Hi,
On 23rd march 2016, i booked a uber cab at 2:58 am for airport, and the app was saying the driver will reach in 6min. I called the driver for the road to follow and reach my house but he didn't follow the path and also he told that he does not know the road also. He reached my flat around 3:22am.
Without delay i came down to board the car but the driver was not the one whose picture was there in the uber profile. He told me that he does not any road. With in 200mtr the tyre of the vehicle was punctured. And he told that he cannot go. It took at max 30minute to reach the airport.
After that incident i book a ola cab and reached the airport 5minute late because of which i couldn't board the flight and have to pay extra rs2880 to board another flat. I strongly ask uber to bear that cost but uber is not responding over the mail to me.
On march8th when i was travelling from airport to my flat, due to some technical problem o[censored]ber money was not deducted from my account but i sent an explicit mail to uber to deduct the money. If i am honest to pay the bill, than in this case why uber is not responding and accepting their fault and bear the cost.
My ask is
1 suspend that driver because he was not driving, he gave his car to some one else. Its a security problem of customer.
2 he should bear the cost of flight
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Incorrect Amount charged to me.
I Booked uber and canceled within 5 min because uber is far from my place.So they charged my Rs 60/- extra for cancellation of ride.
and 2nd time i booked another uber pool and they have taken additionally 60/- from mine. i want to refund my charges. because i have canceled 1st drive within 5 min when driver called me for pickup.
