It is very painful to report that I booked a uber taxi on 13 Jan around 5pm when I reached my destination maharani farm 2 the driver intimate d rs 35 for this trip. He asked me to pay rs 115 including past charges. I spoke to thw official and nothing was outstanding . the old report was based on mid reporting of driver on 24.8.16.. Your driver detained me for half hour and finally he allowed me leave only after taking 115 rs which I borrowed from somebody n paid. Your drivers are in habit of charging rs 80 as NA and avoid short trips of rs arnd 40. Defaming your name .kindly look into the matter and refund me rs 80

    Hi Uber Team,

    On Wednesday 11th January(@ 6:19PM) I booked Uber Cab and uber app showed waiting time approx 10mins, in between I then checked my emails for 2-3 mins, and when I opened uber app again (after 4mins) it showed nothing (means it looked like no cab was booked, and in fact I didn't see booked cab details). So I opened Uber app and and booked the cab again (@6:26 PM).

    Next day (12th Jan) I got a notification of (50Rs Cancellation Fees - too much frustrating..) and when I checked trips history I got to know that this is a cancellation fee for cab booked at yesterday(11th at 6:19PM).

    In conclusion, you are charging cancellation fees because of your fault only. I[censored]ber app doesn't show booked cab details then how would I cancel that. You know I started using Uber services since last month only, and earlier I used to book OLA cabs, I didn't face this issue in OLA. And one more suggestion to you, Uber app performance is not as good as OLA app.

    If you trust your customer, then please don't charge that unwanted cancellation fees, because I am not the culprit for that.

      Hi, I booked in UBAR can on 12 Jan 2017 early moring at 3:15 around. The cab driver name is rohit([protected]), I reached my destination at kharadi, Pune. The total amount is 133.40, I gave500 rs note, driver said don't have change, I also don't have change. After that he started arguing why you used cab, if you not paid I will drop where he picked me. After 2km he returned the same destination, he took 500 rs and returned 330. Today I tried to book a cab again it showed message u have to pay 222.40 rs to rohit. That guy was not closed the trip and he missed the customer amount and trust.

        Dear Sir,
        I had Paytm Balance Rs 145 and my paytm was not not linked with paytm app and was not supporting with the app
        I had to always add money in the uber paytm app
        my balance at paytm app was not reflecting at the uber paytm app as it was not authorized
        I had to reauthorized to correct the error for which it was asked to delete the paytm pay method at uber app and reinstall the app
        i had reauthorized the app but i didnt yet received the balance that was available at the time of deleting paytm at uber payment method
        Please refund me the amount at the earliest
        i have been complaining for this all the time but have yet not received the balance

          I am Mrs.Sarah Abraham who uses your uber regularly.Yesterday i had to cancel two uber cabs in the evening between 4 and 4.45 as they didnt not turn even after 30 mins even though they showed 1 min. I was not able to contact the driver as we are not given the facility. therefore I was forced to pay Rs163 inside of Rs63 for going from R.V.Public School Lalbagh West Gate to Wilson Garden Blore.I think you need to do something about this .

            I am unnecessarily charged cancellation fee of rs 50 while travelling from infosys to khandagiri on 10/1/2017. Driver did not call me after reaching and cancelled the trip. Second time when i booked it was showing a cancellation fee of rs 50. Please refund my money. I was travelling from infosys to khandagiri. Driver name with other details are given below.

              On 6th Jan, 2017 between 6pm and 6-23 pm I took a Uber ride from Bag bazar St. Kolkata, West Bengal to HA-331, Salt lake Kolkata -700097. Amont of Rs.80.19 as fare was debited from my paytm wallet. But the driver had no information about this debit. I paid him in cash Rs.80.00. he took the cash and kept a note in his diary. I claim refund of this excess payment of Rs 80.0 made to the driver in cash.. The driver's name was Ranjit and his mob no appears to be [protected]

                The driver asked 120 extra for toll tax while travelling from kempegowda International airport to destination given. But in his app it was not mentioned nor it was mentioned in my booking. He started fighting and created issue for this

                  I Booked a Ubergo from 19th main to HSR layout Bangalore on 9th Jan 2017 at 1703hrs. reached my destination. This was done by using my mobile app on phone . I reached my destination that is Ferns Meadows and paid the driver in a sum of Rs 380.93 in cash. Today ( 10th Jan 2017) i booked a Ubergo at 16:12 and was supprised to get a message that I had a pending amount of Rs380.93 and that would be added to my fare today. Before starting the ride today I explained, my problem to the driver and he tried his best to resolve it with his customer care in Uber to no avail. Finally they told him that it would be deducted from his fare and that I had no choice but to pay it.and try to get it back from Uber. On reaching my destination I go a combined Fare demand for Rs 770. This I Paid as I did not want to trouble the Cab driver who had tried his best to help me. . I do not understand how Uber thinks that a Cab driver can drop me at my destination and not collect his fare. If they had any doubt how come they did not send me a message immediately after completing the trip. My app also shows that the amount was paid in Cash.

                  Hence I request the following from uber
                  1. Refund the an amount of Rs 380.93
                  2. Ensure that his does not happen in future not only to me but to other customers.. I am not sure i[censored]ber tomorrow say that i have not paid the amount of Rs 770.
                  3. Have a better customer support as there seems to be no way I can talk to any body at Uber. Looking at your Website gives a feeling that Uber is not bothered about their Customers

                  Have tried to contact Uber directly but they do not seem to have any number or email their help website does not work

                  Driver forced ne to pay cash even though my payment got deducted from my paytm. He double charged me. And the fare was supposed to be ₹93 he demanded ₹107. I have been conned by uber. I have filed complaint but no response from uber.
                  As per estimate of my trip was rs171-221but they changed 447 which more than double

                    I gave a complaint to uber about this. I received a reply saying that I would never be mapped to that driver again. That does not solve the problem. This could happen to any other woman.The driver used real bad words and called me a PROS###### . He took advantage of the fact that I did not know the local language.Uber needs to take complaints against drivers seriously for safety and security of the riders.

                      I c.sudheer booked UBER GO at 17.05 Hrs on dt 9.1.2017. I tried to contact the driver at 17.05, 17.10 and 17.16 Hrs.He did not respond or he did not call me. Uber Order #254c6952684f4c5881586.I have wt ed on main road of sri nagar colony but in vain.The mob no: of driver is[protected].He put me in to mental agony with out response.Finally at 17.15 Hrs an amount of Rs 50 deducted from my Paytm wallet. Then I have to book another cab and payed at higher price of Rs 203.70
                      I request UBER Authorities to pay back my amount Rs 50.since no fault of mine I was penalised.

                        I booked a auto on dt.18.12.2016 at 5.15p.m. and also get a call at 5.17p.m. So I wait at main road since 45 minutes Auto not came. Why I had wait in evening and cold in main road? No body inform me, when I tried to contact with that no not connected. But I had penalized Rs.25/- in next day. I did not know what mistake done by me? Physically mentally and financially I harassed by UBER service.
                        This not once, again I had book a Auto yesterday at.3.45p.m. driver contact me but not reached with me, when I contacted with driver he replied " he cancelled the trip". How and why that is happening in UBER. I had wait mininmum 20 minutes at main road. No body inform me.

                        Why always customer panelized? because he give you business. If I will not justice I will go for court of law.

                            I had booked uber from sant nagar burari to chandni chowk, at the time of booking Charges shows approx. 100 . distance approx . 10 km but when reached destination driver charges 480 rs/- I dont know how to calculate charges . It is my first ride and bad experiance. Uber tottaly fraud with customers. In reciept wrong distance shows.Actual distance is only approx - 10 km but in reciept 24.27 miles

                            MILES 24.27 - 234.38
                            MINUTES 59.37 - 89.05

                              Just rode with uber. Before that i booked a uber pool, called the driver, he confirmed the pick up and after 15 minutes, he canceled the ride. Pathetic service. Booked uber go, driver arrived after 20 mins though aarival time was showing 7 mins at the time of booking, above all driver charged rs 100 extra saying that toll is not included in the bill and uber has told him that to get it from customers. I argued but since i was already late courtesy for that "uber". Bill amount rs 124, he charged rs 224. I am not going to take uber ever, bye uber.

                              I am kavitha here. Morning we got a uber cab from yeswanthpur railway station to or area it was showed 139.15 Rs in uber App but the driver charged 180 Rs. I forget that driver name but the car number ends with 5212 and it is toyota etios (grey color). This is not fair at all. Felt very bad. Need an action against it.

                                I had booked a uber ride on 6 january 2017 at 10:30 pm, From aluva to choondy and after confirming the booking the driver disagree to come and he ask for extra charge . The uber charge is 75 rs and he asked 250 rs . And i havent agreed with this amount so he ask me to cancel the booking. The behaviour of the driver disappointed me. The booking details are :

                                  I had booked a car on 5.1.17 late night from bhangel noida to neel padam kunj ghaziabad coming from hospital with my family the drive satish was not knowing the way not even navigator was supporting while driving i told him, the way to my home while coming back suddenly he stopped on flyover at sector 18 he saw few boxes are lying on the road he toke the car back on one way heavy traffic was coming i told him not to take back because heavy traffic was coming back but he didnt listen to me and shouted on me he went there keeping in mind that he will get some valueable things from the boxes but he didnt get anything from there . i always go for uber but this was a bad experience

                                    My first experience with Uber: Promo code entry could not be done. The driver took cash from us though his trip receipt detail showed ZERO amount (another driver said the first trip was usually free), he took the amount from us and later registered with Uber as "Amount Not received" from customer, it seems.

                                    I sent an email to their help section. They try to confuse me further saying that the email I entered on the complaint is NOT matching with my "registered email" of my account. This was my first trip and I do not have any account with them at all.

                                    Added to this, they send irrelevant responses to irritate the customer - this I think is done deliberately.

                                    How can a rental car system allowed to operate without any phone support number or grievance system in place? Grievance email-ID is NOT functioning - similar to any other big corporation.

                                    No proper control and monitoring systems on these entities at all by Govt. That's why they flourish by cheating customers.

                                      Uber had deactivated my account which was used from somewhere else and never knew about. Uber don't even send that booking is recieved so I can't know my Uber account status.[protected]@gmail.com is my email please help me as soon as possible.I kindly beg Uber people please reactivate my account. I am not the person like this. Please Uber.
                                      I actually love Uber than ola cabs. Exact fare whatever is the time took to reach.

                                        i Mrs. Rekha Vaidya is a frequent traveler by uber cabs. Yesterday i.e. 05.01.2017 i wanted to use your services and travel to Santacruz East at 11.00am. I booked a cab. this driver accepted the booking and as we tried to contact him for the pick up this person never answered our calls and so with NO CHOICE i had to cancel that booking.
                                        My concern is why should i be charged cancellation charges on my next trip when its not my fault and its the driver who refused the ride.

                                        i want the cancellation charges to be waved off. Necessary instructions to be given to the driver as this was an inconvenience faced my me.
