I am unable to use my account on more than one device. The software on my mobile crashed and now I am unable to access anything on phone including Uber app which implies that if I were to (now) try and use it another phone it will lock me out.

Unable to use Uber service

I recently created an account with Uber to use their services. But post registering am unable to book any ride with my account and the application says my account is suspended and that sounded disgusting. On contacting Uber support proper response wasn't received and only the same response stating the suspension is final was provided. There was no proper reason provided. Please get resolved with the problem and get me to use the Uber services....

Exorbitant charge for a short ride.

Today on 30th March I booked an Uber from Gangadham society to Sopanbaug, the estimate I got was around 140/- to 160/- rupees so I confirmed my ride and tookt. On reaching the destination I was asked to pay Rs 580/- which is exorbitant for a ride for 6.5 kms. Uber charged me for trip not taken, no refund received till date

I booked a share Uber pool taxi on 27th march from home to office, my driver said coming to pick me up, I waited for 35 minutes...he didn't come.

Uber Payment Issue

Customer experience for a duplicate account

Hi,

When my phone was formatted, and i logged in using my phone an accunt got created by the same name but with no email id. The earlier one with email id, also existed but with no phone number in it. Basically, there is a duplicate account.

I have tried explaining this to your customer support team, who (barring 2 of them) reply like morons with copy-paste responses without even understanding what is needed....

Lost wallet in Uber Cab, Uber/Driver not helping

Poor service

Sending false emails & messages (Overcharged)

I have received emails and messages from uber that all rides upto 7km will be charged Rs. 49 or less, however today i took 4 rides today and all were below 7km but still i was charged more than Rs.49 for all the rides.

This is not the first time i am raising an issue with uber and everytime they say that it was a technical issue. Please resolve this issue asap.

Cancellation of ride by driver

Frequent Payment issue

Deactivating my all payment methods

I am able to login but i am not able to apply any promo codes.It says that my account doesn't have the ability to apply any promo codes.I have already raised this complaint in uber itself but nobody is responding there.Also, they debited money for card verification but still i am not able to pay through my card.firstly, they will start those discount than deactivate the user accounts so that they can't take benefit from it....

Driver stolen memory card from phone
