I order user cab. I was paid extra payment and i was dedit my paytm wallet and my father also give payment to dirwer was took payment i was paid extra money so give my money and (I request you) than contact to uber.in so what can i do sir give my massage to my email address [protected]@gmail.com. Please, sir do fast and thankyou sir.

    This happened on 10th december 2018. It had been a long time since i ordered from uber eats and after hearing my friends's glowing recommendation, i decided to try it once more for ordering milkshakes. I noticed an offer was going on and hence placed my order. But to my shock, an amount of 115.6 rs was deducted (Being mentioned as outstanding balance). I thought that that must have been the case and since i was in a hurry i paid outstanding amount and placed the order (Making the payment for the order separately of 112 rs). The shock came when i went back and checked my paytm account regarding my previous order from uber eats. Since i use paytm for almost all my transactions, it was quite easy to track. I found that the previous outstanding amount, was indeed a false claims on the part o[censored]ber as the payment had been made in full. Ever since i have sent a complaint to uber and paytm asking for support regarding the same. I got the response from paytm almost within 5-10min... However uber team have yet to respond. I have sent them the screenshot of both the transactions, yet i haven't even been offered any explanation as to why the amount not 115 was deducted from my account.

    To make everything worse... I haven't received any receipt from uber guys, with the invoice for the outstanding payment...

    So i would like to ask you guys this...

    Is this the way you do business??
    By swindling people??

    I have tried to reach out to them a couple of times already to no avail and as such am left optioneless but to post here...

    Kindly help me sort out this issue..

      Aftet booking the cab, the drivers called and enquire about the payment is in cash or card. When it is card payment suddently the driver cancelling the trip. It is giving very much trouble to the passengers. Kindly look into the matter and do needful. This issue was frequently happened.

        Uber driver stolen my mobile phone ..photographs of ride receipt are attached with this complaint including driver details and taxi number... Booked uber taxi on 08 12 2018 at morning from my registered phone number i. E.[[protected]] with uber from mina international hotel sv road, jogeshweri west to domestic airport mumbai around 6:15 am. When i reached airport, taxi driver fled away with my phone and i was already late for my flight to delhi so i didnt get the time to make any proper approach... My mobile phone is of blue colour motorola made model type moto g5s... Pls help.. There are some important data and card details in that phone... Pls contact me at this number i.           On 29th april, we used uber for a trip from thiruvottiyur chennai to guduvancherry chennai and on 30th april we used uber for a return trip - guduvancherry to thiruvottiyur.

          Both the trips had toll plazas, but since we had a special permit ticket with us, no toll was paid during the trips. But the uber receipt included a toll fare of rs. 40 and rs. 63 respectively.

          Inspite of writing to uber multiple times on this, i have not got a valid answer. It is too to be charged a fee which was not paid at all

            While i have booked uber cab dt.09.12.18 then charges is 179. Rs but finally with pointed location taken 258rs. I had used a cab today morning with same pointed locations fare charges is ok then why already booked cab charges vary by your side without any prior intimatation this is not fare every time customer suffer with extra charges.               Since past 3 years my uber account is blocked even after submitting request many times to uber no action has been taken from their side. They just email me that they will get back soon but most of time they dont and sometimes they just reply back that my account is blocked for suspicious activity and i should wait till the issue is resolved. Now its been 3 years still im blocked.

                I booked the uber on 8th december 2018. The driver came to pick up on time and stopped me at the destination in 29 minutes and the charge which was due for this was ₹ 155. I got down and left the cab without realising that the driver didn't stop the ride. Later on when i had to make the payment through paytm, it showed no amount available as the driver had not stopped the ride after 30 minutes of my drop. I cancelled the ride and ₹ 377 was deducted from my account. Really disgusting.
                Shame in such people.

                  I want to add one point that immediately after taxi driver dropped me on Mumbai domestic airport..i tried to call on my number but he switched off the phone.
                  I ordered something on uber eats and paid via cash. The next day when i wanted to book a cab, the same amount has to paid again to complete the booking.

                    I, sandeep singh, mobile number : [protected], had booked a cab on the 05 dec 2018, on uber go from my residence (House number : 421, sector 55, faridabad) to go to faridabad trade fair, sector 12 huda grounds at 1058 hrs. The distance is 10.4 kms and was picked up and dropped off correctly. The initial charges on the app, while booking showed inr 136.00 to be paid. When i eventually got the bill, to my surprise i was billed for 363.00. The distance traveled has been shown as 26 kms and the time taken for the ride as over 01 hr. We did get stuck in traffic for 10 minutes however we dropped off the cab well within 30 minutes. The billing has been incorrectly charged and i seek a refund of inr 227.00 (Not sure if the driver terminated the journey at the time of drop off or not, because i received the bill only an hour later and not immediately, as i normally do!) i have set up a vredit card payment, and the same is still pending to be paid from my end. I will pay the amount, once the refund is received after correct billing. Many thanks.

                        We have had numerous problems with Uber during our stay in Chandigarth.

                        The most common problems experienced is network problems between us as customers and the drivers.

                        Today was a nightmare causing us paying additional fees that we should not have paid which has resulted in 42 rupees being wrong charged today.

                        The network system Uber use is not satisfactory between driver and customer. Calls are not being received.

                        On Monday 3 December a driver refused to take us to Zirakpur which cost us 42 rupees. We had to call another taxi which took over an hour to come. This is totally out of order and I require the return of the money and compensation.

                          Incident details: i booked a ride from dps eldeco ii lucknow to pcf head office station road. As i tried to call him several times, he didn't responded and cancel the ride after 10 mins.

                          So please take some action on him, and revert my money back (Rs 56) which uber is claiming to be deducted from my next booking.

                            I had booked a trip this morning (Dec 5) on uber with my phone app. After receiving confirmation about taxi being 16 minutes away a few minutes later the driver called me (Not from the number listed in uber) asked where i want to go and then cancelled.
                            Uber found me another cab - and the same process repeated with driver cancelling
                            Uber has found me the third cab this morning who is hopefully coming.

                            This process has led to a delay of almost an hour and this service is unacceptable.

                            Please take serious action against the first 2 drivers and let me know what you have done so that i can consider further action from my side.

                              Uber wants customers to walk to certain pickup point to get a cab even with uber go. Why would i pay them if they cannot even pick me up from my location? Uber india is going downhill.

                              I was asked to walk 500meters to catch the cab. I booked the cab at 4am. The road was full of dogs. Uber is trying to put customers safety to jeopardy. Imagine the situation for olderly or sick people. Pathetic service

                                Uber driver kalpnath (Phone no.[protected] charged me twice one from bank the other from cash. When i phoned him back he threatened me and said do whatever you can but he will not pay me back. He said that he just got rs 400 from my bank but he got altogether more than rs 1200. He also charged me for waiting charge whereas i did not let him wait. Now he is not receiving my calls and said you can compliant about me i do not care. I want refund.

                                Uber driver Kalpnath is not suitable for this role. He blamed to uber company that uber did not pay him a full amount what he is liable to get. That is why he will not pay back my cash money. Even if I complaint to uber he does not care.

                                Highly dissatisfied and Highly disappointed. I just want my refund. Uber drive said he does not care if I complaint against him but he will not give my money back. Note: uber driver charged me twice one with the bank and he asked me for cash as well also he charged me for waiting charges just outside my house whereas I was waiting for cab. I will not ever use Uber my second bad experience taught me lesson.

                                    Last night, me and my sister booked an uber to travel from marappa garden to indiranagar, bangalore and the trip was paid in cash and over by 8:36 pm. After about 20 minutes in tipsy bull, indiranagar, i realised that my phone was missing and calling it said it was switched off. The find device app showed it was last seen at 8:39pm in a location a little ahead of my drop location, probably where the driver was headed. Now, while dropping us off, we heard the driver speak to his next customer on the phone saying he'll need another 10 minutes to get to them. So, if that is true, and i am certain i left my phone in the car, the driver himself must have seen the phone, switched it off and later when we called him through support, denied having the phone. For just a flash, find device later showed a banashankri location, where the driver said he had a drop. Its just a few months old phone, redmi 5, black, no scratches, red back cover and i am just a student from a small town. Please look into the matter and return my phone.

                                      I paid money to the rider for my order and again from the ubereats app my money was paid. And also rider is waste fellow irritating towards the customer. He switched off his mobile he is not responding. His name is (Basavaraju). How ubereats taken these guys in delivery service i didnt know. Customer service also very bad when trying to call it saying like check your number. We have a take these issue as serious. These guys thought we are useless, we can't do anything towards them and we have show what we are. I need a justice for these. You guys have to take serious action towards these. And make a action like penality towards the ubereats app.

                                        I had ordered a couple of items from a restaurant. They confirmed my order and the delivery agent called me to tell that the requested items aren't available. No cancellation was allowed. On calling the customer service, they kept me on hold for 10 minutes and end the call. I had no other option but accept the partial order with different items. Zero support from uber eats.
