Yesterday I had booked uberpool from seawoods east to CST terminus at 0800 since there was some problem with the harbour line. Soon after booking I called the driver and asked his location, he told he was In Vashi, I told him that the map shows you to be in nerul, then he realised and accepted the same. After 10 mins I called again, the driver picked the call but was not talking to me only, this happened several times and didn't speak to me repeatedly after picking the call. Then finally he cancelled the trip from nerul and didn't end up to seawoods station only and I was charged 42 rs approx. He didn't call me back, neither did he talk to me when I called.
The drivers name is sachin.
I've attached some snaps for your kind perusal. I need action to be taken against the driver. Yesterday I had an exam and I was almost late due to the inconvenience from the driver.
Kindly make sure that such things don't dissapoint the customer

    Uber is charging every rider with Rs.5 as toll fee for a ride, which doesn't have any toll booths available.

    There was a toll booth near Irumpanam area (Kochi), but the toll collection was stopped by the State Govt, on October 2016 itself. Still Uber is charging the toll fee for every rider and it continues for past 5 months.

    I already mailed Uber with details of the complaint, but the team seldom take a look at them. I got only the template response for multiple mails (attached mails).

    Please take appropriate action and stop this exploitation by Uber.

      I had booked an uber ride yesterday evening from my home dilshad colony to Anand vihar. A driver named Ashish Pawar with Swift desire received the booking. After booking the cab I called him. He asked where I had to go which I refused to tell. After waiting for 10 minutes I called him again but he kept disconnecting the call. I was charged ₹60 in my next ride which were cancellation charges. I want that amount reversal and action against that driver.

        I have been using Uber share from almost three months, but from the last two weeks I am facing issues everyday. I book a cab and it turns up post the time mentioned on the GPS. I live in the west and the cabs that get paired with my location are from east, or international airport or from Juhu which is almost 20 mins away.
        My work location is in Goregaon east and my cab has been getting paired with people who need to be dropped off at Goregaon west, which makes me reach office almost 45 mins late due to the east west traffic.
        The other day the driver was at the international airport parking lot and he told me that I would have to pay 100 Rs extra if he will come to pick me up at my location in Andheri west, whereas my fare was Rs 60. So I would have to pay Rs 160 instead.
        I am very disappointed with the way the cabs are been paired and the quality of the drivers. It has put me off so much so that I use Rickshaws now.

        trust this matter will be looked at and will be resolved as a lot of people including me have been very frustrated with the service

          Booked cab for domestic airport from Siruseri Chennai. As there was no response for long (no change in vehicle's position as well) we called the driver. We had booked the cab on Paytm but the driver said he would come only if we pay by cash and (very rudely) asked us to cancel the trip if not paid in cash. As cancellation was delayed 50 got deductd

            I booked cab from Jasola Vihar to Anand Vihar, trip fare was 194 rs but driver showed me 394 rs when i asked what is it for he said 200 rs extra added for Toll tax MCD tax but during my travel there wasn't any toll tax appeared . What are all charges and taxes beyond trip fare customer is already paying you trip fare which is included in trip so why MCD tax Toll tax even if you are riding in Delhi itself. I am unsatisfied with the deduction of amount in respect of toll taxes and service charge you people only befool other by telling only trip fare but actually charge them almost double of trip fare. I travelled this trip without facing any toll tax still amount is added in trip fare to pay. It is better to go with public transport rather with organization like your which make unnecessary charges . don't want to travel anymore with uber and such fake rides

              On 24-2-17 I booked an uber cab to Nedumbassserry domestic airport .The ride was at 3.30pm. The estimated cost shown in the app was between ₹ 400 and ₹ 500. After the trip I was charged ₹ 600 by the driver . The driver s name was Anzil and the vehicle was a Ford Figo aspire. ( photo of the bill attached )

                Again uber has barred by account without any confirmation. we don't know as to why they have deactivated and we miss out my due to this issue . Will request you to provide the mail id of Amit Jain and also provide the SLA for account deactivation.

                they have stopped my account no against mob no [protected]. A s per them we did not follow the company policy. I have requested them to provide the proof which proof that I did not follow the policy but not provided yet and this is pending for last 2 years.

                Also we have some balance in my account. Would request you to please help on this.

                they did not respond on customer complaints . Is there any policy, which we can get a revert from uber company as they did not revert on our complaints. Also I have sent some letter but no revert rcvd from them.
                TS 03 UA 7909 Cab driver is hit by bike from back and My rear mudguard totally damaged. I don't know his name but I have his photo. He is not responding for my bike damage.

                  Today I booked Uber from my account phone no. [protected] at around 4:50 pm. I received the notification that driver Vijay Nath with car no. UP14ET8479 is coming on my booking. I called him at 4:51 pm and he asked me for my house's direction at F-23B, kanchanjunga apartment, which I told him. At 5:00 pm I called him again and he told me that he has arrived at our location so we went downstairs for taking the cab. We didn't find the cab at our location so I went to our apartment gate and found that the driver with the above mentioned car no. has entered the society but has exited as well so I called him again and again which he didn't pick and thereafter he switched off the phone. This was really humiliating as we were getting very late to a family function and the booking itself got cancelled. This is a very unprofessional attitude of your driver and I would never prefer using Uber again. I never expected this behaviour from your side.

                      I was book the cab on same date from 23 sec chandigarh to 44 sec chandigarh, i pay the cab charges, 67.55 /-. No promotion benefit is update rs 50. I pay full amount 67.55/-.

                        I booked a ride on 23 feb 2017 in afteenoon from sant nagar burari Delhi-110084 and the destination was Model Town-2 . The driver had taken Rs 100 from me .When he left, then I got the message that my fare was Rs 49 . I contacted him and he asked me to wait for half hour . After half hour i called him again but this time he didn't answered my call.
                        Now in my account it's not showing any of my trips .

                        Ask the driver to return my money back

                          I had Uber Promotional Balance worth Rs.200/- (Rs.50 OFF on 4 rides) which I got after I invited my 2 friends to join Uber. Suddenly on 23rd Feb 2017, I saw that those Promotional Codes were no longer in my Account. I did not receive any Message or Mail from Uber why it got removed. I tried contacting them through their Help section, but no use. My Uber Mobile No. is "[removed]" and email ID is "[removed]".

                            I booked a cab from chinar park to bally. That driver waited me for more than 20 mins then shouted at me ... Though I told him more than 4/5 points which can be easily discovered... But that person aren't able to locate... Not even able to locate Zeeshaan restaurant in Chinar park... After that we even went near Spencer in Chinar Park... But that person become irresponsible and used abusive languages... We also started then as we are so frustrated... I want my money back and also which didn't send me back while I took last 3 rides... Hopefully I would get a call back asap... Or I will churn Uber... So ####ing services...

                              I was told by UBER customer care that I will be getting paytm cashback offer only if I ride with Uber and pay the whole amount using paytm wallet
                              and that I should not be using any promocode with that travel.
                              That is the reason I had taken 2 trips on cashback ending date Feb 12, 2017. But paytm team has granted me cashback for the ride which I had taken
                              on 8Feb using 35 Rs off promocode. They have given me cash back of RS. 61.93+13.36+11.89. Out of this, 13.36 and 11.89 are cash back for rides which I took using 35Rs off promocode on 8 th FEB. I need cashback for rides which is took on 12 Feb worth Rs.180.25 and 185.29.
                              I had send around 22 emails regarding this issue and paytm team is just responding some by hearted sentences and pretending as if they are not understanding what i have explained in my email. I have even asked them to contact me in my number so that i can explain if they need any clarification. They have not yet tried to call me up. attached UBER message which i received

                                Hi, i am chandu and holding the uber account with mobile number [removed]. Few days back (On 12th feb) i have added 200 rupees to my paytm wallet which is linked directly in the uber app. I tried to book the cab but booking was not allowed because of minimum amount. So i have decided to another 200 rupees to paytm wallet but i realized that earlier 200 rupees are not showing in the account. I spent ample amount of time to convey the message to uber customer care but people are irresponsible and not even given right solution and they declared them self, the problem is resolved. It is worst experience with uber service. I am requesting that i want refund money of 200 into my wallet.

                                  We had used your service on 11th feb, from sec 93 noida to vaishali ghaziabad but your drivers didnt refund us the balance amount of rs. 42 saying that he doesnt has the balance amount.

                                  Why is this that we have to carry exact amount of cash,
                                  This service was used by my parents. And they do not carry pay tm and other services.

                                  They had to pay rs.600 instead of the bill of rs.558.
                                  This is not acceptable.

                                  Will you accept rs.40 less than the bill amount. Then why we are supposed to pay extra if we cant use cahsless services

                                  Is this a penalty for not using cashless service?

                                    When I was booking the cab there charge was Rs70 with visa card then when we reach to our destination with right route the charge was Rs179 how it is possible it was double charge I don't think so that it will be double charge from that. We like card payment is safe but we feel like you have cheated with us when we will go to right route the charge not be increased and how charge has doubled. The pickup point was shilalekh shahibaug and the destination was nagarvel hanuman road the charge was Rs70 to reach there than how the charge was doubled we have gone with right route you have cheated us please solve my issue as short as possible because these issue is happening from two days I hope tht you will solve my issue short

                                      Hi team, i was promised rs. 14, 000 as a joining bonus (Or guaranteed bonus) if i achieve 50 rides in 14 days. I managed to complete 54 rides in 13 days and qualified for this joining bonus.in fact, i even received an sms confirming this.

                                      When i contacted uber to claim my incentive, the executive from uber denied ever having featured such guaranteed bonus. I have been asked to produce the sms as evidence which i have lost.

                                      I have physically been to the uber office in sec 29 gurgaon to complain about this issue. No one seems to be interested to even hear me out.

                                      Completing 54 rides in 13 days is not easy. I have covered over 30 kms in a single ride and worked hard to accumulate & qualify for my bonus which i am being denied by uber.

                                      Please take note of this issue and take appropriate action. This fraud has caused me mental trauma beyond explanation.

                                      I will continue to peruse this and will claim my bonus even if it would be the last thing i do. I am prepared to complain to the higher authorities at uber & even going to the consumer court and file a complain if necessary. I won't let myself be cheated by uber.

                                      Please help in resolving this issue.

                                        On 17th February I booked a cab from Girinagar to Srinidhi Layout(Konanakunte) in Bangalore in the morning at 10:13 am. After getting a confirmation and driver details I tried calling the driver, but I get a message saying the driver has cancelled the trip. I had to rebook one more taxi to take the ride. This you can check with your records.

                                        My query is, if I had cancelled the trip after getting the confirmation then the charges mentioned below is justified, but the trip was cancelled by your driver even before he reached my destination and I had to rebook again.

                                        I would really appreciate you guys reversing these charges. For me here money is not the issue but the principle with which you are working is my issue.
