Such an worst riding company i ever seen, I want to go to hospital urgently i have booked a uber auto but the driver was not accepting online payment and he dropped on the way and i had booked thirce but all the drivers are not accepting online payments i missed the appointment, please dont use

    I booked your Uber auto from Karol Bagh to Chhatarpur temple on 23 October 2020 at 14:44PM.After reaching the location your Uber driver took payment of Rs 190 from me on his mobile number, in which I have attached a screenshot .And after some time, when I again tried to book my other Uber auto. Amount of Rs 186 which I paid through Phone Pay, was showing pending in my uber account.Please check once again you must be also having all the details on yourself too. I have become so frustrated since October 23 that no one is able to book my new auto and please resolve this issue asap.

      I booked cab from igia on november 1, 20 at 8.04 pm to my residence at block 2 roop nagar, north delhi, india.and amount shown was 408 for 17 kms.

      the otp was sent to give to the cab driver.
      there were very few cabs available and by 8.22 pm board the cab and in 45 minutes he dropped by 9.06 pm and asked me to pay 1505 rupees.
      i was really shocked and he said you have to pay and told me to take the picture of the payment bill and was again the fake bill with 90 kms run i had to pay.
      since then trying to reach the uber crooks via their application and help conversion but not even a single reply received.
      so for 17 kms instead of 408 i had to pay for 90 kms 1505 and these uber frauds are nowhere to help.

        I Traveled on dated 23.10.2020 in Kolkata .Fare for my trip was Rs.381 however I paid the amount rs 400 to the driver by Cash.After few hours I saw that in my Uber App one message showing Amt rs. 331 is due for my previous trip.
        But I don't have any pending amount till date..trying to book uber again message showing previous pending amount Rs.331 is due. Last trip amout was 381.I have given rs 400 to driver by cash even rs19 extra cash.
        What's wrong with me I don't know .really a bad experience with Uber.
        Kindly look into that.

          Uber Driver threatened to cancel the trip if I don't reveal drop off location before hand.

          I booked uber, on 23rd October 2020
          Evening. the Uber driver, asked for the drop location repeatedly in the Uber chat and threatened to cancel the trip if I don't reveal drop off location before hand.
          The driver later cancelled the trip since I didn't reveal the location before hand.

            Date: 15-Oct-2020
            I took cab from sector 56, Gurgaon to sector 17 Gurgaon. At the time of booking fare was 120/- appx. After I drop off at my location (sector 17) Driver did not complete the trip and at radisson hotel, delhi he completed the trip and i was charged with 373/-. I have already raised the issue through the App but i didn't get any response yet.

              Request you to take my complain and resolve,

              I was in emergency my sister had a problem she bleeding, I booked Uber but I was expecting my trip driver not came, and I cancelled trip because of emergency, I tried to book another car, I received a massage, you need to pay Rs 69 next driver, for cancellations charge, I agree because of emergency, then I booked another Uber car, he also not arrived timely, I tried to call car driver he not picked my call, more than 5 to 6 time, my sister on road and bleeding, we had bad service from Uber driver's, I need justification,

              Kindly Resolve this,

                I travel with Uber on a daily basis from home to office and the services were quite good earlier, hence I shifted from regular taxi and prefer Uber instead and I was very with services o[censored]ber.

                Now, I realise the services become worst day by day and comfort level has become zero, post lockdown and penedamic the drivers o[censored]ber has made is a habit for not to offer Air conditioning services and has denied strait away. I did found any where in the website that Uber will not offer AC services. I have travel in Uber Car no- WB19H1041 and the driver strait away denied for AC.

                This is not expected out of such an organisation and I think Uber thinks that customer has except what service Uber offer without any clarification.
                I have sent several emails as well approach through Uber app as well. However, there is no response from Uber. They are charging fare like anything and not providing the services. We feel like cheated. They must put sign board of AC service will not be provided and let customer decide for ride. Drivers are denoting AC services post OTP inputting.

                Hope you will address my concern.

                  Dear Team
                  I booked a cab from Noida Sec 134 Noida to Indirapuram Ghaziabad U.P on rental basis for 8 hour on 05/09/2020. So app was showing charges of Rs. 1559/- for entire trip for 8 hours .

                  But after drop us at indirapuram, driver ended his trip and entire amount of Rs. 1559/- was deducted from my paytm account.

                  My concern is-
                  1. How driver can end his trip without completion. and why charges were deducted from my account for Rs. 1559/-.
                  2. who will bear this cost, trouble which I faced after this incident.
                  3. How such kind of pathetic services can be provided by Uber.

                    When i checked the fare for moto from iphone it shows a price of rs.135 where as if i checked the fare from android phone for the same trip it shows a price of rs. 109. Why uber is increasing the fare amount for the same distance and same location?? Is it because i am using a high end phone???

                        If the driver behaves in bad way & his tone & reactions are like a rowdy sheeter? What actions would you take as customer? Drivers reactions & body language made me feel unsafe, Im seriously very upset with the drivers behaviour & attitude, Today I really had very bad experience by the uber driver,

                        Here's what happened, First thing from the beginning he took me for granted & spoke to me in a very rude way like exactly how a any rowdy (rogue)speaks he said "how do I know where u r standing, so he made me cross the road in spite of my leg being injured from sprain, I kept quite where as a customer I shouldn't have, just because i was alone does it mean that he can speak anything, if a customer is travelling alone, Regardless of whether the customer is a male of female, does it mean that we have to be scared of driver till we finish the trip??

                        I kept quite and the location ended just hardly few metres away from my home for which he back chatted with me for which again I kept quite actually I should not have, but still decently I kept quiet requesting him to drop me as my home is just few metres away from where the location ended

                        He dropped me at home the charge was 98 Rs for which he said when I asked him how much it was for which he replied it's 100 though it was only 98, then I asked him in a normal way it's just 98 n u r saying it's 100 for which he said I have dropped till your home now give me 10 Rupess extra in a rude tone manner which showed his rowdism character as if he is not gonna move from there neither gonna let me out of the cab else I thought he will create a Big scene in front of my neighborhood I didn't want all that so I kept quiet n gave him 10 Rs extra, The problem is not about extra money I, How dare a can driver behave this way to customer? It makes me feel like he might gone to any extent to extort money from me or any customers? Just imagine what could have been the situation if it was a female? Is this customer service? This is ridiculous& complete atrocity, not at all acceptable

                          I wish to remain to anonymous but i want to post this compliant against this mannerless, who thinks he is too smart that he can do anything with the customer if they sit in his cab or if a customer comes alone, this should be a lesson for him & others so that no other customer faces the same issue

                                I booked a cab on 22 september driver name is saurabh. My wife had to go from noida sector 45 to okhla nsic. Driver called her and said. Aapko kahan jaana hai. Wife said okhla delhi
                                Then driver cancelled that trip

Many time i called uber phone support they are always notedown the feedback and send it to the uber higher authority (Almost 2 months am waiting) what should i do..                                       I paid cash on my last ride which was taken on 38.07.2020. The driver is such a fraud he didn't update the system that i made a cash payment already on that day itself. When i am trying to book auto now system is showing pay 75rs first... What nonsense is this. Such a fraud

                                        I booked an uber ride from my phone # +91 [protected] on 16.09.2020 at around 11 am in shakespeare sarani. The cab with last 5 characters "g8315" was booked. I was waiting at the location from where i booked the cab. But the cab didn't arrive. Moreoever the driver cancelled the trip and a cancellation fee was charged to my account. I am not satisfied with the process of charging cancellation fee where i did not request for the cancellation.
                                        I need the refund of cancellation fee in my account.
