Hi Team

Tuesday Eve 7:28/7:29 PM IST, One Uber Cab Driver hit me KA42 A 4743
& left me with a BIG dent

Once I asked his details, he lied & was not giving phone number
Thankfully there was a passenger, I took the details from him and left, as I was suppose to reach home early for personal engagements

I sent mail to Uber, they said this car is not on Uber Platform & denied any actions, asked to go through Legal process

Infact the passenger also raised the complain against the Driver, so we look the car number, You will be able to get all details

Thankfully, the passenger in Uber, sent me the Uber receipt, which clearly gives the details of Passenger, Driver Timings

Once I mentioned the same to Uber, they ask to come through legal Channel.

This is atrocious, I demand Compensation, or I will escalate to the Uber Leadership

I lost my mobile in uber cab.. When tried to call to driver... Dhakshna murthi.. Cab no 7502, vizag.. He didn't answer and took my mobile.. He never returned my mobile.. And uber customer supporter s. Bhanu is also not responding my chat... Very very poor service...

    I have taken a Uber trip on 12-Mar-17 from Aya nagar new delhi to Indra gandhi domestic airport, and every time uber has wrongly charged toll amount and after so many followups uber has return same amount. and we are we disappointed with uber payment again uber has charged 100 Rs extra as toll charge, but in may way there was no toll exist,
    so request you to pls conseder my complant and take action ASAP

    Dear team, i have taken two trip by uber, one was Aya nagar new delhi to new delhi airport on 12-Mar-17 and second was new delhi airport to aya nagar on 19-Mar-17. In both trip uber has charged 200 Rs as toll charges. but in the my way there was no toll available so i have wrote complaint to uber and uber has refunded 100 Rs only for one side toll charges and from that time i still writing mail to uber but uber is not providing any positive responce and uber repentative write me mail that pls contact to paytm and paytm team wrote me mail pls contact to uber. i am very disappointed with uber services, pls resolve my issue you can find the trailing mail from uber and paytm.       Hi uber yesterday I was traveling by uber from karwaan to nagole in evening I had paid my amount 270 driver mobile number is [protected] so again it was showing me the payment is pending as I was traveling by uber in evening from nagole to Begumpet I had charged 303 amount but again paid the yesterday amount that is total 570 please clear my amount

        [8:55 PM, 3/20/2017] our reply was totally opposite Read again my query Share Details: Hi Team, I was wrong charged for this trip.. actually when we saw the cab the cab was so tidy.. their was too much smell in the cab. I dis board the cab that time.. i ask the driver to cancel the trip but he denied.. i had very less battery in my phone. I said please cancel it but he denied.. then i went away from there and then i will book another from one my friends phone.. please check and wave off the same price for this trip which is still is as a popup on my screen..           I traveled on 14th march 2017 from khajuri to IGI airport bt there driver changed extra amount from me he charged 504 rs bt as per fare rates it was 277.69 rs so it's a humble request to send me notifications via texting on my number rather then sending me email because so many time network not comes and also take some action against this

          Please don't give offers codes . because the offer codes sent by uber was not accepted by driver and the display to collect cash is not showing any offers . its really a wrost thing that you give offer codes .so avoid this things and please try to satisfy the customers .
          I was charged 60 Rs but it was fault with driver

            On 18.12.2016 i had wait for uber auto but not get it and penlized by
            Uber and also in main road in evening, in ill health but next day
            Penalized by you.

            Again on monday on 9.1.17 i had wait for auto which was cancelled by
            Driver but 30minutes i had wait, when i contact with the driver he
            Told me he had cancel but i had again penilized by uber again.

            You say about the location in i had book regular since 2 months. Now
            Driver did not found it? Another point is if trip cancel by the driver
            Why customer penalized?
            You have not any easy customer care center where customer can register
            A complaint immediately.

            I refund my money with compansation for west my time. I will go for
            Court of law and media.

            I travelled on 10-2-17 & paid Rs. 120.6 in cash from Amazon, sunny enclave, Kharar to Isbt bus stand Chandigarh .After that i travellled on 14-2-17 from sector 25 to Amazon, sunny enclave, kharar & was charged 263.87 twice for the last trip of Rs.120.06. I want my refund for the double charges incurred.

              UBER is holding Rs.2100 of my PAYTM money for the last 3 days. Rs.350 x 6 transactions!! This is over and above all the fare money that has been deducted from PAYTM for UBER. WHY IS MY MONEY ON HOLD? I WANTED TO TRANSACT ON MY PAYTM ACCOUNT FOR AN URGENT NEED BUT COULD NOT DESPITE HAVING SUFFICIENT MONEY BALANCE IN PAYTM!!
              Today i booked uber from borivali to Dadar hindmata at 1:13pm, the fare was showing Rs.489 and when the cab reached the destination i had to pay Rs.708 as the driver said thats the amount showing in his uber system. This is fraud which happend to me today. Really disappointed by the service uber provided. Very bad experience, never expected this from uber. Dont remember the cab no but drivers name was Saddam.                 I have booked under on 18/3/17.it was mentioned that I will pay only Rs49 distance under 7km but when i reached destination driver shown me msg of bill which was Rs 238.71.he told me that was the cancellation amt which is charged but I did not cancel any cab yesterday.So I want my money back.So kindly notify me for the same that how can I get it back or I will see to some other options.

                I booked a cab on 10th Mar'17 from Thane to BKC. The driver cancelled the trip and he did not turn up. Uber charged Rs. 60 from us in today's trip.

                This is disgusting.

                    Today morning on 8am i booked uber cab, but driver not picked me . i cancel the ride and then again i booked new ride uber cab. they r charged penalty to me for canceling the first ride. actual charges RS-49 but they charged RS-99. This not my mistake, this your driver mistake, am waiting pickup location, is not picked. refund the amount next ride.

                      Today i took a ride from shipra indirapuram till sector-55 noida, and i opted for uber pool booked two seats shown a charge of 70 bucks but i ended my ride he charged 227.50 rs which quite quite high according to general fair. this highly disappointing to me. i will future prefer UBER ride nor i will recommend anyone to opt for UBER.

                      I need my money which is overcharged ASAP.

                          I shall like to bring to your notice, poor services of your company. I travel from Sector 4 gurgaon to Udyog Vihar III everyday. Daily i pay between Rs. 140-170. Today, 15.3.17, when i booked a taxi, estimated fare was Rs. 142, but when i reached the destination, driver told me to pay Rs. 320. He said the fare was 1.5 times due to increased demand. I didn't receive any notification regarding this at the time of booking or during the ride. In addition, driver was rude and when asked about high fare, he asked me to lodge a complaint and my money would be refunded. I have been a regular Uber user and this rude behavior and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I ask you to take an immediate action and refund my money. My mobile number is [protected]

                            I have booked a taxi on 12.02.2017 around 11.00 pm. but due to traffic jam i got stuck in and could not reach in time and the trip was cancelled. and you have charged me 69 rupees for that.
                            i would like to draw your attention that on 15.03.2017 i had booked a taxi in jaipur for sindhi camp bus stand in advance for 3.00am but at the time my trip was cancelled and no intimation was given to me.

                              I tried to book a cab that's when your server had some problem. It kept saying 'sorry for delay we shall get back'. In this process I could neither book a cab or convey my location nor could I cancel it. Probably the cab had got booked because the cabbie kept calling me and asked me to cancel. I cudnt cancel as the server had a problem. I uninsulated and reinstalled app. Yet the sane problem. Cabbie kept calling as he was also stuck for 1 hour due to this problem. I had to take an auto but still was fined rs. 60 for no fault of mine. Please do something about this. Or start a phone line in case ur server is down.

                                I called and set up my Uber ride from Elante mall phase -1 indutsrial area chandigarh to sec- 22 chandigarh. As I was waiting for him, I called his contact number he picked and asked where to go, after that he was not receiving calls at this time, I then saw that he was just sitting, not moving anymore. details of driver are mention below as:-

                                After a while I cancelled the ride and re-order a new ride, who got to me in 2 minutes.
                                I feel that they should reprimand the driver and let him take that loss, not charge you for setting up a better driver.

                                  I booked cab for banglore airport to banshankri Phase 2nd but he wants to check his cab in garage After refusing he took me wrong place Seegehalli main road basavanapura which is 50km traveled and 3hrs took for ride without A.C.and then said please cancel this request . and take another cab.. he traveled me 3 hrs in cab and dropped me wrong placed. missed my important office meeting.

                                  i suffered a lot with Uber ride, I am very very disappointed, distressed with ride. As you can have all the track record of the customer who take ride. Today's morning 14th march 2017 took cab from Pune Airpot at 5.15 AM. i had meeting at 10 am in office at banshankri 2nd phase. After reaching the banglore airpot i booked cab . After Booked Driver picked me after 20 mins. after discussion with driver that he told me that he called me 3 times, and then transfer to uber, But I did not receive any from Driver side. one thing i have mentioned that when i checked estimated time to reach my destination it was 42 km from my pick up point and 631 rs rent. after ride in cab I said to driver to start Air Condition then he said there is some problem in cab so could not start A.C. i said OK. after 10 km he said the to to repair a car for 10 min, and on the way of route. so need 10 mins to stop there. and after repair the cab he can start the AC. so i said OK.. and Iam New in Banglore so i was not aware which route is correct. so was driving approx 50km and spend 2.30 hrs, then i asked how much time it take to reach my destination, he said 15 km far. after that reaching the garage which in SEEGEHALLI MAIN ROAD, BASAVANAPURA. that is approx 55-60km ride and spend 3 hours in cab, he said, To repair a car it will take more 1-2 hour, so you can cancel the ride and take a new cab. and my charges applied 855rs for this ride. may i know the reason how quality driver you hoired, i booked a cab banglore airpot to banshankri, and he dropped me SEEGEHALLI MAIN ROAD, BASAVANAPURA. area. i refused to driver that directly go the destination place. no need to repair after that he dropped me wrong place . Bloody driver he was. and it was totally village area. after that that i canceled the ride install OLA cab then i came to office. from SEEGEHALLI MAIN ROAD, BASAVANAPURA to Banshankri office it took another 2 hours. and charged 600 rs again. Who is the responsible for this lose, my meeting lose and spend money and all. Can you please look into it asap or escalate to hire management.                                   I have noticed that, Surcharge amount is getting added for trips till now i have paid 680/- which is not correct.

                                  No tolls are there, No parking fee is there in these cases also surcharge it getting added.

The driver very well knew he was not well. There is no customer care number how can we even contact uber & this is totally unethical

                                    Hi sir/madam,

                                    On 21st dec’16 at 3:27pm, hired ubar cab from 12th cross, mahalakshmi layout to bannerghatta main road (Drop 4:46pm) & paid cash to driver of rs. 204/-
                                    On my next booking its showing rs. 204/- due, so again made payment through paytm to ubar.

                                    Kindly examine and refund the above said amount at the earliest.

                                      I am regular user o[censored]ber, till date it's service are satisfactory. But today an unfortunate incident has forcrd me to change my view towards uber. I have booked a ride today from maniktala blood bank the vehicle no is od 01l4149, driver name is subodh.. I wish to go to gariahat through bypass but he refused to take the route. And take the route which is quite congested and said as per uber's rule the customer should take the route what driver has in their gps. My question is why should a customer can take the route of their wish if they ready to take the charges? It's really annoying that a cutomer should take the route said by the driver, sometimes it's risky too. This incident just change my whole otlook towards uber. And i will definitely thik again to book next ride or suggest it to my friends. Will be surely happy if you take necessary steps.

                                        I travelled by Uber from202 sector 30 Faridabad to Subhavna niketan Pitampura.I reached the destination at11.33Am.After dropping me, the driver didn't stop the GPS, n continued travelling up to Jahangir puri.I called n told him to switch off the GPS.So I am overcharged for my journey (that is till Jahangir Puri) instead of Subhavna niketan.Kindly look in to the matter n revise my bill, So that I can pay the correct bill in time.
