Many times Uber cab drivers are not switching on the AC even after request saying that AC is not working or on the pretex that not economically feasible for them. Most of the times it is happening nowadays in Hyderabad

    I took outstation ride vrindavan to delhi, driver said toll will be xtra will show charges in mobile after ride I said ok, after ride he was showing 2 toll mesgs of 100 each on what’s app mesg send by his friend, n saying my other 200 + 200govt tax nonsense total 600 for toll final amount 2580, my Uber app is showing 1878, after lot of arguments he started souting n trying to hit me ppl around me come to protect den in shame I gave him 2300 n left
    It’s more den 15 days I havent get any response from Uber,
    My request only is that kind of driver should be throw away from job

      I have been charged 504 rs for travelling 7 kms
      I.e from GH-14, Paschim Vihar to Sagarpur in 18 mins ride.

      Date of ride - 24th Dec 2021 -8 Am
      After having consecutive conversations with the customer support, they gave me a 5 Rs refund in the trip amount!!

      Still i have been cheated an charged 70 rs/km. Which I believe is totally unacceptable!!

        The deduction of an amount of 884 rupees was done by Uber India on the 8th of January 2022, for a trip that happened on 30th August 2021. When I made sure to inform via their application with my e-statement instead of confirming anything, I got an email from them saying this is months old and that is why this grievance cannot be looked into.
        As they don’t have any proper means to be contacted, I had to used Facebook and message them. They said they would reply and gave me a reply saying the issue will be resolved on the app. I tried explaining the situation but yet there was nothing but automated messages.
        At the moment, they still haven’t confirmed with the driver but have closed the complaint chat without any valid solution or reply.

            Hi,

            I am Devika Sonam from Gurgaon. I have booked uber for myself on 4th Jan 2022 at around 7:15 pm from Army Hospital (R&R) to Essel Towers. Uber driver called me and asked whom are you going to pay, to myself or Uber. I told, i am going to pay to Uber.

            He told I am not coming to pick you up. When i told i will complaint, he was so rude that he told you can complaint to anyone and no one can do anything.

            If this is attitude o[censored]ber driver then it's difficult for customers to trust uber. I request a strict action to be taken and acknowledged back.

              The driver charged extra cash. And didn't repay me the money even after the trip fare was adjusted. I would like a refund immediately the trip initially showed 282 but the driver charged 383, he charged rs.100 extra

                This is regarding trip dated 2-1-2022. I paid full fare around Rs 574 which was due in cash to the driver. But app is showing I paid less to him. Kindly help. This is very disappointing from uber. There is no call support. Share if any

                  On 28 Dec 21 1400 hrs, I booked uber auto Bajaj RE Maxima from Chennai Central to VGP Marine Kingdom. My default payment mode was selected as Amazon Pay wallet. After completion of trip the amount 300.82 deducted from my wallet but the driver asked for cash 300 rs stating he did not received online payment from uber. I showed him my transactions details but he refused to accept. He insisted me to contact customer care. I tried the same thorough phone and email but uber was unreachable. I submitted feedback stating same through uber app but uber did not contact me till day. The driver started shouting and insisted on cash payment. As I was with my family and on vacation to Chennai first time. The driver was speaking in Tamil language and I was not able to understand him. I have him 300 through phone pay. The screenshot of same is attached. I want 300 refund from uber for the trip.

                    On 28th December we booked a cab on cash trip, where we can pay driver by cash or UPI payment or payment or any mode. We have done cash payment. But driver has not confirmed the receipt. Now Uber is asking us to pay once again. We tried to register complaint but there is no such options in Uber. They don't have proper support system which they should have 24x7 as it involves the security of customers. After trying for three days we finally could manage to do chatting with their customer care, but they are asking us to pay once again instead of checking with their driver if he has received money. This is cheating of customers. Why we should pay twice. We have the Google pay details with us . Uber is not even asking for any proof of payment from us. They are asking us to make one more payment. This is looting of customers.

                          I booked my trip with Uber and it was showing a fare of 253 while booking but when the trip got completed they charged me Rs.426 which is almost double than what was there during booked. While traveling there was no traffic route was also same and still fare was shooked up. I request you to help me get my extra fare charged back from Uber.

                            My Wife took a ride from her office to home on 28th Dec 2021. The Auto driver did not drop her to the destination. The driver demanded for cash payment and she asked to stop by an ATM to withdraw cash. The driver took the cash and intentionally ended the trip before one km of final drop destination and ran over his wheels on her feet. Because of this accident she felt down in the mud and her phone screen broke. When we asked UBER safety team to look into it, they are sending pre written messages and not to compensate for the product damage. It is been more than 15 hours none of these UBER safety team people called us back. Now Samsung is charging approx. 13 K to replace the screen. I didn't expect this kind of response from a global company.

                              Of late, it has been observed (observed both at Chandigarh and in Mumbai) that a driver initially accepts a ride BUT THEN immediately makes a phone call and inquires about the DESTINATION; if its not of their interest, they simply CANCEL THE RIDE!! THAT DEFEATS THE VERY PURPOSE FOR WHICH COMMUTERS USE UBER!!

                                I took one right on 25th December and the fair was around 111 for which I already paid 536 instead of 111 only because of of the bill was generated 536 including 425 pending from last 3 years, I paid totally 536 in cash to the driver now I am concerned about 425 pending that amount was already paid in 2018 through my wallet 370 and rest 75 in cash that I have been requesting to reverse 425 back to my wallet.
                                After raising the concern got 150 balance in my wallet instead of 425 that I paid extra.
                                Again on next day 27th December Second incidents happened the same 150 deducted from my wallet and still showing 248 due for my last trip where I had already paid 536 in cash I don't understand why it's happening with uber. I have been charged 425 twice first I paid on 25th unnecessary again it has been charged and showing due in my wallet and app.
                                I have been complaining since 25th did not get any resolution only one time I had received 150 in my wallet against 425 it was again detected and sowing in pending for my last trip.
                                Please reverse my balance 425 in wallet and keep every payment green/paid which have already been paid if you want can connect with driver as well if not please provide me the way how can I escalate the issue to the next level or the upper level as it's a worst experience for me ever. Otherwise I will have to escalate/spread this issue to the social media and can fight for it. In case of any clarification can call me on [protected].

                                  On 24th December 2021 the uber driver demanded for cash Rs 150 for a non cash payment saying his account has not been credited and due to delay I also gave him a cash amount of Rs.150. Whereas the total cost on Uber’s app was showing as Rs 131.99 and this cost was also deducted from my amazon pay wallet.                                   CAb fare paid in total of Rs 367 (to be precise paid 370 to driver) in CASH on 12-DEC-21 but still fare showed outstanding

                                  amount of Rs 300 in UBER app -

                                  Inspite of repeated messages, No response from Uber regarding the outsanding amount.

                                  Lastly paid Rs 300 again on 22-Dec-21, hoping I can complain message again through UBER App to refund the Rs 300 paid

                                  extra.

                                  Till date, on 23-Dec-21, no response from UBER or UBEr Driver yet on this issue.

                                  This is a very fraudulent behaviour or process where customer is cheated.

                                  Please look into this with priority and REFUND Rs 300

                                    When I book an uber auto from my home to near by temple which is not more than 2km away for my mother . The driver accepted the ride and he calls me and ask rudely about the pick and drop off location . After I told him about the location he doesn't respond and cut off the call. Is this how a driver respond to a customer. Please Take action

                                      This happens to me atleast 5 times in one go where I book a ride and the driver calls to ask drop and when you tell him he says he is coming and cancels. This is highly unprofessional and inconvenient, cause they make you wait and then cancel and I only end up paying the cancellation charge also.
