502 rupees charged on dec 8th 2019 for a trip to a location i had never requested or went to.

No callback and no replies to my grievance mails to their support.

Charged 502 and doing business with my money.

No option in help to call customer care directly and sort it out.

I can prove that trip never happened with me in the cab, uber knows that. Yet they don't respond and address...

Uber had charged me incorrectly for the trip that i had not taken on 16/06/18. I had booked the cab and drivers number was invalid / not available. Suddenly i saw that cab didi not arrived at my pickup point but was moving towards the destination. So i had cancelled the trip.

For this uber had charged me incorrectly. I had also made several complaints but no use....

Your driver named vijay ended the trip before asking if it was a round trip. Then he took 270 rupees, and he said he would wait. 15 minutes later, he was gone. If you do not take action against your driver, i'll have my lawyer file a legal case against uber. The trip date was dec 7, 2019, and my number used was [protected]. I had booked uber to go to tambaram railway station. This driver intentionally roamed around and said that the starting address was wrong (Even though we were guiding him through phone). After reaching my house, he took the phone from my father telling that he needs to cancel and rebook the cab and booked uber premier (It was in the night and my father didn't have the glasses with him). Due to this, ride which was cancel by driver amount of cancellation rs36 should be deduct from his account
But the amount is added in my new ride amount that was rs94. 36rs extra amount charged from me total 130
Hope you will understand the problem and return my amount as early as possible....

Yesterday i booked a ride at the chennai airport. A car was allotted no
Tn 56 8829, driver xavier jerome. I kept getting message indicating that the car will arriver in 3 minutes. After 15 minutes i called the driver. He asked for the destination and mentioned that he would come.
But after 15 minutes he never showed up.in the mean time i kept getting messages that he would arrive in 3 minutes.

Mene driver ko bola jo bhi fare hota hain aap wo mere guest ko amount refund kr dena. But driver ne mere guest se 510rs charged liya. Driver ne double charg liya hain. Uber issues rider pass for 15% discount.
But when I try to book, the prices are shown higher than normal and then reduced.
When checked with friends account with same destination and at the same time, the fare shown with out rider pass is same as the amount shown in my account after discount.

In last 25 days, i have used uber multiple times but out of those around 3-4 occasions, driver did the following acts which are not acceptable

1 cancelled the trip on their own & fees debited to me
2 driver refused to come as payment mode was thru paytm
3 driver refused to go to noida from delhi (Today 27th nov)
