    I booked uber which was on the way in 6 minutes. Uber driver calls and asks for destination when I tell him the destination he says he is coming in five minutes but cancels the trip. This has happened many a times, uber driver asking for destination and cancelling.

    Kindly look into the issue.

        I've been charged with INR 1655 (Approx) on 19th of Feb'21. The initial amount reflecting on the app for my trip was INR 450 (Approx). I tried to contact uber through facebook messenger but my issue has not been resolved yet. Moreover, my uber account too has been disabled.

          Dear Team,

          I have been a regular UBER user for my work and yesterday I had booked a trip fromRohini Delhi to Ghaziabad and What I was showed on the green screen of Driver app was not at all matching with the fare shown in my app.

          I escalated the issue and UBER tried to convince me by crediting Rs. 150 to my wallet.
          Initially fare showed Rs. 496 and end of trip since it was a cash trip showed Rs. 850 but not at all matching my payment screen.
          I doubted there was some tampering done on screen or he showed a screen shot of screen that was edited.

          My screen showed Rs 75, and his screen showed Rs 850.

          I tried to check with UBER what was the actual fare as there was a total mismatch in the amount displayed.

          UBER has till now not addressed my query and I as a regular user am very disappointed.

          No one has bothered to reach back.

          Just want to know the truth and need a justified answer to my query, whether there was any foul play.

            I took a trip with Uber on 20.02.2021 from Indira gandhi international airport to Taj vivanta dwarka, sector 21.The initial fare shown was rs.396.At the end of the trip the fare was showing rs.1260, I had no other option but to pay the money and the driver was saying you can dispute the difference in amount later.I did that on the app and I didn't get any reply or refund until now.When I downloaded the receipt for the trip it was showing the distance as 74.66 kms from Airport to Sector 21 dwarka which is totally wrong as the distance is only 13 kms.I request Uber India to review my fare and refund me the difference in fare.

              I am a regular rider o[censored]BER. I and my mother in law, we both are cancer patients and I lost my husband on 11 January' 21. Please do read completely and check UBER's response.

              On 21st Feb' 21 I along with my mother and father in law and my 11 yr old daughter took a ride from sec 48 Gurgaon to AC block Shalimar Bagh Delhi and a stop at west metro station janak puri at 8:30pm.
              While booking I selected Shalimar Bagh, delhi. Since I was unaware of the stop feature I added Janak Puri after the driver informed me. At the time of pickup the driver informed I need to inter change the route as I had selected farther destination first and he cancelled Shalimar Bagh drop and headed towards Janak Puri.

              As asked I tried interchanging the route through out the trip but failed as it showed lower fare. The driver asked us to try at the destination which i did but again failed.

              After driving at a full speed he stopped the cab in Janak puri outside hotel Piccadly which was 50 mtrs away from the metro station at 9:15pm. He then asked us to get down and hire another cab. I requested him to continue and take my in laws to Shalimar Bagh and we will pay the fare as shown to me in my booking in the app to which he bluntly denied and asked us to get down again and ended the ride. Agreed as he wanted to follow the App.

              I then requested him to drop me 100 mtrs ahead outside my colony ( narang colony) as i just had a SURGERY in my right foot and I could not walk with my lot of luggage ( which was in the trunk of the cab) and offered him will pay 30 bucks extra to which he again denied rudely and said i will not move an inch now and asked for the payment.

              He then got rude and misbehaved and yelled at us that I am getting another ride and I should pay and get down. I requested him again and he got irritated and locked us inside the car and called the cops and threatened us. He moved out of the car and trapped us inside to which I sat and waited for his next move and finally I too raised my voice. He then blamed me for raising his voice and argued again. I told him that my mother in law and I are CANCER patients and he should not treat us like this which he completely ignored.
              The cop came, the driver locked us inside and got down and told his version. The cop asked us to move out and we informed that he has trapped us inside the car. Uber driver then opened the locks and the cop heard our side and helped us saying Narang colony is only 100 mtrs ahead even I can drop you all...which was really nice of him.
              We then paid the driver and the cop scolded the driver instead that he should have some decency and treating this way to old people and a woman along with a child could have gone against him. Still we ended the matter there and did not raise and took it forward legally.

              Sadly I could not call Uber as there is no call facilty after the ride is ended. So I complained and wrote the entire incident to Uber. I was stunned to see their response which was a threat to me. below is Uber's response

              Uber is committed to provide its riders and drivers a safe and comfortable experience each and every time. Any instance that disrupts this experience for either parties is an alarming concern for us.

              That said, if we receive similar feedback from any other drivers in the future, we may have to take action on your account.

              Such an amazing job Uber has done where they have cross checked with the driver but didnt bother to call me and hear my version and checked with me. They forget that they are running well because o[censored]s... the riders. WE GIVE THEM BUSINESS. Our safety should be their utmost priority.

              If this kind of help a woman gets who is suffering from CANCER and who is dealing with the pain of LOSS of her husband and travelling with her aged inlaws and an 11 yr old girl... from UBER then SHAME on UBER.

                Hello,
                This is regarding a serious complaint against cab driver Naveenkumar (Cab no : 3232)The Driver acted rude while picking us up and then before reaching the destination he asked us to get out. Problem is my mom was with me on this ride. She is having Myasthania Gravis which I'm sure you have not heard about. One of her health issues is that she feels pain in legs and spine and hence cannot walk for long. We said the same to the driver and still he behaved like an animal. He used slang words in Kannada, showed his fist to me as if he was gonna hit me. When my mom told that we had paid for the ride and he should not act this way, he asked us to leave in such a rude way I cannot explain in words. My mom felt really insulted by this. She came to Bangalore for a pleasant time and what a time she got while returning from temple.I want the highest escalation on this.I complained through the app and they are gonna probably leave it with a warning. That is hilarious and insulting once again. A warning is like a neighbour asking to study for them. I need a stern measure to be taken and let me know what other information you require from my side.

                  Hi,

                  For a trip on October 17, I was double charged. I gave as Rs 425 cash to driver, still the app is showing money pending. So I raised ticket on November 16, which is well with in 1 month of the trip. But Uber refused to give the refund and closed the ticket without my consent. I waited for 4 months, still there is no logical conclusion.

                    I travelled in a uber Go yesterday 19.02.2021evening from IGI Airport Delhi T-3 to Vaishali Ghaziabad. I have been charged Rs.1, 789/-. The Estimated fare shown on platform was about Rs, 600/-. I have been charged exorbitant fare which is very wrong on part o[censored]ber. On examining the receipt, I found that distance has been shown as 115.88 which is very wrong. The maximum distance is around 40-45 Kms, Request to immediately review fare and refund me the excess charged from me.

                      I took Uber Cab on 7th Feb 2021 from IGI T3 airport to My House, M3M Merlin Sector 67 Gurgaon. When I took the cab, the distance and route shown was correct and the amount to be paid was mentioned as INR 449. When I reached home, it took standard time as per the original message, but the charge mentioned was INR 2142. I disputed the charge immediately but Driver had no choice he said I have to pay. The route shown was incorrect in the application due to server error. I paid the cash there to him. Subsequently I contacted Uber team throuh help option in their app, which is extremely complex route, they responded that they will refund the difference but they eventually refunded much less amount. After a lot of follow ups, they finally charged INR 826 and they are not reducing the amount to original charge of 449. I need them to refund the difference and not let this happen again. Please help.

                        Today afternoon I booked a cab around 13:19 PM from 1-1/7 inner ring road, Saraswati Colony, Uppal to 116, 2-4/1000, street no 2, Janapriya Colony, Kothapet. The car no is most probably 2784, Maruti Suzuki Swift Desire. I remember very well the driver's name. The driver's name is Devender. He kept me waiting for more that half an hour without cancelling. Finally after half an hour he cancelled and I had to wait for him on the road in the hot 🌞
                        Pl locate the driver and based on this information take some action against the driver.
                        Otherwise only the customer is getting harassed unnecessarily and the the driver each time escaping any penalty.
                        Pl take some action so that he can't harassany other senior person. Today it was beyond my limit of patience
                        Finally I was dropped by another driver Raheem. I will be obliged if you inform me about what action is being taken against him.

                            We booked the uber cab from T3 Terminal (IGI Airport New Delhi) to Rajouri Garden at 8:03 PM. The fare shown was Rs.379 while booking, However we were charged Rs.1318 when the trip was completed at 8:40 PM.
                            On receipt it clearly shows
                            Distance travelled : 88.2km from T3 Terminal (IGI Airport Delhi) to Rajouri Garden (New Delhi-110027)
                            Time taken :36 min
                            Which is not justified by any means because actual distance from T3 Terminal Delhi to Rajouri Garden ND.110027 is 17km.
                            Also, it is not practically possible to travel 88.2kms in 30 min in Delhi, that means it’s a technical error on their part.
                            We lodged complaint in uber customer department and they denied to refund the extra charged amount (Rs. 939) and instead offered to pay back only Rs.150 by email which is very disturbing and harassing.
                            We request you to kindly look into this matter and help us to resolve this problem.

                              Uber moto was hired to deliver 6 packets of sweets. He charged 300 cash advance for delivery. Soon after it started with the trip he cancelled it and uber charged us cancellation fee of Rs.25. Driver name is Santanu. Journey was frm Nagerbazar ( Kolkata) to Alipore (Kolkata). Bike was Honda X Blade.

                                I have took a bike share ride on 17 january 2021 its show ls me 72 rupees for the trip at the end of the trip unfortunately in drivers device shows i have 445 rupees for this trip the name of the driver is nilesh padhi on activa 5G can u imagine just for 10km ride on scooter the fare will be 445. How ever the driver is fighting with me on fare so i said okay i will pay u this amount. And will talk to customer aupport.and while i tried to talk with cuatomer support they just playing with me turning me round and round still there is no resolution. Even i tried to contact the driver by calling him on his cell phone number but he directly disconnect my call. I wanted to take an strict action on this driver.

                                        On 14th January 2020, I came back to Delhi from Goa and boarded an Uber Taxi as per the Trip Code that was sent to me (from Delhi Airport Terminal 3). It showed me an amount of Rs. 440/- from Terminal 3 to my Home at Guru Harkishan nagar, Paschim Vihar, which by any standards was usual, as even on many of my earlier trips I have paid between Rs. 400-500/-. I boarded a Maruti Suzuki Ritz (License Plate- HR63C4412), driven by Balwant Singh (as shown registered by Uber). Everything seemed normal and we took the normal route reaching Paschim vihar through Delhi Cantt. When I got down, to my utter shock, my Driver showed me a fare of Rs. 2013/-. Even my phone showed the amount of Rs. 2013. When I refused to pay the amount to driver as I wasn’t having enough cash with me at that time he told me to paytm him the amount. After some time when he left, he started calling me and threatening me to pay the rest of the amount so I had to pay, as that is the norm for Uber and as it was showing in the bill. When I later checked the trip route on the Internet (through my Computer), it showed that we had reached the correct location using the fraud route and the payment made was of Rs. 2013/-. Later, I checked my phone Trips and it showed that I had gone all over Gurugram till Kherki Dhaula toll, and so on and finally getting off at Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim vihar, New Delhi. It showed I have travelled 145.35 km from 8:12pm to 9:10pm which is not possible. The question that comes to mind is, how was my phone showing that I went on to travel 145.35 km in just 1 hour whereas the distance between Terminal 3 to my Guru Harkishan Nagar is just 25km? Was the Uber Website hacked, or was my phone hacked? This Cab driver could have hacked into my phone ultimately showing a wrong amount, and charging me for the same. I was even charged for the crossing of Kherki Dhaula Toll, T1 pickup charges (I was actually picked up from T3) and some other MCD charges. Such fraud should not go unpunished and those people responsible for this must be brought to justice. I should be refunded the amount with an additional amount paid to me as fraud compensation and causing mental agony. Either my phone was hacked as it still shows the complete inaccurate route (the screenshots of the complete route has been saved) or Uber has been hacked as even though my route through the Internet access shows that I travelled from Delhi Airport Terminal 3 to Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar, it shows that I have been charged Rs. 2013/-. When Uber was sent the message that I had been charged extra, they took no action on it and I still did not receive any call from them.

                                        Date 19 Jan 2021 Time 10;05 pm T3 IGI Uber Pickup Zone

                                        Booked Uber Go @ 750/- for Crossing Republik (Next to Shipra Mall) Ghaziabad.
                                        Vehicle assigned was Ertiga, I checked Uber app and found that fare is still 750/- as sometimes any car is assigned if lower model is not available.

                                        It was never indicated that Uber Go is not available and Uber XL is assigned with revised fare and to
                                        accept the revised fare. Even when the car was half way, fare shown was still 750/-.

                                        Driver was driving very slowly and when I asked him, he cited that speed cameras are on roads so he drives within limit although speed limit on highway from Gazipur onwards is 100kms for cars... slow driving gives driver more time to show that he has travelled more distance.

                                        Once we reached destination, driver showed me 2106/- on his mobile and even my app was displaying same fare. Distance travelled 147 kms in 63 mins whereas actual distance is 45 kms only.

                                        I offered him 750/- but driver called his owner / uber contact and this fellow rudely told me that if I don't pay, then he will send goons as he knows my address...

                                        Next day i checked full details of my trip and it had Kerki Daula Toll charges also included... just to show that i had travelled from airport T1 and not T3 to Kekri Daula and then to Ghaziabad... so it is all covered up even if you make a complaint.

                                        tried to contact UBER helpline, but reply was that "we will get back soon"
                                        I had to pay 2100/- hoping that UBER will resolve but 2 days have passed and reply i got from uber is that "our expert team is looking into the matter" only to fleece more customers

                                        Request not to hire Uber from delhi airport and that too during night.
