Staff misbehaved with owner and didn't allow me(owner) and driver to give feedback. He said we don't allow to give feedback to uber by customers. I have made his video as well. I can give it i[censored] proceed further. He was abusive with me. He said we are helpless to do anything. He told that you are employee o[censored]ber and working under uber. He said go out if you want to give feedback.

U just make a complaint in nearest Police station / Consumer court as u have the video proof. U may go ahead with that for get punish the driver.

    I booked an uber today to take my pet to her vet . She is extremely serious and needed to get to the vet ASAP . As soon as I sat in the car, the driver blatantly told me to get out of the car as the car is to ride humans around and not animals . He even abused me and tried to misbehave . After I for down he was not ready to leave my building and kept on irritating me . This is pathetic . His language was vulgar the watchman's had to throw him out of the society . I want an action taken right now. I want the customer care to call me . The details are below

      I need to submit receipts to my company today as soon as possible. Please can you send me my receipt via email.

        I would like to bring to your attention a road rage incident that took place on 8-Mar-2017 around 5:15 PM at Arakere Gate traffic signal on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.

        An Uber Taxi with Registration Number KA 51 C 9100 (Photo attached) was blocking the left lane at the green signal though he had his right indicator on and wanted to take a right at the junction. I was driving in my car just behind this taxi, and after persistently alerting the taxi driver by honking I managed to have him move to the right so that I could pass. (Note this is a very busy junction and it take nearly 5 minutes to get a green signal and this driver had block the entire left lane.).

        However, after I passed the traffic signal this Uber taxi driver instead of taking his right decided to follow me and blocked my car TWICE after the traffic signal in a rash and dangerous manner, blocking the entire traffic on the road, came out and started hurling vulgar abuses at me and also threatened me of dire consequences if I ever try this with him again. He also mentioned that "He has seen enough people like me and knows how to deal with such people."

        Drivers mannerism and language indicated that he indeed could even physically hurt anyone in such circumstances and can be a great threat to commuters on the road.

        In the best interest of other commuters I take this opportunity to register this complain again this Uber taxi driver and request your organization to take strict action against him in this regard.

        FYI, I have also registered a complaint at the local traffic police station regarding this matter.

          Today evening I booked one Uber from Ganeshguri by standing at GS road near Flyover adjacent to the car passing way towards Zoo road for my journey to my home near Zoo. The driver of the Uber car (Alto, Phone no [protected]) pick up my phone and I explained him my location. As the car is not arriving I ring him again about 8 to 10 minute from my first call. I am surprised that he told me he is waiting in somewhere else despite clearly explaining my location in the first call and keeping my Location and Data on in my mobile. This time also I explained my location to the driver once again and requested him to come immediately to pick up me. But he did not arrive and instead of that he cancelled my booking. I ring him third time. But he did not pick up my phone. After that I request another Uber car. This time one Swift Dizire picked up me from the same location where I was waiting about 15 to 20 minute for the Uber Alto of driver having phone no [protected].

          Cancellation was done by Uber Alto Driver having phone no [protected], while I was waiting more than 15 minutes for him and called 3 times from my phone. He did not ring me even once. Even then Uber have cut Rs. 40 as penalty from me which I have to paid to the Uber Dzire driver having phone no [protected].

          This is my worst ever experience in UBER. You please control the bad elements (drivers) in your domain. Otherwise your reputation will vanish definitely.

          I am a lady and had taken Uber from office to home on 01.03.2017 at 6: 30 pm which costs me 99 rupees daily.i usually pay by paytm, day before yesterday

          today when I was scrolling down my messages is saw that I was overcharged by Rs895.50. I am surprised and wonder how this is possible !
          strange and request refund of excess amount.

              I took a share ride from DN Nagar metro station to InOrbit Malad on 6th March at 5.15pm. The bill was rs 59 and i paid promptly on getting in the cab. At the time of alighting I was shocked to see the bill at rs 228/- The driver told me that this is the balance due of past trips for which I had not paid. I refused to pay . The driver chased me . I had an urgent work to finish and had to head back and could not deal with the driver. Then he called me saying he is reporting me to the police. Later he called on 7th March at 1.30 am in the night. Then he sent abusive messages on whatsapp calling me an international Chor.

              On analysing the bill I came to know that the excess is on account of two trips which I had cancelled after booking 3 months back. I had no memory of the same.

              Following needs to be addressed
              1) Why is UBER India allowing a passenger to use UBER without first settling past dues ?
              2) Why do I as a passenger do not have any idea that there are past dues on the account ?
              3) Why do I get a shock on seeing a bill of rs 228 when the bill at the time of taking the ride is rs 59 ?
              4) Why is the driver calling me and threatening me to take me to the police ?
              5) Why is the driver calling me at 1.30 am in the night ?
              6) Why is the driver sending me the choicest of abuse in hindi and calling me an international chor ?
              7) What is UBER doing so that these unfair trade practices are not followed with anyone else in the future ?

                I rode on 7th Mar on uber ..he cheated to me charged total 100% fare amount and didn't gave back us 50% promotion code amount.. he also spoke lied and had bad argument with us.. please take strict action against him...driver also had take advantage of women innocence.. uber shoud canceled this type of bad men..now it's clear that uber ride is also not safe for women its can happen anything with women if have specially this types of *****s.

                Uber credited to me my 50% promotional code amount and apologizes to me.. and sent me message given below... Prachi p. Sorry for the confusion around the fare for this ride. i can see that the promotion got applied to this trip. unfortunately, due to a technical glitch, the driver partner's device displayed the full amount and the same was collected from you. Since this doesn't seem fair, I've added uber credicts worth INR 68.08 to your profile to account for the additional cash collected from you on this trip. now complaint has been resolved.. Thanks for your help..

                  Uber provides fake promocodes and fraud their customers. My promocode 'nikitam781ue' was not applied as they give excuse of flagged account and it had happened to me twice. They do the same with every body. And when I talk to them, they do not gI've me proper response and not resolve my issue. They do not provide any higher authorities contact details also. I have attached a image of the offers they used to fake with.

                    I had your Taxi on Tuesday 28 th Feb 2017 from My Office Mahou India Pvt ltd DLF cyber city to Delhi Railway station at 5.30 pm.

                    After 15 kms the Driver Arvind due to rash driving hit the car on the bridge ralling with the speed of 80 to 100 kmph. When he hit the car i got major injury on my head & Face with too much bleeding . Instead of helping me he started shouting that somebody has hit his car. He was totally lying only to save him self.
                    I was helped with some other Taxi driver and Traffic Police for First Aid at AIMS hospital where I got 18 stitches on my head & Face..
                    I have recd many calls from uber but no action or any compensation.
                    I still waiting ...

                      Today 7th mar 2007 in the morning I call for a mini cab through your web site at Kolkatta, where I stand & wait for the cab, the driver recall me and call me for a anathor location for pick up . I get went towards the location but I couldn't find the location where the driver want to pick up me due to new in Kolkota. Then the cabdriver said the language 'confound you' and cancel the order . It was not my fault.so why u charge me 80 rupees and collect that amount with next trip ?kindly look after this matter immediately otherwise I will go to the shelter of consumer court.

                        I rode a uber pool on 3/3/17 in kolkata. The ride estimate was ~ rs 80/- during booking. There was no other riders (Which obviously was not known to me) for the same ride. When i deboarded the bill was rs 242/-, even more than a normal cab booking.
                        I find no justification of why i was overcharged like this and would seek for a compensation from uber. The details are attached.

                          Have been using Uber for a long time, this time it really got messed up, dont know how a booking was made and cancelled on my account, due to which Uber asked for an extra Rs 60, on one hand you people talk about cashbacks, discounts, and what you are doing is really disappointing and just unbearable! will never use Uber again and definitly will ask all the known ones to stop using Uber, I am an online marketer, and will let all people know about the misconduct o[censored]ber, your staff doesnt have the sense on how to talk to a customer?? for 60rs, you ask driver to call police? Really **** service!

                            I booked my trip and fare estimate was given as 40 on ubergo for 2 members to nampally exhibition ground from nice hospital masabtank but the driver took 99Rs.He said to make a complain to uber to get back the additional amount i would like to know the reason for talking the additional extra amount and hope i will get my cash back and try not repeat these to loss ur reputation as we often use uber please make us comfortable with our service.

Whereas I had already paid on the spot but the driver couldn't update it in his phone dude to internet issues . I request you to look into the matter so that I can start accessing the app and I won't face a problem hence forth to book an uber .

                              It is to inform you that we ordered an cab around 9:45 and we kept waiting till 10 and after that we got to know that the cab which we ordered it got some problem so the cab driver has to cancel the trip, and inturn charge of 40 bucks was included in our next ride.
                              So we want to request you that it wasn't our fault and we shouldn't be charged with any extra money, please sort this problem out and refund us our money back.

                                    On Feb 9, 2017, I booked Uber cab around 9.30 am for travel from Jayanagar Bangalore to Uttarahalli Bangalore coveting s distance of 13 kms. They charged Rs 549 without informing in advance the approx fare. This is unethical and exploitation of the consumer and at astronomical rates.
                                    Also, UBER India has no system to receive a complaints of this nature either by a Help-line or an Email address.
                                    I am sure UBER is resorting to this practice with many of the customers. This should be put to an end immediately.
                                    I want refund of the excess amount of Rs 478 in this regard. Please arrange and restrain UBER from such practices.

                                      I have booked an uber cab at 1840 hrs on 4.3.2017 from Sector 13 dwarka to Sadar bazar, Delhi Cantonment and i was messaged driver details as below:

                                      After i received the message, i immediately called the driver and i have been calling him repeatedly even after one hour from the time of booking but the driver neither responded nor he has cancelled the trip. I have tried cancelling the ride after one hour but i am getting the message that i will be charged an additional amount of Rs, 60 the next time i book the ride.

                                      Only one thing i want to say - what is my fault now and why i am being charged for no fault of mine

                                      Kindly take strict action against the driver and see to it that this type of incidents are not repeated in future. Its really a shame of your part that the customers are facing such problems and you people are not accessible over phone. I want a compensation from your end for the torture you have made to us.

                                      Booked a taxy in uber on 28.12.2017 from West Tambaram to Vadapalani. Since the location was not located correctly the taxy got cancelled automatically. Rs. 150 was paid for cancellation without travelling. So request you to reverse this amount.

                                        Booking services o[censored]ber which are far away from the pickup point, if we contact and asking the the driver where about he, his answer is always that he is jammed in heavy traffic.a d then automatically it cancellation and charged 50 rs in my account.it has happened two time in last three days.it is the business o[censored]ber😘.no conversion has provided even they advertised and sent messages to me.
                                        Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
