Hi,

I oredered food from ubereats on 10th jan 2020 at 10:08 pm in bangalore with order id #deb16.

Initially they accepted my order and deliver the stale and rotten food to my home. When i complained about the stale and rotten food they cancelled the order and not returning my money or not reply to my message from last two days. I'm providing couple of executives names hemlata, mayank k, jyoti, ag, ramniwas, harinderpal. These executives are asking me question from last two days and every times i'm providing all the details to these people but they are not resolving. I want my money back with apology letter from ubereats due to the mental agony i faced from last two days.

    I have booked a uber cab at 10.30-10.35pm on 10jan2020. I have got a call from uber driver asking me the drop location. I have denied him to give the location on call and asked him to come. I was talking in a descent language. Still this driver abused me badly and said # you gandu.
    I wan't some action to be taken from ubers higher authorities on this driver immediately. This is a serious case of abusing the customers and this grievance has to be redressed on immediate basis.

      I rajkumar jain travelled on 9th jan 2020 in the cab hired through uber app. Cab hired from igi airport to gurgaon. At the time of the booking fare mentioned rs 473 /- but when i reached destination payment deducted from my pay tm accout rs. 931/-. I found the in the invoice jlxsxmrg[protected] raised for the trip included the charges of the another trip that i had not taken further driver continue the previous trip before pick up from the airport. Total distance mentioned above 60 km but i travelled hardly 22-23 km. Driver also include the toll charges (Kherki dhaula toll & mcd toll) that no where related to my trip. By this factious claims driver cheated me rs. 458 more.in a day driver may have cheated to may passengers and many of them may have not claimed. I wants that apart dor differential fare i should compensate by t he uber for mental tension and time in the follow up the issue. I also feels that uber is also equally responsible and partner in getting the advantage for higher fare. Uber is also responsible for strict action against this criminal drivers who cheated passengers. How can uber support by issue the invoice before review the differnces in intial fare and final fare?
      Driver also continue talking on the personal phone calls that even if strictly prohibited while driving.

      I want apart from the refund action against driver & operator.

        Placed an order on 9th january 2020 from uber eats and when i was paying through debit card rs 72.24 then this amount deducted from paytm and 566.75 rs amount deduct from debit card. I received a message saying that money got debited at zaak epayment service mumbai. This is not acceptable as there is no clear explanation of why money got debited and for what. I want a refund extra amount rs 566.74

          You have charged rs. 20/- from on 27.12.2019 and 03.01.2020 for cancellation of trip. Whereas the trip on first occasion was cancelled due to non reporting of driver despite the calls were made by me. Similarly on second occasion the trip is cancelled by the uber despite the fact that i made few calls to the driver.
          You are requested to refund the same.

          Uber without any update stop rides...for that they don't have proper customer care support to resolve...when I called to given contact no...auto reply pls visit support center... support center is totally unprofessional people sitting in...my main concern is Uber should have proper customer care to resolve the issues with rider..

            I would like to draw your attention over the problem occurred during took a ride from uber.

            The whole story and the painful journey or travel on ride here below i am going to described:

            I took a uber ride today dated 7th january 2020 around afternoon from netaji subhash place to ramjas school, anand parbat, new delhi-110005.
            As usual driver came at my pick up place, i sitted down as crossed just about 3 minutes i told to driver please close the glass of car window, because front two windows were open and my health was not good that time. I was feeling cold from the air coming from outside through it.
            He suddenly spoken me that are you feeling cold even its too hot like summer. I shocked while listen his answer the way of his communication is one of the worst. Again i politely told with light smile that please close the glass window. He again used wrong words and then closed the glass.
            After 5 minutes crossed to this activities, he told me that did you taking cab first time and used abuses me?

            This time i really so much shocked that time i felt why did i took uber ride. Even i would tell you very clear initially i booked from ola but cancelled it just because thinked that uber service is better as well driver are in mannered and professionals.
            But i am really sorry to tell that at any point we can notncomparision ola with uber.
            Its my mistake that took uber instead o[censored]ber after have much more confidence on uber driver.

            The thing is still not completed here. Again after 10 minutes of that ride completed suddenly driver stopped his car at lonely place and was calling to some of his friend to beat. He used abusive languages and might he was drunken. He was trying pushing me on road while de board from his car.
            Today i felt it was scared trip took by uber.

            As the above mentioned points by me not just to inform you about your services and the skills of drivers are in your uber.
            Which type of process did you hire such people in uber that also is shocking.

            See the thing is more panic for me if i could any female members or family memners with me.

            Lastly i urgue as well request or seems to take an order that please block this driver and the cab in uber as well notify me about the same for my this complaint.
            If there will not any action proceed then would be take legal action towards uber while registering complain in court.

            For more clearification please contact me on call where verbally i will explain this incident for record.

              I have been in correspondence with Uber through the app on my trip on 06.01.20 from Radisson Blu Hyderabad to Airport at Hyderabad. All the details on the excess billing and the inconvenience, financial loss and mental trauma can be viewed there. Booking was done for amount of 584/- and at destination was forced to pay 1484/-. Holding a senior citizen 70 years of age and travelling alone is not on. Pls review the excess amount billed which was collected in cash by the driver who has the gumption to tell me. to complain to Uber. Pls don't put me thru financial hardships. My cell no. is [protected]. If you can talk to me I can share my experience with you.

              No amicable response coming forth. Request upper intervention as Uber is ripping customers especially senior citizens.

                I shri ram meena hyderabad on date 01 01 2020 booked uber xl cab from sitafalmandi to ntr garden and estimate fare 402-497 but uber customer service representative and driver promise to me the extra amount due to collect 2882.61 refund you after you help service use. But not response properly customer care service representative and driver. And false promises by customer care executive and driver. That results my family also disappointed. Kindly arrange refundmy extra amount as soon as possible

                I have place order from Uber eats and there are multiple deduction from my account. I have placed for RS 202, and wrong deduction happened for RS 718.

                Kindly refund RS 718 earliest possible time as I have not done the purchase for this amount.

                  I took a drive earlier today from t2 to j block, park place, dlf phase % at 4.14 am. My driver was amit and he charged me 687 rupees showing a fraud receipt. He told me uber is charging now for some airport taxes. I told him my mobile app is showing ~ inr 400 only. He said it will be updated later. I had to pay him as he was bit arrogant and i was tried after a over night journey. He showed me a manipulated uber look like receipt. This very bad for your reputation. I could not do more so rated him with *. Can you do something

                    This is regarding the uber intercity ride which i took on 29th dec 2019 morning 6.55am.
                    I had initially requested for one way drop from ernakulam to guruvayur. The uber app suggested a round trip intercity.
                    My original estimate for round trip was approx rs.2870.in the end i was charged rs.3912 which was way higher than the original quoted amount.
                    I would have not taken the round trip if i was quoted rs.3912 before the start of the trip.

                    In addition i have raised the issue with the uber help team multiple times and i am not getting any positive response. I have been getting generic automated email responses which is really frustrating.
                    Please help to resolve the issue

                      Ridiculous service, i have ordered at 12:44 midnight and waiting for delivery that was mention at 1:30 then postpone to 1:40 then 2:10 then 2:40 and den cancelled by itself by uber eats.

                      It’s pathetic service provided by uber.
                      I just called at customer care number and he advice me to wait as he can’t do anything and he said to wait and then reorder again and if same happens again he said i can’t do anything.

                      Totally waste service, a person who want dinner and ordered at uber eats will be hungry as his customer care executive can’t help you at all if your order get delayed and canceled

                      Really pathetic experience with uber eats.

                      If any one having same experience kindly let me know as i gonna register complaint against uber eats.

                        I had booked intercity Uber to travel from Mumbai to Pune on 16th Dec. The estimated cost shown while booking was[protected].

                        Mid way I had to change the destination and while doing so also the estimate was[protected]. Also, on the website it showed the same estimate.

                        I was charged Rs 6000/- for the trip.

                        I have been following up for closure of complaint for nearly 15 days. Still Uber is asking me to wait. I have reached out to you for help.

                          I am totally disappointed with uber my journey distance 10kms but uber ride collect 2882 rupees and misbehavior by driver and my one hour west at destination that results my big loss.for valuable time.

                              I have been trying to book cab since 3:30 and the drivers o[censored]ber keep calling me and ask for the dropoff location and then they did the camcellation after disconnecting the call.                                 I had booked an uber auto for which the fare estimate shown to me was rs 26.01. I confirmed the ride and on reaching the destination the final fare was rs63.55. I was shocked to see the high fare even though i hadnt recd any traffic on my way. Uber does this many times. They show a fare at the start and then increase it at the end. On complaining till now they havent replied to my complaints for the refund. What kind of service and cheating is this with the regular customers. Highly disappointed. Need my refund asap.

                                  I booked an uber auto at bangalore on 28th nov. 2019 at 6.21pm & the driver didn't come to the pick up location. While waiting i noticed that he started the trip from some other location & before i could realise what was happening, the driver completed the trip. I noticed this on my phone & realised that uber charged me rs. 344 debiting my paytm account. I immediately tried to book another auto on uber & same thing happened where driver started the trip without arriving at the pick up location. I cancelled it this time but was charged some nominal amount by uber.
                                  Later i walked about a km away to try my luck with the booking & this time an auto arrived within minutes of me taking the trip. I completed the trip & was charged for the same.
                                  When i contacted uber regarding the first two wrong charges, they are disputing the fact that only refunded the 2nd trip charges. The rs. 344 is still not refunded & uber customer service says that i actually took the trip. The gps records say that i was in the same place waiting for the auto. How can i escalate this & get a resolution? They should penalise such drivers & fix their systems. Also refund customers for the inconvenience caused.
                                  I'm unable to book new ride from my Uber account without completing an outstanding amount of Rs.177. However I've been paid the same through Phonepe application to the driver Amit Kumar Shaw on 3rd Jan'19 at 01:17 am. His Phonepe contact no. is [protected]. Please help to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                    This complain is regarding the driver unprofessional attitude he pick me from arihanth arden then he drop me in different location and ask me to go when i said this is not my location please drop me in my location he has started argument and say i did know i cant help you out then i said please drop me in my location if you need more money you can take then he dropped me finally but i believe he is not good fit for this job and is a threat to the customers his car number is up17at1888 maruti suzuki wagonr
                                    Please take proper action again his so that the people who is taking cab they will feel safe

                                      Driver cancelled the trip while being 4 minutes away from me. Moreover i was charged with 47/- for the cancellation done by him. However i was refunded with 47/- later. But why this harrassment day after day especially in kolkata? In mumbai uber provides unquestionable service. Please pressurize uber to take punitive action against these culpable and negligent drivers. I have uploaded his details in image section for your convenience to take swift initiative.

                                        Double amount has been charged in uber.
                                        Fare has been shown as 216 rs for my distance which is near about 15km but the driver asked for 457rs and he has taken 457 rs in cash without returing my amount and i didn't get the receipt too.. I had just taken 4 rides since last 10 years with this uber account and no pending charge was there still uber has charged 457 rs in the place of 216rs. I want my money back today only. Is this the way of charging xtra money with customer?
