I was riding uber cab today 13/12/2018 in bangalore boarded cab at 10:26pm global village kengeri bangalore 59 and got down at 10:49pm srinivasnagara bangalore 50 unfortunately while giving cash i for cab driver devaraja hadagali with license plate: ka05ad6889 i forgot my mobile in cab and when i realized that i forgot my mobile within 2 minutes the cab was moved, i called my mobile number multiple times it was ringing and after 10 minutes of ringing it was disconnected on this location https://goo.gl/maps/FBjWKyoT4H12 (Which i traced after few hours of switched off.
I somehow logged in to my uber login portal and raised a complaint immediately also i called the driver through uber portal but after saying him about my trip and loss of my phone in his cab he immediately said "hello hello and disconnected the phone" and when reached him again he is disconnecting our calls.
I have raised multiple complaints to uber but till now no response i dont know what type of service are they providing when they dont have a proper customer care. I am registering this complaint on this forum to at least i could get a immediate response from uber.

Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
If restaurant cancelled the order they wont pay anything as compensation for customer but if customer cancelled order due to payment issue in app, uber eat charges full amount of ordered payment as compensation.
