I am a 9 months pregnant woman and booked Uber from hospital to my home. Driver took an alternate route than the normal route and when asked for he mentioned due to traffic. After travelling through a highly hilly type road in a bad condition we came to a road which was closed. Driver rerouted and as the route went worse driver mentioned an alternate way to first enter the nearest location and reach that place. But we came to the same old location. Finally i asked him to go back to the place where he initially took the diversion and proceed through the normal route. He did so and when we reached home the final rate was Rs. 400 higher than the initial fare. He argued that we have to pay thr full amount showing in the app. I, being the rider had to face all these difficulties at this health and had a terrible road experience, wastage of time ans wastage of money. How can this be justified?

    I paid cash to the driver as the app could not change the payment method after I booked it. Now I'm trying the "I paid extra cash" option but instead of helping me the app is making remarks like I should not have given the driver extra cash and that I should use online payment methods.

      I booked the uber early in the morning around 5:30 AM . Driver calls me to ask my destination then cuts the call and messaging me to cancel the ride any said that I cant go to that place and talking very rudely. I am expecting a good service from uber but I am very dissatisfied with this uber driver and for the same I am attaching the screenshot of messages, the uber driver sent me . Please look into it .

        I booked Uber (3rd if July ; 2021 by name Garima contact [protected] ), The driver was drunk, I was carrying 2 bags and my instrument with me. When i reached my destination i asked him to wait for 2 mins as it was late night (nearly 10 pm) and i was waiting for my brother to receive me but he said he was being late and want to go home right away . Out of hurry, i forgot to take my instrument and a bag which was carrying a sony speaker, iphone charger, some hand creams and my Debit card . I called him within 2 min, he didnt receive my call . After half an hour he received my call and said he doesnt have anything . I request you to please help me out . The things were worth 15000 . Thanku

          I booked a ride on 9th june and the driver fooled me and took a route which was way longer then the actual one. I reported the issue with the uber customer care mentioning that i need refund in my bank as i have paid by cash for my trip. I provided my bank details also but they refunded in my uber credit which is useless for me as I'm not going to use uber anymore. I informed the same to uber customer service but instead of providing resolution they closed my ticket everytime without even responding to me. I feel like ignored and no strict action taken against the driver also. I want justice for the issue i have faced. Not asking for compensation I'm just asking my hard earned money back.

            First of all, the driver came half an hour after booking, he wasted a lot of time lingering around. Then after reaching the pick up point he started shouting at me and abusing me. He started the trip and as soon as I sat in the car, he cancelled it without asking me and charged a hefty amount without even moving a metre distance. I want full refund of that amount and need a strict action against that driver

                Incident Deatil:
                uber cab charge extra payment from me and in app price show differently when I check my application price showing 107 but when I was in a cab price show 193 in app.

                1. I want full detail why they charging extra cash.
                2. I want all my trip detail
                3. I want contact detail o[censored]ber customer support when I raise a complaint
                4. why price showing diffrent before payment and after payment price showing diffrent.

                  Hi,

                  I was using the Uber app wallet for the first time, the amount recharged was Rs.300/-. On this trip, I told the Driver, Ratanlal, that I intend to pay online as I have added cash in my Uber wallet. On reaching the destination I asked him to show the fare, he said that he had ended the trip and cannot show the fare on screen and I have to pay an amount of Rs.170/-. this driver has cheated me knowingly.

                  Request you to kindly arrange to deduct the amount of Rs.170/- from his account and credit the same to my account or provide me with the driver's contact no., I will speak to him and resolve the issue.

                    I have been forced to pay duplicate charges in Uber account for which even after so many messages in app, no proper response is recorded. Still charges are shown in my account due to which I am unable to book cab. They give lame reasons as to computer is not working. I will have to go to consumer court for the stress caused.

                      I Booked a ride on 16th February 2021. Made payment via Google pay during the ride, but the driver denied the receipt of payment. I have checked on Google pay and in my bank account amount has been debited, but the same has not been received by driver and ola app was still showing payment pending for this ride. After waiting for some time for confirmation from ola and driver and my trip ended, since driver did not received payment, I had made another payment of Rs. 282/- via same mode. I couldn't find any option in ola app. So I am sharing my issue here maybe hope it'll work.

                      Google pay confirmed that payment was successful. I am sharing both transaction id with screen shot and trip details.

                          I have book the cab on 25th june 2021 from howrah station to kestopur. Appointed driver was md. tahir. On reaching the destination, the amount calculated was ₹379 and i have paid him by cash. The very next day in my app its showing that driver has claimed that amount ₹308 is outstanding for the same trip. This is completely wrong and the driver has done fraud to me.

                            I booked the ride of 139 rs in noida on 19 june 2021 but i was charged 182rs at the end of the trip although there was no traffic, no extra time was taken and there is no option to talk to customer care. legal action should be taken against you because this happens all the time, they book ride showing less amount and charge the double amount without any reason.

                              Everytime I login they will charge unnecessarily. Today also I paid Rs 226/- . And there is no proper channel with them to communicate.

                                During this pandemic in big citiea like banaglore it is difficult to travel so you book cabs . I have booked a uber XL cab from my place Sarjapur to vaccination center Jayanagar where 4 people are allowed. So we booked a XL cab(so as to accommodate 3 people) instead of other sedan cabs(where only 2 people are allowed) and when the cab came it was a cab where only 2 people were allowed and the charge he took was same . When I checked with driver he told he got the booking. When I try to complaint there was no option to communicate or complain.My only concern is if you have no cabs then you should have not taken the booking . We have booked the cab because we are 3 people and after waiting for cab to arrive after 20mins we see wrong car is sent. This is really frustating for a consumer to get cheated like this and do nothing. At the end we have to book 2 cab and go with the cab at same premium price . I want some kind of rules to avoid this kind of cheating.

                                  On 9/06/2021 I had booked an uber package delivery. The charges showed 51 rs which my father(the person who was supposed to send an item to someone else) had paid to the uber driver Rafique. Yet, my uber shows that I have a pending rs 21 and without the payment of which, I won't be able to use the under services. If the driver is charging for the parking, it was mentioned to him that if he gave his car number to my father, he would ask the parking man to not take those charges from him. I got to know about it only after a few days when I had to send something else and I opened my app to book. In that booking itself, the driver never came nor picked up my calls so I had to cancel that trip and hence, the payment of that rs 21 is a necessity to avail the uber services.
                                  With utmost honesty, I have always paid in entirety and now I am being charged for more. I tried to reach out through "your trips" and there was no response nor any action taken. I hope the issue is resolved soon.

                                    I was charged rs 40 extra on my ride from vikaspuri to pusa road.earlier also rs 20 extra charge was deducted twice.
                                    Noone picks up and no response on email or phone from uber.
                                    I am suffering in each and every ride
