On 29th Feb'21, I have taken Uber from Gandhi Nagar (Bengaluru) to Bengaluru International Airport.The bill amount shown to me was Rs.637/-. I paid 640/- to the driver.After an hour, I receive a message that Rs.337/- remains unpaid.Fail to understand, how will a driver leave me without getting his full payment.Would like to understand this goof-up! Will appreciate a revert on the same.

    I booked the cab on 24 Jan 2021 and I paid cash to driver but It was showing unpaid in app and today I booked the cab again and same amount is added again. Is it possible cab driver left the ride without collecting cash.
    Now I want my 240 rs back

        1 Hour delayed in service in application showing timing about 10min but thier driver asked me to came on road and they first confirm that trip is long than he came also he didn't cencle trip by himself I waited 30min to 1hour and missed my Bus

          Very Disappointed to see that there is absolutely no safety measures followed by Uber in Covid time. There is no process of disinfecting the Car post every ride. 8th Mar 21 & 12th Mar 21 - I have taken the ride, for going to International Airport & coming back. Both the time I have observed no disinfection being done. Drivers were clue less. I have made a call to Uber & explained the seriousness of the matter. Uber has given me very generic answer which doesnt solve the issues. Post that I have asked Uber to explain whats the process of disinfecting the car, till date they haven't responded. Customer care is pathetic, they only gives global gyan without substance. I am quite surprise to see there is no such protocol these cabs are following which ensures the safety of guest & Driver both. #Uber #Covidnoncompliance

            Hi,

            I took a ride on[protected] and the bill was 292 which was paid to the driver in cash. When I booked the cab again[protected] I was again charged RS 292 along with new ride charge i.e. 158. I am wondering that without paying the driver do they allow us to go or can the ride be completed? then how can they charge again?

            I was charged 292 twice due the error in app, the app stills 292 due even after paying the amount twice.

            After contacting Uber they just denied saying that ride is 30 days old, so they could credit is Rs. 150.

            what if I didn't ride in those 30 days and didn't see those charges again?

            Please refund me 300 Rs which was charged double.

              I had booked a uber auto today the first time I booked the uber auto he cancelled my trip and I charged 20 ripped as a cancellation fees then again I booke uber auto and he took so long distance that the book fair is showing me 114 rippers and I charged 185 which is tottaly unfare . Please provide me a mail id so that o can take this matter to higher authority

                I had booked a travel on 15 march and travelled to Gurugram from IGI T3, distance less that 19 km
                Bill appended along with the route map which is circuitous

                At the time of booking the charge was 438.50
                but charged Rs 730 by the driven after reaching the spot abt 19 km and I paid cash.
                The circuitous path he has taken is appended, it is about double the distance I have travelled, As i travelled less than 19 km, what is the distance surcharge.
                Why the trip shows 36.56 km, which I have not travelled. Is there any policy like this by Uber company to pay full return charges also. If no it is cheating.

                He asked for payment in cash at late night and i had to agree as i was totally tired. could not dispute around 1 am

                He told me that i will get the bill for the amount. I collected the bill which is unconvincing. What manipulation has been done after completing the trip. This is very unfortunate and my second bad experience with Uber trip.

                What re the privileges given to your drivers for manipulating the trip details once trip is completed

                I could not understand the wait time charges (when I was waiting for the driver) and sending him messages to come to the pick up point. Then only he came.

                What is T1 Pick up charges of Rs 177 etc.
                whether i had to pay return charges for uber taxi services. Please clarify

                The driver told me it is peak time charges at 12.30 am. But so many idle uber vehicles were seen at the pick up point,
                whether I was given the vehicle that i booked. if so shy more charges.

                Please clarify and REFUND the excess charges collected from me
                A prompt e mail response will be highly appreciated

                I feel that I have been cheated by Uber company and the driver

                  I paid the driver in cash since online mode wasn't working. But my last trip still shows unpaid on my account. Why will driver let me go without being paid? This is very insane.

                    I am an uber partner my registered email is [protected]@gmail.com and registered number[protected] and i have a car attached with uber MH05BJ1794.
                    From last 15 days i am constantly calling uber care as bank details updated in their system are incorrect and because of that i am not recieving my weekly payment and for this i am calling customer care from last 15 days but they are providing me another missed call support number where i have already called for 4 times and ivr says that i will get a call back in 24 hours but almost called on that number 4 times in last 7 days but not a single call back so how my issue is going to get solved if i am getting such a worst support from uber, not a single call from uber till now my payment is stuck my bank details are not getting updated from partners.uber.com nor from vault.uber.com and neither from uber fleet it gives me an error to contact support and when i am contacting support they provide me another support number where ivr says will get a call back but i didn't recieved a single till now.
                    Just a tiny problem which can be solved in 1p mins for which uber is making me roam round and round and round from last 15 days.
                    I dont know whats happening or is this company interested to do business in india

                      So i took an Uber auto rick to new delhi station yesterday...the rickshaw arrived at around 8.32 pm and the driver asked me for the OTP sent by Uber...no OTP had come but we started the journey anyway...the OTP came at 9.21 pm, much after I was dropped by the rik at station...some sounding completely illiterate called me at 9.29 pm and the first words he uttered "Sir aap kahan hain?"...i asked who he was and then he bothered to tell me he is from Uber...such illiterate guys can only be hired by Uber who dont introduce themselves before asking questions...

                        On 01 march 2021 I took Uber cab from New Delhi Airport Terminal 3 to Lajpat Nagar New Delhi. Estimated amount was showing 433 inr for the trip, but upon completion of trip Uber app showing fair to be paid 1727 inr, so I had to pay amount of 1727 inr. Later I complaint to Uber using their App and asking for refund of 1294 inr which was extra paid.
                        Uber refused to resolve the issue and refused to refund.
                        I had to pay extra money to cab driver because Uber system calculated fair wrongly, hence Uber should pay back extra charged fair of 1294 inr.

                          I had booked a cab for a trip to BKC from Andheri for 5th March 2021 at 6.50am on the previous day (4th March 2021). I was told the fare would be approximately between Rs.180-220.

                          On the 5th, instead of a cab, an auto arrived. As I had an early morning meeting, I took the auto to BKC. When I received the fare which was deducted from my Paytm account it came up to Rs.224/- which is more than the normal cab fare from Andheri to BKC

                              I booked uber which was on the way in 6 minutes. Uber driver calls and asks for destination when I tell him the destination he says he is coming in five minutes but cancels the trip. This has happened many a times, uber driver asking for destination and cancelling.

                              Kindly look into the issue.

                                  I've been charged with INR 1655 (Approx) on 19th of Feb'21. The initial amount reflecting on the app for my trip was INR 450 (Approx). I tried to contact uber through facebook messenger but my issue has not been resolved yet. Moreover, my uber account too has been disabled.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I have been a regular UBER user for my work and yesterday I had booked a trip fromRohini Delhi to Ghaziabad and What I was showed on the green screen of Driver app was not at all matching with the fare shown in my app.

                                    I escalated the issue and UBER tried to convince me by crediting Rs. 150 to my wallet.
                                    Initially fare showed Rs. 496 and end of trip since it was a cash trip showed Rs. 850 but not at all matching my payment screen.
                                    I doubted there was some tampering done on screen or he showed a screen shot of screen that was edited.

                                    My screen showed Rs 75, and his screen showed Rs 850.

                                    I tried to check with UBER what was the actual fare as there was a total mismatch in the amount displayed.

                                    UBER has till now not addressed my query and I as a regular user am very disappointed.

                                    No one has bothered to reach back.

                                    Just want to know the truth and need a justified answer to my query, whether there was any foul play.

                                      I took a trip with Uber on 20.02.2021 from Indira gandhi international airport to Taj vivanta dwarka, sector 21.The initial fare shown was rs.396.At the end of the trip the fare was showing rs.1260, I had no other option but to pay the money and the driver was saying you can dispute the difference in amount later.I did that on the app and I didn't get any reply or refund until now.When I downloaded the receipt for the trip it was showing the distance as 74.66 kms from Airport to Sector 21 dwarka which is totally wrong as the distance is only 13 kms.I request Uber India to review my fare and refund me the difference in fare.

                                        I am a regular rider o[censored]BER. I and my mother in law, we both are cancer patients and I lost my husband on 11 January' 21. Please do read completely and check UBER's response.

                                        On 21st Feb' 21 I along with my mother and father in law and my 11 yr old daughter took a ride from sec 48 Gurgaon to AC block Shalimar Bagh Delhi and a stop at west metro station janak puri at 8:30pm.
                                        While booking I selected Shalimar Bagh, delhi. Since I was unaware of the stop feature I added Janak Puri after the driver informed me. At the time of pickup the driver informed I need to inter change the route as I had selected farther destination first and he cancelled Shalimar Bagh drop and headed towards Janak Puri.

                                        As asked I tried interchanging the route through out the trip but failed as it showed lower fare. The driver asked us to try at the destination which i did but again failed.

                                        After driving at a full speed he stopped the cab in Janak puri outside hotel Piccadly which was 50 mtrs away from the metro station at 9:15pm. He then asked us to get down and hire another cab. I requested him to continue and take my in laws to Shalimar Bagh and we will pay the fare as shown to me in my booking in the app to which he bluntly denied and asked us to get down again and ended the ride. Agreed as he wanted to follow the App.

                                        I then requested him to drop me 100 mtrs ahead outside my colony ( narang colony) as i just had a SURGERY in my right foot and I could not walk with my lot of luggage ( which was in the trunk of the cab) and offered him will pay 30 bucks extra to which he again denied rudely and said i will not move an inch now and asked for the payment.

                                        He then got rude and misbehaved and yelled at us that I am getting another ride and I should pay and get down. I requested him again and he got irritated and locked us inside the car and called the cops and threatened us. He moved out of the car and trapped us inside to which I sat and waited for his next move and finally I too raised my voice. He then blamed me for raising his voice and argued again. I told him that my mother in law and I are CANCER patients and he should not treat us like this which he completely ignored.
                                        The cop came, the driver locked us inside and got down and told his version. The cop asked us to move out and we informed that he has trapped us inside the car. Uber driver then opened the locks and the cop heard our side and helped us saying Narang colony is only 100 mtrs ahead even I can drop you all...which was really nice of him.
                                        We then paid the driver and the cop scolded the driver instead that he should have some decency and treating this way to old people and a woman along with a child could have gone against him. Still we ended the matter there and did not raise and took it forward legally.

                                        Sadly I could not call Uber as there is no call facilty after the ride is ended. So I complained and wrote the entire incident to Uber. I was stunned to see their response which was a threat to me. below is Uber's response

                                        Such an amazing job Uber has done where they have cross checked with the driver but didnt bother to call me and hear my version and checked with me. They forget that they are running well because o[censored]s... the riders. WE GIVE THEM BUSINESS. Our safety should be their utmost priority.

                                        If this kind of help a woman gets who is suffering from CANCER and who is dealing with the pain of LOSS of her husband and travelling with her aged inlaws and an 11 yr old girl... from UBER then SHAME on UBER.
