Hi Team,

12:49PM i have booked Uber from Devarbisenahalli to Global Village tech park.
Drive Name is Nagesh and Cab number is KA41B5242. He canceled CAB himself and said, I am not well so not able to come to Global village, it is too far from Devarbisanahalli. But 50rs Cancelation charges has been applied for us.
Can you please help us with taking action on him.

I had travelled on uber pool (Bangalore from Vibhutipura to Vasanth nagar) where it showed a fare of Rs. 226.85. But as i had my UBER credits with me so i should not pay a single rupee to the driver.After completing my ride i got massage as '' your fare was zero'' on the Uber app. But The driver charged Rs. 386 showing in his mobile that fare. . Earlier, when I started using UBER, i never had any complaints regarding their response nor time. But for past 1 month, they acted carelessly, they didn't even contact me, I had to contact them, still from their location to my location it just takes hardly 5 mins. but UBER takes 20 mins and extra and they don't arrive on the given location we have to go to search for them. I have shifted from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 02.03.2016 and was in Lemon tree hotel Navarangpura, I hired Uber to move from Hotel to move to a rented House, Safal Parishkaar-I, Khokara Circle, on 06.03.2016. I forgot my parcel (Woodland shoes) in the cab.

I travelled in Bengaluru from Mahadevapuram to Chickpet on19th March 2016 morning. The fare came out as Rs.344. The driver told me that I will have to pay in cash as the Uber screen told "Collect the cash". I paid the cash and got down from the car.
After one hour, when I opened the Uber app again to book the cab for returning, I noticed that the amount in Paytm wallet has also gone down by Rs. 344.

This email is regarding deduction of money amounting to Rs.190 from my Paytm account. All though it was a free ride on uber cab. The ride was from Laxminagar to New Delhi Railway Station on 9th march 2016 around 11:45 AM. I have sent my complain to UBER and they are saying that it is deducted because i have violated there some term of service. I had booked this ride to the airport for a flight at 6am. The driver was not even ready to wait outside my building for even 10 minutes saying "Morning mein hume duty karne do" meaning its morning let us do our duty. He was very rude.

I registered uber for first time, and when I tried to book cab for first time. Suddenly my account got disabled. I sent mail to uber support regarding this issue and got reply that I am using multiple uber accounts that's why my account disabled. If I registered first time, How can I maintain multiple accounts?

Why are only Uber drivers so ruthless? And to the top of that Uber customer care or support doesn't do anything to support

The driver did not pick me from the pick up point i had selected. made me walk long distance.
i was charged for airport parking but the driver did not enter parking and to avoid those charges picked us from different location, no receipt of this payment was presented to us.
The driver also bypassed toll between thane and mumbai by giving some reference but we were charged the toll amount as well....

On 9th of march i took uber cab from noida sec 62 till munirka jnu.After reching i was going to make payment from payTM but the driver said he cannot so i paid him cash Rs736 and once i rech home even mai money from payTM was taken away and till date i am not gettin the refund. I want it back. Very disappointed with the service....

2 incidents on a same day . The first time, in my Email i received the payable amount as Rs 0/-, whereas in the drivers mobile it showed Rs 150/-
In the 2nd incident, I never boarded the Cab, but the driver started the journey and ended it, without even picking the call and replying .
Both the times, I went through a loss.

I just took a ride from Bhangagarh to airport (12 March, 2016), Guwahati. Being just my 2nd ride (the 1st being a promo free ride), I realized later that the fare has been deducted from my paytm wallet apart room me paying him cash as well. Driver was Sanjiv; cab no. I took UberPool on 4th March 2016 at 5.29 PM with decided fare of Rs.67.97/- . When the ride ended, Driver(Mr. Vasanth)'s screen showed trip total as Rs. 176/-. He made me pay Rs. 176/- despite of me telling him it was UberPool and I am only supposed to pay Rs. 67.97/-.
