Today i book a uber cab from bigbazar vip road to new barrackpur station road at kolkat west bengal at 2.25pm date[protected]. Uber cab driver name is sabir husain cab no: wb19h6811 car type : tata zest. Passenger name pooja acharaya. My fare was 170 rs. But i have no money at that time so i paid him by paytm and show him my screen shot which was paid. But drive continiously said i have not get it. So, he took from me force fully rs.170 cash. So i have paid double amount with exact fare. When i said him return me back my rest amount he does not attend me any more..

I want to request you please said uber people tor return my extra amount at my paytm number [protected]

    I booked a cab today details of which i have shared in the screenshot, i paid rs 272 to the driver in cash. When i booked another cab it showed that i hadnot paid him any amount. He is a fraud, and worst part is that i have been messaging this fraud company uber but have not recieved a single reply.
    Strictest action should ne taken against the driver and this company as well who are cheating and robbing customers of their money.

    My self dr n k chaturvedi iwas book ubar cab yesterday time approximated 2.15pm .i was change the drop off point running 1km my drop journey very short but driver demand me three times money and he was tell me you must have complaint to ubber this bill kindle short out my quary other wise i left ubber cab forever i m waiting your response thanks

      I booked an uber from near delhi cargo terminal to ina colony, delhi. At time of booking, it was showing rs.173. And it continued to show 173 till my trip final destination. On trip completion, uber added airport toll charges of rs177 and charged me rs.350.

      I purposely walked from atc tower to cargo terminal, and booked uber from cargo terminal as it is before toll gate, and fare in app also showed the same difference.

      Just my previous trip with uber was from ina colony to cargo terminal, and it was also rs.173 only, before booking and after trip ended.

      There was no airport toll gate in between, and it is unfair o[censored]ber to add toll charges when there was no toll in between. The app also showed rs.173 before booking, and after trip, it jumped to rs.350. My driver also made an unscheduled stop to refill his cng on my way back. Please check trip gps tracking.

      On raising the request through app, automated response, again and again is saying it upheld charge, as it was fare i was showed and agreed upon before booking, (When it clearly says on receipt that you have adjusted upfront fare). This is false. I was showed rs.173. I agreed on rs. 173. There was no toll in between (Please check gps route from pickup till drop to verify that). There is no way to email uber support.

      Please remove the excess rs.177 charged towards toll, as soon as possible, and revise my fare excluding that.

        Not satisfied with the uber service.as they are not responding to our calls and making us to wait for too long time..and lastly they are saying that u r mobile was switchedoff.and they had cancelled the ride and then after also they are charging 25rs charge with out ride

          I booked an Uber cab with driver Manish Rana on August 20, 2020, and my chosen payment mode was cash. The total ride fare was INR 176 but since he didn't have a change, I paid him through Paytm on his Paytm number and the payment was successful. But the driver didn't update this in the Uber system and now whenever I try to book a cab it shows me that I have a previous outstanding amount even though I have paid the amount to the driver. I have lodged endless complaints on the Uber app and even called the driver to clarify this matter but he was the least bothered. Please get this issue resolved and get my pending payment status removed so that I can use Uber again with ease. I am really disappointed with the uber customer care services.

            Dear sir,

            I have booked my ride with the same gmail account i login here with uber. I hired uber from gurgaon sec 46 to sector 18 on 31 august, 2020. After completion of ride, i told driver to pay the amount through cash. Hence, he took cash of rs. 135 from me. After 5 min i got message that
            Amount of ride is unpaid. Then when i rebooked on the next day i am out of cash so i decided to link my google pay upi with uber and then uber app again deducted money for the previous ride as driver mentioned it unpaid ride.

              I forgot my umbrella in the cab. I contacted the driver but he refused it. He stays nearby only, byculla. I stay in antophill church, 400037. The irresponsible response from the driver wasn't acceptable. The driver name is mohammad moinuddin mohammad mobin sheikh.

                Hi uber support team,

                I took a ride from marathahali to ksr bangalore on 10th june, and the fare was 213rs.
                For dropping on the platform, the driver asked us to pay 50 rs extra and we did that.
                First i made a transaction on google pay and it was showing as processing, so i gave cash to him, but after some time it succeeded.
                Afterwards, i was continuously trying to reach out to him but earlier he denied that he did not get money and later on he started avoiding calls.

                I filed a complaint on uber app, but did not get any response.

                Hope you understand and work on my request.

                  Why are you folks deducted 84 rs/-. That was not my mistake the your driver got a call which was near by trip so he said me to cancel and that time i was not aware of your process so i agreed n cancel it. Please reverse back the amount.

                    Dear sir,
                    Last 4 june 2020 we are booked uber moto from gangapuri sikha sadan high school to metro cash and carry. When the driver will come to pick up he asked me what is the payment showing in your app what is your drop place. When we booked the moto we select payment by upi/online payment.
                    Then we told the driver we are paying by online but the driver refused and tell no give me cash but few seconds again tell ok you cancel the trip and again try to for online payment but in that we refuse and told them when i canceled the trip uber will be charged from me again the driver said no nothing will be charged then we try to cancel but there was showing 15/- charged for cancellation than again we refused to cancel the we are showing the massage to driver in that time driver will be tell me no this is showing because only for formalities maintain by uber nothing will be charged. Then we decide we are not canceled the trip and we are paying by cash. Driver nature, behavior, conversation etc is very bad but driving is good.
                    When my trip was end driver will forced and tell please give 60/- first my trip fare is 57.94 i have no lose money so we can pay 60/- in that time the driver will be picked 60/- and with any word he passed from my location.
                    Then on your amazon account showing payment request from uber but we not accepted in that time and we have thinking this is any system problem.
                    Few days passed last 7th july 2020
                    Again we are try to booking a moto from gangapuri sikha sadan high school to bapujinagar for our business in that time we unable to process to booking because there was a showing previously payment pending. We try to contact with uber's for reason but in application there was no option to contact them.
                    Today we try again to contact them but still facing same problem then we going on google and search how to contact with uber as per google navigation we again open my uber's app there was a shown driver app we are clicked them, then showing help option but no calling facilities.
                    Then we contact through chat we are written our problem few minutes later uber team mailed and uber cannot solved this type of fraud because already 30 days crossed.
                    Again we report and and write we are not telling for adjustments we are telling please remove previous pending payment option because we already paid by cash.
                    Now 1 hours gone no reply will be came from uber.

                      1 st july
                      -incident: i have been charged extra for trip where was there no due for my last trip which happened on 3oth december. I have been charged extra 426 rupess today for ride the cost was supposed to only 150rs.

                      Attaching the bill

                      There is no option in the app to resolve this complaint.

                      Tried calling customer care but no help came

                      I want my refund of 426 what they have taken extra.

                          I booked a cab on 22.06.2020 from 69 G.T. Road, Rishra to Tata Medical Center, Kolkata and the fare shown was 532.47. At the time of booking no options were provided whether I will pay by cash or Paytm, therefore I thought I have to pay in cash. At the destination I paid driver by the name Md Rs.532 in cash which he demanded. Later I found that Rs.532.47 has been deducted from my Paytm account. I contacted Uber Support but they are harping the same message that they cannot do anything as I have paid cash on a prepaid trip.

                          When I told them why they don't speak to driver whether he has taken cash or not, they are not relenting and not refunding the extra amount paid.

                            I am having a very bad experience with uber.

                            On june 22nd, 2020 i booked a uber cab for my brother, my brother was traveling from igi t3 to rohtak city, the estimation shown on app is 1793, but my brother doesn’t know about the estimation amount. Driver (Narender) asked him for rs 2200 when my brother ask him why you are charging 400 extra he said you have to pay parking charges of igi airport. My brother paid the amount rs 2200 through paytm, but due to some issue the transaction is showing pending, but the driver is not ready to wait he said that do the payment again. My brother paid the amount again which show a successful transaction. Later when he checked with paytm both the transaction showing successful which means the driver got rs 4400 which we have to give rs 1793. I have paid rs 2607 extra money to him.
                            Today i have contacted the uber help support, they are saying that the trip fare is considered as an exchange outside the uber system.

                            May i know i have booked the uber cab and i have not contacted the driver directly, then how it’s considered as an exchange outside the uber system?

                            Also, i have asked them for driver no. So that i can contact him directly for the twice transaction, but they denied giving the driver number.

                            I don’t know what type of service they are providing to their costumer. I have been using the uber from last 2.5 yrs and you can check my rating also i:e 4.68.

                            I am feeling cheated by uber. Please take strict action and refund the amount, otherwise, i’ll go for legal action.

                              In february i purchased uber coupons (₹10, 000) from paytm. During the period of the lockdown the credits have disappeared. When i contacted uber they were unable to offer a consolidated report of how the money was used but informed me i could review the trips individually to determine how the credits were used. I still should have ₹8, 804.08 credit in the account.

                              On june 11, i request an uber representative to review the issue. While chintamani responded on june 12 they had records of the uber coupon purchase, they showed that the credits had been used during the period of lockdown when they were not offering their services.

                              Gulda k. Informed that i could review each ride to determine how it was paid. Upon reviewing the receipts they showed that only ₹1, 195.92 of the coupons had been used which i shared on june 14 with snow.

                              I am owed ₹8, 804.08 of credit and would like to have it accredited to my account.
                              Today is June 25 and there has still been no response from Uber about my missing money.

                              Uber only handles complaints through email and appears unable or unwilling to check the transactions.

                                I booked a uber moto on 13june @ 14:14 hrs but the uber driver didn’t came for the pickup and was asking me to cancel it. Why should i bare the cancellation charge. I tried to contact the uber help but no help was provided. The driver was also not ready to cancel the ride and neither wanted to come for the pickup. Please find attached pictures for the same

                                  I booked a uber moto at around 2:15 pm on 13th june and the driver is not ready to come for pickup and is also not ready to cancel the ride. He is asking me to cancel the ride from my end. I will be charged for making a cancellation. This is not acceptable

                                    I have been using uber for more than a year and my rating is above 4.5.{my email is [protected]@gmail.com } several months back my account was disabled without giving me any reason. I contacted uber support regarding this but no specific reason whatsoever was given. I was told to wait. Its been more than 3 months now and their response hasn't changed. I am simply asking for an explanation or a way to resolve this situation. When i ran out of patience, i asked to delete my uber account to remove my data from services i'm not using and uber even denied that.
                                    I can't understand uber unresonablitity.
                                    Either provide me with a reason or a way to resolve this. If neither of them is acceptable i don't wish to avail uber services. So, delete my data frm uber servers.

                                        I had a trip with uber on 17th december 2016. I paid cash amount 901/- rs to driver. Later on i booked another trip on 3rd august 2019. I had to give 901/- again in this trip as driver device was mentioning outstanding amount which i have already paid. I rise request with uber india. They clearly mentioned that they took double charges but they will not return that amount. Received below comment from them:

                                        I uploaded old receipt new receipt and conversation with UBER. as well as whatever outstanding amount has been taken not mention in new receipt. just wondering how their system works?
