But I paid money for cancelled trip.pls give my cancelled trip money....

II regularly hire uber for a particular route where in i am always estimated more than 400 but charged only around 150-200. Today i was charged 523 for the same ride barring any excessive traffic or time consuming activities. When asked for charhes leived per km, i am denied. I cannot blindly pay for a normal service suddenly so much. Please look in the matter....

Hello, to the higher authority concern..am very disappointed with ur services..ur drivers are first of not coming on time and second most important they are cancelling the ride by themselves and charging the cancellation fees from us...am ur regular customer plz do something for this issue..it has done by 7/8 times...plz its a request refund my charges......

On Wednesday 11th January(@ 6:19PM) I booked Uber Cab and uber app showed waiting time approx 10mins, in between I then checked my emails for 2-3 mins, and when I opened uber app again (after 4mins) it showed nothing (means it looked like no cab was booked, and in fact I didn't see booked cab details). I had Paytm Balance Rs 145 and my paytm was not not linked with paytm app and was not supporting with the app
I had to always add money in the uber paytm app
my balance at paytm app was not reflecting at the uber paytm app as it was not authorized
I had to reauthorized to correct the error for which it was asked to delete the paytm pay method at uber app and reinstall the app

I am Mrs.Sarah Abraham who uses your uber regularly.Yesterday i had to cancel two uber cabs in the evening between 4 and 4.45 as they didnt not turn even after 30 mins even though they showed 1 min.
