Uber cabs Charging more than 2.5 times than nominal fare even at early evening like 7pm. Locality OMR chennai. Cab fare from my place to destination takes around 230-240 rs. Evening time they charge you 400-600. Distance travelled around 20kms. I can still understand for night travel. But at regular time, they are increasing the fare without any logic. They are exploiting the system.

    Driver of mh-03-bt-338 used abusive words to us.. We were in our car. The driver of your car tired to overtake from wrong side viz. Left side. He stopped the car in the middle of the road n used abusive words n fought with us.. This tuk place at 3:05 pm at juhu near sujay hospital. Please note that my two daughters were in the car still your driver used abusive words.

      Today at 10.21pm i booked a cab . My mother and my aunt wanted to go to cottenpet, bangalore. When the cab arrived the 2 back seats were already occupied be two men. I asked him how can we sit inside the car. His reply was "please adjust". How can a person talk to women like that. Please take action against him.

        On 1st of december at 2:10 i book a ride with uber by my paytm account, and it got successfully booked. I had the information about driver and cab, but when i tried to call to driver for asking the location i found the number is not in service. I waited for 45 minutes for the driver, i tried to connect again and again to driver cell number but i got failed. After that i booked a auto riskhaw and went to my home, after reaching home i checked my uber account and i got surprised? My uber account showed me that i have to rate to driver for my ride. It shows that the driver picked some wrong guy instead of my ride. The ride was booked by my paytm account and the amount has deducted from it, i want the refund as soon as it possible. What actually is happening with uber, if the ride is within 10 km, driver shows (Nakhre), but if it is more then 20km then they are happy to take you to the home.

          Dear sir,

          I booked a cab at around 11.00AM from Rainbow [protected]@Gunrock to go to KPHB.
          The driver informed that he was at Hitec city and could not come and
          requested to cancel the trip. Hence I cancelled the trip. But to my
          surprise cancellation charges of Rs.50/- debited to my account. The
          cancellation is not because of my fault. Hence I
          request you to recredit the amount to my account. Till now I felt that uber
          is customer friendly but the above incident proves to the contrary.

            I have booked Uber cab on 27th November 2016. I was supposed to catch my train at 11:45 am the driver confirmed that he will there to pick me around 10:30 am. But he didn't come, didn't receive my calls n didn't inform me as well... so because of this i missed my train ... can you please address this ??? because this is so unethical, unprofessional and so annoying ..

              I booked an ubergo yesterday from my number [protected] and went to 14 km away place. Uber suggested fare was 117-153. I asked the driver to stay and being me back after one hour., Which he did but did not explain that it is going to cost me.o much. When I came back he asked for 423 rupees...

              I found it very expansive next time I have to think before riding an uber

                Hi,

                I am a frequent traveler with UBER, i was using OLA from past 2 years and i switched to UBER due to their bad customer service. Now i dont expect the same from UBER.

                1. Unable to apply coupon:
                I did not get any option to enter the coupon code(25ON25) in two of my trips which i took within this week on cash. I wrote to your team and they gave me lame excuses saying you cannot apply after your trips and so on. I also sent the screen shot and now i request you not to ask me for the screen shot again. I am fed up of this. I request you to transfer the coupon value to my UBER account for both the cash trips which i made.

                2. I added Rs.222 to my Paytm account due to 25% discount as UBER said not paytm:
                The trips i took starting from 21st Nov i did not get my cash back on those trips now your customer service is telling me to approach paytm.
                Why should i approach paytm as the offer was given by you not paytm. It has happened in the past as well. However, i was timely resolved.
                Why is it happening so frequently. There is definitely something wrong with your system. Please credit my cash back to my paytm account.

                I would request you not to waste my time and your time as well by exchanging email as i have clearly explained the issue above.

                  My Last journey fair was 50 but i was charged 110Rs.I was charged 70Rs more for what.I have also not cancelled any previous trip then why was u charged more.Kindly look into the matter seriously cause i was unlawfully charged more and this can end up to a very serious situation.Kindly refund me back the extra amount which i have paid with additional compensation for harrassment and unlawfully charging more

                    I had book a cab but the cab driver not cal me when I called him he was very far from my selected location then and said that i am too far from my my location and he already crossed my selected location than we have no option and than we request him to cancle it because he have no option we were getting late. he cancelled their self but in my account it's showing cancellation charges, i am regularly use that but this time it's very disappointed me...kindly help me...

                      Yest I had booked uber pool at 7.while booking it was showing 5 min but later 12 min.cab arrived late.later on after 15 min driver got another pick up near Tavarekere near some hotel .v went at that hotel n was waiting for 15 min for co passenger.but he didn't come still 15 min.later on I think driver cancelled his trip.v started trip from hotel.but their was huge traffic on Tavarekere main road.my train was at 8.50 pm from Yeshwanthpur railway station.driver dropped at 8.30.from their I went to metro station runnin n caught metro .i reached at 8.58pm to Yeshwanthpur railway station .by d time I reached their
                      Train had left from station .later on I booked by bus at 9.45 pm n came back to native .if v book cab n cancel d trip u charge us cancellation amount .if driver n co passenger does late u won't charge anything .bcos of co passenger I missed d train n suffered a lot yest .its my request pls to cancel d trip of co passenger in uber pool if dey come late after min .

                        I had registered with Uber for cab services and added money to Paytm for payment. But now mainly after the demonetisation unable to login or book a cab even if I am able to login, No response to my complaints. I am unable to understand how a company is allowed to run without a customer care contact/phone number or email id to communicate directly. I have attached the screen shots of error I get while trying to login. May I request to look into the matter and get me some solution from Uber. I want to deactive the account with them and stop using their services.

                          These is the worst service i have ever had from any support services, uber is big time fraud website and there support services are worthless they deactivated my account saying that some other is using my mobile number, how can some other person can use my mobile number and before uber team deactivating the account i have raised complaint regarding debit on my balance which was in account, they haven't gave any solution to issues why amount got debited and they have asked to contact paytm, however even paytm is worthless they have raised a complaint on this however haven't got reply from paytm too, these both websites are looting and scamming people ...

                          Can any one has direct contact to uber where we can blast the team sitting their giving the worst service and making people irritate by giving senseless reply to customers ...

                            Hi team,

                            I wanted to get this to your notice that the below cancellation was not done based on my intention. After booking the cab, i have called the driver atleast 10 times and he did not pick the call at all due to which i was suppose to cancel the booking.
                            Further, i booked another cab and the driver doesnt pick the call for 4 times and picks later and says me that he is on the way. After a long time, i just get a message that the driver has cancelled the trip.
                            After the cancellation for the second time, i booked another cab and the booking goes to the same person and he tells that he cant take the booking and cancelled again.
                            It was such a crucial travel for me that day as i was suppose to catch my flight - i would have missed the flight in case i wouldnt have got the 4th booking that i did.
                            Today as well when i came back, i booked a cab from bangalore airport to my home, and called the driver from the uber zone - the driver picks and tells me that he will pick me in a minute or 2, and he cancels the trip as soon as i disconnect the call.in case they cant come, why dont they atleast tell it out rather than giving false promises.

                            Now, my request is:
                            1. The below rs 50 is not due to my mistake, and its purely coz of the drivers who did the blunder. This needs to be reversed back to my account
                            2. Action should be taken on these drivers - coz they dont have any courtesy to atleast tell a sorry when i am facing so much of inconvenience. When i told them to somehow manage as i need to catch my flight, they tell so bluntly that they cant do anything and further speak to uber in case of any issues.
                            3. Some step needs to be taken by uber to make sure drivers dont do false promises and put the traveller's time under a big risk.

                            Its really frustrating and ridiculous to face such issues coz o[censored]ber's mistake and more over pay penalty charges for cancellation.

                              I have 4 cars attached in Uber. Almost every week they decrease the incentive plan for all the drivers depending upon the work they do.With god's grace I have hard working drivers and at the same time its unfortunate that whatever target they achieve, Uber keeps on screwing them.For e.g, a driver is given an MBG(Minimum Booking Guarantee/Target) of 2300 on which initially they get a total of 6000, as soon as the driver will start achieving this target, they will decrease the incentive and increase the target amount.This has continued to happen from the last couple of months and I am very much disappointed because obviously if I don't earn, I won't be able to pay the drivers who work really hard on roads to get a living for their family.

                                Hi All,

                                The Reason For My Complain Is That I Have Paid For A Service(Ride) Which I Have Not Received..
                                I Have Also Not Been Refunded The Amount I Have Paid For The Same(including the coupon)..

                                I took a ride at 8:36 PM on October 16, 2016 for which the drop location I entered in the uber app was Tarulia 3rd Ln, Tarulia, Krishnapur, Keshtopur, Kolkata, West Bengal 700059, India and paid at total amount of 113.82 ( 63.82 CASH + 50.00 FREE RIDE DISCOUNT)..

                                Though the location was confirmed for a DROP on the app however the driver refused to drop me at my location..

                                I made a complaint to Uber though the only response I have got till now is that they have looked on the issue..
                                It has now been over a month where i have been following up on the complint frecuently however Uber has been extreamly slow in response, as I get 1 response after 3-4 days of continous TEXTS..

                                  Uberpool. Extremely disappointing!

                                  Yesterday evening I booked an Uber Pool from Seepz to Tardeo. Minutes after getting into the car, someone else booked the same ride going from Chakala to Bandra West, hence the driver accepted the passenger's request. As Seepz is in Andheri East, and going from the suburbs to South Mumbai is a task on its own. I fail to understand how Uber can map my ride with someone traveling from East to West, as during traffic hours, a minor detour can...

                                  The UBER car WB 04 G 8761 has badly hit my car at the back while I was waiting at a red signal in Howrah. It is a new car and it happened while I was driving back home from the showroom. Driver Debashish Dasgupta informed that he will arrange compensation from UBER and owner Bappa Biswas. Why should I suffer for the fault o[censored]BER in appointing incompetent drivers?How can I get the compensation now?

                                    Evening after my mother calling home to know the exact amount after the Driver demanded more money he rushed then to pay the money taking benefit of helplessness of the elderly passegers.

                                    If necessary will complain to the respective RTO authority to get the drivers permit revoked.

                                      I my self book your car on above date through my regd mobile no [protected] in the name of Ranjan Kumar sil, 54/1 Sikdar bagan st. Kolkata 700004 but when your driver reach to my home, he asked my name and told that booking is already at name Mr Kajal Bose instead of my name. After that I show his name and car no also his photo in my mobile and he accept me to go ride to my destination Sithi. So I request you please rectify this mistake at your end. Otherwise I will face much diffculties for the next booking time. Waiting for your reply.

                                      I am writing from Delhi. I travel for work to Gurgaon everyday, from Delhi and back.
                                      Uber is still charging toll tax, even when government has abolished it post the demonetization drive, until 31st December, 2016

                                      This is really fleecing the customers,

                                      It feels like cheating, and is a grave incovenience.
