Hello,
On Feb 9, 2017, I booked Uber cab around 9.30 am for travel from Jayanagar Bangalore to Uttarahalli Bangalore coveting s distance of 13 kms. They charged Rs 549 without informing in advance the approx fare. This is unethical and exploitation of the consumer and at astronomical rates.
Also, UBER India has no system to receive a complaints of this nature either by a Help-line or an Email address.
I am sure UBER...

I have booked an uber cab at 1840 hrs on 4.3.2017 from Sector 13 dwarka to Sadar bazar, Delhi Cantonment and i was messaged driver details as below:

Booking services o[censored]ber which are far away from the pickup point, if we contact and asking the the driver where about he, his answer is always that he is jammed in heavy traffic.a d then automatically it cancellation and charged 50 rs in my account.it has happened two time in last three days.it is the business o[censored]ber😘.no conversion has provided even they advertised and sent messages to me....

I booked an uber pool cab today in the evening to travel through the same route I have been travelling since days and the amount that I was charged with regularly was Rs 39. Today also after the booking the amount displayed to me was Rs 39 but when I reached my destination, the driver charged me with Rs 150. I paid approximately 4 times higher the actual amount. What sort of non sense is this. Kindly revert back asap....

My father have taken today ride from Ahmedabad junction to Exds engineering services Gujarat and route is only near about of 4 km but due to your driver negligence of way he had to move around of total 9 km and taken extra charge.so it is humble request to look after this matter and refund ₹40 or make my next ride free or take ₹ 40 less in next ride...

I rided today at 1:05 from gurukul to kalupur
Uber charged us 106INR
But the message that till 3rd march in any ride of 10 km we would have to pay only INR 60
And my trip was of only 8 kms
Please give me refund of the difference amount.8

Yesterday I was taking my 74 years old ailing mother to Doctor. I rode with Driver Manprit around 7.09 PM. I got down near Selimpur Level crossing.
My net was giving problem so I asked the driver about the billing amount the driver said " its Rs. 160". I requested him repeatedly to show the amount as I was sure that This cannot be the total amount but he refused to show me and asked me to pay Rs. 200 and he gave me 40 Rs. change....

Hi I had very bad experience with uber, on 1/3/2017 I booked uber, they showed me driver will reach by 2 minutes even after waiting more than 10 minutes driver came very late, he gave me excused that he was on trip but phone app didn't show us that that particular driver will be late as he was already occupied with another trip more over there is nothing like CUSTOMER CARE or any specific customer care no. No one takes responsibility for...

I was charged additional 270 Rs. on a trip with was estimated to cost Rs. 130. I made no stoppages on the way and this is one of my regular trips.
Remind you it was not a Regular fare * 1.3 trip.

I had also credited Rs. 400 to my paytm account, which reduced to Rs. 13 after making two trip amounting not more than 270. Where did the balance go?

On feb 17 2017 I was booked the ride and some how it was cancelled.Even i did not take that ride but the amount was deducted from paytm. I contacted the same with payytm, They replied we paid money to uber pls contact uber support people.So i tried with uber help section, in that i did not find any need full information.i have seen unknown charge but it is asking about credit/debit card details so I could not able to submit the complaint....

Yesterday I had booked uberpool from seawoods east to CST terminus at 0800 since there was some problem with the harbour line. Soon after booking I called the driver and asked his location, he told he was In Vashi, I told him that the map shows you to be in nerul, then he realised and accepted the same. Uber is charging every rider with Rs.5 as toll fee for a ride, which doesn't have any toll booths available.

There was a toll booth near Irumpanam area (Kochi), but the toll collection was stopped by the State Govt, on October 2016 itself. Still Uber is charging the toll fee for every rider and it continues for past 5 months.

I already mailed Uber with details of the complaint, but the team seldom take a look...

I have been using Uber share from almost three months, but from the last two weeks I am facing issues everyday. I book a cab and it turns up post the time mentioned on the GPS. I live in the west and the cabs that get paired with my location are from east, or international airport or from Juhu which is almost 20 mins away.

I booked cab from Jasola Vihar to Anand Vihar, trip fare was 194 rs but driver showed me 394 rs when i asked what is it for he said 200 rs extra added for Toll tax MCD tax but during my travel there wasn't any toll tax appeared . On 24-2-17 I booked an uber cab to Nedumbassserry domestic airport .The ride was at 3.30pm. The estimated cost shown in the app was between ₹ 400 and ₹ 500. After the trip I was charged ₹ 600 by the driver . The driver s name was Anzil and the vehicle was a Ford Figo aspire. ( photo of the bill attached )

Again uber has barred by account without any confirmation. we don't know as to why they have deactivated and we miss out my due to this issue . Will request you to provide the mail id of Amit Jain and also provide the SLA for account deactivation.
