I am Suman Gupta, a frequent user o[censored]ber.
Recently purchased a ride pass from uber according to which base fare was 59 and maximum was RS 90 in uber go so it gave nearly Rs30 discount. But how will they bear this 30Rs as it was a loss to them as one can buy pass for Rs 5 and it gave discount of Rs 30 per ride for unlimited rides .
So they used some dirty trick as a result of which the fare of the person having ride pass become automatically more as compared to without ride pass and I have suffered from the problem in some past ride.
I contacted the support and so many tries, a executive was able to understand my concern but he was not able to resolve it so he stopped responding then again I raised a new in app query but this time nothing happened.
Then I tried to contact them via social media like Facebook, twitter but they said we found your account and will reply there only so as to avoid any mess.
Still nothing happened, then I mailed the issue to their highest authority i.e. CEO
Mr. Dara but he sent issue to a concern escalation team of India and then a person named Abhilash contacted me and foolishly said that due to factors like time, demand, promotion and restrictions, no two account can have same fare, I asked him more about restrictions then he told I can't tell you but he told that currently there are no restriction then he told me that it might be due to promotion, then I said I tried this without any promotion then he said that then issue might be due to different time but still I denied. Finally he hanged up call saying that I will look into the issue and get back to you Sam day ASAP but no calls, no mails and no replies. They have started cheating.
I am attaching the chats with support and screenshot of difference in fare .
One can easily verify genuineness of the screenshot by seeing drop time, time and battery level etc.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
