Ridiculous service, i have ordered at 12:44 midnight and waiting for delivery that was mention at 1:30 then postpone to 1:40 then 2:10 then 2:40 and den cancelled by itself by uber eats.

It’s pathetic service provided by uber.
I just called at customer care number and he advice me to wait as he can’t do anything and he said to wait and then reorder again and if same happens again he said i can’t do anything.br...

I had booked intercity Uber to travel from Mumbai to Pune on 16th Dec. The estimated cost shown while booking was[protected].

Mid way I had to change the destination and while doing so also the estimate was[protected]. Also, on the website it showed the same estimate.

I was charged Rs 6000/- for the trip.

I have been following up for closure of complaint for nearly 15 days. Still Uber is asking me to wait. I have reached out to you for help.

    I booked uber ride to sitafalmandi to wonderela and My plan change and change destination NTR garden that time fare show amount 402-497 rupees and after reaching NTR garden driver asking 2882 rupees and misbehaving for me and my family.pressure on me to taken 2882 rupees.and false promises by customer service representative and driver.told the amount should be refund you .but uber customer care not response properly.
    I am totally disappointed with uber my journey distance 10kms but uber ride collect 2882 rupees and misbehavior by driver and my one hour west at destination that results my big loss.for valuable time.

        I have been trying to book cab since 3:30 and the drivers o[censored]ber keep calling me and ask for the dropoff location and then they did the camcellation after disconnecting the call. I was standing with the patient outside the hospital and and till 4:30, 6 drivers had cancelles the trip after call.. The details of car and drivers are given in the attachment.

          I had booked an uber auto for which the fare estimate shown to me was rs 26.01. I confirmed the ride and on reaching the destination the final fare was rs63.55. I was shocked to see the high fare even though i hadnt recd any traffic on my way. Uber does this many times. They show a fare at the start and then increase it at the end. On complaining till now they havent replied to my complaints for the refund. What kind of service and cheating is this with the regular customers. Highly disappointed. Need my refund asap.

            I booked an uber auto at bangalore on 28th nov. 2019 at 6.21pm & the driver didn't come to the pick up location. While waiting i noticed that he started the trip from some other location & before i could realise what was happening, the driver completed the trip. I noticed this on my phone & realised that uber charged me rs. 344 debiting my paytm account. I immediately tried to book another auto on uber & same thing happened where driver started the trip without arriving at the pick up location. I cancelled it this time but was charged some nominal amount by uber.
            Later i walked about a km away to try my luck with the booking & this time an auto arrived within minutes of me taking the trip. I completed the trip & was charged for the same.
            When i contacted uber regarding the first two wrong charges, they are disputing the fact that only refunded the 2nd trip charges. The rs. 344 is still not refunded & uber customer service says that i actually took the trip. The gps records say that i was in the same place waiting for the auto. How can i escalate this & get a resolution? They should penalise such drivers & fix their systems. Also refund customers for the inconvenience caused.
            I'm unable to book new ride from my Uber account without completing an outstanding amount of Rs.177. However I've been paid the same through Phonepe application to the driver Amit Kumar Shaw on 3rd Jan'19 at 01:17 am. His Phonepe contact no. is [protected]. Please help to resolve the issue at the earliest.

              This complain is regarding the driver unprofessional attitude he pick me from arihanth arden then he drop me in different location and ask me to go when i said this is not my location please drop me in my location he has started argument and say i did know i cant help you out then i said please drop me in my location if you need more money you can take then he dropped me finally but i believe he is not good fit for this job and is a threat to the customers his car number is up17at1888 maruti suzuki wagonr
              Please take proper action again his so that the people who is taking cab they will feel safe

                Driver cancelled the trip while being 4 minutes away from me. Moreover i was charged with 47/- for the cancellation done by him. However i was refunded with 47/- later. But why this harrassment day after day especially in kolkata? In mumbai uber provides unquestionable service. Please pressurize uber to take punitive action against these culpable and negligent drivers. I have uploaded his details in image section for your convenience to take swift initiative.

                  Double amount has been charged in uber.
                  Fare has been shown as 216 rs for my distance which is near about 15km but the driver asked for 457rs and he has taken 457 rs in cash without returing my amount and i didn't get the receipt too.. I had just taken 4 rides since last 10 years with this uber account and no pending charge was there still uber has charged 457 rs in the place of 216rs. I want my money back today only. Is this the way of charging xtra money with customer?

                    I wish to inform you that, i have attached driver mr mohd nabi hussain to my vehicle no. Mh 43 bg 0238 (Mumbai, india registration no.) and he has done couple of trips for which his app was showing rs.8942/- to be credited to my account. But while checking owners app i. E uber fleet neither his name shown in my driver, s list nor his trips and amount also not credited to my account. He had made trips during 5th november to 20th november 2019.

                    When i approached local uber office i was told said driver is not attached to my vehicle where as i got a mail as per attached about fare adjustment which clearly shown that said driver was attached to my vehicle. I have made several complaints o[censored]ber fleet app but did not get proper response.

                    Hence, i request you to kindly look into issue to resolve it.

                      I booked cab 2 times but without notifying bookings being cancelled which is unprofessional and risk for the journey with family.
                      Here uber drivers behaving completely unprofessional.
                      And also to talk to customer care uber is not proving the phone number also. Not sure how and to whom complaint. There must be proper guidelines even for such cancellation.

                        I am a uber moto partner (Two wheeler) since 16nov2019 my complaint against payment not credited in my bank account.

                        I visited several times and i submitted the my bank statement in my nearest uber seva kendra.
                        There i spoke with mr. Shiva he is taken a complaint he followed 2weeks after that i spoke with mr. P sai kiran he is not given me a commitment when i get the money in my account. Kindly do the need asap.

                          I took an uber cab from dlf phase 4 gurgaon to cyber city dlf phase 2, a distance of 5.4 kms. I however, got billed for 29.5 kms from dlf phase 4 to sohna, thus charging me an extra route from cyber hub to sohna of almost 29 kms. Screenshot of booking and route taken are attached for the uber cab. It seems that the driver did not switch off his machine though he told me so. I have been following up with uber india my emails and a call centre girl called me once but they have not resolved my issue even after 10 followups. Request you to kindly resolve this for me as i have been charged rs 270 extra for a trip i did not take from cyber hub to sohna.

                          I want to point out that the amount was directly debited from my paytm account and hence uber is not keen to resolve as they have already got the maony.

                          Please also publish this to others as i am sure many many more people must be under uber driver frauds like this.

                            Dear team,

                            It was my first ride in kolkata. From railway station to behla chowrasta.
                            I was using app first time so unknowingly the payment method was card by default and as a new user i had booked with that option.

                            When i reached my destination, i wast able to pay the amount through card due to network error. Driver suggested to pay in cash. I had payed and took confirmation about settlement.

                            Now the problem is its still showing unpaid bill amount, which i had already paid in cash. I had submit my issue several times but no response. Why i will pay when uber driver already received amount in cash.

                              Do first train the basis communication skills to your driver, he don't know how to talk with his customers. For past 5 years i am travelling through uber but it's my first time i am facing this type of nonsenses. Even after including the toll fee in the bill, i have to pay the toll seperately and the reason he gave he is out of cash and it's not my headache but then also i need to pay seperately. And the most irritating stuff i faced today is that i need to learn how to get into a car, because i was having my lunch and in that also he had problem. I wanna ask you company that don't you train your drivers?, i seriously have a doubt

                                Respected sir/madam,

                                My wife riya hazra took a ride through uber on 18.12.19 from bikash guha colony, nayabad to dharmatala bus stop at 09:29 am. After completeion of the journey due to non availability of network at that time the driver asked to pay on cash the amount which showed at the time of booking. My wife paid rs 380 on cash. After getting network she found that rs 396.90 has been deducted from her paytm wallet.
                                After lodging complaint on uber website on 20.12.19. Uber replied on 21.12.19 that they cant help as that was a payment against uber system.
                                So i sumanta sarkar on behalf of my mrs riya hazra ask to help us so that we can get back our hard earned money back.

                                  This is second time, my trip was auto cancelled by driver without reaching the pick up point last i had reported through app but no action till now by uber and refund of cancellation charges i have paid (Booked through moble number [protected]). Second time today my wife booked (Through mobile number [protected]) a trip from keshav puram, delhi to punjabi bagh, delhi to pick my son from school and that is also cancelled by driver despite the fact she was waiting at the pick up point and message showing to pay cancellation charges why??? Could you please advise oif you want us to stop using services o[censored]ber as we are regular user or want us to post on all social media and also advise to file complaint with competent authorities.

                                    Rs.223.05 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 13.12.19:12.51 at zaak epayment services, mumbai from a/c...334915.
                                    But the debited amount does not reach uber for the payment of my trip that i had with them. So the transaction becomes unsuccessful
                                    And hence the amount has to be transferred to my a/c. Pleas settele the issue soon. This is the first time this type transactio-failue occurs to me. Let it be the first and last. On 13 th and 14 th you have made two transaction of the same type of amount rs.223.05 for the same trip that i had on 13.12.19. I contacted uber they replied to contact you in turn. Plse try to solve an retun the amount as soon as possible.

                                      It has become a daily routine of the drivers.. The minute we book the cabs.. We get calls from the drivers asking for where is the location. And then they cancel the rides..
                                      At times they give reasons of no cng.
                                      Some drivers even keep us waiting so that we cancel the trip and not them.
                                      One of the driver even told me to go ahead and complain as he is least bothered..
                                      He won't cancel and won't even take the ride..
                                      There should be a cap which u should put on the drivers..
                                      If they cancel more than 3 trips in a month or so.. They will be thrown out o[censored]ber group.
                                      I might stop using uber for good now..
                                      Coz it's become worst now.
                                      I guess ola is doing much better in terms of hiring better drivers.
