1. Mis behaved with the senior citizen.
2.told to get out and cancel ride at a place nothing available
3.abusive language used.
4.when I told I will complain he told he will join Ola cab because salary is more.

Reason of argument:asked for help with luggage, he disagreed..even it's ok but abusive language and other reasons are in tolarable...I always take Uber and my company folks..but this was the last ride...untill driver gets punishment he deserves..
I hope company will look into the matter..otherwise no more Uber from significant number of customers I can promise...
Before I had great experience with Uber drivers but this one really pissed me with
Arrogance
Disrespect with senior citizen
Abusive language

    For the last month I have been overcharged on most of my trips by uber. There are countless emails that i have that i need to send everyday asking them to refund my money. i am always charged way more than the estimated fare given. Yesterday, 27th Oct 2016, I was charged 147 rupees when the estimated fare was 62 and today i was charged 79 rupees instead of 62. The worst part is that now the email ID that I could write to informing them of this and asking for the refund does not accept incoming emails anymore and there is no option in the app or the site for customers being overcharged. So basically they have made it impossible to get back your money and they just cheat you left right and centre!
    I had to choose some random option so that i could write to them and then they refuse to acknowledge the issue. Instead i have got mails and messages saying that the issue is resolved when they haven't even addressed it!
    Also, everyday when i wrote to them about being overcharged, they would say that it is due to a gps issue, which they have made no attempt to resolve.

      My total payout was around 14000 they deducted 5000 and giving just 9000, deducted 5k - saying for invalid trip? Seriously??
      I asked the local center which is located in wakad, they said you made a trip in your location, and yes my son wanted to borrow the cup of his friend regarding some project, so instead of booking any other uber he booked mine, and we started and ended the trip, without any warning or any notice they deducted money..! This is what we get after working so hard...!

        From last month i am getting emails on my business email, for uber cab bookings, and i have not registered with that email id.
        Omeone signup using my email and using that email to book uber-cabs. Uber does not have any kind of verification to verify the email that customer enter.

        In this case, any person can book a cab under my identity, and this is not acceptable.

        I have complained them 3 times,
        Also posted on their twitter handler, no reply on there as well.

          Hi,
          October 25th i book share cab for my wife from vivekananda road rmz infinity to arekere and the charge shows 144. After completed the trip the driver asked her to pay rs.513 as old balance. After checking my trip history the mentioned amount was of a trip from arekere to mysore road satellite bus stand. That amount i paid by cash to the driver directly, i dont know what had happened on that day, after the trip driver said his mobile have some network issue so he asked my mobile to close the trip. You can check my paytm statement that i am not using the account from march 2016 and the balance is 21 paise from that time. Just let me know with 21 paise how can i opt to book a cab with paytm option. I am sure in this case the driver has done some unwanted activity in my mobile to change it to paytm payment and he took the trip money. So kindly understand the mistake from your side and revert my money asap or else i will go with legal action as i have evidence as my paytm account

            This is to inform you that your company driver Raymond owing silver etios and his number is [protected] misbehaved and continously spoke in louder and filthy tone, the reason was I asked him why did u stop the navigation and why are you taking longer route where as we wanted to go from Bkc which is a correct route, and he took from vakola kalina western express highway which is 2-3 kilometres more .he mentioned and almost ordered sit quietly or get down I m not a driver I m owner of the vehicle, he stopped the vehicle and we got down at western express highway santacruz and hired another cab, We hire uber services and pay for it with taxes and government rules .
            If your drivers or vehicle owners think that they can talk in any manner charge anything can stop a car in between and asking to get down then in this condition No one should hire or even think taking for your services .
            It's your company 's weakness that your drivers are misbehaving and let me remind you we are not the only one there are list and list of these complaints from many of them I would like to know what action or training would you like to give to your drivers , kindly revert back

              Dear uber,
              We have been using uber to travel between lissy hospital road and eramam juma masjid from yesterday onwards. Every single one way trip had cost us around 240rs, suddenly the same trip today morning cost us 440rs. We would like to know what changed today morning and request you to refund the rest of the amount. Shouldnt set a bad example as the current auto and taxi drivers to destroy your name. The taxi we got today was tata zest owned by rajesh (Mob [protected])

                Hi,

                I started my trip from bial on 14th oct from bial with fare as 549/- drop anywhere in city.
                Car stopped near bial toll (Which is just 3-5km from airport), and driver mentioned it got bad and cant be started now, please book other cab.

                We asked him to cancel the cab and he completed the trip there itself and we took another cab to reach home.

                We paid twice for reaching home despite the driver/cab fault.

                I have been following up with uber support but once they responded that they will check and come back but post that there is no response from them despite multiple reminders.

                This is their driver's fault and they should refund the money and should feel sorry for the trip and post trip mental harassment.

                Request you to please look into this and help me in closing this.

                  I never asked details pof my ride.
                  Please answer my question, the fare given to me by you before ride ois rs 53/- (Fifty three). How did it became rs 210/-
                  It was just a return journey from same places.
                  The journey time is from actual timings14.31 pm to 14.57. Its mentioned wrongly as (14.01 to 14.57)

                  The timimngs given by you are absolutely wrong.
                  The driver has done manipulation.

                    I commute to my office daily by uber pool and from since 10 days I m facing issues in my trips in pool. The person with whom i club my ride are of opposite direction because of which i become late to my office like today 24th, Oct, 2016 i book cab from dwarka sector 11 to Chanakya puri and my co rider drop was at North avenue near talkatora stadium. and as per your uber system her drop was showing first as my office drops first but i have to stop my ride in the middle and have to walk to my office otherwise i would get late like other days.
                    I request you to improve your system and should be given drop of those whose drop is on the way not out of the way.

                      I have booked cab with the Free First Ride offer and it wasn't getting availed on my first trip. When I booked the cab the fare was 1.6X higher and I thought I would get 150Rs. off on my total bill but I was shocked to see that I was asked to pay full amount of 220Rs. I Sent email to customer care but they won't reply. It has been more than 12 hours and I didn't get any reply. I saw that the promotion code was still available in my promotion tab and hence I booked another cab and still wasn't available. I assume that Uber came to a conclusion that Indians aren't capable of getting good customer service and they can fool Indian customers easily. Inspite of sending emails again and again there is no reply. So Indians please be sure to avoid Uber service else you will be betrayed. No Support, No service, You have to pay what driver asks you to. So the Drive is Uber to you.

                      I demand Rs. 1000 credit for the issue I have gone through but Uber wouldn't bother since we are Indians and we can't do anything about it.

                        Today I booked a cab, and as my GPS current location was incorrect the cab reached to wrong pickup and hence I had to cancel the ride.

                        I suppose this doesn't make me liable to pay 100 bucks for GPS mistake!

                        On top of it I got msg that 50 rs will be deducted and they charged 100!

                        This is not acceptable!

                        I want immediately the reason should be explained of deducting the money and some action should be taken!

                        This is completely cheating!

                        Hello, I have booked can from m residence to airport with estimate of Rs. 151-189, however charged Rs 507. In my earlier rides I normal paid around Rs 167

                        Please check and refund the excess charged by your company
                        I was cheated of 450 rupees by cash when the bill was 191.. from ivory heights mahadevpura to Satya Sai hospital.. please do take necessary actions immediately..

                          This is regarding my trip with uber on 20th october 2016 when i have been charged ₹60 for my canceled trip with one of your drivers who did not turn up at the pick up point even after waiting for 20 minutes . For some reason completely incomprehensible to me i have been charged 60 rupees for a trip i did not take because your cab drivers named Kishan and Rizwan did not turn up and did not take my calls even after calling up for around 20 times.
                          In spite of listing my reason as the fact that the driver did not arrive on time, how am i still supposed to be paying this amount deserves explanation. I have been availing your services for a long time now but such fraud is unacceptable. The information that i will be charged 60 rupees irrespective of the fact that it was your driver who was at fault, is something you should have bothered to inform me about before i booked the cab. Why i am being asked to pay for the antics of a driver who did not take my calls and did not arrive on time is beyond my understanding.
                          This is the third time i am experiencing the Bad service o[censored]ber cabs. I would never in my life book a Uber cab again and also suggest people to choose Ola cabs inspite of having a hike in prices, offers a better service than Uber .
                          Ruthless behaviour of cab drivers is intolerable

                            I kiran devi, mobile no.[protected], my vehicle no. dl1za5990, which was attached in uber taxi on 3 oct 2016 with narender singh driver, driver verification was done by uber already but after 12 days i got driver in drunk condition then i give warning against that, driver narender singh, mobile no.[protected], who is mentality disterved as i feel my car leave on the road and disappear that place with 12 days earned all money and do not talk with me.
                            Sir i request to you please trace that driver and cancel his driving license and take necessary action against him, at last i attached his driving license and id. also he taken a fraud id from ola taxi with wroge aadhaar card and license which is also i attached below.

                              Today i booked a cab with driver named 'kundan' (No. [protected]) for judt 5-6 kms in some imergancy. The cab driver was unable to locate my address even using the gps system and when i called he said cancel this booking and uber can do nothing of me.. I m not in mood to pick u thats it. I said will write a review for you.. Though he said 'uber ki maa ka bhosda' ukhad le jo ukhadna hai'... Is this what we get from uber? I prefer ola now whether they charge double o[censored]ber.. But such behavior is not at all acceptable from uber. I will never recommend any of my frnds to use uber in future. Thanks for ur cooperation. Uber is the worst experience i ever faced... Good bye

                                I have booked Uber from Chikpete to Yeshwantpur railways station as my train was at 9:30PM so i need to departure at 7PM so i reach destination soon or on time i got all the details of the cab. I tried to call cab driver more than 3 times but he didn't respond to my call after some time i again tried to call him he picked up my call & he said sir i have canceled your ride plz u book other taxi. i was in hurry & how should i manage to book other Taxi. Is this a way Uber india do with its customers.I'll never ride in Uber next time. Hate uber.. Ola is best.

                                  I am a frequent user o[censored]ber in Guwahati, Assam. Today I booked a cab. No one called me even after around 5 minutes of booking. Then I called the driver. His name is Prashanto and his mobile number is [protected]. After I myself had called up, he was found to be completely unaware of the places and could not understand the pick up point. I called him once but he never picked up the phone. After waiting there for around 20 mins I received a message that Mr. Driver cancelled the trip. I booked again and within 5 mins I got the cab. Mr Prashanto also lacks proper telephonic etiquette.

                                    Today I booked an UberGo and travelled a distance of approx 28 Kms from Ashwathnagar to Hongasandra. The total duration of the journey was 1 hr 47 min. But I was charged Rs 839 and when I asked the driver how is it even possible for this distance he simply blamed the Uber servers. I had no other option but to pay him as I didn't have time to argue with him.

                                    The receipt emailed to me by Uber shows that I travelled for 57kms - I can understand a small deviation of 1 or 2 km, but this is double the distance I actually travelled! I checked the route map on Uber website and the track was skewed a lot through out the route. It shows that the cab moved through the buildings and also some of the defence areas where entry is prohibited.

                                    Please explain me how is this possible with a device that has GPS tracking? You can see some pictures I have uploaded at https://postimg.org/image/tdvlhvej1/

                                    I had raised an issue through the Uber app and they have addmitted that there was an issue with the GPS on the driver's device and refunded the excess amount in form of Uber credits.

                                      I booked a cab Hyundai accent. After wtng for 12 min i called Dvr. [protected] bijender. He Replied that i m wtng on road for last 5 min. I told him to come inside my society. Again i called after 5 minutes and he bluntaly refused and said book some other cab i have cancelled. I will not come. I frequently use Uber cab but such behaviour of a dvr is not at all acceptable. I was supposed to attend a urgent mtng and this scuffle with Dvr destroyed my whole day. Such people should be blacklisted immediately and should not be allowed in compnay like Uber. His behaviour was erratic pathetic uncorteous and unacceptable.
                                      I hope Uber will take action against such bad elements. He is fit to be a truck driver but can not be tolerated in public cab like Uber where children women aged people uses it in belief of safety and good gesture.

                                        On 20th Oct'16 afternoon I booked Uber Cab and then I had to call the Cab driver (Name:Bhim, Mob: [protected]) 4 times (!!) to understand about his exact location at that time and explain how to reach at pick up location. During last couple of phone calls he started arguing and surprisingly once he reached at pick up location around 20 mins late of expected arrival, totally misbehaved with us, sounds so arrogant and unprofessional and at last moment the driver cancelled that trip.

                                        Again on same day I had to book Uber (unfortunately!) cab around 10 pm, this time to my utmost surprise Uber has billed me additional Rs 60/- for previous cancellation. It wasn't me who had cancelled the cab. It was driver who cancelled it from his end and uber charged me in next trip.Though the amount is low but would like to highlight that uber should call the customer to confirm whether they have cancelled the cab or it was from driver end and additionally there should be some helpline contact so that customer also can reach Uber at any point of time to get the proper service during any unwanted situation. Hope you understand my point and take necessary action.
