I booked Uber on 13th March 2017, for post pick up the later day i.e on 14th march 2017 btw 4:40 to 4:55 am. I even recieved a message from uber, saying schedule pickup is coming soon. I had flight at 7, i planned accordingly. When i called the driver he refused to come saying it is quite far, he asked me to cancel the ride. I denied cancelling my ride, driver mentioned "do whatever you wish to, i wont come". Early morning getting transport is troublesome, I somehow managed my way to airport.
If this is the condition o[censored]ber, i can say, either we have to plan alternative dis trusting uber or people wil hardly opt for so.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Previous day i booked to same route, the driver charged 161 rs, but the next day it is more than double amount.
If we ask the driver he says, complain to the company are police as the bill is generated by the company app.
