Today 08.02.2020 i have booked the cab at 8.45 am, driver called me and asked where is the dropping point, i told him, soon after he cancelled and connected to another driver, he also did the same, another driver asked me the dropping point, i told him pl come, i am getting late to office. Even i said my problem also he was cancelled the trip, and connected to another driver, meanwhile it took 25mnts time,

Literally i was tensed a lot due to these drivers behavior.

Just i want to know the purpose of providing cabs in uber??? Even if driver cancelled the trip you will charge rs48-50 to next trip.

I have two cab number who cancelled my trips, first one i was misplaced, if you check with my mobile no you will get the details. I need the clarification in this regard, due to uber cab i was wasted 35 mnts time unnecessarily my bp was raised.

Here i am giving those car numbers and driver name. I dont know know what decision you will take, i will file a suit against this issue,

So many people are suffering with this uber drivers.

Hope you will understand my problem and do the needful.

    Today (Feb 7, 2019) i booked uber bike. At first he unnecessary called me before reaching destination, then after hearing the destination he refused my trip. Then he asked me if payment mode is online to which i said yes. Then he started the trip without me so that he can complete the trip without reaching there, and get the ride money. His behavior was deceitful, unprofessional and it made me feel unsafe. Uber doesn't take any action even after so many such incidents happening all over india. I want the driver to be duly punished for his behavior.

      Today at 8.41 am i had booked a cab to bagalur cross. Immediately cab driver called from no.[protected] and said he is 2 mins away to reach my location. And then he called saying where is trip booked and i said bagalur cross and he never turned up. When i called back the number was showing as[protected] and he said i will not come to pick up. You cancel the trip. I said it is your fault you cancel it from your side. Then he started abusing me saying i will not come do whatever you want. I am not coming. What kind of a behaviour is this??

      I need an immediate reply from uber because i frequently travel by uber and many occasions this has happened and uber is charging me for cancellation and ignored this matter. Time and again same issue with uber, i cannot afford for cancellation for no fault of mine.

          I have made a uber ride on[protected] and made the payment in the way of direct cash but still it is showing that the payment was not done.
          When i send a message through help option provided by uber they are saying it cannot be solved unless we contacted them with in 48 hours and within that time i did not again use the uber app and they are not atleast checking for the details. Directly saying that we cannot help for you and make a settlement.

            I travelled on 16th jan from my home to office and i was shown the charge to be 366 and i was later charged 488. After multiple follow ups over mail and calls, i was told that as per investigations the charge is right and i agreed to the same. When i asked to share the proof i was denied and was told that this is the right charge. I disputed the charge as i shared three more trips from same source to destination which ranged from rs. 324 to rs. 367. I was called multiple times by the uber executives to convince me to settle down stating that the amount is right but didn't share any proofs even after repeatedly asking for the same. This is a big time cheating on the company's part where they have access to the paytm authorization and they wont refund to undue amount that is changed. This kind of financial fraud is unacceptable and my money should be refunded along with the mental harassment and my time damages that was done over phone and emails.

              Why Everytime uber driver has to call and ask destination and mode of payment. After taking the information will not come not cancel the ride. I have had very bad experience, to the extent that after driver cancels the app Auto books the ride with another driver. By this time 40 plus minutes have passed. After that passenger is expected to wait. On top of that cancellation charges are charged. I have screen shots as proof of above. Pls advice what you want the rider to do. N

                I took an uber ride from my hostel to college street. Initially i had to pay rs 101.
                Ar end of trip i had to pay rs 248. I was forced to pay the extra cash by the driver. I amazed at this fraud behaviour. I want a refund if rs 147. This is a very unfair. Please look into the matter and do the needful. I am a loyal customer o[censored]ber. If this is the behaviour o[censored]ber i have to leave using the app.

                See the charged amount should be rs 101. And I was fraudly charged rs 248

                I booked uber auto from palavanthangal to s.kolathur. 85 rs was shown while booking, driver took unneccessary long and charged 180 rs. Usually the trip cost from 90 to 130 rs only. I am very unhappy with this trip. Driver says i will go as per the map shows, then how fare 85 initially and 180 after trip. I raised issue with aber but no response.

                  I booked scan from inderlok metro to ashoka park main, firstly the designated driver did'nt picked my 7 calls, then he said i did'nt get any call.
                  I have him a benefit of doubt and went ahead with the ride.
                  Post completion of ride i thanked him and went ahead. Late i found out he did'nt ended the trip. And had ended it later in raja garden. My ₹64.90 trip was charged as ₹284.78.
                  And i am not getting any response from customer care nor there is any complaint option with correct category.

                    I have booked a car today in guwahati ( ASSAM ) from Ramnagar to Subham elite @ Gandhibasti. CAR NO AS 25BC9668
                    I requested the driver to switch on the AC. But he was adamant that as per UBER policy AC will not be switched on. Quite surprised, I reasoned with him, saying that he is wrong. In the meantime, he misbehaved and stopped the vehicle and asked us to get down mid way. Rs 69 was deducted from Paytm.

                    This is very unfortunate. I strongly recommend cancelling this vehicle from your list of associates and punish the driver.

                    I will wait 72 hrs for your revert after which I will register a complaint with Assam Police in the name o[censored]BER for cheating and wrong charging

                      I take uber for my corporate trips. But since i do not get ride receipts on email, the company has refused to reimburse. While i was trying to update my email address, it shows that the account is already on use. It also shows phone number is verified. As i have forgotten my password, i was trying to recover the account. But i m not getting any otp. It shows my number is invalid when i tried to login through my phone number. Then how is it showing that my number is valid??
                      I tried validating my phone number again. Then it gave an otp. But while password recovery, i am not getting otp sms.

                        We have immensely trusted uber's service all along. But today a disturbing incident has led me to write this down. We live in a very safe neighborhood and like any winter evening my sister and i went down to play badminton. We saw an uber parked nearby and did not bother. There is a construction going on of a building just at the exact opposite of our apartment. We saw a man standing at the basement. We still did not bother. Throughout the game he kept looking intently at us. Suddenly we saw him touching his privates and doing obscene gestures. Stunned we stood and trying to cope up with it he moved to the other side. After a bit of threatening he stood hidden and at last rode his uber off with speed.
                        The car number is 0103 and is from west bengal
                        Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                          I ordered pizza from local baroda shop and it was stale. I complain to uber eats but they did not listen to me and refun my money back.
                          They said we have taken feedback and we can not refund money.

                          Is this how you have to treat your customer. We have paid for the item and if item is not edible then who is resonsible to support us to get refund. If we have orderd from that website then we can directly tell them about the issue fo the food but i[censored]ber eat is mediator then they are suppose to help to get us refund.

                            Took the uber at holiday innn hotel saki naka pool for mulund. The pool passenger next boarded the car @r. Citi mall ghatkopar. His destination was airoli town. The car first dropped him in airoli and then to mulund and charged me 52.5 extra for the toll in airoli to and fro!!!
                            From r. Citi on lbs could have dropped me to mulund and then airoli via mulund goregaum link road.??? Why i pay for a trip to aiyroli?
                            Please refund my amount in my next trip.

                              I have booked auto on personal account from my residence, ramapuram to my factory located at padi chennai and it is personel account at 8.30 am.

                              The driver vinothkumar auto number: tn05bq4881 called me and asked whether the amount going to be paid by cash or paytm.

                              What is the cash amount shown for the trip? I told the amount.

                              Thereafter vinodkumar never turned or informed his cancellation. I need proper explanation from uber, otherwise i will sue you the mental agony which happened to me due to you and your driver.

                                I booked a under cab at tambaram weer side of railway station. The driver called me back and asked to come near cab without even minding i had heavy luggage s with me. I was composed and went near the vehicle. Now the driver asked how much charges was indicated in app i told him its 176 rupees. The driver asked me cab will not come unless i paid 350 rupees.. I refused & i will pay as per tariff indicated.. Driver was rude and told he did not care even if i lodge a complaint... I was shocked to listen to your driver attitude and i booked another company i expect a decent behavior from uber driver otherwise i am contemplating to change the service provider

                                  The dangerous driver was misbehaving with my pregnant wife and was driving dangerously rising her life.

                                  Taken a bad route and when asked to drive carefully he misbehaved. His name is mohammed, and the date of incidence is 20 jan 2020, 5:30 pm, gurgaon.

                                  Uber is not replying my complain at all. Their poor support team never reply and in case of emergency there is no option for the passenger.
                                  I was ordering food through uber eats, when i selected paytm as my payment mode, all of sudden amount got debited from my card for zaak epayment services and transaction was unsuccessful.
                                  Please help me to resolve this issue and refund my money back

                                    Driver name is syed mudassir
                                    After completion of trip he asked me the change for 2000.00 rupees. As a humanity basis i given the change for 2000 rupees. When i saw the currency note after some time, it was fake note.

                                      Have taken an uber ride ride on 7th jan 2020 till electronic city phase 2, bangalore. The cab need to cross a flyover toll gate while crossing the electronic city flyover. Company generally adds the toll changes in the final bill. But the cab driver asked me to pay the additional cash for the tool gate. When i refused to pay the amt, uber driver started abusing me and even tried to hit me. And i tried to call uber but unfortunately there is no direct call centre/ support details given in the app for woman rider. I have attached the copy of the uber receipt
