Today i have ordered one parcel meals from sangeetha t. Nagar. The delivery person (Balaji) came to my house around 1.30pm. Instead of delivering the order simply he cancelled the order.

He should have press the calling bell or he should have called to me. He did not do neither of these.

Very poor support team ubereats have.

How can you charge the customer for your delivery person mistakes?

Ubereats should find out what the mistake the delivery person doing. Even the undelivered parcel meals not returned back to the restaurant. So?

    Hello sir/mam,
    Today that is on 29th of march, 2019 around 10:40 pm, a driver of your agency showed an annoying gesture which is not accepted at all from a service on which i have wasted my time. And money and to put my whole trust on the service you provide. The phone number on which we booked a uber cab is [protected] and we wanted him to take us to aravali boys hostel 2, guru gobind singh indraprastha university, dwarka 16c-78.
    My uber app account is under the name rahul sharma on my mobile number-[protected].
    So i am hereby to complain against the ill treatment of the driver who didnt came to the location we told him to come. Also he told me to be on the said location in 5 minutes and he took 20 mins to reach and that to a wrong location. He was coming from sector 5th of dwarka.
    After i told him that he havent reached to the location, he just cancelled the ride and transferred it on another uber.
    I have several points to made:
    1. How to track down the ill treatment of the cab driver
    2. Why uber is providing job oppurtunities for such moral less drivers who doesnt have any communication skills and ethos.
    3 thirdly why the company is deducting money if the fault doesnt lies with the customer and why we should suffer on the cause triggered by irresposible cab driver.
    I am seeking quick response to this complaint and i am saying this with much respect.
    Other i will compaint in the consumer court against uber

        I ordered Uber Eats Order from Aggarwal Resturant in Jaipur. Delivery boy called me after sometimes and said that his bike has slipped so he can't deliver my order but right after that my order in Uber app shown 'delivered' while it was never delivered. I contacted uber but they said I will not receive refund because they have flagged my account because I have complained multiple times before cause part of my order was missing few months back and same incedent as this happened last year to me due to Uber's poor quality control and unprofessional delivery partners. When I contacted uber, they tracked him and conformed that he was even not close to my delivery address meanwhile theyconnected me to their delivery partner and he accepted his mistake while on line with uber, but still they said my order can't be refunded back which I payed through Paytm, it extremely outrageous. Uber Eats is surely an scam, there delivery partners can easily tamper the food and eat it while uber can do nothing.

          On 8th march at about 22.40 i travelled from new rajinder nagar to vikas puri new delhi. Upon reaching home i realised that my wallet most probably had fallen inside the cab. I did not have the driver's phone number so i on uber app only i filled in "i lost an item". After that i did receive a call from your customer service but by the time i could answer the call phone got disconnected and after i made repeated calls on same number but it never got connected. I am writing after long after the incident happened as i had been travelling. Please let me know if the driver, named sushil, found it and deposited with your lost and found.

            This is to inform that i had booked uber car no. Wb25g1353 on 25.03.2019 afternoon at nscbi airport, kolkata. On boarding the car, it is found that the air condition of the car was out of order and driver informed me that i need to travel without ac. So, i got down and did not take this ride. But, now i have been charged rs 47.25. Why should i pay the above amount above amount for the fault on your part?

              Hi,

              I lost my mobile phone in the uber cab after my drop in vijaynagar from koramangala, cab was booked with the same mobile.
              When i tried contacting the driver, he said "i heard the phone ringing but i could not find it, may the other passengers would have taken".
              Please help me to find my phone and return it as soon as possible.

                Yesterday i. E on 25 mar 2019 i booked a cab from chennai central suburban terminus at 07: 38 am. I got the booking and when i contacted the driver he refused pick up. When i asked him to cancel the ride he didnt cancel it and instead started arguing and speaking very rudely. I was surprised why he is doing like this. Any how i cancelled my trip from my side fearing that i will be charged cancellation fee. I was very thankful to uber for not charging cancellation fee.
                In such a situation when the driver refuses pickup and doesnt even cancel the trip, customers are in dilemma. They face a lot of difficulties. I was with my age old parents who were even unable to walk. So it hurt me a lot.
                When i asked the driver why you are cancelling the trip he answered very erratically. He told me who are you to compel me for a ride. His name is nishanth as per uber app. Sir please ensure this kind of experience other customers are not facing. Hoping best customer care and satisfaction from uber.

                  I booked a ride on 23rd mar from mob no [protected] i called driver he told he is coming i waited for 15 min and after that because of my mobile battery discharged i cant able to contact him again. And he doesnt show up. When i charged my phone and open it shows that i was charged for a ride which i hadn’t taken. I complaint on uber app but it looks like they are not even bothered if i am charged incorrectly or not. This happened many times i dont know what kind of service these people are providing they are not listening to our queries. Our hard earned money matters a lot for us. All of your these things are only discouraging us to use uber in future. If you uber guys have any shame left please investigate this complaint and provide my refund back.

                    I booked a cab on 19th march at 112 /-
                    After reaching the destination he charged me 162/-
                    This is completely unacceptable for a customer to give rs 50 more then the price booked at.
                    This is not the first time i had inconvenience this way.
                    Drivers tell its not their fault but then its not the customers fault either.

                    There are no causes for extra charges after the rates being already high these days.
                    This is a cheating..

                      Today morning i. E march 23, 2019, i had booked a uber premier car to kolkata airport. The card had run hardly 4 kms and its clutch failed to function. I paid 223.78 through paytm and suffered harassment in finding another cab. I reached the airport just in time with so much tension along with my family members.
                      I thereby request you to refund the entire amount due to the agonies which i had to bear.

                        I ordered a cab from st regis on 16/03/2019 around 3:48 am. The ride was till my residence in santacruz east. I got into the cab at 4:05 am. The ride took approximately 18 minutes, the ride ended at 4:24 am. The uber which was booked was with lovesh. The car registration number is not mh 04 ju 2395. The driver has been driving for 1 month now according to his profile and has a rating of 3.77*

                        I forgot the phone in the cab. I got home and realised and immediately called the phone up. The cab guy answered and he quickly hung up the call. I tracked the phone on find device for google. It showed it was moving and suddenly it was turned off. According to both, google maps & find device it showed that the last time my phone was online at 4:27 am.
                        I spoke to the driver in the morning and he said he hasn't found a phone in the car, but i clearly spoke to him in the night.

                        I contacted uber and they said they have spoken to the driver and no phone was found. I have registered a complaint with santacruz police station. I am in the process to take legal action and uber has not given me any details of the driver to deliver the notice.

                        I lost a oneplus 6t mclaren limited edition.

                        Please help.

                          I have placed an order with below details, after 40 minutes of order the status on app was updated as cancelled. The order was cancelled by the uber team, when i reach support team for the refund they compel that the order was cancelled by me therefore they cant refund the same. Though i am certain that the order is not cancelled by me or requested to cancel. Hence i need refund.

                            I travelled uber today 0n20/03/19 fromlic housing finance ltd saidapet chennai at 1.54 pm to srikarpaga vinayagar panduranga temple shanthi nagar adambakkam chennai 600088 the charge is 119.49 but he collected 149.49 saing extra 30/- is cancellation fee on 17/02/19 sorry tosay on 17/02/19 i booked uber and the driver was very rude and cancell the trip on his own with out answering my call waiting to perform travel so pl donot penalise the customer you pl take action against driver and collect rs.30/- from that driver so kindly give refund rs30/- or adjust in my next trip since iam the regular customer o[censored]ber hope you do the needful

                              On sunday, i have taken uber cab from richmond road to btm (Please find attached uber receipt for the same) and after the trip i have authorized the payment using my debit card (You can see the charges on my bank statement - attached for your ready reference)

                              After that, i have ordered food through uber eats (Order id: b7271), and they have charged me for both (Food+uber trip) agin. Refer to the attachment uber eats receipt in which it shows i got charged for both food and cab fare and i paid again to the delivery boy.

                              I would like to request you to refund one payment (168.31/-). I have given all the details along with screenshots and this time i want a human being to respond and not a robot.

                                  Hi uber eats & paytm team,

                                  Last day i placed an order from uber eats of rs. 511 by mistake and the money got deducted from my paytm account automatically.

                                  I was checking the price on different apps and uber eats app got freeze, when it came back to normal, it was showi order placed. I called into uber eats helpline number immediately to cancel the order but they refused to give my money back and cancelled the order.

                                  I called into paytm customer care, they said we cannot help you and same response i am getting from uber eats.

                                  I didn't get a refund and it was not my mistake either. Uber eats app got freeze.

                                  Please process my refund in my paytm account asap. I don't want to file an official complaint about you both. If needed, i will do that and i will mention this on facebook, instagram and twitter as well.

                                  Please find the attached document for order details.

                                  I am a happy user o[censored]ber and paytm both, but i will definitely close my account if you won't resolve this issue.

                                    We booked a uber go from uppal hyderabad to secunderabad railway station platform number 1. The journey is of 8 km and uber actually charges rs 12 per km so the amount fare will be rs 96
                                    But it was displayed as rs 180 for uber go
                                    We have agreed to pay the amount and confirmed the ride. At the end of the ride it was displayed that the amount to be paid is rs 387. When we enquired the driver about this he replied in rude words that he is not concerned. We have complained about the issue to uber but we haven't got any response. Please look into the issue as soon as possible

                                      Ordered for a food item in uber eats. I used patym as the payment option.
                                      Money was deducted from the paytm account and no order was placed.
                                      In general, i lost money and no food is delivered.
                                      Please let me know what to do as uber eats app does not include any complaint registration or customer service portal.
                                      I want my money back as soon as possible.
                                      This is the case of pure cheating.

                                      Till one month back they have charged the amount of 60 or 80 rs for around six km in uber share but now they have increased a charge to 100rs. Now I feel ola is good compared to uber. Though there is time delay and many issue I was using it because of the reasonable price but now that too they have increased.

                                        I was traveling to the airport and hired a uber cab. After a few minutes, the driver claimed that i had to cancel the trip otherwise have to pay the amount twice.
                                        I was alone and he forcefully made me cancel the trip
                                        While paying him through gpay the amount (Inr 1050) got debited twice
                                        Now no one is cooperating.
                                        The money got credited to driver's account twice. He is also not cooperating.
