I have been charged for Uber ride twice during my journey on 28th Nov, 11.31 am booking time from Mumbai Intl. Airport to Pune (Chinchwad).

I Paid cash of rs 2479.80 to driver and also the same amount of money got deducted via Paytm app.

Please refund the amount of rs. 2479.80 which is charged extra.

    At afternoon i took a ride from my home to one of my relative's home at same destination using Uber Rental car service at ₹136 which was also booked for 1hrs and 10KMs. But, at the time of my return journey to home i again booked Uber Rental service and during booking of my ride, fare shown was INR 186.71 for 1Hrs and 10KMs ride but driver took a longer route deliberately and Final Fare charged by me was ₹281.34 to which company gave me excuses stating that i travelled extra time and additional KMs to which i explained that its Driver who took longer route and it was not my mistake. Company has Even charged me Surge charge by 1.5 times. Kindly help me to get proper justice. Thank you

      This is to bring to your notice that, while customers are unfairly charged for cancellation there is no provision in your app to charge those drivers who accept to give a ride and cancel in the last minute when the customer is in dire need of a ride . Why the bias? Your drivers need to be charged too for unfairly cancelling in the last minute and wasting our time. I am highly disappointed with Uber drivers. They are unreliable. They call after accepting a customers request and then decide whether or not they want to give the ride. Jungle laws! Please rectify this before you lose customers to such shenanigans

        The incident took place on 28 november 2021. we (my mom, my brother, me) booked a cab from IGI T3 to take us to our house. behaviour of the driver was so rude throughout. the fare when we booked the cab was 704INR to which it rose up to 922INR till we reached our destination. In between the fare changed from 704INR to 822INR to which we asked the driver what is this going on? He did not respond politely, and obviously there was a verbal argument involved. He immediately stopped the car before we reached our destination. We agreed to pay him 822INR on the condition that he will drive us to home. He refused to do so. We then, changed the destination, and payed him a total of 922INR when we reached our house. The behaviour of the driver from the start of this drive was rude. He did not give us any contact to reach out to UBER. This attitude of the driver is really not acceptable and I hope he does not repeat this attitude with any other passenger travelling and relying on UBER for a fun ride.

          I booked a rental ride on 27.11.2021 for 8 hours. My driver message me that he is coming in 7 minutes. But in a minute I get a text that amount deducted from my wallet and my trip is completed.
          I was shocked and immediately I filed complain on help options that I didn't take this ride.
          I get a receipt that shows that within 4 min I travel from my location to some other location, which I didn't pick for drop and my bill is 1404. For which my PAYTM wallet is kept on hold. Literally I thought that what the ### is this. And now I am getting mail from uber that my fair is right and I took the ride also. Or I shared any detail with driver. I am mailing uber support constantly by explaining them that first the cab didn't come at my place, second how will I travel that much distance in 4 min. Can some one please help me with this.

            Booking amt rs 368 and was charged rs 1048 at drop location. Driver arrived too late at pickup point saying that he was dropping someone and will reach soon.
            No change in route, he drove according to map.
            Same issue with many, when discussed

              It was an emergency that i need to take my pregnant wife to hospital. But Uber drivers cancelled my ride Continuously. This is not the only case earlier also repeated
              If they want to go to selected places then why the hell uber
              I have the same complaint . These idiotanshould be charged for cancellations just like customers are charged. Then they will learn a lesson.

                I had taken a trip on 29/11/2020 and paid Rs. 885/- for it from my paytm wallet for which I have a receipt.
                Uber has again deducted the same amount of Rs. 885/- for the same trip reverse on 6/11/2021 again from my paytm wallet.

                  I booked uber on 21 Nov. 2021 from pragati maidaan showing Rs 368.03 as fare but driver not only arrived in 40 minutes but also charged Rs 1047.54 for the same.
                  I submit my request to uber through app but amount not yet refunded.
                  I want refund of the difference .

                    I have booked the uber taxi to go to hyderabad air port on 23Nov2022 evening. First driver accepted the trip. Before reaching my place he has asked me where to go. I told him air port. Driver told me it is long and asked to cancel the trip. I requested him to first come and pick me and also told him flight time nearing. After coming he want cash payment. After long arguments i was forced to cancel the trip accepted the money he demanded. The stress and strain i have faced is not possible for me to explain. Driver drivers worst behaviour pained me a lot. This type of situations faced many times in the recent trips. Most of the drivers are not accepting card payment. Earlier it was good. Now it is worst. I hope Uber management can understand the trouble customer facing.

                      I visited to Calcutta in October and always i tried to book an uber but whenever i called them they asked me for more fair then actual which i can see on their App if I ask them to turn on A.C and also most of the time they cancel the booking by themselves only whenever they saw the destination is far which can be more to more 10-15 km

After that I paid to Uber India Systems Private Limited Rs.349 through UPI. After ride Rs.347.07 (Cash) is showing in Driver's device. Driver is denied of online payment. So I will paid this Cash Rs.347.07 to Driver.

                          I booked Uber at 5.20 pm from hotel Vivanta Ambassador hotel Sujan Singh park New Delhi to 36 Shanti Vihar Karkardooma Delhi 110092
                          The waiting time was being shown 9 minutes. I get call from driver about my destination and when I told him I received message ride canceled. This went on four times and fifth msg received the arrival Time was coming 6.24 pm
                          Ultimately I canceled booking and took other transport to reach my destination
                          Earlier driver never asked the destination
                          This really very unprofessional and how can some body plan ride if the cancellation by the drivers are encouraged

                              I had made a ride on 5:11 Am on November 20, 2021 from my home to Mumbra to Malad by Maruti Suzuki Wagon R and paid the driver for the trip in cash. When I open Uber app it shows that I owe Rs.
                              611 and it does not allow me to book any ride further. I will not pay the extra money that the app is asking me to pay since I have already paid the driver in cash. This needs to be corrected ASAP.

                                I was on my way back from office to home when a Uber driver who was driving parallel to me, came very close and on purpose, he almost hit my car.
                                This happened at near worli dairy, Mumbai. This happened between 7.10 pm - 7.30pm
                                It was a white colour Hyundai Uber Taxi with registration number MH02 ER2585
                                The driver had no remorse what so ever.
                                In the general benefit of the society, Such drivers should be penalised heavily and be banned from ride hailing applications like Uber
                                I hope Uber takes strict action against such rash and dangerous drivers

                                  I have booked cab on July 4, 2019 for my relative from home to New Delhi railway station. Charges was Rs 306.18. Although Driver took a long detour to reach station my relative paid him Rss 250 in CASH .
                                  For reason of health safety I did not use Uber for[protected] till October and I booked a ride on 13th November 2021. To my surprise driver charged me Rs 433.50 although actual trip cost was Rs 195.89. He explained that there might be some amount pending in my account. I paid him Cash 433.50 and thought it is all settled.
                                  Today when I checked for another ride to my utter surprise my account shows Wallet Rs 68.57 and at the same time showing due for last ride (dated July 4, 2019) is Rs 68.57.
                                  Please clarify this issue as I can not understand .

                                    We had cab trip on 2nd Oct from Dadar, Mumbai to Asalpha-ghatkopar, Mumbai in vehicle MH01CJ1962, we have paid trip charges INR 302 in cash to cab driver Kedarnath but later on driver report that we have not paid for trip.
                                    Action should be taken against such taxi drivers, they are unnecessarily exploiting the customers
