I booked a ride on 30th December from Gurgaon to IGI Airport and chose the payment option as cash. I paid the cash amount to the driver to which the app later showed that the trip was partially paid by me and asking me to finalise the payment throught the app since then. I contacted the uber help via mail but they were of no help.

    Uber car ( number up 32 FH 3065) driver Hits my scooty and run. He does have any courtesy. Kindly take a action again him as he can harm the others also as he did to me .

      Hello Uber team,

      I took one ride yesterday for non-cash trip for which the amount was deducted from my Amazon wallet. Driver also charged the fees of Rs. 90 in cash stating Uber don't pay them on time and creates unwanted delay and not agreeing on non-cash trip. I raised the complaint from Uber app and amount of Rs. 73.14 was credited in my Uber wallet. I need the complete amount of Rs. 90 to be credited to my Uber wallet and I am not getting any response on my query from Uber. Highly disappointed from the services

        On February 20, 2022 I want to book a byke from Kalital Thakurpukur to Behala Chanditala, fare shows thair apps Rs.41. Every driver asked me " where are you eant to go, and how much fare shows?" after saying they cancelled booking, no of seven driver do like this, 30 minute gone, then i have no requiredbyke. Then I exit from apps, when i open the apps, there is a message cancelled charge Rs. 15 pay.

          Hi,

          This is to report recurring issue being faced by me on everyday basis. I am a regular user and end up wasting 30 mins one way given to driver driven cancellations.

          Not a single ride gets confirmed without 2-3 cancellations happening and hence disrupting my schedule.

          Uber takes pride in assisting users reaching their destination in time I am afraid I have been left disappointed on this.

          I am planning to escalate this to national consumer helpline leveraging ombudsman, if the issue still persists.

            I have travelled from Bangalore airport to Ramaiah Hospital Drop on 12.02.2022 8 am. Driver Narsimha was driving the car.

            There was issue in app, and i have been asked to pay Rs.920/- in cash.
            However i have not been given invoice for that payment. It was displayed in UBER TRIP as cancelled trip and CASH Payment.

            I need it for the reimbursement .

              I booked uber cab from Moti Nagar to Anand Vihar on 20 jan 2022. It showed amount Rs 417 but when I reached Anand vihar it showed Rs 1091. Driver said it is due to rush hour that the price automatically got multiplied (x2.9). There was a little rush at the beginning near Moti Nagar but overall journey was smooth. But it is unfair because when I booked cab, it didn't showed anything like this.
              Please refund extra amount (Rs 674) that I paid.

                1. On 21 Jan, 22, 4:30nam scheduled a trip to airport on uber.. Driver allocated but did not come. Rangegowda. Unfortunately, he DID NOT COME. Refused to answer calls. I had to cancel.
                2. MORE IMPORTANT - one is unable to complain or get any response, re allocation etc. As Uber has no way to complain about drivers not reaching - on the app
                3. I did a search on Google and found a way to complain about "My ride did not arrive". Entered mobile number but instead of sending me OTP they asked for a password. How can one remember that? No option to reset either. Tried t9maaign up for account. Would not accept my number.
                4. I cancelled and tried am instant booking. Nothing available Luckily my wife had Ola and i got cab immediately for me
                5. O am complaining here as I simply cannot find a way to record this horrible experience with Uber!!!

                  Payment Issue: Other payment is not being accepted

                  When requesting for a ride, it keeps on telling 'Please try another payment method; Select cash for this trip'. I've no outstanding payment and my non-cash payment is also working....

                  I told her just stop auto for 2 min. i have work in shop but he said i will not stop my. auto please cancel ride or other wise i will stop auto on the way and i will throw from my auto. i was coming from school with my 2 kids please take some action on this man

                    Yesterday I have booked Uber GO cab from terminnal3 to Faridabad sector 21C from uber app.Fare showing was 1135/- only and app confirmed about same price.Now when I reached home driver produced bill Amounting Rs 2361/-which was not justified.
                    They included surcharge, pickup fee, MCD charges to and fro, driver holding charges which was not done, booking fee ect.
                    This surprised me alot.plz action as fare was not justified. At all...

                      I have paid the driver the full amount of the trip on a non cash trip .but uber is showing pending amount of Rs 440.46.
                      Uber please remove the pending amount .

                        Yesterday i.e. 17/02/2022 I booked a uber ride. After reaching the destination I paid full amount i.e 357rs to the driver using paytm. But later when I checked the app it was showing that 317rs is still pending even though I paid full amount to the driver. I even reached out to uber India twitter account but no help was provided by them. I didn't expect this kind of pathetic service from UBER.

                          I've used Uber bike to travel from union Bank hossaipur Kolkata to howrah railway station on 17th February2022 at 7pm with a fare of Rs. 149. But then, I changed the destination to Bhagya Nagar Colony, kukatpally for which the fare displayed was Rs. 147 but the driver asked for 200rs . After successful completion of trip my uber shows and outstanding of 141rs. . Firstly the driver took 200rs and also asked ffor parking I denied but he told me roughly u have to give, so I gave it becoz I was new to that place he was just tried to threating me from his words u have to give . I gave. But after so much of compromises still my I'd shows its pending, and it's always I have to pay extra charge to bike riders

                          *do Uber drivers are so good that he will let me go without giving the Money how can Uber thinks of this*

                            I had taken a trip from Powai, mumbai to Turbhe, Navi Mumbai on 27th December 2021. After completing the trip, I paid the trip with my credit card. The amount got deducted but uber app stilled showed that the payment is pending. Sunce, I had to book another taxi, I tried paying again with paytm. The money got defucted again and this time it got reflected in uber app.
                            Now this has been 1.5 months but I have not received any refund for the duplicate charges. I have raised complaint to Uber, India more than 4-5 times but they keep giving me an automated response that my money will be refunded in 7-10 days which actually never got refunded.

                              Uber Connect delivery not made. The concerned delivery person took the charge from me worth 150. The item was not delivered and the application was'nt showing the ride details later on so that I could take steps towards recovery of the package.

                                I booked a trip on 11/02/22 for which I had booked a Stop in advance. The driver partner skipped the prebooked stop possibly due to negligence. I paid the whole charge Rs286.02 in order to get another cab at 1am for which I was charged Rs248.96(payment pending) to complete a 19Km trip as per google maps. The initial driver jumped the stop cutting short the trip to 3.91km (subsequent trip was 15.92km) but the charge was not revised later when I put a claim for my fare to be revised.

                                Uber dismissed my claim for overcharge. I hope you are aware that a "Stop" is a charged feature available in Uber app that can be included between pickup and dropoff and the trip is charged as per the length of the trip and time it takes as per Uber's own estimation. So if a stop is skipped, it would be unfair to be charged for the same.

                                Uber has limited options in order to make any claims so I choose the closest option, "My pickup and dropoff location was wrong". They claim "we've made a note of your feedback but are unable to make any adjustment to the fare as it is within the estimated range based on your pickup and drop off location.".

                                    Today morning i booked a uber moto. Firstly i was trying to call him but the no was not reachable.. again i called him with free call he didn't even picked. I even msg him are you coming bacause he was only 2mins away after a long time. He came to my place. And ask about the fare...i told so and so. He told he won't go so i have to cancel the trip ..he was giving round around my colony. When everyone gathered i was telling him to cancel the trip because why will i cancel my money will be deducted for his inconvenience. Later he behave so inappropriatly in front of everyone.. i want to file a complaint again this ###.. Please i request uber to cut his money as you guys charges us for cancelling our trips.. Such kind of person is making your app not usable anymore. I am tired of this bergaining thingy.. this is so not fare first he wasted my time now he just ruined my whole day.. I request to please check my account his name is Amrit dey i dnt want him to be in uber anymore.. just that's it.. Everytime this is happening now a days. The drivers are asking 2time the fare shown in the app. Who will use uber like this i am deleting this app.. this is not what i sign in for.. so unprofessional. Like they are doing us a favor by dropping us. And in the app there's no way where we can complain about such kind of behaviour.. Very disappointed. Please file a complaint againt him.

                                      My ride on 8th February 2022 from Delhi to Meerut was booked via paytm as payment method due to some glitch whereas it showed cash payment method to me. After the ride was completed, I paid Rs 1400 to the driver and Rs 1046 was deducted from my paytm as well.
