I booked a under cab at tambaram weer side of railway station. The driver called me back and asked to come near cab without even minding i had heavy luggage s with me. I was composed and went near the vehicle. Now the driver asked how much charges was indicated in app i told him its 176 rupees. The driver asked me cab will not come unless i paid 350 rupees.. I refused & i will pay as per tariff indicated.. Driver was rude and told he did not care even if i lodge a complaint... I was shocked to listen to your driver attitude and i booked another company i expect a decent behavior from uber driver otherwise i am contemplating to change the service provider

    The dangerous driver was misbehaving with my pregnant wife and was driving dangerously rising her life.

    Taken a bad route and when asked to drive carefully he misbehaved. His name is mohammed, and the date of incidence is 20 jan 2020, 5:30 pm, gurgaon.

    Uber is not replying my complain at all. Their poor support team never reply and in case of emergency there is no option for the passenger.
    I was ordering food through uber eats, when i selected paytm as my payment mode, all of sudden amount got debited from my card for zaak epayment services and transaction was unsuccessful.
    Please help me to resolve this issue and refund my money back

      I have taken uber on 18.01.2020 at 8.48pm from chickpet bangalore to someswar nagar new town yelahanka bangalore with maruti suzuki wagan r.
      Driver name is syed mudassir
      After completion of trip he asked me the change for 2000.00 rupees. As a humanity basis i given the change for 2000 rupees. When i saw the currency note after some time, it was fake note.
      Kindly i need that driver contact number please and take necessary cheating action against him.

        Have taken an uber ride ride on 7th jan 2020 till electronic city phase 2, bangalore. The cab need to cross a flyover toll gate while crossing the electronic city flyover. Company generally adds the toll changes in the final bill. But the cab driver asked me to pay the additional cash for the tool gate. When i refused to pay the amt, uber driver started abusing me and even tried to hit me. And i tried to call uber but unfortunately there is no direct call centre/ support details given in the app for woman rider. I have attached the copy of the uber receipt

          Nightmare, worst service by an uber driver, never expected this!!
          My daughter booked an uber ride
          From modern high school 14a naseruddin rd, lower range, beckbagan, kol-17
          For venus toys pvt ltd, behala, kolkata
          But was dropped midway by driver pintu ([protected] : call at 18.30) dropped just after pick up refusing to go to the scheduled location
          Dropped at quest mall 86b syed amir ali ave, kol (Ref snapshot)
          She was midway and crying!! Inhuman and insane behaviour, please immediately take strongest action with the driver!!

            I booked a car in uber at about 2.45 pm on 17th january, 2020 to go to a movie with my family.
            As i saw 10 minute waiting period for arrival, waited and then called the driver and got reply that he was arriving soon. Uber app was also showing 2 minute to arrive.
            I called many time but driver, mr. Rajesh, cut the call.
            After waiting 35 minutes i got message from uber that driver cancelled my trip.
            Over and above i was asked to pay cancellation charge of rs.46.16.
            Wonderful justice!!!
            We then took an ola cab and proceeded. As we were late, could not watch the movie fully. Am i not eligible for getting compensation for my sufferings due to your fault?
            Really felt very badly.

              My complaint of overcharge made to uber on 6th jan for my trip from radisson blue hyderabad to hyderabad airport has not received any response. My cell no. Is [protected]. I have already explained the issue to uber representative who had called me. They informed they will escalate the matter but there had been no response.                 This to bring to your attention that on monday i lost my spectacle and a hand glove in uber cab, because it's been six days now so my eyes are paining so i called the driver through app but he is so unprofessional and rude that he said it's not his job to return the things to customer and he is not doing my personal job by returning my things. My question is that is it's not the driver's and company's job to return the lost thing if a customer is trying to get it. I want my things back asap and kindly look into the matter and take action against this unprofessional driver

                  Uber driver accepted my ride when his trip was in progress. I waited for more than 25 mins. He completed the trip and called me to ask drop location. I provided him info. Ride was cancelled in few mins. Uber driver made a customer wait for 30 mins and cancelled trip. Uber lets the driver cancel anytime after accepting even after 30 mins. Once the trip is cancelled by driver, uber automatically removes it from trips section in app.
                  Here comes the series of issues that uber has never answered:
                  1. Why can't we give rating to the driver who cancelled our trip?
                  2. Why can't uber deactivate cancel option after 5 mins of accepting ride? In this way uber can avoid such issues?
                  3. Why does not uber take actions against drivers who enquire about drop location and then cancel based on their choice?

                  Please find attached screen shot o[censored]ber driver who made me wait for 30 mins and then cancelled trip.
                  It's bad service from Uber that after the trip we are not getting tax invoice, many tickets are raised but still uber is not resolving, can you please help in getting the tax invoice

                    I travel a ride with uber after ride by mistake i made a extra payment in cash by mistake beacause i was in hurry at that time after that i checked my pocket and i calm the driver too and asked him and then driver ignored me and told me that i will call
                    You later but i have not recieved any call from him. After half and hour i again called the driver and he continouesly cutting my phone. Because he doesnot want to give money back

                        I was kept in waiting for 1 hour and then the order was cancelled, very very unprofessional behaviour, there is no way to contact support team on call once the order gets cancelled. What about the 1 hour of my time they wasted?
                        I contacted support when they made me wait 45 minutes and they said it will arrive shortly they could have atleast told at that time, they gave false assurances that they will add 50 credits which is no where to be seen, made me wait 1 full hour and then cancelled order.

                          I have send you email that i was charged twice but instead of reverse my money it was charged again is this the way to work you do not have any customer service this is very poor and you are really very poor company shame on you people if you don't refund my money than see what i will do i will take triple of that and always suggest my friend and relative's not to use uber

                            we booked cabs ( SUV 37369 cabs number ) driver is not good

                            from gowri to Begur koppa rd booked cabs around 16:00 hrs to 16:30 from mobile number [protected] . long route taken .

                            2) Why driver cancelling we book ed before 5 minutes why not telling before half hrs ( Resolve problem ASAP)

                                I order food as on 29th december 2019, the delivery boy did not call and inform me about his arrival and after that canceled my order and now uber asks me to pay for that order which is of rs. 97.50.
                                I want a solution as it is not my fault as the delivery man did not call me and says he waited, if he waited he should have called.

                                I want that 97.50rs due amount to be cleared off, otherwise uber will lose another customer.

                                  Hi my wife had booked uber along with infant baby.

                                  Since the it was an infant she somehow forgot a couple of important valuables in the hired vehicle.

                                  We did try to contact the uber mumbai (India) office, we did try calling the driver and now the driver has blocked our numbers.

                                  The driver name is rajan and his number, have been using uber over 5 years and he is one of the worst driver uber has hired.

                                  Kindly help me out as we did try contacting him for over a week now and would request you to ensure that the driver is out o[censored]ber in an urgent basis.

                                  Date of travel was 3rd jan 2020

                                  Destination was from sion to kandivali (Via bandra)

                                  Look forward for your support on an urgent basis.

                                  Do help me connect with local contact for the same.

                                    I oredered food from ubereats on 10th jan 2020 at 10:08 pm in bangalore with order id #deb16.

                                    Initially they accepted my order and deliver the stale and rotten food to my home. When i complained about the stale and rotten food they cancelled the order and not returning my money or not reply to my message from last two days. I'm providing couple of executives names hemlata, mayank k, jyoti, ag, ramniwas, harinderpal. These executives are asking me question from last two days and every times i'm providing all the details to these people but they are not resolving. I want my money back with apology letter from ubereats due to the mental agony i faced from last two days.

                                      I have booked a uber cab at 10.30-10.35pm on 10jan2020. I have got a call from uber driver asking me the drop location. I have denied him to give the location on call and asked him to come. I was talking in a descent language. Still this driver abused me badly and said # you gandu.
                                      I wan't some action to be taken from ubers higher authorities on this driver immediately. This is a serious case of abusing the customers and this grievance has to be redressed on immediate basis.

                                        I rajkumar jain travelled on 9th jan 2020 in the cab hired through uber app. Cab hired from igi airport to gurgaon. At the time of the booking fare mentioned rs 473 /- but when i reached destination payment deducted from my pay tm accout rs. 931/-. I found the in the invoice jlxsxmrg[protected] raised for the trip included the charges of the another trip that i had not taken further driver continue the previous trip before pick up from the airport. Total distance mentioned above 60 km but i travelled hardly 22-23 km. Driver also include the toll charges (Kherki dhaula toll & mcd toll) that no where related to my trip. By this factious claims driver cheated me rs. 458 more.in a day driver may have cheated to may passengers and many of them may have not claimed. I wants that apart dor differential fare i should compensate by t he uber for mental tension and time in the follow up the issue. I also feels that uber is also equally responsible and partner in getting the advantage for higher fare. Uber is also responsible for strict action against this criminal drivers who cheated passengers. How can uber support by issue the invoice before review the differnces in intial fare and final fare?
                                        Driver also continue talking on the personal phone calls that even if strictly prohibited while driving.

                                        I want apart from the refund action against driver & operator.
