I book uber intercity 24/05/2019 from kolkata airport to my home. The total fare rs 774.38.

But uber driver rashpal tell me that i pay rs 100 extra as a airport toll fee. Then i pay total amount rs 874 in cash.

But after that i check uber bill its show toll surcharges include in 774.34 rs,
Then i complaint uber customer care and the do anything.

    I am Raghunandan V Kulkarni residing in Bangalore. I had booked cab from Yelahanka to Mahadevpura for my parents on 25th May 2019. While booking the bill that was estimated was Rs 286. Also while booking I had selected cash option. After reaching the destination the driver informed that his network is not working to verify the amount. He requested us to pay whatever was estimated. So my Dad payed the driver Rs 286. But after driver left the spot, I noticed that an amount of 361 is deducted from my Uber credits apart from Rs 286 paid in cash. Immediately I informed Uber against the double payment done and requested for refund of Rs 361. Even after repeated requests Uber is not at all responding appropriately. They have just refunded Rs 150 and are washing their hands saying that they cannot do anything as cash payment done was outside Uber system. I am not sure how it is out of their system when it is clear that double payment has happened. I have requested multiple times for refund of Rs 361 but Uber not at all acting to the request. I request for necessary and stringent action against Uber and also the driver.

      I booked uber yesterday from bandra holy family hospital to mithul enclave and forgot my very costly bag and in that bag there was a boatime headphones and from yesterday I'm callinot my uber driver he is on the picking up the call he picked up the call one and told that he will call u in the evening but he didn't called back uber this is my humble request I want my bag and the headphones back thank you

        Hi team,

        I scheduled a ride for 1st may 2019, 4:45 am. I scheduled this ride the previous night - on 30th april night. The ride was cancelled by uber and a notification on the app was sent to me at 4:35 am on 1st may 2019, saying that there is a payment issue. I could not understand how can a ride be cancelled just 1 min before teh scheduled departure. I had a train to catch for my vacation for 5 days.

        I wrote about this issue through the "help" on the uber app. A execute, sweety, called me and told me that the ride was cancelled by uber and cancelled by me on 30th april night itself. I did not agree to that, so she wrote the same on the message on the app and asked me to even pay for the cancellation charge. - second problem - fudging the data and lying to customer.

        I did not agree to message also and sent her a reply. Then again in few minutes another executive, bharat called me. When i explained him the entire episode and he checked the data again. He confirmed it to me that the ride was cancelled by uber due to paytm issue. Because your driver partner did not want paytm as payment option. I asked him to escalate this issue as he told me that nothing is in his hand and he could not help me out with this. He got me rahul (Supposedly sme) on the line. He again repeated the similar story what sweety told me. When i confronted him that your own employee has confroted him to get bharat on the same line and do a conference call. He refused arrogantly and showed the weight of his higher designation by saying that whatever he tells will be the final words and bharat words will not be counted. I countered and told him i can not agree to this. He sent me a message again on the similar line what sweety sent me and tried to close it. I did not agree and again i sent him a message showing him my disagreement. Questioned about the data integrity, data protection and fraud against customer.

        All these conversations happened on 5th may 2019. And after my final message i did not receive any reply.

        My simple questions here are -

        1. How was the data on scheduling, cancelling of my ride has been altered. And there was no mail on my email id was sent in this regard. Its a clear case of fudging the data.
        2. Where is the data protection policy o[censored]ber. There should be all the data and call records with uber. Some how everything is missing or deleted or altered. What is the policy regarding that?
        3. What are your policies for fraud against a customer? Because this is a clear case of fraud. Evasion of data has been done to clear the case and get rid of any kind of liability.

        I request you to address my question and provide the resolution to my grievance.

        This issue is probably not just for me. This could be happening with so many customers because this is related to data privacy, protection and fraud.

          My registration mob num is [protected] (Rohit) with uber. My account has been permanently rejected. I visit sewa kendra and they said that your background check fails. And said a case is pending in allahabad cjm court. But i told them that i am from bihar. That case is not mine they made a mistake and rejected my account, because i never go to allahabad. Then how is it possible?

            Trip detail : bangalore airport to kammanahalli
            Estimation charges showed : 768
            Got cab details as tata zest
            But driver came with etios
            When asked, he said same owner for both vehicles
            He took scary and unknown route to skip toll charges (Which was part of 768 estimation charges)
            When asked the driver, he simply denied saying that he din't want to pay toll charges
            He was abusive when asked him why he took different route

            After the trip ended, the driver demanded 1200rs

            Wrote email to uber, it's been about 2 months now, no resolution

            They made the situation even worst, they added 768 in uber dues, now i am not able to book the cab, it's asking me to clear dues

            I booked a cab which showed me amount of around Rs 530, but when i arrived at my destination the application showed to pay Rs 830.The cab took no longer route, neither it got struct in traffic at any point of time.
            This is really very very pathetic.

              The uber cab was booked to t2 mumbai airport costing rs.377/-. As i was about to get down after the trip, the driver tells me that for some technical reason the trip is not closing and i should pay cash though i showed him the paytm blocked amount for the trip. Even in my app the trip was not closed. He assured me that he would ensure i get back my cash if the money gets cut from the paytm after the trip gets closed. Trusting him and as i was travelling to another state and did not want him to have a loss paid him rs.380/-. I took down his personal mobile number (Paramjeet, [protected]) and rushed to check-in. He promised me in case my paytm is deducted he would ensure it is paid back through the app, which i, unfortunately, trusted in good faith. I could have just walked away saying once the trip gets closed the money will be credited into the uber account. Within 5-7 min after he left the trip was closed and the money was deducted from my paytm. Then itself i suspected foul play that he had cheated me by not closing the trip. When i called him and told him it has been deducted and he assured me it will be refunded back. Also told me just paytm the money back to my mobile and the issue is resolved and he said ok. But again i called him in the night once i reached hyderabad and the call was cut as i was trying to ask him what his action plan was. It is now confirmed that he cheated me by not closing the trip and insisted i pay cash and also assured me it will be refunded through the uber app. Driver name: parmjeet, [protected]

                Hi,

                I have a duplicate/wrong charge on my paytm wallet by ubereats.

                I have ordered biryani from biryani by kilo from ubereats of order value rs. 223.95 on 25th may 2019. A successful transaction of rs 223.95 is also recorded on my paytm wallet statement at 25th may 2019, 13:39:50 for the same having

                Then again i got a notification on 26th may 2019 around 1:40 pm that an amount of 223.95 is deducted from my paytm wallet for an ubereats order containing

                Transaction id [protected]-05-26 01:40:02 pm."

                To which i raised a request to ubereats customer support team via ubereats help section with screenshot of my paytm statement. To which they replied this is an authorization hold which will be release inn next 6 hours.

                But after regular followups with paytm and ubereats, paytm is stating there is two successful transaction from my wallet for same amount for which they cannot help me out only merchant can be approached in this case. And now ubereats support team is telling me there is not duplicate charge on my paytm account as per their backend team, there is only one amount deducted for that order.
                I need my refund back and want compensation for the harassment done by ubereats india for chasing them and still not resolving my issue.

                  Ordered a food in uber eats on 30th may 2019. After the delivery guy started from restaurant the order got cancelled automatically but customer care person told i called and requested for cancellation of order which i didn't. No refund for uber eats technical issue. Very worst service. How they are getting an voice chat requested for order cancellation and recording of the cancellation request should be shared.

                    I was forced to pay an additional charge of rs180 while placing an order from uber eats. I have checked all my uber rides and there are no cab cancellation charge or anything as such for which i am liable to pay for. I have checked each and every receipt o[censored]ber ride to cross verify.

                    They didn't even gave any proof of rs180 and they directly charged additional rs180 for the food order via uber eats were the actually cost of the food was rs116 + rs180 additionally charged by them totalling rs296.

                    I need a refund of my amount deducted as soon as possible.

                      I made a ride and before the ride it was showing some other estimated amount and after the ride it just got doubled in the name of taxes. The worst part of this application is that i could not find any contact no. Of the customer support neither on the application nor on the google. The only which i found and tried contacting was also not reachable. This is the worst part and really very disgusting. At least provide help and dont irritate your customer to the hell. I am providing here the receipt and i want the refund of my money in any possible way. Atleast give a proper contact no. Anywhere so that we could not just end up frustating ourself.

                        I have been using Uber for rides in Pune area. For past year Uber has been maintaining car-hire rates that are affordable to common users like me. However there is an increase in car-hire rates from Uber India for same distance. These are no more affordable any more. I would like to know the reason for suddenly increasing car-hire rates to very high levels

                          Yesterday at 7:14 pm i boarded a uber cab (White maruti suzuki alto) from keyatala road garden cafe to 41, pally durga puja club, near karunamoyee kalibari. But when we were heading from mahanayak uttam kumar metro station suddenly the driver took a uncertain turn from the main road. I at that very moment objected towards the turn into the dark and narrow roads, he started arguing with me and threatened to leave me that area. I asked him to stop the car as it was deviating from the gps route. I got down from the car and i declined to pay him. He started to chase me and tried to snatch my purse. He even tried to hold me by my hand and shoulder. I in turn pushed him back. I was having my kid and my other luggages with me. 2 bikers came and inquired about what was happening and and then he went off saying i am not paying him. But why would i pay? Because he has left in middle of the road. I decided to complain about the incident.

                            I am staying in elita promenade. Drivers refuse to come inside the complex stating that destination ends outside elita. They are not considering even senior citizens.

                            Many a time auto drivers cancel trip 10 to 15 minutes after booking is confirmed causing lot of waiting time. Sometimes i had to wait for more than 30 minutes from apollo hospital, with 2 cancellations.

                              I have booked some items on uber, money got deducted and the order was not placed. It happened twice, but the order was not placed. Two times money got deducted. When i asked customer care support, they are telling like i need to pay an outstanding balance of 37.50 again. I have valid proofs of debit from my account. This is the second or third time, they are asking in such a way. One more thing, is its very difficult to contact uber eats customer care only text messaging is available and no one responding properly for any query. I am not able to order food even. But every time i order it's showing irrelevant payments which were already done previously. These uber eats are not at all concerned about the consumer issues. Never replied properly, no proper assistance.

                                My father had taken the trip from new delhi railway station to sarita vihar on 31st may 2019. Driver sensed that he is outsider and will not know if he will take wrong route, so he had taken kalindi kunj route which had toll for taxi, entering from noida to delhi. Trip amount estimated at beginning of trip was 256 and i was charged 487, inclusive of 231 toll charges. Who is at mistake, driver who took wrong route or myself, who had booked the uber cab for my father. I am riding with uber since 2015, and this behavior was very unprofessional, there was no option in support for selecting that driver taken wrong route. Driver refused to call uber customer care, he said he dont know any number to call.
                                Uber should refund the extra charges done for trip.

                                    Today i order from food paradise restaurant using uber eats. The transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my card but the order didn't get placed. I have uploaded a screenshot of the message of that transaction. The order was chicken triple rice and the amount was 145. This is the second time this has happened with me. Please look into the matter and return the amount as soon as possible.

                                        Today in kolkata, i have booked an uber car at around 8:30 to drop one old age person to certain place. The car was maruti alto and no. Is 5344, the driver name is raja. After 2-3 minutes of my booking, that driver called me that he has reached. I just ran down, with my grandmother, she got scracthes in knee and i am feeling very guilt now. But when i reached at the pick up location that culprit driver was nowhere there.
                                        I was constantly calling him and he was saying that he has reached but not in real.
                                        This was a complete harrasment for me. Now i am standing for another local taxi.
                                        Its showing that driver has cancelled the drop and now uber is charging me the compensation money. What the hell is this? Why do i have to suffer? Who is resonsible for today's disgusting incident. I want my refund and answer as well.
