    Today(14nov2021) morning i booked uber bike, few minutes after booking driver called me and ask how much money is shown there in the app when i refused to tell him he started talking very rudely and abusively, also when i cut the call he sent abusive messages. Requesting you to please take strict action against him. I have screenshot of some of his messages, if require i'll also file police complaint against him.

      The Uber Driver name was Md Zulf from Kolkata this vehicle was black hero honda super splendor WB26V0284. The driver refused to go to my destination and was not cancelling the ride and was not picking up my phone calls. I couldn't book another ride as he was not cancelling so I got late for my work. I want Uber to take serious measures about these type of diverse or people will stop using the app.

        My driver was of a very rude behaviour . First of all when I booked Uber he refused to come at my pick up location but after conversation he came but he misbehaved with me as being I am a lady Jasmin Helal. He dropped me at my address at the end of trip where I paid Rs 305/- but he kept the status as unpaid. And due to all this I have forgotten my article ie Bag and Wallet in the Uber. I tried to contact him over phone and by message but he didn't receive my call nor giving reply of my messages.
        Please look into the matter and clear it

          My final fare was higher than the initial estimate on 10/11/2021, before starting a journey estimated fare is 271.Rs and after the completion of journey the final fare is 419. Rs, they charged more fare, go through this matter and close these type cheating companies.

            I had booked the cab for my relatives from ravinanda skylights to pune station but driver was confused about the payment and hence he had taken the cash from our relatives and not updated in the system because of that i am getting the payment pending massage in the Uber app.

            Please look into it and do the needful.

              I had booked a Uber cab on 06/11/2021 at 22.25 from Sion East to Kalyan West. The driver called up and asked the destination and when told the destination he seemed to be disinterested and did not turn up for the ride. After sometime when I tried to book another uber cab I got a message stating that there is a previous payment pending and how I m going to make this payment. I fail to understand when the driver himself canceled the ride and caused me unnecessary trouble of booking a cab through another operator how they are asking for this amount. This amount is still shown pending against me.

                Dear Team

                I required Uber Auto on 2Nov morning and I selected option paytm before taking the ride. So after waiting for 15min and it displayed no autos, but my money of Rs100 was put on hold. Again I started searching again, but it displayed like no sufficient fund in paytm. So again I added 100 and started searching again. But again Rs100 was kept on hold and found no autos. So finally I have not taken any Uber rides. But still my money 100+100=Rs 200 is still kept on hold. It's been 2 days, the money is not credited to my account

                  I booked one Auto ride on 30/10/2021 at Uber from Kolathur to Madhavaram and my fare amount 65.99 is paid successfully from my Amazon Pay.

                  The driver is not accepting online payment after the trip and he speak rude behavior and very worst. Then he finally taken 60 rupees cash from me.

                  I have contact help support with Uber help. There is no response from Uber support. Uber also very worst.

                    Almost everytime i book uber moto they almost always ask for extra money. if the amount shown in uber app Rs 24 they will ask Rs 50. if its 50/60 they will ask 100.
                    All uber moto drivers are doing it.
                    There is no option in uber app to register this complaint

                      Services in Kondhwa budruk, pisoli and market yard Pune are horrible. Drivers do not confirm bookings even if they are nearby. Uber needs to take serious note with strict instruction to auto drivers. Majority of the drivers running on seat basis are part o[censored]ber, who also confirm bookings and keep the customers waiting and then cancel the bookings. I[censored]ber does not take concern of this, and would rather like to put its reputation on stake, it is rather advisable to opt for other service providers as uber is not a single service provider in Pune. D grade service experience most of the times. Henceforth, should I face any situation like this, I shall insist on all my contacts to uninstall uber and not to opt for uber services

                        When I booked the cab today afternoon, the UBER app showed my fare as 94/-, then the driver cancelled and on the next cab I was charged ten rupees extra. The consumer redressal system is extremely complicated and we are supposed to choose from a few given options and even when we do, nobody responds. Extremely distressing!

                          I took an auto through UberAuto on 21st October 2021 at 11.44 AM. The fare at the end of the trip was 206.62 Rs. I made a payment of 210 RS via CASH to the driver. However, the UBER app shows that the Payment was NOT paid and that I need to pay a further amount of 206.62 Rs to UBER. UBER and its drivers, especially auto drivers are scamming the customers in this way regularly. Do NOT ever take an UBER Auto again.

                            This has happened many times that I book a cab and drivers call me up asking me about the destination.
                            And when I tell them that I've to go to XYZ place, they say that they won't go. Neither do they cancel the ride.
                            Eventually I've had to cancel rides many times because driver denied duty.
                            And because I cancel the ride, uber charges me extra on the next ride.
                            How is this fair? What's even the point? Atleast we should be able to explain why we're cancelling the cab.

                              I usually book Uber AC cabs for our comfortable journey.
                              On Saturday 23rd October 2021, I booked a cab for travelling from South Dumdum to Noapara at 3:53 pm. The cab's AC was off when I told the Driver to switch on the act he simply denied saying "Sir, AC on nahi karenghe oil ka daam bhaut bad gaya hai".

                              This is not one incident, it's happening regularly.

                              Please Uber add some extra fare to the total as it's too difficult to travel without ac.

                              Hope you understand the problem of passengers and will take some action.

                              Anyway, I am lodging this as a serious complaint.

                                It is not a matter of just Rs 163/- that I had paid twice (Cash to the Driver as well as Through Paytm Wallet afterwards for clearing the entry in your system), but a matter of Professional Ethics.

                                Thank You very much for Not paying a heed to a Customer Complaint.

                                I must say that it is very Poor Customer Service, I had experienced with UBER.

                                  I booked a ride on 17th Oct 2021 at 2:00PM and scheduled my ride for 18th Oct 2021 at 4:45AM.at the time of ride, app showed driver is on the way to pickup. Suddenly it denied and confirmed "No driver available".
                                  At that instant, how can one manage to book and arrange the vehicle.
                                  This act is literally intolerable. If anyone can help me how to complain this behavior, please help me

                                    This is to bring to your notice that my friend had booked an Uber cab in Jaipur. The pick up location was Chaugan stadium to Trade centre mall. The driver name was Mr. Amar and the cab no was 9863 or so. The driver mislead them and drove them all the way to the area where the next driver was supposed to interchange without even informing the passengers about it all. My friends were supposed to reach their destination within a few minutes but it took them more than an hour and all because of the irresponsibleness of those drivers!! This type of negligence should be a matter of concern for the company. I don’t want the driver to lose his job but he should be warned. Thank you!

                                      I booked uber auto for pick up from ketty home subbaraya Nagar 2 ND cross st Thiruneermalai road chennai 44 to panchayat union middle school ottiyambakkam at a fare of 240.00. I got PIN number for ride driver number and he called me agreed to pickup.
                                      But after few minutes he abruptly dropped my pickup and I got another driver name phone number and vehicle number. 2nd driver also repeated same while he was near to my home.
                                      It is highly irresponsible on the part of driver and dereliction of duty causing me to put mental agony and late reporting to my office
