Maruti Suzuki Alto booked on 4th March 2022 at noon from howrah rail station to behala ..Myself Shantanu Dhar, Mob..[protected], booked for my parents..This sort perfectly irresponsible drivers keep canceling trips, does not bother to send a reply to msgs sent in Uber app too, which left my parents waiting for another around 30 minutes in the scorching rays of sun..And its frequent occurrence now a days, so found in newspapers too. These drivers have liberty to do this, because Uber has honored this freedom to these drivers..Is there anyone uber to answer this ? I[censored] have authorized ur drivers to this, take the responsibility with the mention in Uber App that Drivers can cancell ur booking even after booking is accepted..Do this and maintain the transparency..
I myself Khundrakpam Dhiren is from Manipur and everytime I went outside of my state I used to hire only Uber taxi through the mobile app. It is because I trust your services during my previous rides in different parts of India. Yesterday at about 8 a.m., as usual I tried to hire a ride from a location in Guwahati city to Guwahati Airport. The driver(Harjit Bharali) of the Uber cab called on me and asked me that he is not ready to go online and instead he opted for going offline with higher fare. I talked for a while with the driver but he insisted me for going in offline only and ultimately I cancelled the trip and took another option. This is the first case I encountered with an Uber cab. Now I decided not to take on Uber at least in Guwahati city. Their service in Guwahati is hopeless and not trustworthy enough. I request the Uber control office to look into the matter and try to solve such issues

    Hi, Im Divya.. I had scheduled a trip on the day before our journey via uberapp to trivandrum central Railway station on 4/3/22 at 5.30am from my residence which is only 4kms from the destination. A driver named Binu, with his ride KL21M9261 was alloted for pickup. But at the last moment prior to my journey, driver called me and demanded for an extra 100 to 150Rs than the estimated amount shown by the app. He was very rude and refused to come since I didnt meet his demand. Neither he cancelled the ride nor he came, but the app showed the gradual decrease in the pickup tym but the reality is noone turned up. He cancelled the ride at the last moment. i was so paranoid and was left with no option at the last moment. I was also so afraid to go in the dark searching for an auto since this was early in the morning.. Pls understand the situation and take necessary action against this driver so that noone would face such situation in the future. When ur train is just 15 mins to leave the station and u r left with no option for an early pickup and u r so helpless to go searching for an auto in the dark.., how would u feel..! Pls understand and take necessary action.. Expecting a postive response from ur side..

      Hi Team,

      Last week we had a plan to travel delhi to manali through car (5days), the driver was very rude from the day 1. He is like a boss while driving and he stopped only his friends shop to eat foods and tea shop. In manali 4days normally went. Last day of the travelling he had a another pick up from delhi so he was drive very fast in the mountain ranges (60km speed in bends). In between the travelling driver meet his friend, he also came from same travels, they exchanging the car, the drivers friend driving the car more than 30minutes, he asking cigarettes to my wife and my friend wife i shouted he didn't care he fully jointed (weed) then he watching through mirror, his eyes fully focused on our wifes, it was so irritating for us then i called driver to drive u only don't give it ur friend. After the discussion, we had a flight on saturday 1pm but but driver reached delhi Airport at 5.30 Am. Where can we stay for more than 8hrs. Our plan was totally collapsed only for the driver behaviours. My phone #[protected]

        I booked an uber auto today which showed 572(in the app) rs to my destination from the pickup point.The driver was riding very slow and it took 1 and 1/2 hours to reach my place.after reaching the amount was changed to 843 by the uber app.driver asked me 843rs only when I told him it was showing 572 before and I had to pay un-necesserily.kindly resolve my issue and refund me the extra money I paid

          In my last trip, after completing the trip driver asked me to pay 521/- so as I paid through Gpay. After completing the payment it was showing 87.48/- due. Why...why I should pay it...whatever was asked I paid it. I will not pay the outstanding amount. Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

            Toafy i have booke a uber vehicle 2094 driver vishnu at about 12-15 pm from sreepadaresidency to h dental hospital begumpeta hyderabad .i have paid cash 156 rs got the change back. why uber app is showing due of rs 33.70 pais. iam not able to book uber again.

            no issues with driver or travel.

                  My name is pranit mallick, uber reg mob no :- [protected], on 6/2/22 i am on a trip with uber bike taxi, my bike is seized by rto pune by saying that riding bike taxi in india is illegal. And the give me a challan of 24500 .. I contacted uber support regarding this and they give me challan amount in my uber wallet and i am very thankful about it but after that they suspended my uber account...and the wallet money that present i can't withdraw it also it failed in direct deposit. And now they saying that this money will can't transfer.. I need help i am very frustrated and need my money back i am thinking about to case against uber in court. And i will register court case against uber ASAP

                      On 20th Feb.22 night around 10 pm we booked Uber from Eden Gardens to 1 paulghat lane Belur Math showed fair Rs 281...After sometime the driver called on app and after knowing the fair he demanded extra money to drop us.When we refuse after min by min car no and driver name changed.We could not manage to book a single UBER.Around 11pm we had to come home by taxy+auto
                      We want justice..How will we believe on such companies.

                        Hello, I am Thendral here from Bangalore, These day I am facing hectic with uber services, All the drivers wants to know the drop location before they starts the ride, Almost every drivers asking for drop location and themselves cancelling the rides, there should particular reason to cancel the riders, if they are not in the situation to pick up the client, they should accept the orders, wasting the times of the customers, it is really irritating, finally I booked cab from Ola because 4 drivers are cancelled my ride.Very bad experience with Uber service, these not my first time too, Worst service. In that one person is sharing is personal contact to call me and dening the pick location .

                          I booked a ride on 30th December from Gurgaon to IGI Airport and chose the payment option as cash. I paid the cash amount to the driver to which the app later showed that the trip was partially paid by me and asking me to finalise the payment throught the app since then. I contacted the uber help via mail but they were of no help.

                            Uber car ( number up 32 FH 3065) driver Hits my scooty and run. He does have any courtesy. Kindly take a action again him as he can harm the others also as he did to me .

                              Hello Uber team,

                              I took one ride yesterday for non-cash trip for which the amount was deducted from my Amazon wallet. Driver also charged the fees of Rs. 90 in cash stating Uber don't pay them on time and creates unwanted delay and not agreeing on non-cash trip. I raised the complaint from Uber app and amount of Rs. 73.14 was credited in my Uber wallet. I need the complete amount of Rs. 90 to be credited to my Uber wallet and I am not getting any response on my query from Uber. Highly disappointed from the services

                                On February 20, 2022 I want to book a byke from Kalital Thakurpukur to Behala Chanditala, fare shows thair apps Rs.41. Every driver asked me " where are you eant to go, and how much fare shows?" after saying they cancelled booking, no of seven driver do like this, 30 minute gone, then i have no requiredbyke. Then I exit from apps, when i open the apps, there is a message cancelled charge Rs. 15 pay.

                                  Hi,

                                  This is to report recurring issue being faced by me on everyday basis. I am a regular user and end up wasting 30 mins one way given to driver driven cancellations.

                                  Not a single ride gets confirmed without 2-3 cancellations happening and hence disrupting my schedule.

                                  Uber takes pride in assisting users reaching their destination in time I am afraid I have been left disappointed on this.

                                  I am planning to escalate this to national consumer helpline leveraging ombudsman, if the issue still persists.

                                    I have travelled from Bangalore airport to Ramaiah Hospital Drop on 12.02.2022 8 am. Driver Narsimha was driving the car.

                                    There was issue in app, and i have been asked to pay Rs.920/- in cash.
                                    However i have not been given invoice for that payment. It was displayed in UBER TRIP as cancelled trip and CASH Payment.

                                    I need it for the reimbursement .

                                      I booked uber cab from Moti Nagar to Anand Vihar on 20 jan 2022. It showed amount Rs 417 but when I reached Anand vihar it showed Rs 1091. Driver said it is due to rush hour that the price automatically got multiplied (x2.9). There was a little rush at the beginning near Moti Nagar but overall journey was smooth. But it is unfair because when I booked cab, it didn't showed anything like this.
                                      Please refund extra amount (Rs 674) that I paid.

                                        1. On 21 Jan, 22, 4:30nam scheduled a trip to airport on uber.. Driver allocated but did not come. Rangegowda. Unfortunately, he DID NOT COME. Refused to answer calls. I had to cancel.
                                        2. MORE IMPORTANT - one is unable to complain or get any response, re allocation etc. As Uber has no way to complain about drivers not reaching - on the app
                                        3. I did a search on Google and found a way to complain about "My ride did not arrive". Entered mobile number but instead of sending me OTP they asked for a password. How can one remember that? No option to reset either. Tried t9maaign up for account. Would not accept my number.
                                        4. I cancelled and tried am instant booking. Nothing available Luckily my wife had Ola and i got cab immediately for me
                                        5. O am complaining here as I simply cannot find a way to record this horrible experience with Uber!!!
