I had booked uber to go to tambaram railway station. This driver intentionally roamed around and said that the starting address was wrong (Even though we were guiding him through phone). After reaching my house, he took the phone from my father telling that he needs to cancel and rebook the cab and booked uber premier (It was in the night and my father didn't have the glasses with him). The rate went up from 450 rupees to 750 rupees.
We eventually missed our train because he intentionally drove slowly and stopped the car in every possible situation.
He behaved rudely and almost threatened my elderly parents. It is not about the money, but these kind of drivers should not be allowed to drive.

I told to go by straight road from kalupur rly station, madhupura, subhash bridge, to deepbhoomi prt 1 today morning was told we have to follow route shown in GPS i told him, it will change to other route if we go that way, but in vain he did not listened inspite of showing ICard of ISRO who is responsible for this navigation map.He roamed around the river front way which is much longer . time consuming .

    I book ride 6.12.19 - 15:27pm from ghatgate to airport
    Driver mohammed, car maruti suzuki celerio call me and cancel ride
    Due to this, ride which was cancel by driver amount of cancellation rs36 should be deduct from his account
    But the amount is added in my new ride amount that was rs94. 36rs extra amount charged from me total 130
    Hope you will understand the problem and return my amount as early as possible.

      I travelled from 25a sarat bose road to 89 diamond harbour road, shilpara and the fare is rs224.16 by driver faiyaz. On5/12/19, 5-14pm. I tried to pay the amount through paytm but due to network problem it was not done instantly. After getting down i asked the driver whether the payment was done through paytm. He said the payment not received through paytm and demanded cash. I and my wife two senior citizens were coming from hospitals were too much tired andpaid cashrs224 to the driver faiyaz. Later after coming to my house i saw the payment was done through paytm. When i complaint to
      Uber they refused to take any action.

          Yesterday i booked a ride at the chennai airport. A car was allotted no
          Tn 56 8829, driver xavier jerome. I kept getting message indicating that the car will arriver in 3 minutes. After 15 minutes i called the driver. He asked for the destination and mentioned that he would come.
          But after 15 minutes he never showed up.in the mean time i kept getting messages that he would arrive in 3 minutes.
          Since he did not show up even after 15 minutes he did not show up.
          I called the driver twice and he cut my calls.
          I cancelled the trip and rebooked and got a cab after 15 minutes.
          You have charged cancellation of rs.30 for no fault of mine.
          This is extremely poor service to say the least
          You need to let me know as to what happened and return the charge.

            Please update on my email id. I am a regular user o[censored]ber. I call on my several times however driver do not pick the phone. I trying uber customer care but the numbers are not working. Please arrange the needful.
            Doesn't even know how to treat a customer, simply stealing the customers money with out delivering the food, the customer care representatives are rude, delivery boys are careless, they are taking money from customers and not delivering the food.

Aur mene uber k customer care main mene complain ki hain. Aur customer care vale bol rahe hain ki policy k hisab se hum apko refund nahi de sakte. Toh sir mene uber valo ko bola k aap mujhe driver ka number de. Ya aap driver se meri conference main bat karvaye. Aur unhone mana kiya. Esa nahi hoga esa bola unhone. Toh sir plz meri help kare aap.                 Uber issues rider pass for 15% discount.
                But when I try to book, the prices are shown higher than normal and then reduced.
                When checked with friends account with same destination and at the same time, the fare shown with out rider pass is same as the amount shown in my account after discount.
                After that I checked it several times in the past 2 days, every time the account with rider pass is shown higher charges and given discount.
                Below attached pictures, check ubergo rate, normal account is 122rs and one with rider pass is 140rs and discounted to 119rs

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I am using uber from this email address and my mobile number registered is +91 [protected]. I had a problem with the driver during my trip in delhi on 19th november 2019.

                  The trip estimate showed on inr 582, but he asked me inr 1000 though the green screen was only showing inr 742.56. He said it is a toll fee and is not reflected in the bill. Later i got the receipt which says that he has collected only inr 400 from me and the balance will be charged on my next trip. The driver did not also behave professionally during the trip.
                  1. He did not come to the pickup point where i requested, he asked me to come to another place to board the trip.
                  2. When i reached the car, he was not in the car and was chatting to someone in another place.
                  3. When i asked about the fare estimate shown on my mobile and the cost he was asking me, he took my mobile and did something in the uber app. I'm unable to use the app because of these issues.
                  4. He did not drop me in the drop location i mentioned.

                  He misguided me saying that was the location i requested and asked me to get down, but i found that my drop location was three buildings away.

                  I have also made a complaint through my mobile app several times. But i have not got any response from uber team.

                  Please find the screenshots enclosed. Requesting a strong action against the driver and also helping me to resolve my issues

                    I was transacting my uber paytm wallet with some money through net banking, however after the transaction the paytm wallet in uber did not reflect the amount, and my money is deducted from my bank, now none of the company want to claim for this issue, and i do not know how to solve this problem, i have contacted both the companies through email, as clearly their call center doesn't exist, but with no resolve, hence i want this problem to be taken utmost importantly by consumer complaints with the respective companies. As i believe they have clearly made a fraud with me on this instance.

                      I booked my ride from uber. Veh. No. Mp09ta7901. Driver phoned and told for his acceptance. Later after some time, he phoned and informed that he is not coming and i should book some other vehicle. When i tried to cancel, it came that i will have to bear the partial expenses. So i did not cancel the ride.
                      One instance of such nature had earlier happened and i had to pay it in my next ride. So i have not used uber for a year. I do not want to pay for a ride which i have not taken due to driver's refusal.

                        I booked and wrote an uber bike this morning. From guru dronacharya metro station to v-12/19, dlf-iii, gurgaon, haryana. When i booked it the fare was showing rs.14 something; after we reached the destination, the fare changed to rs.28 something. I had paid rs 20/- to the driver thinking that i happily tipped him rs.5 over & above the asked fare. But as i was leaving the driver called me back and told me that the fare had changed. This is totally unfair. The fare should not change after booking. The amount is not much but what puts me off is that i booked for 'x' amount & i was charged 'x+y' after riding. Dear uber this is wrong
                        Cab driver said 2 paise ki sawari to my sister. He used abusive language. He drop in the middle of trip. I am asking for the update but your customer care is not responding. We need apology from driver. How can a women travel in cab if that kind of cheap driver are their in your company. Please tell me do we need to go to police station.

                          On 15th of august, uber eats charged me twice for single order. On asking, they told me that one of charge was pending for order of may month. They told me different cases at different conversion. Sometime they asked me to consult with my bank, sometime they said that i didn't pay amount for previous order. On different conversion, they finally agreed that it was there fault. They didn't update the payment that was made by cash. I want to fine them and also want to refund my amount in my bank account, not in their application wallet

                          I ordered food in Uber eats but they bring wrong food and I complaint to Uber eats they said your money will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 days, but till now no money received and no response from them I'm asking daily for help but no response.

                            I am extremely disappointed with the uber services, this is my third time, first two times i let it go and this time i had to write,

                            Today i booked an uber moto at 9.45 morning and the moto suppose to reach me at 9.55 but it never got reach on time i was pissed off, i called him but he didn't answer my call despite he rejected my call four times, then he put the status as he has arrived and my journey has started, i was very angry and because of him i reached 45 minutes late today to my office my attendance has gone, please take action against him, i would be grateful.

                              Hi uber team,

                              I would like to inform you about an incident that happened just now an hour back. My car was parked outside my house in new alipore when suddenly an uber drive speed his car in full speed and banged against my car. My car was halted but still he banged into my car and damaged it. The bumper is crushed with huge dent, the tyre is punctured and rim broken. The uber car no: wb 04 h 5284 is responsible for the damage and the driver is trying to shove off the responsibility of damaging my car. I am hereby attaching pic of my damaged car.

                              I believe uber does have third party insurance and i want compensation for the same. Please help me out on this matter.

Recently i purchase a wagonr from my friend and tried to attach with uber but due to some lack of information about attqchment i found a guy outside uber office stating that he is fron uber partner and he will definitely attach my car with uber and asked for 3000 rupees. And i was not aware about how to attach a car so i aggreed and he take moneyfrom my self and didnt recieve any calls.
                                Uber is reputative compaby why peoples like this doing like this
                                My money is totally waste becahse of tgis person. His name is happy(amit saini) and i m also attaching the screenshots.
                                I will be very happy if you check and block this type of persons fron uber till then im not attaching cars with uber

                                    I booked a ride for my guest from nyay khand 3 to sarai kale khan railway station, driver cancelled ride in app and he came to pick up point. Completed the ride and when asked for bill he said rs 1200 and my guest paid that. Later when they said that we have paid rs 1200 in cash (Its too much expensive) i got surprised about the charges and thought to go in app and see the amount and raise a ticket. But then i saw that ride was cancelled by uber driver.
                                    This is very disgusting and unprofessional.
                                    I am not going to use this app. Earlier i was using ola but yesterday i thought to book it from uber and this happens.
                                    Need my money back anyhow otherwise i know how to take it.

                                      I just booked a cab on uber which was costing around 350 and u er asked me to buy a ride pass for 15% discount. Right after i purchased the pass the cost was showing 390 (After discount).. I searched on my friend’s phone and the same ride on his app still showed around 350.

                                      Uber india is cheating consumer in the name of ride pass and increases the ride cost after one purchases the pass.
                                      On 21st nov 2019 I cancelled my trip around 1345 hrs booked through cell no [protected] chennai. Please refund cancellation charges already collected in next trip by uber services. R.Balakrishnan cell [protected]

                                        So, i've used uber eats to order a biryani, but got hair in the rice. Then i contacted the customer care, they replied my account was flagged with over credits so we can't give you any refund. How is this fair? I live in a pg in jadavpur, so i use uber eats frequently, and the restaurant too do some bad mistakes. So is this my fault to use it too much?
