Hi I was travelling on 20th mid night. I took cab from rukmini dhaba Bhiwandi and 10 mins I realised that I lost my important belongings at the pick up point hence I modified the location and asked Ola guy to take back. He denied and said I want to go for food I requested him it will take only 10 mins more. He ignored and started talking on phone without wering mask in bhaiya language I found him suspicious so I told him to stop the car. He didn’t listen to me and started going in more speed I started shouting to stop the car and told him will not pay if you don’t go back. He said get out. When I was getting out he raised the speed of the car and my one leg in the road and another one was in car and he pushed me from back. I was having phone in hand so I follown down on the road and I got minour injuries and phone display broken from both the side. I took phone 4 months back I have bill too but Uber denied me to give recovery.

    I am Sona Paul, with my son uber car booked 25/12/2020, 6:24 pm pick up location 53 a, J L NEHRU RD, KOLKATA-700071
    Destination Location - 154 N S C RD KOLKATA-700040
    When I Call The Driver He Said Please Come to GURUDAWAR CROSSING so I Cameto GURUDAWAR CROSSING BUT when I Call to Many Times Driver said MISS LANGUAGE AND Automatically Change The Driver AND CAR NO. till 6:54 PM
    AND I Help TRAFFIC POLICE AND Traffic Police said come to that location over my Telephone BUT he does not come to location and he cancelled the booking.

    THEN I 6:55 BOOKED ANOTHER UBER CAR SAME EVENT TO ME
    I AM VERY HARASSMENT OF YOUR SYSTEM AND DRIVER BEHAVIOUR.
    TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY.

      I have booked a 6hr+60km rental. After about 15km and 45 minutes, me and my wife got down the cab at an apartment, saying him to wait. After 5 minutes, when we came out, the cab and driver were disappeared.
      We were left in the middle of our journey and had to struggle for next travel arrangement. Faced lot of inconvenience in hot sunlight and loss of time.
      When complained in the app, Uber replied that the charges are correct. Despite I explained the booked package vs actual details and the frustrating experience, they didn't refund my amount and not compensated for the inconvenience and betrayal.

        Auto Rates are higher than normal rates rates was changed within a few days and for same route first you charge 64rs for same route then 67 then 69 and now it’s 74 rs for same route this is not expected from Uber very unsatisfied from Uber

          Today I hired uber taxi from banglore airport to Mysore. For that ride I have received a bill of rs 1766 by email but the driver has charged me rs. 2700. A senior citizen has been cheated by the driver.
          It is requested that excess amount charged by the driver may be refunded to me and suitable action may be taken against the driver.

            dated on :- 23-DEC-2020 i booked a cab from terminal - 3, But initially the fare was Rs. 698. And after the trip end it was showing Rs. 2235.
            So, i want my extra paid charges back. ASAP.

              I had booked Uber cab from Bangalore Aiport [ Uber Point ] to RR nagar, Bangalore on 19th, Dec, 2020 at 12:42 AM while booking the cab the fare was displayed as 885 INR and the driver asked me to paycash instead of online payment. When i got the cab i had shared the OTP to start the trip and given my mobile to driver as he said he was not aware of the destination place and his mobile was discharged and his mobile network is also down. Also he had taken long route so the toll tax need not to be paid.I had also force the driver to take the route as in the Google Map but he keeps on silent.

              Once I reached the destination the driver was asking me to pay 1345 INR cash in angry tone when i cross checked my mobile the trip was already cancelled by the driver. when i told the driver that the trip was not even started then he was started shouting on the road. I was scared and paid him1345 INR cash to driver.

                Drivers keep waiting the consumers and the. Cancel.the ride for which consumer has to face losses.
                If vice versa is the case and if customer cancels the trip they are charged.
                Now uber has no window to lodge complaints of drivers who cancelled the trips without reason.
                Day by day uber is dictating the consumers which is a serious thing and the Govt or like should take care of

                    I booked Uber DL1RTB2857 from IGI T2 Delhi on 20/12/2020 and Started ride on 9:48 PM driver droped me at IP Extension which is Aprox 30 Kms from the airport. My ride estimate was Rs800/-.Ride time was 41 Minutes I got bill of Rs2132/- On close observation of the bill I found that ride distance was 91.97 Kms. Is it possible for Wagon R to travel distance of 91.97Kms in just 41 minutes in Delhi traffic?There are very few options in application. In help section when I applied they revised the fair to Rs2107/- my problem is not resolved and there is no option to contact company. Please stop this fraud company.
                    Same issue with same vehicle no.

                    I booked Uber DL1RTB2857 from Dabri Etn. Delhi on 05/08/2022 and Started ride on 7:12 PM driver droped me at Aerocity which is Aprox 14 Kms from the airport. My ride estimate was Rs. 276/-.I got bill of Rs1410/- On close observation of the bill I found that ride distance was 67.75 Kms. Is it possible for Wagon R to travel distance of 68Kms in just 45 minutes in Delhi traffic? that means driver has broken all speed limit.
                    There are very few options in application. In help section when I applied they revised the fair to Rs1410/- my problem is not resolved and there is no option to contact company. Please stop this fraud company.

                      I was overcharged Rs.31/- in a trip. When I submitted through help menu I was credited. When I took a next trip it was adjusted. But again I was shown Rs.31/- is due from me. This is not the first time.

                          We all know why yellow taxi is obsolete in kolkata they asking where to go and take the ride as per their convenience.similarly all uber driver started this things after getting cancelled by 3-4 riders ia can get my some riders .we take uber to hassle free fast journey.If this things not changed immediately then sooner uber in kolkata will be worse than ever.

                            I am a routine uber costumer from my mobile number +91 [protected].
                            I have booked a uber cab maruti suzuki wagonR at 12:46AM on 16th december 2020 from T3 terminal IGI Airport Delhi to House Number 1015 Sector 3 Vasundhara . The original distance was around 50KM and the estimated fare shown on booking was around 700 rupees. But on reaching the drop location the fare to be paid shown around 2200 rupees . After seeing the bill i was shocked for a moment, I enquired about the same from driver but he responded by saying that bills are computed from server and they don't have any say in the same . on this i hesitantly paid 2200 rupees and taken number of driver for future correspondence . On downloading the bill receipt from uber app I found a discrepency there the distance travelled was shown as 144 km whereas I travelled only around 50 km. The main issue was of actual distance travelled and distance shown in bill are extremely different.

                            kindly resolve this at the earliest from your end or else I have no option but to get my grievance resolved from appropriate forum which is Consumer Court judicature at Ghaziabad .

                            I am attaching the bill here for reference.

                              I booked an UBER taxi for my friend on 28th September 2020, evening from Punjabi Bagh to Rohini. The fare at the time of booking was displayed at Rs.113/- and the mode of payment was cash. However, at the time of alighting, the driver asked for Rs. 616/- that was Rs. 503/- extra than what was reflected at the beginning of the trip. My friend was allowed to deboard only after he paid Rs.613/- as per the Uber driver’s demand.
                              On filing a complaint with UBER, and even after repeated reminders, the matter has not been resolved. UBER has neither refunded the extra Rs. 503/- it has fraudulently charged, nor has it provided any proof of an earlier due that they claim is pending since the year 2015, October 21. What is worse is that, while the fare was displayed as Rs. 113/- at the starting of the trip, UBER exploited the passenger’s helplessness at the end of the trip and extracted Rs. 616/-, an extra Rs. 503/-.
                              I requested a call from UBER and shared my number [protected]. However, it is more than 2 months, nobody called to resolve the matter. I asked them for any evidence of earlier due since the year 2015. They have not done that either. This earlier due claim is false since why did they wait for 5 years to recover any dues notwithstanding that I used their service countless times between the years 2015 to 2020? Clearly, there is something wrong at their end.
                              Kindly make UBER refund my Rs. 503/- and issue a stricture or a punitive measure and exemplary penalty against UBER so that they cannot defraud and harass helpless customers like this my undue overcharging.

                                On Monday 14 December following cancellation fees have been charged on my number [protected]:

                                a)Rs25 at 6:06 pm
                                b) Rs 31at 6:43 pm
                                c)Rs 39 at 7:10 pm

                                Please note that In all the above cases the Drivers cancelled the trips once I gave my destination as Vakil Garden City and I did not cancel any of these trips.
                                Therefore request you to reverse all these above charges

                                  My Uber India registered mobile number is [protected]. We had booked a trip from Raghunathpur, Kolkata to Madurdaha, Kolkata on 12/12/20 with total trip fare as 321. The cab arrived on time, but there were lots of other challenges/issues we had to bear during the trip. I would like Uber India to review the following issues and take requested actions ASAP.

                                  Firstly, the AC was not working and it was very poor quality of air outside, so opening windows was not an option. We were left with no other option but to bear the heat and suffocation. Secondly, the driver didn't sanitize the cab before we boarded and when we asked he said he did it before arriving. When we further asked to show the sanitizer can, he couldn't show any. Lastly, he was wearing a mask just hanging under the chin, throughout the duration of trip with us. Really, is that the correct usage of a mask?

                                  We were travelling with little kid. So, I think this kind of experience during the trip is absolutely not acceptable. We were suffocating throughout the trip and at the same time we were left with no other option since the driver had already started the trip. Also, the driver wearing a mask on chin just for show is utter ### and poses a life risk to the passengers.

                                  I would like Uber to take necessary actions against the driver/cab in question. At the same time, I would request for a compensation/refund for the concerned trip, since we were not expecting this level of horrendous service from Uber India. I have attached the screen grab of the trip for reference.

                                        I booked a cab for terminal -3 airport in the morning today and when I reach on airport the driver started arguing he charged double fare at that time I was getting late for my flight so pay the amount because I don't want to be late but it is very bad experience with Uber .
