Dear sir.
I am complaining against the driver. Who hv done misbehave to ladies and carried wrong and very long path to my place its equl about 3x.

Date 9dec 2016.
I booked ubar cab from my reg. Mobile no-[protected]..
I booked it at 4.0 pm for our family ladies from sangam vihar to sikandarpur.
They charged 252 its ok fine.

To return back.
Sikander pur to sangam vihar.
I booked again at 8.20pm. From our reg. Mobile no [protected]..

Driver named gopal picked them.

He had very misbehave to ladies.

Distance between sikanderpur to sangam vihar about 17 km..
The way to come was mahrauli gurgaon road.
But
He had carried ladies to unknown way it was very faar. Ladies asked him but he did not listing her...
He drived car gurgaon to faridabaad to badarpur to sangam vihar. About 40 km.
The ladies was very scare from him...

Finally he dropped them to sangam vihar.

And charged them 610 rs..

She was shocked to listen them..
He was like a criminal.
Ladies gave him 610.
It was charged 3time.. Bevouse
Before she gave 252 rs on first ride..

I want to complain against driver.
I request please punish the driver and give my 400 rs back.. If you don't do that. I will case file against ubar..

    I am writing this letter to inform you that as per below email which i have received from uber my bill amount is only rs.85.63/- but i am been forced to pay rs.135/- immediately i showed my bill to him which was reflecting as rs.85.63/- but he was not accepting it and started speaking unprofessionally i felt very embarrassed. Because of these kind of drivers you may lose many customers.

    I have been a customer o[censored]ber for many years and i must say that i am very happy with your service.

    Hope you will take care of this issue and give me the proper update.

      I am unable to logging my account. You unrecognized my email id and phone no with out information while i am logging in my account.. This statement is shoeing from uber... Sorry, uber doesn't recognize that account.. What is this.. How uber can do like that with out information.. Uber don't want customer or don't know how to do business... Let me know about your action otherwise or i can uninstall uber application

      I take uber ride on 02/12/2016 friday from vaishali nagar jaipur to tilak marg jaipur. It is about 8.5 km. But in receipt distance show 15.98 km . Please look into the matter and credit exess fair in my paytm account.

        On the 13th December 2016 I took a ride from Newtown Kolkata to my destination where the pricing shown to me ( Ride Estimate) as 159 -227 INR, however the time of booking was around 9:39 pm

        Base Fare : Ubergo 30
        15.83 KM - 110.83
        39.10 Min - 39.10
        Distance Surcharge(0.84 kilometers) 4.17
        Normal Fare - 184.10
        Surge x 2.4 - 251.90

        Why the surge was not shows as x 2.4 unlike OLA

        What is the reason o[censored]ber Kolkata this day? I'M waiting for 4-5 min and yet the driver is still droping off his passenger. Such a greedy driver must not accept Uber request during his other service. Now I'll be late due to uber and for this reason I'm charged Rs60/- I'm very angry right now

        I had already paid total amount against my travel in uber still it shows 395 rupees outstanding.
        Please get this sorted at the earliest.

        Because of this issue i am unable to book cabs resolve it at the earliest as this is really frustrating.

          Yesterday I book a uber pool cab arround 4.40 evening near crown interiors sector 35 faridabad .. As the booking was confirmed I called the driver and he said he will be there in 5 mins and after 10 'mins of waiting I called again and again but he simply didn't pick up any of my calls neither he cancelled my ride making me stuck there for abt an hour .. I am a frequent costumer o[censored]ber as well as ola cab . And I must say uber drivers are bad .. From my over all experience . Uber is very careless abt there drivers selection . Driver name was Manoj.. And his no is [protected]. This kind of amateur behaviour doesn't suit for international company like uber .

            No prior information of the charge is provided and surge charge applied which cost me a fare of about 336 Rs instead of 68 RS.

            I would complain that uber is not transparent, they are cheating by disclosing the fare before start of the trip .

            I would like to sue uber in this regards. I want uber no to allowed to operate with surge charges .

              Hi,
              Today I booked one cab from Paryavaran complex to Chankyapuri post office. Cab driver cancelled the trip after reaching near to my house and was very rude for asking the reason. After cancelling he charged 60 rupees which is deducted from my Paytm account. Please take a stern acrion against such drivers and refund my money.

                The uberpool fare has been exponentially increased?
                Same distance, same time but fare is close to 4 times.
                Pls work on this, otherwise i will stop using uber and will ask everyone in my network.

                This is insane...uber charges 4 times of the regular fare in the name of rain or traffic.
                Pathetic...it needs to be stopped.

                Pls ask uber to correct their mechanism of heavy fare.

                  Today morning around 8:35 ~ 8:45 AM, your UBER taxi ( RJ14TD6610) hit my car and run away at JAIPUR Railway station.

                  I have try to catch, but he has not stop the car after so many warning.

                  Please find attached CAR registration number plate.

                  Kindly look in to the matter and repair my car, else I have log a complaint against the same.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have two issues which need your kind attention.

                    Firstly, I had loaded the Paytm card for 222 on 22 Nov 2016 and was entitled to a 25% cash back for 5 rides. I have been going back on forth between Uber and Paytm (as advised by your customer care respresentative) but have not received any response thus far. Appreciate your assistance to have this resolved.

                    Secondly, today i took an Uber ride 09:50 AM where the receipt amount showed INR 123.22 but paytm debit was 241.48. An additional charge of 118.26 was debited in the evening which do not have any details. I registered the complaint but dont seem to get any response thus far.

                      Charge with wrong money.
                      First i took a pool it is not uber go. I'm 100 percent sure because driver was getting other request also.

                      I charge with extra money. Actual it was showing 92 rs

                      Uber is really cheater. First they show the bill as 181. When i complaint they said they will refund money. But instead of refunding again they deduct amount. I need my money back you ####ers #$%$

                        Driver got late to pick me up. I argued with him & said with some impetuous that now as i am late drive vehicle. After hearing this - he got angry & started abusing me. Then when i felt he is getting very aggressive, i cancelled my trip & came down from the vehicle. But this driver even came on road & started shouting, threatening & abusing which i can't write.

                          Booked an uber cab close to midnight on sunday the 11th december 2016 for a lone girl travelling to adugodi.
                          Pick up point was 22 benson road. After a while, driver called to say he cannot come and to book a different cab.
                          Was asked why he accepted and cancelled after a sufficient wait.
                          Response was only super bad language that cannot be repeated. Probably drunk.

                            I requested for uber requested service the driver denied to pick and asked me to cancel the trip refusing to do so he changed my pick up location and began the trip, just getting cheated by your service attached is the screen shot you also deducted amount, the worst part is am unable to notify uber of this on call, instead the emergency number is 100,

                              Team - may i know why this amount (Rs 50) was deducted when driver only cancelled the trip as he was not able to find the address? What has customer to do with this?

                              Also, later i booked another cab and got dropped properly and the fare was 174.48 rs which was deducted from my paytm account. After 30 mnts i got another message that another rs 57.24 has been deducted from my account for uber.

                              God knows whats happening... Can you please check and let me know the update?

                              I booked 2 rides - pickup (Rs 174.48) and then drop (Rs154.40) thats it. Look into it asap.

                                  Uber has been charging me cancellation fee multiple times. Several time their drivers are at fault still we have to pay for cancellation. despite complaining for such cancellations, we get windows popping out demanding to pay for previous cancellations by any medium except for cash. I have paid twice for multiple trips which they deduct from my credit balance and also from my card.
                                  Not only this, after resolving the above issue with company, the fees of multiple times calculated upto 300+ and was charged during my last trip.

                                      I boarded the uber pool in the morning to go to cybercity and there was another customer as well along with me. I have taken several uber pool cabs I have never seen such a thing. As I did the first booking, I was supposed to be dropped first but he was more keen to drop another customer and then he went back to drop me. When the another customer said that this is how it is done, he became more firm in his point and agreed with her. He was about to bang his car into another car and when I pointed out that you were about to do an accident, he said don't tell me what to do and how to drive; you don't know anything and you are uneducated etc etc.
                                      I am the owner of this car and I earn 3 lakhs per month and wife is a nurse in a hospital. You have not done any favor to Uber by booking the cab. It is my car and I will drive as per my terms.
                                      Well this is a very brief story, I cannot express how much dangerous he was potraying himself at that time.

                                        I have booked Uber Cab Monday 05-Dec-2016 Early morning (12:45 am) and the cab driver upon hearing my source and destination asked me to wait for 10 mins. I waited and when i called him back after 10 mins, he told he cant come and asked me to cancel the ride. I told i cant cancel, as it will remove 1 free ride of me. He told he will start the ride and end the ride from the place he is. When i checked the free rides, i see 1 has been deducted. I dont know why uber doesnt educate its driver to cancel the ride and ask the customers to cancel the ride.

                                        Kindly take strict action. Drivers are bad. Rude and we have no call centre to complain. Only alternative is police.

                                        Can there be some accountability towards customers. After all Indians are allowing uber to
                                        Ply in our conutry.
                                        Today ride from Fortis, Mohali to Baltana was deducted Rs.
                                        ₹ 308.70 thru paytm which is wrong. The same ride always made but it looked only within Rs. 150.
                                        It is kindly rewuested to check & revert the money.
