There were 2 instances where the driver would ask me to walk to them because they had to take a U turn. And another where the driver kept calling and asking my drop off location and asking me to cancel.

A trip was Rs.42 and this happened 2 times. I still haven't received reimbursment for both. Once on friday where the driver cancelled and today.

    I have been receiving a nuisance message that I booked a ride in Uber (which I never did) and to confirm it. If I did not book the ride, I should send a message to some number.

    When I first received, I removed my account with Uber. But still the messages are coming.

    I[censored]ber is thinking that it is a great publicity, they should know people hate them for this campaign. I shall never ride by Uber even if it is the only cab.

      I ordered food from Wok n grill named place. My order id is 2B810 for ₹78. I ordered baby corn and noodles and they have send me chilli chicken and chicken chow. I have submitted my complaint in their platform and got no response. And the fraud company doesn't even provide a customer care number to contact. I request you to take necessary action against uber eats.

      I'm already paid for Rs304/first ride, amount paid through Google pay on 06/11/18, an second ride your collected Rs538/(304+234=Rs538) including first ride, hence I request you kindly refund my moneymoney credited to my account, please kindly request you refund the amount as early as possible

          My car was attached in uber at kolkata it was running quite well then uber company tell you cannot run your odisha registration vehicles at kolkata and having national permit so we bought our vehicle from kolkata now i visited to bhubaneswar uber office they told you cannot run your vehicle no. Od 02 ak 0434 here we cannot do anything to run your vehicle at uber. I want to run in bhubaneswar.

          The device in which the cab was booked didn't show the price to the respective destination(maruti hospital) and after reaching the place the bill charged was more than the cost while going to the same place.
          My 2 rides have been cancelled I need explanation as what ever the issue is going on why my ride is cancelled for no reason.

          I'm depending on uber to get home safe and sound but today all my ride are getting cancelled for what? If you have on going issue you have to resolve it it's none of my concern. Why am I suffering for no reason.

            Hi,

            I took uber on oct 5, 2018 and before booking the cab i changed my payment option as cash. After cab arrived i checked the payment option and it was showing as cash. During completion of the trip i received 241 rs as trip fare in my application to pay the same via card and driver received 286 as cash in his application. I already logged about this incident with uber but they are telling its outside cash payment and i need to agree on the same. Also they are asking me to pay the amount via card as well. If i choosen payment as card then i should not receive the bill in driver's application but driver received it and asked to pay for it. If i choosen cash as payment then i should not get the card payment in my application. Here i told many times but uber customer service claiming it was not their mistakes. Why should i pay for single trip twice even i have no issues in my end. Even uber authority not agreeing to validate the issue from their end. If they check the trip sheet of the driver they might resolved this earlier. They did not help with this and really made me worried about the trip. Can you please do the needful from your end?

            I attempted to pay 42 rupees via google play UPI feature. But Uber systems did not capture that transaction, as a result I had to pay again using paytm. I'm expecting a refund form Uber

            I'm unable to fix this using uber website and app.
            Today Morning Nigdi Pune camp I travelled by Uber car Mr Machindra is driver I paid 350/- cash again while returning from camp still outstanding Payment they show me and I paid 665/- Rs. Please credit or reverse that amount as early as possible

              This is the 4th day since i reported a lost Smartphone (MI 4A Xiomi White color) in a uber cab in Delhi. Vehicle Car number: DL1RTB1885 and the name of the driver -Dharmender,
              I had left the phone in the back cover of the front passenger seat to charge and while getting off i took all the luggage but forgot the phone lying there at the back cover. it must have slipped inside the cover and could not get my attention. I am now without a phone from last 4 days and Uber has not connected me with the driver. I dont have drivers number otherwise i would have called him directly. why is it taking so long to put me in contact with the driver so i could go and get my phone. There is no direct line to Uber customer care, on App i have raised the request 4 days back and still no response. i have tweeted on their page, sent direct messages multiple times. On twitter they are active in replying yet it seems as the automated response without any human involved because its not doing anything and i am not getting any support.

              Driver did not come to location and cancelled the trip without information. I was tracking online and called him. Driver said he is coming and while on the phone conversation he cancelled the trip. Destination booked for Sri sri holistic hospital and myself are waiting. We are waiting under sunlight for 10mins and he cancelled the trip.

                We booked cab from delhi pin code 110009 to mahagun mywoods in the morning around 11am 4 november, 2018. Driver name is ravi and his mobile no. Is [protected]. He make call himself and told us that i m scrapdealer got this no. From same place of pickup / pick up location. And if you want your phone back you have to provide me some andantage. After calling several times, he d'nt respond. After that i called him from some unkown no. He said yes i m ravi uber driver.
                I think i"ll never think o[censored]sing uber nd never suggest anyone to use uber. I think uber is wrost among all. Your choice of drivers are wrost in your industry

                  Yesterday i had a #uber #pool ride from birubari to zoo-road. The cab was well maintained and clean so i complimented the driver for it. He kept all windows open and ac off. It was ok since i was the only rider and i am not that habitual to ac. But when we reach bhagagarh we got stuck in a traffic jam. The cars were moving in tortoise speed. Then i asked driver to switch on the ac because it became so hot and suffocating. Then the driver said very rudely that he is not going to on the ac for me because i was using pool, so i am not eligible for these facilities. I have to wait till the pick up of next rider. And i said it's ok i can understand your concern. But it's too hot here so please switch it on. Then he said its uber policy that they don't use ac for single pool rider. I asked him when this policy is been made? He said before15days. Then he started shouting on me for asking that question and said if you need all these facilities then you should take your own car and #stop #using #uber or any other cab, or book for higher expensive category. I told him that he is giving a #wrong #information to riders. Which is not good. Then he became #abusive and even #threatened me that he knows where do i live and he because he also live in that area and #he #has #my #phone #number now. So he will see me there. He directly #threatened that if next time he see me on that area then it will be #harmful for me. Then he refused to stop the car at my destination and stopped it little bit away from it, because according to him stoping car there will be difficult for him. When i said i can't walk that much just take back to my destination then he started #recording my #picture and take the more away from my drop point and then he stoped the car get down and came to the door i was sitting by side opened it and tried to man handle me. By that time it doesn't registered in my mind what exactly he was doing. But i shouted. And he was abusing me so loudly that the local public gathered there and rescued me. So now i want to ask a #question to #uber and other cab companies, how safe it is to use your services? Our phone numbers and addresses are available for the drivers and so that are they open to harrass and abuse us? You hire the drivers who openly threaten the customers and they are so confident that the #company #will #not #take any #action or do anything. And i think this is true only.

RJ14TD9767 and driver name is ankit singh in jaipur on DATED 30/10/2018 at 1.05pm.I feel that driver is too drunked and it is highly uneasy too sit in the car. Kindly consider the same and take action to make betterment for your organisation. The experience that i feel i can't be able to describe.

                    Driver threatened me and told me i’m unable to proceed your trip. Driver refused to go. I’ve eyewitnesses to the incident..

                        I have booked uber on 01.11.18 for journey on 03.11.18 12.20 p. M.
                        On 03.11.18 first the driver cancel the trip after 15 minutes. When booked again on 03.11.18 driver switch off the mobile and cancelled after that. I was travelling to mumbai central from vashi. My train was around 2.20 p. M.. So sufficient time was there to catch the train. But due to unprofessional behavior of the driver i missed my train and i had to book a flight entire incident cost me rs 6000/- extra
                        I need a refund of the extra rs 6000/- incurred due to this incident.

                            We booked a uber from borivali station to saradar vallbahi patel polytechnic college, i c colony, borivali west. The fare showed as rs=s 29/- as per kms.

                            Hiowever, the driver, confused us and took a longer route deliberately and when we reached, the meter displayed rs 71.

                            When we refused to pay, he started throwing allegations on us and collected a mob of other rickshaw drivers who along with him started shouting and abusing us. He forcibly took away the 50 rupee note from us and refused to return it, asking for more.

                            We feel very unsafe and cheated with uber, as this is not our first bad experience with uber.

                            We are unable to contact uber customer care as none of the nos# listed are reachable.

                            We will be highly obliged if someone can look into the problem of this continuous cheating by uber drivers and help us to put an end to it

                              On 26th of october 2018 i made a booking on uber auto, i selected google pay payment mode. But there was done internet connection and i couldn't process the payment through google pay but i pay the money to the auto driver.

                              How when i wanted to book a cab, it shows that i still have that pending money and not able to book a cab without paying that money.

                                I am extremely dissatisfied with the uber services in india. I do not live in india anymore and everytime i come here and want to use a taxi, the app never allows me to log in. Last time for no reason my account was locked for absolutely and i could not contact anyone by phone or even an email to ask why and i resigned to using other services. This time it is not even allowing me to create an account even though i have a new email id and telephone number. I guess i will file a pil at the courts that the non existent concept of customer services make this service as useless as a rock. I see that you have customer services in the usa and uk, so why not here in india, where you are a popular player? Terrible attitude and utterly useless and worthless services.

                                  I had booked an uber auto to go to rajajinagar 60th cross on 30th oct and was informed that auto number ka02ad9194 driven by lokesh wl come. But inspite of my contacting him over phone - which he didn't answer and after having waited for more than 15 minutes i took another auto and reached my destination. To my surprise i found that i was asked to rate his ride for a trip from hosahalli extension to jagajeevanramnagar. My bkg was from vijayanagar samruddhi apts to 60th cross rajajinagar 5th block.

                                  This is the second time it has happened to me. I request u to ensure that this type of lapse does not happen again.

                                    I booked a uber frm amausi airport on 16th.. So uber deducted an entire ammnt thrw my deb card. Of state bank. But drivr didnt cm on tym dts y bookd anadr car in cash...

                                      I am not able to book any ride on uber using any payment mode - cash, card or wallet. The reply given by uber india is as under:
                                      As a security measure, a temporary restriction is placed on your non cash payment method by our system. This means that you will not be able to use a non cash payment method, but can always request trips using cash as a payment method.

                                      Appreciate your understanding in this regard.

                                      Since i am not able to book a ride using cash also, there's no way out and uber is not helping.

                                        On october 29, 2018, was trying to book a uber cab service from kamakhya railway station up to the garigaon (Within 6 km distance) within guwahati city. First, i had booked a cab from uber app. Following that the driver came and denied to go because of my over luggage. Then, i have cancelled that booking but 42 rupees demanded by the uber service because of late cancellation!!! Although, it was not fault. Okay, then i was trying to book another uber cab service. Each and every attempt was picked up by cab drivers under the uber service and then they were asking about my destination and what amount is showing during my booking. Finally, all of them denied to go. Desperately, i was trying to book a cab service because my family with my kid had to go my destination very urgently. Repeatedly, i was doing this process six (6) times within half an hour, but i was really hopeless frustrated from uber service. Still, i have to pay 42 rupees for further booking to the uber service because of my late cancellation. Importantly, its a common problem o[censored]ber service in guwahati city. After booking a cab driver will ask several questions, like where to go? What amount is showing in your booking? If distance is less then drivers will say i can't reach within time, you go for another cab... So, my question is why this unfamiliar, unhealthy, worst cab service is providing in guwahati city?.. Please take strong action against this.

Even though i cancelled the cab charges been showing to pay the 47 rupees of amount. Can you please look into this.
                                        I travel by uber quite often and the rates have almost doubled since a week now. I understand there's a strike going on but please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Everyone is facing alot of issues and even the drivers have been cancelling cabs for no reason. Thanks.
