    In my today's intercity trip (6Feb) form Haryana to UP, the driver charged 240 rupees extra in name of taxes. Except of legitimate taxes which I have knowledge of, as I often travell that way. Let me explain;
    The toll tax which is approx 85-90 rupees with fastag, he charged 150 rupees for it and, he had fastag, So for toll tax, he charged 60 rupees extra.
    Then, State tax, we have to pay 150 rupees of State tax from Haryana to UP, that was fine, but he added State tax of Harayana as well of 150 rupees, which we were not to pay, as the car was of Haryana only and going to UP. So, there is no sense in paying 150 rupees of Haryana tax, which we paid extra. And, he charged some 30 rupees in name of 'Expressway Tax' which does not exist. I know that, there nothing like that, but he charged it. I was asking him the proof for, Haryana State Tax and That Express Way Tax, then he became a bit angry saying that, this is final charge and you have to pay it, also stating to do it faster as he got some other ride.
    I don't want to fight him on road and he was also not going to negotiate or even talk, he was in a hurry and was disrespectful at that. But I am complaining about it, as it is very unfair for a customer also creating negative mindset for uber drivers. You, should take proper steps, regarding developing an integrated system for tax calculation, and show it directly in sum of ride, not separately, as driver use this loop hole in this system and, demand extra money which directly goes to their pocket without your knowledge. You can earn a greater revenue from intercity trips and retain customers. Also, I demand my 240 rupees back with atleast 3% interest p.m on basis of Time you take to solve this, and 5000 rupees for giving mental stress to customer.

      I booked the Auto from Bangalore i srnt yhe corrent location for the taxi. Auto person is saying he is there only. And i give the address akso yjen he is telling dont know the are and simply cancelling the ride. And i have to pay fine of 21 rs for that ride before next bookings. It was very bad experience.people are making fool

            The ride was booked on[protected] for an emergency hospital visit. The driver reached the pickup point and we asked him to come inside the gate. Inspite of him knowing that it was a hospital case, he simply canceled the ride there. We had to book another one.

              Uber driver ran over a dog eventhough he saw him.
              i even showed the stop sign from hand but he didn't stop and after that he did not even check on the dog
              luckily the dog is alive but he ran on his stomach and injured his leg

                I recently had a surgery on my scalp and got sutures. which got infected. i booked a cab from my doctor’s clinic and the cab driver denied ac service which was much needed to avoid further contamination of my already infected wound. even after several requests.

                        Yesterday night I booked Uber. Driver mid way stopped cab & snatched my mobile phone & fight with me n broken my hand. Driver name is salman & car number is DL1RTA7501.
                        Kindly take action against him n return my mobile.
                        He is dangerous man and not good to leave him in society

                          Worst experience
                          At 2019 I had a uber account and uninstalled it today 26.01.2022 again i installed and came from egmore to my home the rate card showed 382 when driver dropped me in my destination he said i have to pay 382 + 366(extra for outstanding amout) and i tried to find the transation since 2019 i dont have outstanding amount.

                          On the Republic day Citizen of India is cheated by Uber company.

                            Driver refused as he is at far location and not picking up. We asked driver only to cancel. We almost waited for 30mins but driver not willing for pickup. He is not cancelling and asked me to cancel.

                            I told i wont cancel as cancellation charges comes to me. But again i called and asked driver to cancel this time driver1 cancelled and soon driver2 is connected as sequential pickup.

                            We waited for long time and choose some auto which is out o[censored]ber or ola. Again am asked to cancel and getting cancellation charges for uber guys mistake.

                              Uber which was introduced in Kolkata few years back as premium Taxi Service has presently turned up into a most poorly administered service provider.
                              Today also, as happened many times in past as well, the driver called and asked question about my destination/ my mode of payment and after getting aware of the destination/ mode of payment cancelled the Trip. I fail to understand when I already informed Uber about my destination/ mode of payment, why the driver be allowed to raise such question to me and then after getting aware, he be allowed to cancel the trip. Either the driver should not be allowed to question the passenger such question or if he be so allowed to raise such question, he should be debarred from cancelling the trip after getting aware of such information.
                              I had to wait for almost 15 minutes for the vehicle because of two cancellations by driver, initially the waiting period was just 4 minutes.
                              I suffered loss of time, loss of peace and a lot.
                              Why should not be compensated by Uber for such subjective loss.

                                While a Booked an uber cab the cost was 358 and when I the trip was completed they charged me 438, so I want my 80 should be paid back

                                  I had booked Uber package delivery service on 18 January 2022. The driver has picked up the goods amounting to INR 12, 000 from the location but did not deliver the goods to me. The driver has stolen the goods and has switched off his phone. Uber India has 0 reliability and it is impossible to reach them as they don't have any number and they provide general replies on email. Highly disappointed with Uber. Please do not book this service.

                                    He will only take only 2 person as we were 3 and in asking why he said we only take 2 person and 3rd person is not allowed so we asked him to cancel the ride if he is not willing to take us then he said u cancel the ride I will not cancel and on asking him how is this possible he said ask to the supervisor Mr. Pawan standing on side of the car wearing a Uber jacket and asking him and telling him that yesterday only we were travelling then there was no such kind of rule then he started abusing us and started physical fighting and saying u will not be able to reach home we will kill u people and no body will get to know and when more people tried to stop him then he started telling all the drivers no one will take them and anyone who will take them will never drive in Uber again. This seems that Uber is hiring criminals.
                                    We have video footage of the incident. Can be provided if needed. We will send you the link after passing on social media.

                                      When i booked cab from delhi airport terminal 1, it showed fare of 423 to kashmiri gate. But when the trip was completed, fare came 913. How is this possible as the route was normal and without traffic. Kindly refund the difference amount.
                                      Uber mob no- [protected].
                                      Pick up and drop off location were also different on bill.

                                        I was sending a package through uber connect on 13/1/22 and it was send on 7:49 in the evening and it was supposed to reach the destination on 8:15-8:20. But it didn't reach the destination and the driver showed the the trip was completed. We've been trying to call the driver and mail uber but no actions were taken whatsoever. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
