Rs.223.05 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 13.12.19:12.51 at zaak epayment services, mumbai from a/c...334915.
But the debited amount does not reach uber for the payment of my trip that i had with them. So the transaction becomes unsuccessful
And hence the amount has to be transferred to my a/c. Pleas settele the issue soon. This is the first time this type transactio-failue occurs to me. Let it be the first and last. On 13 th and 14 th you have made two transaction of the same type of amount rs.223.05 for the same trip that i had on 13.12.19. I contacted uber they replied to contact you in turn. Plse try to solve an retun the amount as soon as possible.

    It has become a daily routine of the drivers.. The minute we book the cabs.. We get calls from the drivers asking for where is the location. And then they cancel the rides..
    At times they give reasons of no cng.
    Some drivers even keep us waiting so that we cancel the trip and not them.
    One of the driver even told me to go ahead and complain as he is least bothered..
    He won't cancel and won't even take the ride..
    There should be a cap which u should put on the drivers..
    If they cancel more than 3 trips in a month or so.. They will be thrown out o[censored]ber group.
    I might stop using uber for good now..
    Coz it's become worst now.
    I guess ola is doing much better in terms of hiring better drivers.

      When i am booking any ride drivers asking to cancel the ride asking us to pay through cash otherwise there are canceling the trips they are saying that that they are getting payment delay in my last trip driver said that trip is 130 i will come only for 180 and asking for cash only bh canceling the trip. I don't understand when driver canceling why i been charged 10 rs two times please give me the reason and resolution for the same. My registered number is [protected].
      My ride from Belapur Navi Mumbai to Thane has been cancelled by 4 drivers. What should I do ?

        -client number not available

        -accepted food order but was not reflecting in the uber eats app, money was deducted but no refund, also there is no customer srevice representative for the app also nowhere it was mentioned in the app whom to contact, also at my home my guests didn't receive the food which i ordered on the app

        -i must get refund asap also they should provide more than my refund amount as i had to invest my time to get my money whereas it should be much more eaier process for this kind of issue.

          I had ordered 2 burgers from jack n lerry restraunt by using ubereats app. I have paid for the order by using paytm. After some time i recieve a message saying the delivery guy is not able to reach you. I send this guy my adress via. Uber eats app. Then after some time i get a message saying the delivery guy couldnt reach you so the order is cancelled and the paid amount is not refundable. I tried to contact customer care support via. Uber eats app, i have no reply from the customer care& no refund is yet received.

            My Name is Karan Mathew, I am currently in Bangalore and this incident happened in Bangalore. I had ordered food from Empire Hotel Koramangala, Bangalore. I had ordered Tandoori Chicken worth Rs330 and the delivery person who was very late in his job delivered me the wrong order and gave tandoori rooti and dal and as soon i came to know about this o tried calling the delivery person(Avinash) and his phone was not getting connected. I tried contacting uber eats and no response from them too. I asked for the refund and they aren't replying. I am sure that i have defaulted any of my duties such as refraining to pay for my order they would have contacted me at that point. I am in such a position that i cant get help from anyone.

              12dec2019: i need to stay few more hours at office due to some urgent work and so placed an order for my kids at home in uber eats so that they will have dinner but delivery did not happened at my residence.

              I have placed online order in uber eats, hyderabad at paradise biryani - kukatpally

              Order did not delivered and person (Mr. Babu) was not carrying mobile with him. Mobile number that was specified in app is being used by his brother. +[protected].
              Once i got status "delivered" message then immediately i have contacted uber eats customer care center. Executive specified order amount rs.542 correctly however after listening to my issue immediately he changed his sentence that "there is some technical issue so reach customer care after 10min so that they will look into it and refund the amount" and after 15min i am unable to reach customer support.
              I have updated the issue in uber eats also but till now no response from them.

                The driver refused my trip and asked us to travel to where he was standing. I am traveling with my wife and kid. This behavior is unacceptable and highly unsafe.

                Even though i highlighted that i was feeling unsafe due to driver's behavior and there is no immediate action on it. The least i would have expected from the uber team is to pick up the phone and check-in to see if everything is alright. Instead, for the next ride, uber charged me higher for the same route, and have the audacity to tell me there is no policy on compensation. This is sheer neglect and robbery.

I want back my money to three drives First drive is: Date 8-12-19 my app amount is 134.82 but driver take cash 365.82. I have seen in recepit mention tolls, surcharge & fees not provide by driver to any trip. My family and me here there is no toll not another fee paid by the driver.                     Three times same issue in one day driver taking charges to much higher wrong amount taken my app amount is lower and driver app amount is higher. 3 times driver change sudden comes in my location and he has changed the driver and cab number. This is not a small issue this type issue raise rape case. I want my money on my bank account. Again i am not using uber. Please refund my money back. I attach all receipt as a proof. What the actual amount and he took amount for the near destination huge amount. Please see attachment of image.

                      I booked an uber around 5 pm first i book an auto and it consume 15mins and then when it didn't come i booked a cab the cab driver keep telling that he will be there in our pickup location in 5 min and he didn't for 40 min we called him multiple times and he always told us that he will be there in 5 mins and after all this time he cancelled the trip and we had our movie planned at 5:20 then we have to take an auto by auto stand and by the time we reach there first half is already gone we need refund for our movie loss.

                      Once the movie is finished i again book an uber it showed 94 rupee (If paid by paytm) but by the end of the trip 166 rupee duducted from my paytm account. I need refund for this as well. When we cancel a ride uber charge a certain money from us. I want the same for the extra money they took from us and the amount of time i lost.

                      And we also tried to reach uber by using there help section in uber app but we didn't got any response from them. So please try to make them give our movie money (Rs 790) as well as the extra amount (Rs 166-94=72) they took from us and it's total is rs 862 and we need compensation amount for our mental stress.

                        The vehicle sent was a wagon r, i booked a pool.
                        The pool already had 3 passengers.
                        1 customer had booked a single seat and the other had booked seats for 2.

                        Being the fourth passenger i had very little space, that too besides a male passenger.

                        Throughout the journey i had to sit cramped up.

                        Before booking i had no idea about the number of passengers.

                        502 rupees charged on dec 8th 2019 for a trip to a location i had never requested or went to.

                        No callback and no replies to my grievance mails to their support.

                        Charged 502 and doing business with my money.

                        No option in help to call customer care directly and sort it out.

                        I can prove that trip never happened with me in the cab, uber knows that. Yet they don't respond and address my grievance.

                          Uber had charged me incorrectly for the trip that i had not taken on 16/06/18. I had booked the cab and drivers number was invalid / not available. Suddenly i saw that cab didi not arrived at my pickup point but was moving towards the destination. So i had cancelled the trip.

                          For this uber had charged me incorrectly. I had also made several complaints but no use.
                          Yesterday before I used to rid6with uber at mid night but my dropping location is different from which I have chosen & my amount is deducted unexpected from my paytm accounts. I want my money back.u cheated me by the mode of online fraude.

                            Your driver named vijay ended the trip before asking if it was a round trip. Then he took 270 rupees, and he said he would wait. 15 minutes later, he was gone. If you do not take action against your driver, i'll have my lawyer file a legal case against uber. The trip date was dec 7, 2019, and my number used was [protected]. It took place at 11:24am, and total amount was 227rs but he took 270 as mentioned and did not wait and ended the trip before asking if it was a round trip. His car was a maruti suzuki wagon r. As i said, if you do not take action against this driver and suspend him, i am having my lawyer take legal action against uber india.

                              I had booked uber to go to tambaram railway station. This driver intentionally roamed around and said that the starting address was wrong (Even though we were guiding him through phone). After reaching my house, he took the phone from my father telling that he needs to cancel and rebook the cab and booked uber premier (It was in the night and my father didn't have the glasses with him). The rate went up from 450 rupees to 750 rupees.
                              We eventually missed our train because he intentionally drove slowly and stopped the car in every possible situation.
                              He behaved rudely and almost threatened my elderly parents. It is not about the money, but these kind of drivers should not be allowed to drive.
                              same with me today.
                              I told to go by straight road from kalupur rly station, madhupura, subhash bridge, to deepbhoomi prt 1 today morning was told we have to follow route shown in GPS i told him, it will change to other route if we go that way, but in vain he did not listened inspite of showing ICard of ISRO who is responsible for this navigation map.He roamed around the river front way which is much longer . time consuming .

                                Driver mohammed, car maruti suzuki celerio call me and cancel ride
                                Due to this, ride which was cancel by driver amount of cancellation rs36 should be deduct from his account
                                But the amount is added in my new ride amount that was rs94. 36rs extra amount charged from me total 130
                                Hope you will understand the problem and return my amount as early as possible.

                                  I travelled from 25a sarat bose road to 89 diamond harbour road, shilpara and the fare is rs224.16 by driver faiyaz. On5/12/19, 5-14pm. I tried to pay the amount through paytm but due to network problem it was not done instantly. After getting down i asked the driver whether the payment was done through paytm.                                     I travelled from 25a sarat bose road to 89 diamond harbour road, shilpara and the fare is rs224.16 by driver faiyaz. On5/12/19, 5-14pm. I tried to pay the amount
                                    Through paytm but due to network problem it was not done instantly. After getting
                                    Down i asked the driver whether the payment was done through paytm. He said the
                                    Payment not received through paytm and demanded cash. I and my wife two senior
                                    Citizens were coming from hospitals were too much tired andpaid cashrs224 to the driver faiyaz. Later after coming to my house i saw the payment was done thrugh paytm. If your driver deceives anyone is it not your duty to interrogate
                                    The driver and take action. So i again appeal to you to contact the driver and return
                                    The amount rs224 to my paytm wallet soon.

                                      Yesterday i booked a ride at the chennai airport. A car was allotted no
                                      Tn 56 8829, driver xavier jerome. I kept getting message indicating that the car will arriver in 3 minutes. After 15 minutes i called the driver. He asked for the destination and mentioned that he would come.
                                      But after 15 minutes he never showed up.in the mean time i kept getting messages that he would arrive in 3 minutes.
                                      Since he did not show up even after 15 minutes he did not show up.
                                      I called the driver twice and he cut my calls.
                                      I cancelled the trip and rebooked and got a cab after 15 minutes.
                                      You have charged cancellation of rs.30 for no fault of mine.
                                      This is extremely poor service to say the least
                                      You need to let me know as to what happened and return the charge.
