Dear Kavya/ Uber Team,

As informed, I have selected #Uber-wallet for the cashback. I don't know how come #Uber select the other option (#Paytm wallet) after asking me.

And anyway I have sufficient balance at my #Paytm-wallet. So there is no due from my end for the 17th Nov'16 trip. As far #Uber protocol, if the customer doesn't have the sufficient balance at his/her #Paytm wallet then #Uber automatically asked...

My trip on the 22 Nov at 3:28pm in Bangalore for Rs 117.23 could not be paid for as my VISA-Debit card did not go through. I do not have another Debit or Credit card to change in Uber system.
Unable to contact UBER.

My Debit is valid and working well as UBER charged the card Re 1 initially testing of card and that has gone through.

I prebooked ubergo for the trip on 21st Nov 16 from DLF1 rajarhat to pyrbayan, sodepur.( swift dzire driver tarun Kumar, car no not available in trip history!) During booking the estimated charge was 243-352 rs. There was no intimation about any surcharge. However, I had to pay 1*8 surcharge of rs 251. I want an explanation for this fraudulent charge and refund if the surcharge!

Actually this complain is regarding the fare issues as well as returning the item that I left unfortunately in the cab andt he trip amount was displayed as Rs 379.12 as per attachments you can check below and I have been charged 430 rs than the actual money I am attaching the png image please check it and as soon as the driver left from the destination point I contacted him that I left my phone which was put on charge he told me come to him...

I asked the driver to take a route instead he took the route which i didnt want to...he he knows only this route, he says i[censored] wany to your route to be taken then tell me all the directions without being wrong, to which i said Use ur GPS But he didnt listen to me. Yesterday(20/11/2016), at Night I had hired a Uber pooling cab. Before I left the cab, I had left behind mobile phone(Samsung A5). After a minute I had called the driver and he verbally abused me and then he switched of my phone. I booked uber on 17th november 2016. Uber fare shows rs 60. When the trip ends it shows rs. 330. I had to pay the amount (Rs. 330). The driver said that original bill was rs. 60 however it shows 330. For the second time in a row, i have been overcharged by uber drivers at bangalore airport. They either sweet-talk you into paying more ir their meters are rigged. I was asked to pay toll, which even the driver did not pay. He took advantage of the fact that i was tired after catching a late-night flight. Customer service gives stock responses. On 17/11/2016 I had booked an UberPool service from my destination at GN 34/1, GN Block, Sector V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700091 to my desired location at THE CALCUTTA SWIMMING CLUB 1, Strand Road, Kolkata 700001. This is to inform you that I have been a partner o[censored]ber for the last one year and have been able to contribute in Ubers as well as my personal growth quite well.

Due to some financial crisis I had to stop the cab for a few months and as soon as the situation became normal, I started the cab services once again and Uber was my first choice (resumed in Oct 2016).
