Yesterday, 4th dec 2016, we had booked uber from datta mandir, sector 4, airoli to yogi nagar, borivali. While booking, system displayed amount of rs.633. However on reaching the venue, when the driver asked for making payment, system showed sum of rs. 1418. The amount was completely out of the range that system displayed while booking the cab. Total money I uploaded to my Uber account is Rs. 3064.31 till date. The amount that I paid for all the rides through Uber till date via its wallet is worth Rs. 2561. The total difference is of Rs. 502.50.

Just now I came from Bhubaneswar to jatani. At the time while I booked it was showing 180 rupees to 250 rupees. But while I reached at the destination the driver asked 450 rupees as the meter showing 450 rupees.
While I asked the cause, the driver said that your destination path was in searching mode.
So, it's a very cool way to cheat the customer.Because, the distance was only 18 kilometers, then how it became 450 rupees....

This happened in bangalore. I ordered the uber go, it arrived on time too. Yesterday due to misguidance of the uber driver I had to cancel my ride after 5 minutes. He totally misguided me and kept me waiting. I booked a cab in Pune from Wakad to Pimpri which is 11 Kms and the fare approximate while booking was 110 -130. I took the ride and got down at the location which I had entered as destination. My payment method was through card so I did not bother checking if the driver ended the trip or not while getting down only to realise the next day that he didn't. br...

In my trip from noida, dlf mall of india to nehru place dated, 03/12/2016 i was charged a sum of 100 rs. As toll fare. I would like the company to clarify this?
There is no longer any toll charge when we travel through the dnd flyway as per the supreme court ruling. The said sum was deducted from my paytm account without any prior notice.
I would like it refunded asap. I regularly use uber and if this is not resolved immediately...

I has a trip on 01 Dec 16 after 5 PM. It is found that I have been punished by the driver Rajesh Kumar by riding the car in a traffic prone area and longer route knowingly which is not excusable. As per my advice the driver did not use route but over ruled stating that he knows better route. Likewise, he took trip duration 1:6:59h and distance about 32.44 Kms instead of 28 Kms and 45-50 mints where costing excess bill amount...

When i booked from arekere micolayout bannerghatta road to m s ramaiah road gokul ext, the fare showed as 440 /- with a time line of 1.30 min.. But it charged 745/- and the driver mentioned that in evening it is more and uber does not mention the correct fare in the beginning and also charges almost double money from customer and in-necessarily the driver gets the shouting due to a great cheating company - uber... Be aware of this cheat taxi...

When I booked the cab through Uber app from Kandanchavadi, Chennai to Palavakkam chennai, the amount to be displayed range approximately INR.70 to 95 on 2nd Dec 2016.

After completing the travelling they charged INR.228.

This is cheating kind of activity, And also really I got disappointed.

Uber cabs Charging more than 2.5 times than nominal fare even at early evening like 7pm. Locality OMR chennai. Cab fare from my place to destination takes around 230-240 rs. Evening time they charge you 400-600. Distance travelled around 20kms. I can still understand for night travel. But at regular time, they are increasing the fare without any logic. They are exploiting the system....

Driver of mh-03-bt-338 used abusive words to us.. We were in our car. The driver of your car tired to overtake from wrong side viz. Left side. He stopped the car in the middle of the road n used abusive words n fought with us.. This tuk place at 3:05 pm at juhu near sujay hospital. Please note that my two daughters were in the car still your driver used abusive words....

Today at 10.21pm i booked a cab . My mother and my aunt wanted to go to cottenpet, bangalore. When the cab arrived the 2 back seats were already occupied be two men. I booked a cab at around 11.00AM from Rainbow [protected]@Gunrock to go to KPHB.
The driver informed that he was at Hitec city and could not come and
requested to cancel the trip. Hence I cancelled the trip. But to my
surprise cancellation charges of Rs.50/- debited to my account. The
cancellation is not because of my fault. Hence I
request you to recredit the amount to my account....

I have booked Uber cab on 27th November 2016. I was supposed to catch my train at 11:45 am the driver confirmed that he will there to pick me around 10:30 am. I booked an ubergo yesterday from my number [protected] and went to 14 km away place. Uber suggested fare was 117-153. I asked the driver to stay and being me back after one hour., Which he did but did not explain that it is going to cost me.o much. When I came back he asked for 423 rupees...

I found it very expansive next time I have to think before riding an uber...

I am a frequent traveler with UBER, i was using OLA from past 2 years and i switched to UBER due to their bad customer service. Now i dont expect the same from UBER.

1. Unable to apply coupon:
I did not get any option to enter the coupon code(25ON25) in two of my trips which i took within this week on cash. I wrote to your team and they gave me lame excuses saying you cannot apply after your trips...

My Last journey fair was 50 but i was charged 110Rs.I was charged 70Rs more for what.I have also not cancelled any previous trip then why was u charged more.Kindly look into the matter seriously cause i was unlawfully charged more and this can end up to a very serious situation.Kindly refund me back the extra amount which i have paid with additional compensation for harrassment and unlawfully charging more...
