Uber had deactivated my account which was used from somewhere else and never knew about. Uber don't even send that booking is recieved so I can't know my Uber account status.[protected]@gmail.com is my email please help me as soon as possible.I kindly beg Uber people please reactivate my account. I am not the person like this. Please Uber.
I actually love Uber than ola cabs. Exact fare whatever is the time took to reach.

    Hi,
    i Mrs. Rekha Vaidya is a frequent traveler by uber cabs. Yesterday i.e. 05.01.2017 i wanted to use your services and travel to Santacruz East at 11.00am. I booked a cab. this driver accepted the booking and as we tried to contact him for the pick up this person never answered our calls and so with NO CHOICE i had to cancel that booking.
    My concern is why should i be charged cancellation charges on my next trip when its not my fault and its the driver who refused the ride.

    i want the cancellation charges to be waved off. Necessary instructions to be given to the driver as this was an inconvenience faced my me.

      Regarding uber trip on Monday 26 Dec 2016, I paid total of Rs. 350.37, and as per invoice below is the breakup.

      Here i understand fare been calculated for total travel distance which was 25.60KM, so it come 25.60*6 = Rs.153.66.

      I want to under what is Distance Surcharge here, if I already paid for total distance traveled then why additional charges ?

      I have been following up this with Uber after my trip, and I have emailed them on 27th, 28th, 29th and 3rd Jan. They just replied to first 2 email, with there generic answer what we can see in there FAQ section, but they are not providing details why Distance Surcharge been applied.

        Driver Shiva was very rude and unprofessional. He wanted to go for long routes and was not following the route i was telling him as it was shorter. He started shouting and said that he will stop the car on the mid way and I can book other cab to go home. It was early morning 5:15 am.

        My concern is when customer is paying then they have the flexibility to change the route or the location. they are free to opt for any location even selecting the end point. Why a customer has to follow the routes what app is telling. Driver started shouting like anything when I asked him to follow the route I was telling, however he was ready to go on that route which was all alone and you can't see a single person there, and not the main roads.

        It was the worst experience with Uber and I think this will lead the customer to opt for other, service provider except Uber.

          Hi,

          I have been facing this issue very oftenly, While booking a ride it shows estimate of Rs. 52, but the end of the trip bill is different. Huge difference twice or even more than thrice some times.

          03rd Jan trip - while booking 52, but the end bill reflecting is 76. Where as driver collected Rs.100 in cash and apart that 76.91 is deducted from my credits. So total paid amount is Rs. 176.91 for the trip shown as Rs.52. I have reported the issue, that helpdesk horrible. No one is trying to look in to the issue. Simply for the shake of meeting SLA replying the same again and again. I am exhausted with the conversation, finally just an hour back agreed there is a issue. But they can't help. Instead of taking action, they are blaming us.

          05th Jan trip: While booking shows Rs.52, but the driver shown me bill of 130 and collected cash of Rs.130 and also 26.09 from my credits is deducted. Actual bill reflecting is 52 only. but my total paid amount is Rs. 130 + Rs. 26.09 = 156.09.

          Kindly I request you to take serious action on these drivers and provide me the refund of excess cash collected.

            Dear sir / madam

            I am chandra sekhar staying in Hyderabad, booked a cab ( last two months back ) from chanda nagar to Secunderbad railway station and paid for the same. Literally i have given complaint so many times regarding this.

            No Uber staff is bothering in this regard, moreover they are insisting to me to pay again because i have not paid for that service. i paid two times like this i.e., almost 850 / - ( eight hundred and fifty rupees ). Now the activation is is de-activation mode. I vexed up this service and i am not using since the incident happens. Because o[censored]ber staff / driver mistakes why should my account de-activated ? As i am working in the field so i am not able to complaint . Uber staff is blindly believing the computers and they never bothers what happens in the ground.

            Uber is always trying to cheat the customers, it will say only 7 Rs per km, but actually 7 Rs per km is only up to 10 km distance. Once it will cross the 10 km distance the cost per km is 14 Rs per km. This is internal system design. Most of the passengers doesn't aware all these things.

              I booked a cab..the cab guy reached nearby n gave me a call.I tried to explain him my exact location..he wasn't able to understand any language n finally he hung up the phone I kept calling him back several times n he never answered n now when I book my next time I'm asked to pay rs 100 additional for the previous cancelled cab. That makes no sense

                I took cab from airport to sector 9 Gurgaon on[protected]. Driver behavior was good on the way. When i reach my destination he told me his internet is not working. I show my message to him which got from your side and pay accordingly. Today when i am going to book cab i saw the message about outstanding of payment which i already made. Why this show me outstanding. Please check with driver. Make a conference call with driver which was retired army man. You can all me anytime at [protected].

                  Picked up someone else and didn't answered my any call during the time period. I had to wait 50 min. due to the driver's carelessness till the trip of the person ended whom he picked up . I made calls after but he didn't picked up once.
                  I think Uber should accept the system of providing CRN at the beginning of the trip, just like OLA cabs.Also Uber should improve its app.

                    This is to inform you that a Uber office is located on MKN Road Alandur Chennai 600016. The office is functional for the last four months or so. Daily 60 to 100 drivers are processed for registration. The vehicle park on the state highway restricting daily the flow of traffic from 0900 hrs to 1700hrs. In gate and entry points of Residential houses are blocked daily and causing traffic jam. Even the pedestrian paths are blocked by Uber drivers who park their motor cycles to complete the documentation in the office.
                    My observation is many drunks and criminals are being recruited and it is rumoured that bribes are paid to the recruiters.
                    You are requested to shift the main office located on the highway having no parking space at all.
                    Or alternately ensure that hundreds o[censored]ber vehicles do not park on the highway and be a cause for law and order. The public safety is more importanted that making money from criminals and drunk drivers.

                      Incident reporting:This is bring it to your notice, that driver named Manoj bearing contact no- [protected] was requested to park near Anand Tiffin, Airport. However, due to police checking, the driver was unable to park and went ahead in the lane. Unfortunately and an undesired action by the driver was striking and worth reporting which even very unlikely as customer orientation, the driver un-boarded the customer and refused to take the trip.
                      Such behaviour was totally unprofessional, which delayed in the customers time and most important, what are the instruction the company have given in such unforeseen scenario. Request an explanation on the same and due action on the code of conduct on part of the driver.

                      I left my wallet in uber cab taken on 17.12.2016 from powai to Andheri. Later on driver confirmed on mobile he has found wallet. Now he is not picking up phone and could not find any customer care number for uber to contact.

                        I am usually charged not more than 160-180 rupees for my regular road from paradise apartment bolar to derlkatte bus stop mangalore.today i was charged 320 rs which is more dan double and even the driver has no clue.n also his fone showed 320 but my bill shows 289 rs.i ve paid him extra without any explaination.the bill is generated anyhow but it is not right.plss look into this matter as they r openly looting poor customers

                          Hi,

                          I availed an uber ride at 01 jan 2017, 01.23 am, from indira nagar, bangalore to marathahalli, bangalore. Unfortunately i forgot my mobile in the cab itself. It was switched off. Immediately reported to uber call center and connected to driver, he confirmed mobile is with him around 2am. My mobile was switched on after that. Driver came to my place and returned me at 10 am for which he asked rs 1000 and i paid to get back my mobile.

                          Later on i noticed that, within that duration following three fraud transactions were done through my mobile:

                          1. Rs.150 transferred from my paytm to one mobile number at[protected], 08:32:13 am

                          2. Rs. 30, was paid towards an order at[protected], 05:06:25 am

                          3. One uber ride was done at 03:45 am from 131, 4th main rd, austin town, neelasandra, bengaluru, karnataka 560047, india to mf norrona st, shivaji nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560001, india

                          I suspect the driver might have done some more illegal uses (Misutilising photos, financial and personal related, banking messages, sending messages, e-mail, calling any known or unknown number)

                          I complaint uber about this unhappening, till now didnt get any response from uber.

                          I want uber to take necessary inquiry of the driver and get my money back within 24 hours,

                          Please ask driver if any other use he has done from my mobile.

                          And suggest me what legal action i must take legal action against him, i[censored]ber is unable to solve this.

                            Two days ago, Uber driver cancelled trip for which I was charged Rs 1oo. After having expressed displeasure over such charging, credit was given. A common understanding would be that the charges levied are reversed.
                            However, when booking for next trip, i viewed the payment option wherein i was happy to see a credit of Rs 100 lying. Assuming that this Rs 100 credit must be over and above cancellation charges, i booked a trip.
                            Trip fare for second ride was Rs 180. To my suprise, UBER makes the calculation as follows.
                            Rs 180- Trip fare
                            - Rs 100- Credit-
                            [protected]
                            Rs 80 trip fare
                            Rs 100 Cancellation charges
                            Rs 180. Total amount to be collected.

                            So, in short, they will misguide you by showing wrong credits in your account seeing which you prefer a ride and then will cheat you as above.

                            Great Going. I think the Common Taxiwalla's have nothing to fear because cheaters like these cant flourish for long.

                              On the 28th my daughter took a uber from ah 224 to new market. Her bill was 97rs and some paisa. She paid, rs 100 cash and also rs 10 for a copassenger out of compassion. But now when I try to book a uber again for a new ride it shows I have to pay for the ride again. I gave a 5 star ratings ng to the ride. Kindly settle this issue.the ride was taken around 2.30 in the afternoon. Weare regular customers o[censored]ber.

                                I was using UBER fine for about 1 year .This incident happened recently .Actually I had to travel to Bhubaneswar for taking my degree certificate.When I reached bhubaneswar, my internet didnot work.So Itried to book uber go on my friend's phone.But I don't know why my account has been blocked and they donot even care to tell me.I request you to look into the matter properly and solve my problem.I am facing lots of difficulties due to this.My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I booked an uber cab on 25th of december from hebbal church.. The estimated time shown was 10 mins.. I thought of waiting but aftr 1 min when i checked the estimated time it was showing 13mins the cab was goin far away from the location. I tried calling the driver several times but he did not tak my call. When he finally accepted my call he said he wont be able to come due to high traffic so i cancelled the trip and i booked another cab which was closer to me than the previous one. My uber account is connected with paytm and uber has deducted rs 100 from my paytm account. It was not my mistake that your driver could not reach the location or for his unprofessional behavioir. Your service is not at all customer oriented, uber service is becoming worse day by day. Rs 100 was deducted without any reason. Your driver will make mistakes and delay the trip and he doesn't even have the manners to call and let his passenger know that he wont be able to come and on the other hand the passengers have to pay for their mistakes. I did not even know that rs 100 is deducted until i checked my paytm wallet where it was clearly shown that uber has deducted rs 50 twice. I am very dissapointed with your service, i would request you to please give me back my rs 100 and take some action. My email id registered with uber is cuddle.                                     I have been regular user o[censored]ber services and am generally satisfied with the services and the after-sales care of the uber team.

                                    I have yesterday encountered one problem with uber - particularly about the driver :

                                    As the uber app on my smartphone was not responding properly due to connectivity problem, i asked one of my friends to book uber for my mother who wanted to go to vile parle from c p tank - mumbai city south.

                                    The uber car ws booked at about 8.50 am, the details of the driver and the car are as under :

                                    Driver name : krishna
                                    Driver contact no. : [protected]
                                    Vehicle : hyundai xcent
                                    License plate : mh 01 cj 0770

                                    Although, overall service was good, the driver demanded sea-link toll of rs. 60 from my mother in cash which she paid as she was not knowing whether to pay or not, being an old-age person.

                                    Even, after completing the trip, the driver did not refunded the wrongly collected toll amount.

                                    When my mother informed me about this in the evening while discussing, i immediately called the driver, who gave one or the other answer to my pointed question - how can he demand any charges from the rider, once it is stated policy o[censored]ber that the rider has to pay ecerything - every charge to uber and uber only?

                                    As the driver krishna was not repsonding properly, i thought of bringling the matter of this dishonest driver to your notice and for you to tske necessary and appropriate action against such erring drivers who illegally collect toll charges from gullible riders and in turn, tarnish the image o[censored]ber without uber knowing about such malpractice.

                                    I hope you understood the problem and issu at hand and try to resolve the matter at the earliest.

                                    On 26th December I had transferred Rs.500/- from my account with the Federal Bank Ltd's Edappally branch. The amount is not yet credited in my payment valet, whereas it is debited from my said account on the same time.

                                      I booked uber and i waited for 10 mins for vehicle to arrive, your driver Govind driving Alto 800 MH 01 CJ 466 came, i sat in the car with my mom, my wife, my two small nephews and my 9 months daughter, although the drop location was allready mentioned while booking the ride your driver asked for drop location and after confirming the location mumbra he asked us to "step out of the vehicle and book another ride", as he was not willing to drop us till mumbra and also his shift timing was over also when we informed that we will complain about this he forcefully removed out from the vehicle. He was not even bothered that we can complain he said "jisko bolna hai boldo" I have photographs of the car and the driver. The worst part is you dont have customer care number for mumbai.

                                        Hi... I am a uber partner since last year or so.. I called up uber customer care no of Mumbai city to get assistance for getting documents uploaded online... However person asked to take my wife on con call as she is the owner but even after successful authentication he REFUSED to assist and started giving vague answers.. post that he put my call on HOLD without asking for my permission...                                         I registered on number [protected], I added money through paytm wallet when I was Able to pay paytm wallet option was disabled as soon as when I was about to login suddenly it displayed u r account was disabled I compalinted thrice to uber but no response please help me out
