We have charged rs 50 for cancellation of ride which we have not cancelled driver has itself cancelled a ride. we booked a ride on[protected]thrusday) in jaipur o[censored]ber company from goverdhan colony new sanganer sodala to mangalam city kalwar road. driver came and refused to go to mangalam city kalwar road and cancelled the ride by his own. then we booked another ride and that driver has collected rs 50 additional from us so why we have charged with rs 50 .we want refund of rs 50 which is charged wrongly from us
i hope you will resolve this complaint as earlier as possible.I am providing the details of me and the driver below.

Yesterday, around 9:50pm I booked an uber no.2543, driver name Aziz.. When I booked, the fare was shown Rs152/- everything was fine.. But when I reached the destination the fare cut from my paytm account was Rs.204/- I want my 52/- RS to be adjusted or I will make a big issue..

    I parth chachan member of grahak suraksha and also the press reporter of gujarat point govt. Of india.
    29/12/2016 i have booked a cab. Cab details gj21v9706 eeco, prakesh [protected] at 11 am. He cant wait atlest 10 to 15 mins i am in the train. Prakesh bhai cancles the ride without asking me. Than i booked second cab, cab details [protected] toyota liva 9625. He also cant wait for 10 mins and also cancle the ride without asking me.
    P please take action on uber. The drivers are so never pick up the phones after cancle the ride and also very rude behivaour so pls take action as soon as possible

      I downloaded uber app in my mobile but while trying to change the payment method from cash to Paytm, I was not getting verification SMS. Later I have received multiple SMSs. I tired registering but it was unsuccessful so left the task and later when I wanted to book a can, I opened Uber app by password which was correct one but I got a message stating that the account has been disabled. I contacted Uber customer service by emails but they say that I am not sending email from the REGISTERED email address so they can't help. I confirmed the email address I have used (i have only 1 email address) but they simply refused to help. After multiple emails, I asked for their escalation process but they have now completely blocked my account and refused to help further. Need your help in taking action and getting my account unblocked.

        My uber app isn't working.. When i request the cab it always shows that it failed to retrieve credit balance. I did everything even updated the app. I also connected it with my payrm wallet and tried to add payment with debit card also but it isn't working.. I dont know what happend to it.
        I am unable to request the cab since 10 days thats why i am using ola app.. So plzz resolve my problem then i will be able to use this. Thanks.

        I was book my ride on 17/12/2016 due to delay of train drive said to cancel the trio and charge me 40 rs for that...But today 28/12/2016 book the ride and total fare is 122 but the actual charge is 82 rs In which 40 are included in it.. Can please tell me how can I refund my amount

          Dear Sir,
          I received an sms saying 50% discount would be applicable, if I use the offer of CHEER300.
          The Uber App is not allowing to put in this discount offer. I had used the app to travel from my residence to JVLR yesterday at 6:19 PM and the bill amount was 227 Rs. As per the offer, I should be getting 50% discount. Kindly arrange to give a refund of 50% of my yesterdays trip.

          Further, for any trips upto 31/12/2016, How do I use this offer of CHEER300.

            My sister had booked a Uber cab on 26/12/16 from pratap nagar sanganer jaipurto durgapura railway station jaipur .Me along with my dad started our journey at 9 PM and reached railway station at 9:25 PM.While I was doing payment I kept my mobile on seat and forget to collect it.I realised after 3-4 min that I forget my mobile phone.Later I called the driver and he said he is not having my cellphone..Details of phone - Moto G Plus, 4th generation(white, 16 GB), Model no.               I was charged Rs.299 for trip from hospital road to Parekkattil lane, Kaloor, Ernakulam on 19/ 12/ 2016 . For the same distance I was charged only Rs. 103 on 14/11/2016. In your bill received by me as email the distance varied in both the trips taken along same route, same destination as 5.92km on 14/11 and 15.77km 0n 19/12 .
              How can the distance be different when the route taken is same to reach destination. In addition to that I was charged a surcharge of Rs.30.20. Kindly look into this error and refund.

                My account was locked on 13th November 2016 for reasons unknown to me. after repeated complaints submitted on support.uber.com, i still have no clue about the possible reason the account was locked, why the account is still locked and when is the account scheduled to be unlocked. it has been over 45 days since i have been following them and nothing works. moreover, any login on my device through any account is now unsupported.

                  As we booked uber from home to destination. instead of main road, he took shortcuts but wrongly taken us to long route unnecessarily.
                  As our estimated fare shown 120/- but finally with long route we have to give 226/- as a fare.

                  We continuously told him and make him understand about our destination but he is not at all interested.

                  Very disappointment with his behaviour and way he ride.

                    Yesterday (Dec 24) I booked a car from Sanjay Gandhi Nagar Virugambakkam Chennai 600092 to 51, 3rd cross, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar between 05:00 and 05:15 pm. I received a call from a driver stating that his car developed some problem and hence he is arranging for alternate car and he has arranged a share car. Driver name; Mr. Prakash Raj mobile; [protected].
                    My wife took trip and at Adyar the driver asked her to pay by cash and collected Rs.111/- (one hundred and eleven only) being half of the bill shown therein.
                    today I received a "pending payment" notice from Uber for Rs.1534.10 asking for 'authorize payment'.
                    this is totally cheating and seem to be well planed by the driver.
                    First - telling car under repair. Second - arranging for alternate vehicle . Third - requesting for cash payment and finally sending a bill for some fancy amount.
                    I request that Uber should intervene and prevent taking the above bill amount from my credit card which was not authorized for payment from me.
                    I also request you to check on the 'rocket' to save Uber name.

                    Hi i was travelling last day from one point to another and after the trip got over there was an additional 120 charges over the bill, i payed the amount and later realized the trip was costing me 180 and billed amount was 300. why is that so. can some one explain this to me as i have found no option in your app where i can write it to you guys.

                      Rs 1050.60 has been deducted from my paytm wallet today on 24th dec 2016 all of sudden with a message- You paid Uber RS 1050.60 though i didnot book any ride. Please take immediate action you are not understanding my pain. I tried calling customer care but no response.This is fraud.This is not the fair way of doing business and i dont want to take any harsh action.

                              Respected Sir, I have a complain about Uber Cabs drivers Guwahati. Sir when they see that the rider is a paytm user then they start the trip before itslf, before the rider sits into the cab . because of which we are charged higher by them. secondly they before say tht they will come but later they dont receive our call and because of which we are cgarged the cancellation charge . Thidly they behave quite rudely they dont listen to us. they jst say that they will go to destination only and no where else. Sir these problem is becoming major in our city . so i would like you to please take action against this problem .

Nowadays i pick up from kathivakkam high school road ennore area by uber. but i cant able to fix the destination point of my pickup area.I hope to rectify the above problem earlier.. i thought above issue is very bad in your application. If you didnt rectify the problem.. i coudnot use your taxi further..

                                  I had just used uber once and paid via Paytm in full. I had a train to catch early morning and tried to schedule a cab. Astonishingly, I was unable to login. I duly made other arrangements for the travel and dropped a mail to über regarding the issue.
                                  Their response was swift and asked for the screenshot of the message at the time of logging in but I was addressed by a name unknown to me.
                                  I duly submitted the screenshot and politely asked them to address me by my name. Inexplicably, I got a response stating that my account was correctly suspended. Perplexed, I asked for an explanation.
                                  Uber reverted stating that their system suspends accounts if considers suspicious created exclusively for free rides. Further, the system would not be distinguish between such accounts and genuine ones but nobody from uber can help or change the system.
                                  My objective is not to resume services but just to warn users(especially new users) not to depend on uber in critical situations as the ride may not arrive due to unphatomable reasons that even uber does not understand.
                                  My final response to upper follows..

                                  No problem, it's über's loss not mine! I have used your services only once and have never used any promo codes! Your services were ordinary at best on that ride!

                                  Any ways I will be forwarding our little mail conversation to all my contacts so that they could decide if they should "choose the system" that lacks human touch and intelligence! and handled by such potent individuals, like your goods self, who are happy to declare their helplessness.

                                    I had applied the promo code ICICI50 on my number [protected] on 18th December 2016 and while i booked the cab for grant rd it did not work and i had to pay 433/- for the trip.

                                    the driver was also not very helpful as i showed him the coupon applied onto my number.

                                    I had lodged the complain on UBER the same day and they said they will get back to me but i have not received any reply from them.

                                    Kindly help me.

                                    Today was the 1st time I tried the Uber and was charged Rs 60 for some cancellation fee.
                                    This being the 1st time and was displeased for charging something which i had not used.
                                    Anyway paid the drive the Rs 60 also but have had a bitter experience the 1st time and so would reframe for using Uber in future.

                                      Today I have booked my Uber from U Block to New Udaan Bhawan. One more person was pooled whose drop was Udhyog Vihar. The driver when dropped the guy at Udhyog Vihar, he has by mistake closed my trip as well. My money got deducted and the driver said that since he has closed my trip then he cannot drop me at my location "New Udaan Bhawan", has refuse me to take the trip further and dropped me near Udhyog Vihar.
                                      Do take necessary actions on the driver. The driver of the Uber are so illiterate that they don't know how to behave with the customer. He was really rude. It was his mistake to closed the trip but still didn't behave properly and dropped me in between.

                                        When we select CARD as a payment mode in UBER the trip will be booked successfully but at the end of the trip it will not pop up any dialog to pay.

                                        Then we will not be able to book any ride because of the due, to clear the due we have login to uber site there we have to clear by selecting some other payment mode.

                                        I[censored]BER is not able to handle the CARD payment why there are giving an option.

                                        On top of this there are many offers are there for CARD payment so we will choose UBER over others, but at the end we will not be able to pay using card.So UBER will get more business. What a strategy!.

                                        Today I booked an Uber ride for my Mother and it was a cash payment ride. When the car reaches the destination point, he asked 200Rs for the ride, in the mean time the Uber Mobile app is showing only 119. But he argued with my mom and asked for 200rs.
