I travel with Uber on a daily basis from home to office and the services were quite good earlier, hence I shifted from regular taxi and prefer Uber instead and I was very with services o[censored]ber.

Now, I realise the services become worst day by day and comfort level has become zero, post lockdown and penedamic the drivers o[censored]ber has made is a habit for not to offer Air conditioning services and has denied strait away. I did found any where in the website that Uber will not offer AC services. I have travel in Uber Car no- WB19H1041 and the driver strait away denied for AC.

This is not expected out of such an organisation and I think Uber thinks that customer has except what service Uber offer without any clarification.
I have sent several emails as well approach through Uber app as well. However, there is no response from Uber. They are charging fare like anything and not providing the services. We feel like cheated. They must put sign board of AC service will not be provided and let customer decide for ride. Drivers are denoting AC services post OTP inputting.

Hope you will address my concern.

    Dear Team
    I booked a cab from Noida Sec 134 Noida to Indirapuram Ghaziabad U.P on rental basis for 8 hour on 05/09/2020. So app was showing charges of Rs. 1559/- for entire trip for 8 hours .

    But after drop us at indirapuram, driver ended his trip and entire amount of Rs. 1559/- was deducted from my paytm account.

    My concern is-
    1. How driver can end his trip without completion. and why charges were deducted from my account for Rs. 1559/-.
    2. who will bear this cost, trouble which I faced after this incident.
    3. How such kind of pathetic services can be provided by Uber.

    Requested - Request for Refund with compensation.

      When i checked the fare for moto from iphone it shows a price of rs.135 where as if i checked the fare from android phone for the same trip it shows a price of rs. 109. Why uber is increasing the fare amount for the same distance and same location?? Is it because i am using a high end phone???

          If the driver behaves in bad way & his tone & reactions are like a rowdy sheeter? What actions would you take as customer? Drivers reactions & body language made me feel unsafe, Im seriously very upset with the drivers behaviour & attitude, Today I really had very bad experience by the uber driver,

          Here's what happened, First thing from the beginning he took me for granted & spoke to me in a very rude way like exactly how a any rowdy (rogue)speaks he said "how do I know where u r standing, so he made me cross the road in spite of my leg being injured from sprain, I kept quite where as a customer I shouldn't have, just because i was alone does it mean that he can speak anything, if a customer is travelling alone, Regardless of whether the customer is a male of female, does it mean that we have to be scared of driver till we finish the trip??

          I kept quite and the location ended just hardly few metres away from my home for which he back chatted with me for which again I kept quite actually I should not have, but still decently I kept quiet requesting him to drop me as my home is just few metres away from where the location ended

          He dropped me at home the charge was 98 Rs for which he said when I asked him how much it was for which he replied it's 100 though it was only 98, then I asked him in a normal way it's just 98 n u r saying it's 100 for which he said I have dropped till your home now give me 10 Rupess extra in a rude tone manner which showed his rowdism character as if he is not gonna move from there neither gonna let me out of the cab else I thought he will create a Big scene in front of my neighborhood I didn't want all that so I kept quiet n gave him 10 Rs extra, The problem is not about extra money I, How dare a can driver behave this way to customer? It makes me feel like he might gone to any extent to extort money from me or any customers? Just imagine what could have been the situation if it was a female? Is this customer service? This is ridiculous& complete atrocity, not at all acceptable

Many time i called uber phone support they are always notedown the feedback and send it to the uber higher authority (Almost 2 months am waiting) what should i do..                         I paid cash on my last ride which was taken on 38.07.2020. The driver is such a fraud he didn't update the system that i made a cash payment already on that day itself. When i am trying to book auto now system is showing pay 75rs first... What nonsense is this. Such a fraud

                          I booked an uber ride from my phone # +91 [protected] on 16.09.2020 at around 11 am in shakespeare sarani. The cab with last 5 characters "g8315" was booked. I was waiting at the location from where i booked the cab. But the cab didn't arrive. Moreoever the driver cancelled the trip and a cancellation fee was charged to my account. I am not satisfied with the process of charging cancellation fee where i did not request for the cancellation.
                          I need the refund of cancellation fee in my account.

                            Today i book a uber cab from bigbazar vip road to new barrackpur station road at kolkat west bengal at 2.25pm date[protected]. Uber cab driver name is sabir husain cab no: wb19h6811 car type : tata zest. Passenger name pooja acharaya. My fare was 170 rs. But i have no money at that time so i paid him by paytm and show him my screen shot which was paid. But drive continiously said i have not get it. So, he took from me force fully rs.170 cash. So i have paid double amount with exact fare. When i said him return me back my rest amount he does not attend me any more..

                            I want to request you please said uber people tor return my extra amount at my paytm number [protected]

                              I booked a cab today details of which i have shared in the screenshot, i paid rs 272 to the driver in cash. When i booked another cab it showed that i hadnot paid him any amount. He is a fraud, and worst part is that i have been messaging this fraud company uber but have not recieved a single reply.
                              Strictest action should ne taken against the driver and this company as well who are cheating and robbing customers of their money.
                              My self dr n k chaturvedi iwas book ubar cab yesterday time approximated 2.15pm .i was change the drop off point running 1km my drop journey very short but driver demand me three times money and he was tell me you must have complaint to ubber this bill kindle short out my quary other wise i left ubber cab forever i m waiting your response thanks

                                I booked an uber from near delhi cargo terminal to ina colony, delhi. At time of booking, it was showing rs.173. And it continued to show 173 till my trip final destination. On trip completion, uber added airport toll charges of rs177 and charged me rs.350.

                                I purposely walked from atc tower to cargo terminal, and booked uber from cargo terminal as it is before toll gate, and fare in app also showed the same difference.

                                Just my previous trip with uber was from ina colony to cargo terminal, and it was also rs.173 only, before booking and after trip ended.

                                There was no airport toll gate in between, and it is unfair o[censored]ber to add toll charges when there was no toll in between. The app also showed rs.173 before booking, and after trip, it jumped to rs.350. My driver also made an unscheduled stop to refill his cng on my way back. Please check trip gps tracking.

                                On raising the request through app, automated response, again and again is saying it upheld charge, as it was fare i was showed and agreed upon before booking, (When it clearly says on receipt that you have adjusted upfront fare). This is false. I was showed rs.173. I agreed on rs. 173. There was no toll in between (Please check gps route from pickup till drop to verify that). There is no way to email uber support.

                                Please remove the excess rs.177 charged towards toll, as soon as possible, and revise my fare excluding that.

                                  Not satisfied with the uber service.as they are not responding to our calls and making us to wait for too long time..and lastly they are saying that u r mobile was switchedoff.and they had cancelled the ride and then after also they are charging 25rs charge with out ride

                                    I booked an Uber cab with driver Manish Rana on August 20, 2020, and my chosen payment mode was cash. The total ride fare was INR 176 but since he didn't have a change, I paid him through Paytm on his Paytm number and the payment was successful. But the driver didn't update this in the Uber system and now whenever I try to book a cab it shows me that I have a previous outstanding amount even though I have paid the amount to the driver. I have lodged endless complaints on the Uber app and even called the driver to clarify this matter but he was the least bothered. Please get this issue resolved and get my pending payment status removed so that I can use Uber again with ease. I am really disappointed with the uber customer care services.

                                      I have booked my ride with the same gmail account i login here with uber. I hired uber from gurgaon sec 46 to sector 18 on 31 august, 2020. After completion of ride, i told driver to pay the amount through cash. Hence, he took cash of rs. 135 from me. After 5 min i got message that
                                      Amount of ride is unpaid. Then when i rebooked on the next day i am out of cash so i decided to link my google pay upi with uber and then uber app again deducted money for the previous ride as driver mentioned it unpaid ride.
