Dear sir
I am calvin collins and i have an account on uber app in the same name. I took a trip on 15 apr from airport to my home for a trip fare of 353.36 rs. I paid this amount from bank account on the same date. The trip amount has been deducted from my account but the uber app still shows an outstanding amount from previous trip. I have contacted my bank regarding this matter and they have confirmed me that the amount 353.36 has been claimed by the merchant. I have contacted uber regarding this a multiple times and they have said that the transaction has been unsuccessful from my end and asked me to contact my bank. Now i have contacted them and have confirmation that the amount has been claimed by you. I am attaching photos of my statement, reply from my bank regarding this matter and a screen grab of my uber account.

The idiot driver Madhushkarreddy cancelled the trip after making us wait for 45 mins. I really disappointed with this type of service. Uber ride is not trustworthy.

    Trip details - uber date - may 7, 2018 total distance - 37.7 km total charges - inr 1, 824.16 / - trip detail - from - 06:25pm | 11, o shaughnessy rd, langford gardens, bengaluru, karnataka 560025, india / to-07:26pm | bengaluru international airport, gangamuthanahalli, karnataka 562300, india trip time - 01:01:19 vehicle type - tata indica (As per karnatak govt. Classification of taxi rules - d or c class - vehicle costing below? 5 lakh) 1. On 7th may before i booked the cab the price shown was rs 800 but once post completion of my trip i am charged inr 1824/-, how the charge for 37.7 kms is 1824 rs & why? (Attached bill snapshots for reference) 2. For the same distance 37.7 km & same pt. To pt. On 5th march 2018 i was charged rs 661 from pt. To pt.; how was the charge suddenly become 3x on 11th may '18 (Attached screenshot of 5th march for reference) 3. As per government norms with any surcharge no taxi service for ac cabs (Vehicles have been slotted into four categories from a to d.) cannot charge more than 19.50 rs / km. (Please refer article - (http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/karnataka/karnataka-government-notifies-m... i travelled in a tata indica ;the notification states that hiring a small cab (D class - vehicle costing below? 5 lakh) will cost? 44 for the first 4 km. For subsequent km, the aggregators can charge minimum fare of? 12 and max of? 24. For c class (Vehicles costing between? 5 and 10 lakh), the first 4 km cost will be? 52. For subsequent km, a maximum rate of? 24 and minimum of? 12 will be applicable.) so the max price in case of c class would be around rs 900 & not more ; i am overcharged by uber in normal fair by rs 1124 /- 4. I have written total 15 mails & escalation mails to uber ceo & twitter escalation without any response. I have written mail on 7th may it has been 4 months without any resolution uber have charged me 60 % more than the normal rate, as per gov only 25 % is allowed but despite of charging me 60 % there has been no action by any state authority team & no response from company
    It has been more than a year the company has not responded to the complaint

      Driver took 50 minutes to reach to us at booking location, misbehaved with me, confused me that i have asked for 30 minutes late pickup and finally at destination just after reaching suggested me to allow him to correct the uber app in my mobile so that again should i not get the ride 30 minutes late and took my mobile in his hands and given him a 5 star rating without letting me know and initially the fare asked was rs 102 and after his handling the app in my mobile it became rs117, so understood that he has fooled me and has mishandled the app so i corrected the rating and given the feedback

        Uber eats have cancelled my order after making me wait for more than one hour and not even refunded a single penny .They gave reason that they have contacted me . But I have got no call from them, not a single call .
        Due to this all my leftover money saved for food is over and now I am starving and not able to eat food from other place also.

        This was the first time I have ordered from Uber eats and they have have done this with me

        I request them to refund all my money now .

          I took a ride on 7th may.. While de-boarding i forgot few items in boot space of car... Then i called the driver immediately to return back the items.. He said he will return in evening.. But we did not receive the items back.. And also the mobile no. He gave is coming switch from that day.. We tried o get help from uber app.. But they denied to provide any help.. By giving incorrect information that items are already returned to the cutomer... I told them to connect us with driver and share.. But they are now simply closing the request saying we cannot provide any further information on this issue.

            Hi am poornachandra rao mobile no.[protected]; hyderabad. 3 days back booked über pool ride, but driver did not reach location with repeated requests and feed back, finally driver cancelled the trip. Surprisingly carved rs.47.50 to by über, this is not correct. Now am unable to book über as every time getting to pay rs.47.50; which i am not responsible. So i am using alternate vehicles to complete my work. Please justify and resolve the issue,

              I booked my cab from sector 132 noida to indrapuram at first it was showing fare of rs 292 bt when i reached my place the cost got increased to rs 523 as i have to charge extra with out any reason. My driver took wrong route and i have to charge for it. Why should i pay for it.
              My request is to return back my extra money i. E; rs 233.
              I always had a good experience from uber as it is trustworthy bt this time it disappointed me.

                I booked an uber cab on online uber application, i was travelling with my wife and a new born baby so i booked a premier cab instead of normal uber go cab, but when the cab came it was in terrible condition, was broken and a/c was not working, was too noisy, we all suffered so much with that vehicle. My baby kept crying because of feeling hot in that cab, now i want my money back along with the compensation we suffered for.

                I'm writing from hinjewadi phase 1, qubix office. Here getting an Uber is a routine problem that I am facing. I do not know if its Uber network issue or the Sim network issue, but I am able to browse other sites standing here except for getting an Uber service. Please look into this as soon as possible.

                  I was charged double the amount of the intended fare today for my ride at 8:25 pm, and i have tried to contact the help desk on the uber apps but nothing seems to work. The ₹280 for the toll of a uttar pradesh vehicle to go inside faridabad were charged to me despite the fact that the company already would have known that. I would like the refund of ₹280 that were charged to me.

                    Since there was a network issue in uber app it cannot generated the uber final payment and taken the estimated amount which was higher after reporting the issue to uber they are not ready to refund the extra amount
                    This is ridiculous i have given my hard earned money which they are ignoring

                    All the payments in uber mostly the driver go for cash

                      Today 7th may 2019 morning at 4am, i booked an uber maruti suzuki swift desire and driver name is devender from maitri apartment, mayur vihar phase 1. The driver took me well to the airport. The bill was rs 328.44 rs/-.
                      I did not notice, i handed over rs[protected]rs notes and 1 100 rs note and a 50 r note. Presuming i paid rs350/-. The driver promptly paid me back rs 20, and left off. Only after he just left, ive realised i paid 800 rs/- extra cash, but then i did not have mr. Devender contact mob no to reach him and ask him and i had to check in and board my chennai flight. I will be glad if i can get mr. Devender contact number, resolve the issue of collecting rs 800/- from him and put into uber account so that it can be adjusted in future trips or it can be credited back in my bank account which i will share if there is a process or procedure. Kindly consider the matter and help me. Will be grateful and if mr. Devender cooperates, i will give 6 star rating and a honesty note of him returning the money. Thank you.

                      I am not able to schedule ride. I contacted them but they are not ready to listen. Just giving lame solution like delete app and reinstall app and all which is not at all helping. I am getting error as OKAY. No one is replying. HELP!!!

                        I booked a cab today in the morning, the driver took 20 mins to reach my location, thankfully i did not gave my real location, as it’s always unsafe to share your address with a third person.
                        During the journey, i realised that i have forgotten my wallet, however i had cash in handy. Only 50 rs were remaining, i told him that i would let my colleague paytm you, since i don’t use paytm.
                        The driver started shouting on me, he abused me and he also warned me saying “ madam ab toh aap ni bachogi “ dekh lunga men “.
                        I panicked and started yelling, the entire public got there and due to this kind of behaviour, i was shattered and i decided to report this.
                        Later i went on the uber app, escalated this issue under the help section, all i recieved was an automated msg.
                        I would like to warn all the women that please don’t travel by uber, cz you would get no1 to help u when u are stuck, or when a driver is harassing you. Cz uber being an “international company “ has no customer care number, has no facility to assist their customers.
                        It’s my duty to share this incident that has happened with me, as today i felt that your life is at risk even if you talking to these illmannered drivers.
                        I would like to share this with the women helpline centre and also with the social media, involving the media and the higher officials.
                        Travel at your own risk!!
                        No no to uber.
                        Worst company.

                          I am madhusmita jena register mobile no +91-[protected]. Booked cab on 25th april 2019 at evening for medical appointment & cab came to my nearer point. That point to my house was less than 200 miter requested to driver please come to house door because of my wife unable to walk. But that driver told i wont come & raised his voice cancelled the cab. I have cancelled anyhow we have go hospital. Then i have book my cab my husband's number +91-[protected].

                          Please let me where is my wrong you have deducted rs.43 from account.

                            I'm signing in to my uber account, through my uber app, unfortunately, everytime i use my number, i get a pop up message saying, "your account is currently disabled. Visit t. Uber.com/account - disabled for more information." i sent many mails to uber help but the there was no response.
                            Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action asap.

                              In regard to the trip taken on the evening of 1st may 2019, when i booked my cab, the cab showed an eta of 17:28 hrs. To my destination. Hence i booked my cab. The cab finally arrived at my pickup location at 17:53 hrs. And dropped me destination at 18:01 hrs.. Because it was an appointment at my destination, and i was late by half an hour, i was charged fined 500₹. I spoke to uber to claim the 579.51₹, but they are refusing to give it. At the minimum, if they can not honour the time they have estimated in their faulty app, they should at least refund the fare of 79.51₹.

                                I took uber from green park extension to t3 airport with driver injmamul maruti suzuki ertiga hr74a4309. The driver dropped us at airport. But my receipt shows the drop off location as hauz khaz and i have been charged 1406 rs instead of 376 rs. The driver has not end the trip and he has drove all the way to hauz khaz. As my payment option was paytm the driver has made use of that.

                                This is really frustrating that uber doesn't have a proper customer support.

                                I have been over charged for a trip that I have not taken...my trip was from Green Park extension to terminal 3 IGI airport and the receipt shows the trip as green park extension to Hauz khaz with a charge of 1406 rs. When I tried to book Uber it clearly shows I have outstanding payment to be done for the trip to IGI airport. The issue has not been resolved yet

                                  I was normally driving my car on the esi hospital new delhi road on 02/05/2019 maybe around 3:20 pm
                                  Suddenly the driver was blowing unnecessary horn and giving me dipper of headlights of no use
                                  He also touched my car a little bit while driving
                                  And stopped his car on the main road and was giving me warnings like i’ll kill you i[censored] dont give me side again
                                  U dont know me who i am (The driver said)

                                    On 29th april i took a ride with sanoj (Number associated with the paytm account[protected] from noida sector 62 till shastri nagar ghaziabad. I paid my ride with paytm, as a new user of paytm i was not knowing that uber deduct amount directly so unknowingly i made payment again from my paytm of 298 rs. Driver dint informed me about multiple payment. I called him yesterday and told him to refund the extra payment i made but now he has blocked my number. I also register the matter with uber on 30th april but they haven't taken any action nor replied back. Kindly look into the matter and solve asap.

                                      First i booked with payment mode as paytm. Driver requested for cash and stopped trip before destination as uber app didn't allowed changing payment mode after ride was requested!
                                      My question to uber-
                                      1) why you picked ride?
                                      2) why uber app throws error when i try changing payment method from paytm to cash after request.?
                                      3) was uber drivers behavior fine to drop midway?

                                        This is pranay golchha a customer who has grievances regarding cab fare of morning 10.30am from bowenpally to shamsgabad airport in airport In previous pre booking night my friend booked a cab and estimated fare shown was form 600 to 900 and other all respective cab company and in your app also i checked for that moment it show 900 how can it possible sir we are paying for services not for just for fun or for a ride .
                                        Please Just solve my grienvances and if possible any solution if any extramoney taken by your company regarding my ride.

                                        Uber is not given proper update of payment and trying to miss guide partner and drive. After request several times they are not resolved the issues and behave like they are not understand the problem. When I proved the problem they are saying for waiting 48 hours but after that no resolution. I'm attaching the screen shot of proved the trap.
