Invalid Toll Charges

Hi, I took a cab on Feb 22, 2017 from Chandni Chowk to Vasundhara Enclave with no tolls in between, Map is also showing correct route, but I am charged 100INR toll. Tried mailing on uber.[protected]@uber.com, [protected]@uber.com, [protected]@uber.com but in vain.

I booked a ride on 23 feb 2017 in afteenoon from sant nagar burari Delhi-110084 and the destination was Model Town-2 . The driver had taken Rs 100 from me .When he left, then I got the message that my fare was Rs 49 . I contacted him and he asked me to wait for half hour . After half hour i called him again but this time he didn't answered my call.

Promotional Codes worth Rs.200 Removed from Uber Account

I had Uber Promotional Balance worth Rs.200/- (Rs.50 OFF on 4 rides) which I got after I invited my 2 friends to join Uber. Worst driver ever in any circumstances

I booked a cab from chinar park to bally. That driver waited me for more than 20 mins then shouted at me ... Though I told him more than 4/5 points which can be easily discovered... But that person aren't able to locate... Not even able to locate Zeeshaan restaurant in Chinar park... After that we even went near Spencer in Chinar Park... But that person become irresponsible and used abusive languages... We also started then as we are...

I was told by UBER customer care that I will be getting paytm cashback offer only if I ride with Uber and pay the whole amount using paytm wallet
and that I should not be using any promocode with that travel.
That is the reason I had taken 2 trips on cashback ending date Feb 12, 2017. But paytm team has granted me cashback for the ride which I had taken
on 8Feb using 35 Rs off promocode. They have given me cash back...

Extra money charged in car rental

We had used your service on 11th feb, from sec 93 noida to vaishali ghaziabad but your drivers didnt refund us the balance amount of rs. 42 saying that he doesnt has the balance amount.

Why is this that we have to carry exact amount of cash,
This service was used by my parents. And they do not carry pay tm and other services.

They had to pay rs.600 instead of the bill of rs.558.

Joining bonus denied

Payment for cancelled trip

On 17th February I booked a cab from Girinagar to Srinidhi Layout(Konanakunte) in Bangalore in the morning at 10:13 am. Digital payment 0 of 6 Rides

In the Uber app i use, Uber claims, " every 6th ride is free with digital payment". And every time they will either restart the loop when it gets to 6th ride. Either Remove that misleading ad/claim or don't restart the loop again. This is the 2nd time it has happened. earlier they had claimed 0 of 4 ride. And again had restarted the loop with 0 of 6 trips...

Driver took extra charge.

I am S. Thejaseino. Took uber from safdarjung enclave Delhi to DLF promonade.. Charge shown in my phone before and after the ride is rs. 129.

The Uber X was booked from Street no 14 Alkapuri in Hyderabad to Nampalli Railway Station. The actual charge was Rs 475.64. But the driver demanded Rs 800 and did not leave us untill we paid Rs 800. It is highly unacceptable. The reason he gives that we are 7 people (with two young girls of age 9y and 15y) but the vehicle is meant for 6 people. My mother got into cab and ride started and then received msg saying you will be charged 2.1x of normal rates..
What the passenger is supposed to do when he or she already en route...
Whats the use of these kind of services?

Driver is not picking the call or responding after i explained the route .

The uber driver was called to come at gold souk around 6.45 pm on 14 feb, 2017 .he came there and called me, i told him to come inside and turn the car and pick us but he didn't like what i said and he didn't compromise to come there.
