Hi, I recently tried to book a cab in Uber it showed me past payment pending hence I paid them and again it showed one more payment pending which I again paid. Later even the third time it showed one more bill pending. Suspecting the charged I reviewed my old rides and found that I have taken no ride for over 6 months.

While investigating I found the food orders which I am placing in Uber eats are getting reflected in Uber ride. I placed an complaint and showed the screenshot of bank statements and Uber ride. The executive said they have placed refund for 215 and 140 which I paid by mistake. However still have not received my money back. Please someone help.

    I booked a uber ride on[protected], I called the driver.He said he is on the way and reach with 5 to 6 min but after 4 -5 min I found that he had started from his starting point.I called him to know the status, then he informed me that his tire is punctured and it will take around 20-25 min to come at the pickup point.I told him why did you not tell me when I first contacted you, he did not reply my question.Then I have to cancel the trip.After cancellation I found the cancellation fee is charged while the mistake was of the driver not mine.He is supposed to inform me at the time of contact but he did not.
    I believe uber will understand my plea and reimburse my cancellation fee.

      I have had a ride from Manikonda to gachibowli on 8-June-2019 1.30 pm. My dropping point was in Gachibowli The Platina. My driver dropped me took car further without closing ride. I tried contact him many times but he didn't pick call, and uber support also not responding towards it. The payment charged towards my account and customer support denied. I have proof of current location that time, and i can share screenshot of it and call records. The company training drivers in such a way to loot customers and make money out of it. Its a serious issue and should consider this as a filing complaint.

        My mobile number UBER account deactivated by UBER from 2018 with out explaining any reason. I never defaulted on any payments . I never misused UBER . When i followed up with their "My account deactivated" messsage to their customer response site, they just keep saying they regret but they can not address this issue and keep my account deactivated

        Is it good customer services. How any innocent customer who was a regular user with out any incident known to him for any violation T&C can be kept suspended from service.

        I think customer has a right to know if they have any fake claim to their system errors on so called violation of T&C. Then we can prove that their claim is wrong and fake

          On the app it shows the pic of 6 pieces of chicken lollipop for 90 RS but when we order we received only 3 of it and the number of pieces to be given was not written even on the site there was only that pic with 6 pieces .When we talk to them then they don't have any options to compensate for their problem the only compensation for our hard earned money is "sorry we will see to it that it won't get repeated". They'll take our money by saying sorry.

            On 5th June 12:01 A.M. i had booked a cab in Bangalore. The driver reached the pick-up location and I got in the cab. The cab was smelling of alcohol but I thought maybe the last customer was drunk. The driver did not start the trip and when i asked to start the trip since it was late at night and I didn't want to wait, he suddenly refused the trip. When he opened his mouth to say NO it was clear that this guy was under influence of alcohol. I asked him if he was drinking and suddenly he became abusive. Exact words were- Bhenchod tu kaun hai poochne wali, randi ki aulad. I got out of the cab immediately and canceled the trip. The driver did not stop at just abusing, he got out of the car and hurled some more abuses at me, I shouted back saying I will take you to the cops and complaint to uber. There were hardly any people on the road so I didn't take any further action cos who know what extent he would have gone to. The driver immediately got in the car and I started booking another cab. A second later I realized he is trying to back the car and run me over! He left immediately from the scene. Since yesterday I have been trying to reach Uber team to question the driver but have got one phone call from them with standard response. Is this how women safety is being treated by this company when serious incidents have happened in the past with the same company? Is this how serious the company is about safety protocols that they don't even respond to complaints of - My driver made me feel unsafe? Very conveniently the trip details of driver's cab number etc are not showing on my app anymore, even though uber has charged me a cancellation fee they are not able to locate the trip. How is this a technology company when they suddenly lose data when someone complaints about safety.
            This is not the first time uber has ignored complaints. in the past as well if the driver was rude or fought for no reason and one time my friend got into an accident while in the uber cab, uber team has conveniently ignored all the complaints and details.
            The mentioned driver would still be out drinking while driving and will abuse/molest/harm some other customer especially if it's a female customer since women are the most easy beings to harass in our country

                I had ordered from Uber Eats App on 5 June from Mcdonalds. The order consisted of MC Spicy Paneer Meal. When i received the order from Uber Eats, I found McChicken instead of McSpicy Paneer. I had complaint immediately to the authorities immediately. But there was no reply from them and Hence after 15 hours and spoiling my dinner, I have filed this complaint.
                I have also shared the screenshots of the complaints filed with the UBer Eats and the order received and the Invoice as well.
                I had resorted to report the incident on Twitter as well, but the company responded saying that i should file a note in their help section. I have filed at least 4 notes and to none of them they care to reply.
                I still haven't received my refund as well i spoiled my dinner, Thanks to this amazing service provided by Uber Eats.

                    This is to bring to your notice that today 05/06/19 around 7;14 am I booked an uber ride under the name of Firdous Belal from Raja Bazar (Arshayan Restaurant) to Tollygunge Metro Station the car plate number last four digits is 2775 and name of the driver is Birendra in a hurry I left the phone on charging and went after that I called through uber app around 8;28 am to confiscate my phone but he kept on making excuses of not going to the uber office at Ballygunge more until 10;55 pm when he finally made me come near Bell Vue hospital to give my phone but rather than being sorry he was accusing me of not being the phone owner after a round of serious arguments he took money from me around 150 rupees and then give me the phone.
                    I have been using uber services from a long time now but I did not expected such shameful behaviour from an uber driver kindly do something to resolve my problem sooner.

                      Uber eats cancelled my order after 1 hour of placing order. They said the ordered food is not available and cancelled it. But in the app it was showing restaurant received order and Food is being prepared. How come it took 1hr to find the food is not available. I have ordered my lunch and was waiting without eating and finally they have cancelled it. It is really frustrating to w wait for food with hunger and it got cancelled without a valid reason. I couldn't get a valid response from their customer care also.

                        Uber eats has a pathetic service and also their terms of app use are pathetic. My account has been disabled for coupons use. I cant apply the official uber coupons as the system says the i have violated their rules and regulations. Spoke with the customer support executive and she said that using the uber promo code displayed on their app is a violation of their terms and policies :)

                          Trip dt 20 may 19, 13:20 pm, maruti suzuki swift dzire, driver name rocky - i left my item in the cab. However, even after the driver admitting that the item is with him, since last 15 days despite several follow ups with driver as well as uber customer, my item has not been returned. The customer support team o[censored]ber is also nor replying to my messages on the app / facebook / twitter.
                          It has been more than 15 days and i have faced undue hardship because o[censored]ber.
                          I had lost the item while i was in kolkata (I have now returned to base location mumbai). Since i had lost my spectacles, i faced hardship in carrying out day to day activities for the next few days. The non-supporting action o[censored]ber team was shattering. More than six - seven emails have been sent to uber and no action has been taken by them. The driver and uber both have admitted that the spectacles is with the driver on email more than once. Still no action taken.

                          Desirable resolution: 1. Immediate return of my item 2. Refund of my cab fare 3. Damage fine of inr 20, 000 imposed on uber for blatant carelessness 4. Legal and other costs (If applicable) to be reimbursed.

                          Hello i have already had a ride on an Uber taxi. I wanted to pay through debit card but somehow transaction did not happen. I got an email that the transaction did not happen and I had to do it again. When I tried to click on pay button no further actions were happening. I have provided a screen shoot.

                            I book uber intercity 24/05/2019 from kolkata airport to my home. The total fare rs 774.38.

                            But uber driver rashpal tell me that i pay rs 100 extra as a airport toll fee. Then i pay total amount rs 874 in cash.

                            But after that i check uber bill its show toll surcharges include in 774.34 rs,
                            Then i complaint uber customer care and the do anything.

                              I am Raghunandan V Kulkarni residing in Bangalore. I had booked cab from Yelahanka to Mahadevpura for my parents on 25th May 2019. While booking the bill that was estimated was Rs 286. Also while booking I had selected cash option. After reaching the destination the driver informed that his network is not working to verify the amount. He requested us to pay whatever was estimated. So my Dad payed the driver Rs 286. But after driver left the spot, I noticed that an amount of 361 is deducted from my Uber credits apart from Rs 286 paid in cash. Immediately I informed Uber against the double payment done and requested for refund of Rs 361. Even after repeated requests Uber is not at all responding appropriately. They have just refunded Rs 150 and are washing their hands saying that they cannot do anything as cash payment done was outside Uber system. I am not sure how it is out of their system when it is clear that double payment has happened. I have requested multiple times for refund of Rs 361 but Uber not at all acting to the request. I request for necessary and stringent action against Uber and also the driver.

                                I booked uber yesterday from bandra holy family hospital to mithul enclave and forgot my very costly bag and in that bag there was a boatime headphones and from yesterday I'm callinot my uber driver he is on the picking up the call he picked up the call one and told that he will call u in the evening but he didn't called back uber this is my humble request I want my bag and the headphones back thank you

                                  Hi team,

                                  I scheduled a ride for 1st may 2019, 4:45 am. I scheduled this ride the previous night - on 30th april night. The ride was cancelled by uber and a notification on the app was sent to me at 4:35 am on 1st may 2019, saying that there is a payment issue. I could not understand how can a ride be cancelled just 1 min before teh scheduled departure. I had a train to catch for my vacation for 5 days.

                                  I wrote about this issue through the "help" on the uber app. A execute, sweety, called me and told me that the ride was cancelled by uber and cancelled by me on 30th april night itself. I did not agree to that, so she wrote the same on the message on the app and asked me to even pay for the cancellation charge. - second problem - fudging the data and lying to customer.

                                  I did not agree to message also and sent her a reply. Then again in few minutes another executive, bharat called me. When i explained him the entire episode and he checked the data again. He confirmed it to me that the ride was cancelled by uber due to paytm issue. Because your driver partner did not want paytm as payment option. I asked him to escalate this issue as he told me that nothing is in his hand and he could not help me out with this. He got me rahul (Supposedly sme) on the line. He again repeated the similar story what sweety told me. When i confronted him that your own employee has confroted him to get bharat on the same line and do a conference call. He refused arrogantly and showed the weight of his higher designation by saying that whatever he tells will be the final words and bharat words will not be counted. I countered and told him i can not agree to this. He sent me a message again on the similar line what sweety sent me and tried to close it. I did not agree and again i sent him a message showing him my disagreement. Questioned about the data integrity, data protection and fraud against customer.

                                  All these conversations happened on 5th may 2019. And after my final message i did not receive any reply.

                                  My simple questions here are -

                                  1. How was the data on scheduling, cancelling of my ride has been altered. And there was no mail on my email id was sent in this regard. Its a clear case of fudging the data.
                                  2. Where is the data protection policy o[censored]ber. There should be all the data and call records with uber. Some how everything is missing or deleted or altered. What is the policy regarding that?
                                  3. What are your policies for fraud against a customer? Because this is a clear case of fraud. Evasion of data has been done to clear the case and get rid of any kind of liability.

                                  I request you to address my question and provide the resolution to my grievance.

                                  This issue is probably not just for me. This could be happening with so many customers because this is related to data privacy, protection and fraud.

                                    My registration mob num is [protected] (Rohit) with uber. My account has been permanently rejected. I visit sewa kendra and they said that your background check fails. And said a case is pending in allahabad cjm court. But i told them that i am from bihar. That case is not mine they made a mistake and rejected my account, because i never go to allahabad. Then how is it possible?

                                      Trip detail : bangalore airport to kammanahalli
                                      Estimation charges showed : 768
                                      Got cab details as tata zest
                                      But driver came with etios
                                      When asked, he said same owner for both vehicles
                                      He took scary and unknown route to skip toll charges (Which was part of 768 estimation charges)
                                      When asked the driver, he simply denied saying that he din't want to pay toll charges
                                      He was abusive when asked him why he took different route

                                      After the trip ended, the driver demanded 1200rs

                                      Wrote email to uber, it's been about 2 months now, no resolution

                                      They made the situation even worst, they added 768 in uber dues, now i am not able to book the cab, it's asking me to clear dues

                                      I booked a cab which showed me amount of around Rs 530, but when i arrived at my destination the application showed to pay Rs 830.The cab took no longer route, neither it got struct in traffic at any point of time.

                                        The uber cab was booked to t2 mumbai airport costing rs.377/-. As i was about to get down after the trip, the driver tells me that for some technical reason the trip is not closing and i should pay cash though i showed him the paytm blocked amount for the trip. Even in my app the trip was not closed. He assured me that he would ensure i get back my cash if the money gets cut from the paytm after the trip gets closed. Trusting him and as i was travelling to another state and did not want him to have a loss paid him rs.380/-. I took down his personal mobile number (Paramjeet, [protected]) and rushed to check-in. He promised me in case my paytm is deducted he would ensure it is paid back through the app, which i, unfortunately, trusted in good faith. I could have just walked away saying once the trip gets closed the money will be credited into the uber account. Within 5-7 min after he left the trip was closed and the money was deducted from my paytm. Then itself i suspected foul play that he had cheated me by not closing the trip. When i called him and told him it has been deducted and he assured me it will be refunded back. Also told me just paytm the money back to my mobile and the issue is resolved and he said ok. But again i called him in the night once i reached hyderabad and the call was cut as i was trying to ask him what his action plan was. It is now confirmed that he cheated me by not closing the trip and insisted i pay cash and also assured me it will be refunded through the uber app. Driver name: parmjeet, [protected]
