cancellation fees & other issues

Dear concerned,

In last 25 days, i have used uber multiple times but out of those around 3-4 occasions, driver did the following acts which are not acceptable

1 cancelled the trip on their own & fees debited to me
2 driver refused to come as payment mode was thru paytm
3 driver refused to go to noida from delhi (Today 27th nov)

Can you please explain and revert...

cancelling ride and then came to pickup

I booked a ride for my guest from nyay khand 3 to sarai kale khan railway station, driver cancelled ride in app and he came to pick up point. Completed the ride and when asked for bill he said rs 1200 and my guest paid that. Later when they said that we have paid rs 1200 in cash (Its too much expensive) i got surprised about the charges and thought to go in app and see the amount and raise a ticket. But then i saw that ride was cancelled...

ride pass cheat

I just booked a cab on uber which was costing around 350 and u er asked me to buy a ride pass for 15% discount. Right after i purchased the pass the cost was showing 390 (After discount).. I searched on my friend’s phone and the same ride on his app still showed around 350.

Uber india is cheating consumer in the name of ride pass and increases the ride cost after one purchases the pass....

not getting refund after getting a biryani with hair

So, i've used uber eats to order a biryani, but got hair in the rice. Then i contacted the customer care, they replied my account was flagged with over credits so we can't give you any refund. How is this fair? I live in a pg in jadavpur, so i use uber eats frequently, and the restaurant too do some bad mistakes. So is this my fault to use it too much?...

rash driving by uber driver

This is in regards to complaint against uber driver vehicle no. Ts07 ua 9941. He was overspeeding between suncity and bandlaguda jagir route in hyderabad. I was riding on a bike an driving in extreme left lane and he overtook another car from left side and just brushed my leg. uber eats didn't deliver still deducted money

I have ordered food from uber eats on 25 november around 2:30 before their app/service become unavailable which is at 3 am. My order has been placed and carried by delivery partner from restaurant to my address between this time uber services went offline and my contact with delivery partner cut down. After an hour waiting i got mail that my order got canceled and money is deducted from by paytm account....

yet to receive refund

I used zaak epayment to pay my order from uber eats.. Paymemt was successful but since order was cancelled by the resturant.. I got a message stating that my refund will be intiated by zaak epayment within 7 working days.. Its already been 3 working days im yet to get my refund. And their is no notification about the status... So please hlp me on the same....

uber trip cancelled but cancellation charges claimed by uber

On 21 november 2019 i tried from my cell [protected] at chennai ashoknagar in uber schedule around 1330 hours for booking a car around 1615 hrs to go from my residence 18 lic colony ashoknagar 11th avenue to sundaram temple at raja annamalaipurm. Before i confirm my trip uber taxi came to my house 1345 hrsiself and hence i cancelled trip and told driver. Anyhow you charged around rs 45 for cancellation. missing food items in order : #95de6

I ordered 1chicken thali & 2 rotis extra. I was supposed to get 5 rotis in total (3 in thali & 2 extra) but i only got delivered with 2 rotis. And i contacted their customer support in app but they only replied with "sorry for your inconvenience". But what about my money. They should refund me atleast some of my money for incomplete order. It's not my mistake, it's their mistake. I want my refund....

charged for a ride that was not taken

My ref# / tran id [protected]
I have just started my uber service in india, i was in between the ride configuration and the app was not proceeding to accept the payment details. Even after i had given all details for paytm. I did not get message for the ride confirmation for 10 mins. No one called me. And then i was charged 100 for no ride.
This is rediculous.
I need my money back....

I was charged for the trip which I didn't take

unauthorized storage of private financial data

Uber india disabled my account in may 2018 with no stated reason. When inquired, the customer service has only replied with a tempaltized response that my account is disabled "by the automatic system" and "we can't let you know what is the reason". After unsuccessful attempts to get my account reactivated, to find out what really caused the deactivation in the first place, i reached out to uber with little success and no further specific...

trip started and ended without the passenger, and got billed for that

I had booked the uber auto on 18th nov 2019 at around 12:45 am from the destination: lido mall, swamy vivekananda rd, halasuru, bengaluru

To: sr layout murugeshpalya, banglore

And the expected fare was around between rs. 130-170 as shown by the uber app

But the driver started the trip without me from the location: "magrath road" and ended at "shanthala nagar, ashok nagar", for which i charged 568.25...

uber eats / delivery doesn't happen and payment also gone

After i called customer care, i didn't get any proper response from them then i mailed to ceo, vice president, operation head from ubereats but i didnt get any support from them.. Till now i did received my payment also.

booked an auto but a cab arrived

We booked an auto from moulali to sainikpuri for an amount of rs.98/- and we confirmed the ride but premier car arrived andfor rs, 253, 50. We were not aware of cancellation charges and we were forced to take the ride. Booked by m. Sivasankaram ph, no.[protected]. Pls arrange to take up the issue and reimburse the extra money. charged for cancelled food order due to delivery executive issue

I am checking status continously and order also picked. As soon as order picked, suddenly i could see order cancelled. I dont know why its cancelled. uber eats did not deliver food and no refund was initiated

I had ordered 2 mcflurry oreo medium and 1 mcaloo tikki burger from mcdonals via uber eats and for a long time it was displayed that the meal is being prepared so we waited but just after that we got a notification that "your courier couldn't reach you, so this order was canceled without a refund." this is ridiculous as the delivery guy didn't call us anytime and we had already paid online for the service. incorrect order received

I have received missing food items and incorrect order is the past 2 orders when i notified it to the customer care they just say high credit activity. It doesn't make any sense, why should i pay for something which i got wrong and something which i haven't received. This is not fair and 💰 money doesn't come easy or growing in trees. I need proper reply regarding this. Please do some justice for my hard earned money...

previous 5 orders been canceled

One of the stupidest app available in the market my previous five orders got canceled and customer care is saying due to high credits we are unable to help you with your orders. I spoke with some girl divya today and she refuse to get me connected with restaurant to check status on my current orders.

Is this a right way to deal with customers. Is this a customer service.

You guys are unable to deliver right food...
