Hi,
I was using UBER fine for about 1 year .This incident happened recently .Actually I had to travel to Bhubaneswar for taking my degree certificate.When I reached bhubaneswar, my internet didnot work.So Itried to book uber go on my friend's phone.But I don't know why my account has been blocked and they donot even care to tell me.I request you to look into the matter properly and solve my problem.I am facing lots of difficulties due to this.My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

    I booked an uber cab on 25th of december from hebbal church.. The estimated time shown was 10 mins.. I thought of waiting but aftr 1 min when i checked the estimated time it was showing 13mins the cab was goin far away from the location. I tried calling the driver several times but he did not tak my call. When he finally accepted my call he said he wont be able to come due to high traffic so i cancelled the trip and i booked another cab which was closer to me than the previous one. My uber account is connected with paytm and uber has deducted rs 100 from my paytm account. It was not my mistake that your driver could not reach the location or for his unprofessional behavioir. Your service is not at all customer oriented, uber service is becoming worse day by day. Rs 100 was deducted without any reason. Your driver will make mistakes and delay the trip and he doesn't even have the manners to call and let his passenger know that he wont be able to come and on the other hand the passengers have to pay for their mistakes. I did not even know that rs 100 is deducted until i checked my paytm wallet where it was clearly shown that uber has deducted rs 50 twice. I am very dissapointed with your service, i would request you to please give me back my rs 100 and take some action. My email id registered with uber is cuddle.       Dear sir,

      I have been regular user o[censored]ber services and am generally satisfied with the services and the after-sales care of the uber team.

      I have yesterday encountered one problem with uber - particularly about the driver :

      As the uber app on my smartphone was not responding properly due to connectivity problem, i asked one of my friends to book uber for my mother who wanted to go to vile parle from c p tank - mumbai city south.

      The uber car ws booked at about 8.50 am, the details of the driver and the car are as under :

      Driver name : krishna
      Driver contact no. : [protected]
      Vehicle : hyundai xcent
      License plate : mh 01 cj 0770

      Although, overall service was good, the driver demanded sea-link toll of rs. 60 from my mother in cash which she paid as she was not knowing whether to pay or not, being an old-age person.

      Even, after completing the trip, the driver did not refunded the wrongly collected toll amount.

      When my mother informed me about this in the evening while discussing, i immediately called the driver, who gave one or the other answer to my pointed question - how can he demand any charges from the rider, once it is stated policy o[censored]ber that the rider has to pay ecerything - every charge to uber and uber only?

      As the driver krishna was not repsonding properly, i thought of bringling the matter of this dishonest driver to your notice and for you to tske necessary and appropriate action against such erring drivers who illegally collect toll charges from gullible riders and in turn, tarnish the image o[censored]ber without uber knowing about such malpractice.

      I hope you understood the problem and issu at hand and try to resolve the matter at the earliest.

      On 26th December I had transferred Rs.500/- from my account with the Federal Bank Ltd's Edappally branch. The amount is not yet credited in my payment valet, whereas it is debited from my said account on the same time.

        I booked uber and i waited for 10 mins for vehicle to arrive, your driver Govind driving Alto 800 MH 01 CJ 466 came, i sat in the car with my mom, my wife, my two small nephews and my 9 months daughter, although the drop location was allready mentioned while booking the ride your driver asked for drop location and after confirming the location mumbra he asked us to "step out of the vehicle and book another ride", as he was not willing to drop us till mumbra and also his shift timing was over also when we informed that we will complain about this he forcefully removed out from the vehicle. He was not even bothered that we can complain he said "jisko bolna hai boldo" I have photographs of the car and the driver. The worst part is you dont have customer care number for mumbai.

          Hi... I am a uber partner since last year or so.. I called up uber customer care no of Mumbai city to get assistance for getting documents uploaded online... However person asked to take my wife on con call as she is the owner but even after successful authentication he REFUSED to assist and started giving vague answers.. post that he put my call on HOLD without asking for my permission... I called up uber Mumbai support TWICE AND SHOCKED TO RECEIVE RESPONSE FROM THEN IN TELUGU LANGUAGE DESPITE CHOOSING ENGLISH AS MY PREFERRED LANGUAGE.. The attitude of the call centre guy was highly unprofessional and harassing... I called them on 31st December at12:51 pm; 01:06 am; 01:09 am; 01:13 am...

            I am from Hyderabad. Today I had very bad experience with UBER cab payment
            Actually I travelled 6.29 km and fare was 80.96 rupees. But they added Surge x3.6 extra fare 210.50 rupees without knowing me
            Seems today every one facing same issue in Hyderabad due to some issues between Uber company and drivers.
            They collecting triple amount of actual fare and it is not at all fare.
            Please respond any one on this issue and all customers are suffering a lot

              Today 30.12.2016, i had visited Uber Office at ernakulam, Kerala with my friend regarding payment issues.After reaching there we started enquiring to Mr.Anant(Receptionist).he was politely guiding us.Only one chair was there for customer.So i had taken another chair to sit.Immediately bouncer(Mr.Benjo Baby) came and objected for the same in a very bad manner, so rudely.Then i stood for long time.I just saw his name printed on Identity card.He came towards me started showing his identity card and said to note down thoroughly.Repeated this sentence in front of everybody.Even he took my snap standing over there, it is captured in the CCTV installed there.
              I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from any of the UBER staff.We indeed wanted a solution to our payment issue for which we went there, instead we faced this rude behaviour.Very bad experience.None of the Uber staff in the office try to stop him.

                    29/12/2016 i have booked a cab. Cab details gj21v9706 eeco, prakesh [protected] at 11 am. He cant wait atlest 10 to 15 mins i am in the train. Prakesh bhai cancles the ride without asking me. Than i booked second cab, cab details [protected] toyota liva 9625. He also cant wait for 10 mins and also cancle the ride without asking me.
                    P please take action on uber. The drivers are so never pick up the phones after cancle the ride and also very rude behivaour so pls take action as soon as possible

                      I downloaded uber app in my mobile but while trying to change the payment method from cash to Paytm, I was not getting verification SMS. Later I have received multiple SMSs. I tired registering but it was unsuccessful so left the task and later when I wanted to book a can, I opened Uber app by password which was correct one but I got a message stating that the account has been disabled. I contacted Uber customer service by emails but they say that I am not sending email from the REGISTERED email address so they can't help. I confirmed the email address I have used (i have only 1 email address) but they simply refused to help. After multiple emails, I asked for their escalation process but they have now completely blocked my account and refused to help further. Need your help in taking action and getting my account unblocked.

                        My uber app isn't working.. When i request the cab it always shows that it failed to retrieve credit balance. I did everything even updated the app. I also connected it with my payrm wallet and tried to add payment with debit card also but it isn't working.. I dont know what happend to it.
                        I am unable to request the cab since 10 days thats why i am using ola app.. So plzz resolve my problem then i will be able to use this. Thanks.

                          I received an sms saying 50% discount would be applicable, if I use the offer of CHEER300.
                          The Uber App is not allowing to put in this discount offer. I had used the app to travel from my residence to JVLR yesterday at 6:19 PM and the bill amount was 227 Rs. As per the offer, I should be getting 50% discount. Kindly arrange to give a refund of 50% of my yesterdays trip.

                          Further, for any trips upto 31/12/2016, How do I use this offer of CHEER300.

                              I was charged Rs.299 for trip from hospital road to Parekkattil lane, Kaloor, Ernakulam on 19/ 12/ 2016 . For the same distance I was charged only Rs. 103 on 14/11/2016. In your bill received by me as email the distance varied in both the trips taken along same route, same destination as 5.92km on 14/11 and 15.77km 0n 19/12 .
                              How can the distance be different when the route taken is same to reach destination. In addition to that I was charged a surcharge of Rs.30.20. Kindly look into this error and refund.

                                My account was locked on 13th November 2016 for reasons unknown to me. after repeated complaints submitted on support.uber.com, i still have no clue about the possible reason the account was locked, why the account is still locked and when is the account scheduled to be unlocked. it has been over 45 days since i have been following them and nothing works. moreover, any login on my device through any account is now unsupported.

                                    Yesterday (Dec 24) I booked a car from Sanjay Gandhi Nagar Virugambakkam Chennai 600092 to 51, 3rd cross, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar between 05:00 and 05:15 pm. I received a call from a driver stating that his car developed some problem and hence he is arranging for alternate car and he has arranged a share car. Driver name; Mr. Prakash Raj mobile; [protected].
                                    My wife took trip and at Adyar the driver asked her to pay by cash and collected Rs.111/- (one hundred and eleven only) being half of the bill shown therein.
                                    today I received a "pending payment" notice from Uber for Rs.1534.10 asking for 'authorize payment'.
                                    this is totally cheating and seem to be well planed by the driver.
                                    First - telling car under repair. Second - arranging for alternate vehicle . Third - requesting for cash payment and finally sending a bill for some fancy amount.
                                    I request that Uber should intervene and prevent taking the above bill amount from my credit card which was not authorized for payment from me.
                                    I also request you to check on the 'rocket' to save Uber name.
