Dear Uber Team,

In my todays trip the charge was up by almost Rs.90. I have travelled on this route earlier as well and the charges have been within the band of Rs.175 - Rs.200. Todays billing is obnoxiously high and is beyond any relevance with the amount billed by Uber on same route earlier.

I would like that Uber checks the details. How can fare vary so much on same route without price surge.

I had a really traumatic experience in an uber cab on the 1st of november 2016. i booked an uber through my friends phone at around 13:23 hours as my internet wasn't working.

Yesterday on 06 November 2016, I send a request for pick up at about 22.00 hrs at night, the ride was allocated to vehicle no. Yesterday i had a trip in uber taxi by 1.10 p. M. The trip amount was 172.31 and the same was paid by cash.

But when i book a new trip today, i am surprised to see that an amount of rs. 172.31 is being shown as outstanding. When the trip is completed, rs. 172.31 was added to the current charges.

I was refused to pay the amount to driver and contacted the driver...

This is in regards with UBER service.
I have logged in with business account, however i never travel with it.
I do not request for the cab, then how can you sent me receipts of travel. this is the reason i have uninstalled your app as well.!!!

I booked cab in morning at 7am but cab not came till 7:15 am and nor driver pick up the call.

If you want to complain anything about Uber service or the driver or the money loot if any, you have to call God only because they have not given anywhere the customer no or phone no to contact. It is only the name Uber customer care no and contact no but that lead you to nil page.. Pl try and check in google. You can find even Mr Obama's contact no but not Uber no.

I took the ride from Kempfort to Majestic in Bangalore on 28th Oct 2016 .While booking it showed ₹ 250 for the trip. But they charged ₹439.71 distance surchage and Surge x2.0 pricing.

I booked the cab without any extra charges or Surge pricing.

Simply you guys are cheating customer and without informing customer you are charging surge pricing, even driver does not know why this charges...

I asked for a ride in the morning. The driver who responded was rude and not ready to talk and understand the location. When, I tried to make him understand he was not ready to listen and he advised me to call for another vehicle. I repeat, HE ADVISED ME TO CALL ANOTHER VEHICLE. I have travelled from bsnl bhavan, ernakulam, kerala to mangattil road on 1.11.2016. The distance is only 12 km. But charged for 24 km and also charged distance surcharge. This is cheating.
