Hi uber eats & paytm team,
Last day i placed an order from uber eats of rs. 511 by mistake and the money got deducted from my paytm account automatically.
I was checking the price on different apps and uber eats app got freeze, when it came back to normal, it was showi order placed. I called into uber eats helpline number immediately to cancel the order but they refused to give my money back and cancelled the order.
I called into paytm customer care, they said we cannot help you and same response i am getting from uber eats.
I didn't get a refund and it was not my mistake either. Uber eats app got freeze.
Please process my refund in my paytm account asap. I don't want to file an official complaint about you both. If needed, i will do that and i will mention this on facebook, instagram and twitter as well.

I am a happy user o[censored]ber and paytm both, but i will definitely close my account if you won't resolve this issue.

Updated by Vijay.jaiswsl I already had a word with your customer care, they refused to help me. I lost my money even after cancelling the order.
Please do something and return my money.
