These is the worst service i have ever had from any support services, uber is big time fraud website and there support services are worthless they deactivated my account saying that some other is using my mobile number, how can some other person can use my mobile number and before uber team deactivating the account i have raised complaint regarding debit on my balance which was in account, they haven't gave any solution to issues why amount got debited and they have asked to contact paytm, however even paytm is worthless they have raised a complaint on this however haven't got reply from paytm too, these both websites are looting and scamming people ...

Can any one has direct contact to uber where we can blast the team sitting their giving the worst service and making people irritate by giving senseless reply to customers ...

    Hi team,

    I wanted to get this to your notice that the below cancellation was not done based on my intention. After booking the cab, i have called the driver atleast 10 times and he did not pick the call at all due to which i was suppose to cancel the booking.
    Further, i booked another cab and the driver doesnt pick the call for 4 times and picks later and says me that he is on the way. After a long time, i just get a message that the driver has cancelled the trip.
    After the cancellation for the second time, i booked another cab and the booking goes to the same person and he tells that he cant take the booking and cancelled again.
    It was such a crucial travel for me that day as i was suppose to catch my flight - i would have missed the flight in case i wouldnt have got the 4th booking that i did.
    Today as well when i came back, i booked a cab from bangalore airport to my home, and called the driver from the uber zone - the driver picks and tells me that he will pick me in a minute or 2, and he cancels the trip as soon as i disconnect the call.in case they cant come, why dont they atleast tell it out rather than giving false promises.

    Now, my request is:
    1. The below rs 50 is not due to my mistake, and its purely coz of the drivers who did the blunder. This needs to be reversed back to my account
    2. Action should be taken on these drivers - coz they dont have any courtesy to atleast tell a sorry when i am facing so much of inconvenience. When i told them to somehow manage as i need to catch my flight, they tell so bluntly that they cant do anything and further speak to uber in case of any issues.
    3. Some step needs to be taken by uber to make sure drivers dont do false promises and put the traveller's time under a big risk.

    Its really frustrating and ridiculous to face such issues coz o[censored]ber's mistake and more over pay penalty charges for cancellation.

      I have 4 cars attached in Uber. Almost every week they decrease the incentive plan for all the drivers depending upon the work they do.With god's grace I have hard working drivers and at the same time its unfortunate that whatever target they achieve, Uber keeps on screwing them.For e.g, a driver is given an MBG(Minimum Booking Guarantee/Target) of 2300 on which initially they get a total of 6000, as soon as the driver will start achieving this target, they will decrease the incentive and increase the target amount.This has continued to happen from the last couple of months and I am very much disappointed because obviously if I don't earn, I won't be able to pay the drivers who work really hard on roads to get a living for their family.

        Hi All,

        The Reason For My Complain Is That I Have Paid For A Service(Ride) Which I Have Not Received..
        I Have Also Not Been Refunded The Amount I Have Paid For The Same(including the coupon)..

        I took a ride at 8:36 PM on October 16, 2016 for which the drop location I entered in the uber app was Tarulia 3rd Ln, Tarulia, Krishnapur, Keshtopur, Kolkata, West Bengal 700059, India and paid at total amount of 113.82 ( 63.82 CASH + 50.00 FREE RIDE DISCOUNT)..

        Though the location was confirmed for a DROP on the app however the driver refused to drop me at my location..

        I made a complaint to Uber though the only response I have got till now is that they have looked on the issue..
        It has now been over a month where i have been following up on the complint frecuently however Uber has been extreamly slow in response, as I get 1 response after 3-4 days of continous TEXTS..

          Uberpool. Extremely disappointing!

          Yesterday evening I booked an Uber Pool from Seepz to Tardeo. Minutes after getting into the car, someone else booked the same ride going from Chakala to Bandra West, hence the driver accepted the passenger's request. As Seepz is in Andheri East, and going from the suburbs to South Mumbai is a task on its own. I fail to understand how Uber can map my ride with someone traveling from East to West, as during traffic hours, a minor detour can...

          The UBER car WB 04 G 8761 has badly hit my car at the back while I was waiting at a red signal in Howrah. It is a new car and it happened while I was driving back home from the showroom. Driver Debashish Dasgupta informed that he will arrange compensation from UBER and owner Bappa Biswas. Why should I suffer for the fault o[censored]BER in appointing incompetent drivers?How can I get the compensation now?

            Booked a UBER cab for my elderly mother and relatives for Bandra Terminus from Thane. On reaching the destination the Driver overcharged my mother for Rs. 450/- instead of Rs. 358.?? as messaged by UBER.

            Evening after my mother calling home to know the exact amount after the Driver demanded more money he rushed then to pay the money taking benefit of helplessness of the elderly passegers.

            Not to mention he was rude enough to go away such hesitantly.

            If necessary will complain to the respective RTO authority to get the drivers permit revoked.

            Please advice.

              I my self book your car on above date through my regd mobile no [protected] in the name of Ranjan Kumar sil, 54/1 Sikdar bagan st. Kolkata 700004 but when your driver reach to my home, he asked my name and told that booking is already at name Mr Kajal Bose instead of my name. After that I show his name and car no also his photo in my mobile and he accept me to go ride to my destination Sithi. So I request you please rectify this mistake at your end. Otherwise I will face much diffculties for the next booking time. Waiting for your reply.

              Done payment of 800 through credit card to add funds to paytm still not credited but received sms on my phone for the transaction
              I am writing from Delhi. I travel for work to Gurgaon everyday, from Delhi and back.
              Uber is still charging toll tax, even when government has abolished it post the demonetization drive, until 31st December, 2016

              This is really fleecing the customers,

              It feels like cheating, and is a grave incovenience.

                I booked and Uber to (I.P Extension -Kantinagar) New Delhi However I waited approx 10-15 driver didn't came to pick up i don't know why . After all when he arrived he asked several questions about where you want to go, We told him directions but really I don't know why when we told him about directions he said he don't wanted to go .
                Then i myself cancelled a ride to book another Uber then i went to my destination .

                Now thing is i wasted my 10-15 minutes and when he came he rejected to go . why ? idk proper reason .

                I even asked him why you aren't"t going he said so unauthentic reason that we don't go such area, then why you have kept such drivers .

                I hope you"ll work on it and at least tell the driver not to react like that .

I have not done any crime or not misusing any account. Now your team is responding as this is flag issues we cannot help you anymore. Please take my complaint under your notice. Try to resolve it. I know their are n number of option for travelling. Some people get used to your's services.

                    Dear Uber,

                    First two images showing the trip on 23-Nov-2016, it is asking for double payment.

                    Last image is showing the trip which i didnt took the trip and no where it is mentioned in my trips but while booking it is asking to pay amount for the trip ? Why should i pay if i didnt use the cab ??

                    One more thing is i have taken this trip in OLA and paid by card which has been confirmed by OLA Also but why this is reflecting in UBER ? Regarding this i have shared the image 4 for your reference.

                    You can go and check my trips every trip is making a problem and irritating.

                    Is uber is genuine service or any fraudulent service ? We cannot sit and write email every time for your fraudulent services.

                    Why don't you provide any customer care number ?
                    Because you know already these fraudulent services happened and continuing so you are not providing this customer care number.

                      Yesterday around 8.30 am i booked uber from charkop to thane (Tip top plaza) through email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
                      The normal fare becomes around 400-500. As there were many orders, the notice came that 'ur final fare will be 1.9 times regular fare'. Though it was behind our limit and it was our 1st time too to go at peak hours, but as we where in hurry, we booked it, but the final fair became 1119, which became a too large amount. We have definately paid full amount, but we hope some refund.

                        Today morning i booked uber from my husband account, i told him to go by jvlr route but he dont want to listen, started arguments with us, he said, "if you have probrom then get down from my cab, and if you want to complaint, go ahead, i dont care". So many time i travelled by uber but never met manner less driver. I[censored]ber drivers having so much attitude then no need to drive or if driving then no need to charge for trip, it must be free for all, because we are paying for allowing driver to misbehave with us.                         Above text already posted to uber complaint forum, but i got sorry msg only. I am not satisfy... Uber should not be hire this type of guys... They dont know how to talk to customer, they treat like they are giving free ride.. We are paying 300-500 rupees for expecting good serivce, not for bad serivce, means that angry uneducated manerless driver saying get down from cab.

                          Hello,

                          I wanted to link my paytm account with UBER. So I deleted the existing payment method in UBER. Although it was a paytm account in UBER app it was not getting synced. So deleted that account thinking that the money will be seen in the Paytm wallet again when I will add it back. But unfortunately couldn't get my money back in the wallet.

                          And Uber is so irresponsible and fraudulent company that there is nothing like email support or on call support for customers. They don't even reply on a website email complaints.

                          Kindly please do the needful.

                            I registered for uber lastweek in Mumbai and loaded Rs 1000/- thro paytm wallet. At the nick of time (20/11/16)while I was going for airport the payment mode gave error message that it is verified and locked the account. I had to plan with some other car rental. Again in chennai the next day the same thing happened while booking for railway station. I repeatedly sent emails to Uber & Paytm to refund the amount and de activate the account. Neither of them responded. It is like fighting invisible enemy. The callous attitude is too much of an insult. No one to contact. No customer care.Thanks I just loaded only Rs 1000/- I strongly feel I should get back the money from Uber

                              The driver cancelled the trip from his side, but Rs. 60 was deducted even though no trip happened. This is cheating, the driver without any reason cancelled the trip. Action should be taken again the driver and my deducted amount should be refunded. Along with it there should be a check on uber on harassing customers this way. The driver name is Krishna and his number is [protected]

                              Please take necessary action and also refund my amount. Else we will lose trust on Uber.

                                My only source of income is driving and if owner likes uber didnt provide any payments then how we can survive and how we can provide the service for customers.

                                  Dear Kavya/ Uber Team,

                                  As informed, I have selected #Uber-wallet for the cashback. I don't know how come #Uber select the other option (#Paytm wallet) after asking me.

                                  And anyway I have sufficient balance at my #Paytm-wallet. So there is no due from my end for the 17th Nov'16 trip. As far #Uber protocol, if the customer doesn't have the sufficient balance at his/her #Paytm wallet then #Uber automatically asked for the 'cash payment', which #Uber didn't ask. So it means I have sufficient balance.

                                  #Uber cheated me. Took the amount (Rs. 270) without any proper reason. I have already raised this issue to 'consumer Forum Court'.

                                  U come out with offer with Paytm for cash back.everytime one has to fight with Paytm to get back cash back. When we ask Uber for a help they simply say offer from Uber and they cannot help. We receive mail from uber. So Uber is equally responsible for problem face by clients.

                                    My trip on the 22 Nov at 3:28pm in Bangalore for Rs 117.23 could not be paid for as my VISA-Debit card did not go through. I do not have another Debit or Credit card to change in Uber system.
                                    Unable to contact UBER.

                                    My Debit is valid and working well as UBER charged the card Re 1 initially testing of card and that has gone through.

                                    Name of Driver is Madhukar. Excellent 5* person.
                                    I am not able to delete the VISA in the UBER payment system app.

                                    Tried to re-enter the same, but of no use.
                                    I would like to settle this as soon as possible.
                                    Please help me in this situation. UBER payment system in not efficient.

                                      I prebooked ubergo for the trip on 21st Nov 16 from DLF1 rajarhat to pyrbayan, sodepur.( swift dzire driver tarun Kumar, car no not available in trip history!) During booking the estimated charge was 243-352 rs. There was no intimation about any surcharge. However, I had to pay 1*8 surcharge of rs 251. I want an explanation for this fraudulent charge and refund if the surcharge!
