Dear,

I have book the cab from bilekahalli (home) location. To vishwapriya lay out. @8:30 . Driver mints was 3 mint. But dint turn to my place till 10 :19pm. Even he dint cancelled the drive, you people are charging for us to cancel. He was playing with saying that I am coming, even we came out on the road waiting for him 20 mints laughing at us and foolish, this kind of rubbish people you have it as driver. If dint take action on this I am going to consumer court. Check with my past drive.i have attached with screen short of the driver waiting.

    Today i booked uber cab, but the driver denied his duty ! Im not able to cancel this trip and hence could not book another cab . Could you please cancel that drive . And the driver is not willing to cancel from his end.But from my paytm account 50rs is deducted . Why should i be charged if the driver has denied duty . This is absolutely ridiculous .he denied duty even after knowing im a pregnant woman

    Same thing happened to me. When i asked him to cancel, he told he dont have this option. If i cancel i will be charged . This is ridiculous.

    Same issue I had with driver.. Today I booked a cab after I getting into cab at 9.30pm and driver repeatedly asking me where is the drop and he cancelled the drive and denied his duty after knowing am pregnant women. And again I booked next cab where I have been charged for that.. This so stupid and ridiculous. And uber is not taking any action on it and no customer care number.. Just cheating the customers blindly

      I booked UberSUV on 29th Jan Midnight from Friends colony Borabanda to Prashanth Nagar Langer House. It arrived very late and stopped around one Km away from the Pickup point. I had to trace the vehicle by that time the Driver Ravi cancelled the booking. On questioning him he said he does not have balance in his mobile. So, I had to rebook the vehicle for which you have charged Rs.100 without my fault. Moreover on reaching the destination he charged Rs. 743/- inspite of my showing the bill amount which you have sent. So I request you to kindly resolve my issue. He didnot followed the instructions of his mobile enabled with GPS.
      In the earlier trip from Prashanth Nagar Langer House to Friends Colony Borabanda the bill was Rs. 560/- only.

      Yesterday your abusive driver got me into an accident and then fled. Now the guy who was hit by the car has come back to me harassing for money. 1st I go through this torture of abusive driver and 2nd I have to deal with this harassment. But noone at Uber has got back to me to sort my issues. Please take action.

          I booked Uber from Kolkata station but waited for 10 minutes and driver didn't turn up though he said that he was nearby. After calling again he said he had a problem with the car and told me to cancel the trip. I did that and booked again. After the ride I was charged Rs 266 whereas the charge was showing 206 in my phone. Driver said that since I canceled the last trip I had to pay cancelation charge. I canceled only when that driver told me to cancel. Please adjust this money in my next ride

            To The concerned officer,
            Yesterday I had ride at about 6.22PM and the the driver's name is Mr. Rajesh, I am very surprised and felt sorry at the destination when I asked about the fare .Driver asked me to pay Rs.261/- when I asked that the estimated fare was Rs.75/- after giving a discount of Rs.50/- and there can not be any due amount, he said that I will have to pay rs.261/- otherwise he will not allow me to get down and wife was with me. I said that I never kept the fare pending, .But repeatedly asked me to pay the amount of Rs.261/- and to claim the amount through mail, and I requested the driver Mr. Rajesh to contact your office, any how he called your office and from your office directed the Driver to accept Rs.75/- and asked him to allow us to get down.

            First of all I want to know that I never receive the instant receipt through SMS of the fare, and if there was any pending amount which I did not pay I never received a demand to pay that amount of Rs.185/- from your office.

            I am sure that the concerned driver did not submit the true account of fare collected by cash and suddenly I came to know yesterday.

            It is not possible for me to check the mail for the payment very moment of paid cash.

            So still you think that I did not pay the fare and and an amount is pending of Rs.185/- I will pay this amount and I will be the last person to use Uber Cab and will convey this unexpected event to each of my persons who are in contact with me.

            Further I will request you not to allow any driver to use their personal authority on customers, I am transacting with UBER not individually with the driver, How a driver like Mr. Rajesh could say that I should not have called the UBER CAB, when I asked repeatedly then only he contacted with your office.

            So please resolve this matter immediately and in future I will need instant money receipt though SMS then only I will use UBER Cab.

              Yesterday around 1:30 pm I took an Uber ride, from the address MIG 165, APHB Colony, Indira Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana to Lingampalli Railway Station, Lingampalli, Hyderabad, Telangana. The distance was around 9.5 kms.
              As I checked, the estimated fare was showing as Rs. 69.00
              So I confirmed the booking.

              I have opted to pay by PayTM.

              But as I checked later, I found that, I was billed for Rs. 304.39

              Please arrange to refund the excess amount that has been billed to me.

              In case any other details are required, please let me know.

                    2. Then I had booked second cab uber from ghatkopar to dombivali lodha heaven

                    Today, 25.01.2017 at 11.25am
                    driver : salman

                    Cab had arrived and family members seated in the cab, cab started for destination but after -100 meter distance the driver mr. salman has refused to take trip to dombivali. he told me that uber company has not allowed him to take trip to go dombivali.
                    If you not taking trip to dombivali then why you accept the booking for dombivali. After 15 minutes excercise the trip was booked for dombivali and after trip started for destination and your driver refuse to take trip to dombivali.
                    After discussion and we request him to take trip to dombivali, but He had not agreed and driver had cancelled our trip and alighting my family members with senior citizen member on road.
                    and charged Rs.56.52/-

                      I had received a text message on 23rd January, 2017 from Uber stating that
                      Dear rider, Save more with Uber Mumbai- here's 50% off on 3 rides! Use code SAVE50X3 now. Promo valid till Jan 27.

                      I applied the code on the same date for a ride from Churchgate to Andheri.
                      However to my shock, when i reached my destination, the total amount was Rs.602/- i.e after deducting Rs. 50 instead of 50%.

                      Kindly refund the excess amount taken from me deceitfully.

                        Hi team,

                        Yesterday at 7.50pm, i have forgot the mobile and just in a minute i have called driver from my sister mobile (when i have called he was near my eye sight). i have requested him to stop the car so that i can come and take the mobile. driver confirmed he has the mobile and he told he will take u turn as i am with luggage and will handover the mobile.

                        Post that he stopped answering my call and switched off my mobile. he message me at 2.45 am as he is trying to reach me (where in no missed call was there) and call him once i am free.

                        There is no proper response from customer care team. i am deeply dissapointed with uber and will never book or use uber. i feel ola is 100% better. they will address the issue immediately and they will take the driver on concall and resolve the issue if required.

                          On 23 Jan 2017 Driver Wilson Deepak Mobile number [protected] driving Toyota Etios in mysore driven and was billed 105.78, the normaly charges for our regular travell is Rs.110 to max115, but he forcefully collected Rs.180 from my old Mother, who is senior citizens ladies in Mysore, when I called he says he collected only the billed amount, not 180/- he says that I can complaint where ever I wanted, not one touch even his hair, totally unprofessional and against the standard o[censored]ber, kindly give me the justice, will a old lady of 69 and 75 yrs tell lies and my old mother can swear in-front of any one, can he do it ???                             On 22.01.17 (Sunday) I have booked a ride around 21:30hrs through Uber app to travel from VGN Minerva, Nolambur to Egmore Railway station.The driver Mr.Gopi (Mobile No.[protected] taxi has come on the app, I contacted him and gave the details of pick up location.Till he came near to the neighbourhood he was picking up the phone.When the App was showing around 5 minutes away he has stopped picking up of my calls.I made 3 to 4 calls from around 21:53 hrs to 22:03hrs but the driver did not pick up the calls.All of a sudden I have noticed on the App that the TRIP-ON showing, indicating about 25 minutes to the destination.I suspected that the driver knowingly picked up some other passenger against my Paytm payment.Having no other way I cancelled the trip to avoid being cheated by the driver.The Uber has unjustly charged me Rs.70/- for no fault of mine.After cancellation only the driver has entered inside the Apartments gate, when confronted he did not have proper explanations to his refusal to receive my calls.This proves that the driver was reluctant to come after having agreed and wanted the company not to penalise him resorted to this fraud.Please refund Rs.70/-immediately to Paytm account.

                                It's still not resolved and getting the attached error while trying to book a cab.
                                Even I have changed the mode of payment to cash, credit card but nothing was work out. Please find the attached error and resolve my account issue on priority.

                                  I booked a uber cab on 15.07.2017 from Rani Bagh, Multani Mohala Delhi 110034 to Nizamudin Railway Station at 19.04 Hrs driver some Prince having cab HR 69..., dont know the full number of the cab. His phone number [protected]. After reached the destination he requested to reverse the booking to maduban chowk (bola ki raat ko mujhe pta nahi kaha bhejenge, aapse request hai ki booking ko reverse kar dijiye to mai ghar chala jaunga). Today on my returned to Delhi when i try to book uber cab again on booking status shows pending amount Rs 1700 some things upon me. But that day I used cab only from Rani Bagh to Nizamudin for that i have paid the eject amount. Rs 185. Kinldy look the matter seriously against the cab driver.

                                      Today morning I had booked my normal route to office when me and my sister boarded the cab we requested the driver to drive a little fast as we wanted to reach our office on time, the driver spoke in a really rude manner, when we told him he can't behave like this he ubruptly and in a very dangerous fashion stopped the car not paying heed there was a bus behind due to this we got a JERK and in defence my sister slapped the driver, when we made a complaint on your app your people suspended my account, this is the customer service these guysprovide when the customer is having a problem, I'm a regular commuter through Uber cab facility and so many times due to their drivers we reach our offices late but we give good rating considering the drivers our courteous. This is the first time we faced an issue and they have straight away blocked the account, this is what Uber calls customer service it is absolutely ########, I would further escalate this matter to consumer court if my account is not activated within 24hrs, also attaching driver's pick so people are aware and don't board this disgusting person's cab, shame on you Uber instead of supporting your customers through whom your business runs you are supporting your useless and disgusting driver.

                                        II regularly hire uber for a particular route where in i am always estimated more than 400 but charged only around 150-200. Today i was charged 523 for the same ride barring any excessive traffic or time consuming activities. When asked for charhes leived per km, i am denied. I cannot blindly pay for a normal service suddenly so much. Please look in the matter.
