My email id is rishabh. [protected]@gmail.com.. I booked a ride 6th jan 2018, and end the ride at pragati maidan. My wallet which consisted of 18k rupees and my mobile has been stolen from by uber driver. I have reported this to uber many times but i have recieved that you have taken further action. Whats the need of this further action when i cannot retrieve my belongings. I have registered a fir in delhi police and police needs the contact number for further investigation as your driver is blaming the next rider has taken my belongings. It a matter of concern and i have been feeling very harrased after no action from your side. Please provideethe contact dtails of any uber representative who can dedicately be a direct contact for this. They do nkt jave any customer care number where riders can contact.

I have lost my mobile phone in uber cab registration number DL1ZA2039. now i am not able to call the driver . and i have also called uber customer care, they are not providing me the driver's contact details.also the team leader is not cooperative with us.

    I booked a taxi up80bt 7859 on 13th jan 18. While booking the ride i was quoted inr 119-160. On completion of the journey
    I was billed 195. Please refund the excess amount charged by you.
    This was my first experience with uber i hope it does not become my bitter experience.

      Hello uber support,

      The fare estimate while booking the trip was around 330 - 400 rupees, based on that i confirmed the booking, but after getting into the cab i got a message that the fare estimate has been revised to rs. 614 to 1.8x of the normal fare, this for 20km travel from my home to majestic, bangalore, and it took 1 hrs. To 10 minutes to travel, this not correct you change the estimate what was initially showen to me, i expect a proper response to my case.

        My family took ride on 12/01/2019 at 07:30am and i face so much insult from uber driver and my whole family face safety issue as driver leave us at wrong location.
        We pay extra money to reach to reach our location to auto and whole day work upset and feel too much fear from whole incidence.
        Only calls came from uber again n again and also messages but no strict action appear to be taken.

          I was in involved in an accident due to the over speed and rash driving on 20th dec 2018 at the bangalore airport. I have been trying to contact the customer support but had not recieved any though i have been charged for the ride too. Due to the impact of the hit i am bed ridden for 1.5 months and i have not received any support from your side. I kindly requesting you to claim my expenses atleast.

            I had ordered special veg biryani from uber eat (Order no 9fffb) and to my surprise received plain biryani and that biryani quality was pathetic and substandard and had to throw it.
            Also that biryani was not from hyderabadi house biryani as i m frequent visitor to that place and know the taste already.
            So that order was delivered to me from some chaep substandard restaurant.
            Pls refund my amount else will escalate it and uber eat will be in soup.

              3 times i placed the order and all the times delivery guys reached the location and cancelled the order saying my number was not reachable and in last i have to pay the cancellation and delivery guys are getting free food out of it.

              Uber eats is the worst food ordering application they are not even providing the contact number of delivery guys which the worst thing and once the order is cancelled you can not contact them.

              When i called customer care those people asked me to pay the cancellation fee which was equal to the food order amount that means i have to pay for the food which delivery guy ate. Bloody this is a fraud chain of delivery guys working with uber eats in pune. Uber eats needs to clear this # and provide the delivery guys number directly.

              I have attached the details of the last time this scam happened with me. This delivery guy was on the way he reached the delivery location and then cancelled the order after reaching the location. So basically i paid for dinner of delivery guy.

                I have paid for my food. It was on the way. Driver called me and told me that he can't deliver my food. Ubereats didn't even call me back but they took my money. They didn't even credit the amount also they don't have any customer service number so that i can call and ask them about it. This is very bad. They also did this thing before. Took my money.

                  On 10 january 2019 i raveled in an ubar cab bearing reg. No. Dl. 1923 driven by mr. Dinesh. We were travelling from 61 lodhi estate, new delhi to b1 vasant kunj at around 1:28 pm to 2 pm. Right after we noticed a bag containing 7 pairs of shoes missing we made a call on his phone - [protected] but it was switched off. And it is still switched off till today. Kindly look into the matter and help to recover the said property. Thanking you.

                    Dear team @ uber grievance,

                    Myself thejas b, owner of vehicle no ka14 b9213 swift desire. I had done an internal agreement with one of your existing driver - venkatesh t, with pan no behpv4344g. As per the agreement he had run the vehicle for 4 months but not paid yhe amount.

                    That the driver venkatesh had linked vehicle with the uber india and earned around 3 lacs in 4 months. However he has paid only 34000 and then ran away. Finally i had to struggle a lot recover yhe vehicle from him.

                    He is having one more with you kindly search basis the name and pan which he had given to you. He is regularly changing his contact number hence now also changed his number.

                    His contcts numbers - [protected], [protected]. Now he has given one more number to link uber. Now he is not traceble, but has attached his vehicle to you.

                    Apart from this he has committed accideny and taken a mobile which was in car.

                    One more mistake what he has done is, without owner presence and signature he has attached to uber whichis questionable in court of law, where you also become one of the party.

                    At this juncture, me being the victim of this scam, request you to stop his business by not giving any pick ups till he clears my dues.

                    Time however now he changed his number. I request you to not to support for yhis criminal activities by giving him businesses.

                    Pls note this is humble request, he has contact me and clear my dues, else i am willing to go to court law, where you also become one of the party.

                      I have lost an item in an uber car. The driver has acknowledged that he has my item, however, i have been calling him for past 3 days and he refuses to take my calls. Today, when he finally took my call, he spoke very inappropriately and rudely. This driver - haseen phone no. [protected] is unsafe to drive on delhi roads. And makes women feel unsafe due to inappropriate behavior and comments.

                      I am very frustrated and upset by his behavior and request for the strictest action against him and return of my item.

                      Action required:
                      1. Pls faciltate return of my item lost in the car which the driver has acknowledged to be in the car
                      2. Pls cancel haseen's uber licence. I will follow this complaint till the end. I expect uber to contact me and let me know about the action taken against him. If action is not taken against haseen, i will presume that uber does not take women safety in india seriously and will consider taking steps outside the uber helpline.

                        Uber debited my paytm account for rs 535.3 for a trip i have never taken.

                        Also they claim trip was taken on 30th jan 2017 whereas i was charged on 5th jan 2019 - two years after transaction

                        Both are unacceptable, my repeated request to uber for reversal of the charges has not yielded any results

                          I availed a uber ride on 24.12.18 by maruti swift dezire car reg. No wb04f6280 (Driver’s name: prasant) from urbana complex, nazirabad kolkata-107 to 56 gariahat road, ballygunge, kolkata-700019 from 3.37 pm. After the ride was complete i paid rs 136 as full fare in cash to the driver prashant. I could not however used uber app to choose my payment option, since i did not have the network in my mobile phone. Later on that day i received through email the receipt of payment of rs. 136 which confirms that the payment has been made.
                          Recently i was going to book my next trip. To my utter surprise the uber app displayed that i have outstanding amount of rs. 136 and i have to clear that payment before booking my next trip. Hence i could not proceed further without raising this issue to you.
                          Request your good office to look into the matter and withdraw any demand for outstanding amount on my account.
                          Sent an email to "grievanceofficer_india.com" for resolving this complain, but they could not help.

                            I booked a share ride on 9th jan 11.18 am in noida from sector 36 to my office hcl in sector 126, i got cab with eta of 8 mins so i didn't called driver instantly. After few moments when i tried to contact the driver, i saw in uber app that my trip is started and it's showing you are on the way but i was still at home wondering how this happened. Moreover, there was no option to cancel the ride or contact driver at that moment. The driver too didn't contacted me and ended the trip at my requested destination at uber deducted full fare from my paytm account.

                            When i contacted the support they said they can't do anything because as per them trip started and ended at requested pickup and destination points. On writing few email to uber support i got a call yesterday then i explained them that the pickup point shown in trip receipt generated by uber is 2-3 km far from my home address and the representative assured me that they are sending the case for further investigation.

                            Today morning, i got a call from uber saying that the investigation team confirmed that the pickup and drop location are correct so they can't do anything about it.

                            This is highly unprofessional and poor support response from uber. They are charging customer incorrectly and taking no actions to correct the service and incorrect behavior of their cab drivers. I am attaching the trip receipt, my home address in uber and distance between the pickup point and my address as proof for my complaint and also uber support email showing the cheap support response for their customers.

                            RJ TE 1027 (white waganar with yellow plate)this car driver was drunk and hit my bike from back .and when i approched him even saying anything sorry he start using abusing language and even tried to threatened me.he even refused me to give his name .so i can complain his about in police station.

                              I had made a ride at 2:13 pm on december 26, 2018 from nampally station to my home l. B. Nagar by maruti swift dzire and paid the driver for the trip. When i open uber app it shows that i owe rs. 200.98. The driver could not see the amount on his screen nor did i get completion message. Since i have got no options left i paid the driver in cash. That trip payment still stands outstanding till today and i have not been able to hire any uber taxi and this need to be corrected.

                                I am a female associate working in phase2 noida. My cab from phase2 to my home location was stopped by the driver in the middle of the route. He asked me to get down saying that the cable of brake is broken and take another cab in an unknown location. I was alone. If the brake cable was broken why didnt it was looked by him earlier? I have used scheduled time uber ride. Is it the responsibility o[censored]ber to look into this matter. After so many complaints there was no response from uber. Is this the responsibility they are taking to secure women. No women is safe in the uber rides. Was it a plan of the driver to take the money as well to cancel the ride in the middle because after i got down he went out without any brake being broken down.

                                  Uber is claiming that they are providing customer care numbers however that number never works. Their drivers call customer after booking cab and cancel if they dont want to go for that trip. Company charges cancellation charges from customers where the customer's fault is 0%. No one listen to customer and due to that drivers have become arrogant and least bothered about cusstomers pain. For example i reached gurgaon station at 04:30 am booked cab, driver didnt move cab for 5 mins. I called he said i am coming but switched off the phone. I was standing at railway station for half an hour.. Is this the way to treat customers..

                                    I daily take uber cabs and spend atleadt 35-40 mins per drive twice. Uber cabs are full of cigarettes smoke and non-smoker people like me has to go through this torture daily. By the time the trip is ended it feels like i have smoked atleast two cigarettes the smoke in the cab is that dense. The entire world is spreading awareness to stop smoking as it leads to dangerous disease but uber is freely allowing and spreading this deadly disease like this. This has to stop immediately as uber is playing with so many innocent lives.

                                      I've create my account while i lived in united states. However, when i visit my parents on a vacation in india, i tend to use cab services to travel locally and uber was one of it.

                                      Uber made me change the non-indian mobile number on my uber account to an indian mobile number in order to avail uber cab services. It worked fine for few days, but later, none of the payment options were being accepted when i try to book my ride and on top of all, my account has been disabled. Upon reaching customer care, they investigated for many days just to respond back saying my account was not in accordance with their terms and conditions, which is why the account will stay disabled until further notice. They deprived me o[censored]sing the uber cab services just because they are incapable to lift off the restriction on my account and don't know what to do (As per their response). This is very unprofessional and inappropriate, considering uber has reputation world wide. This raises concerns of discrimination. Please help me on this.

                                        Today, at around 8A.M I booked an Uber from 21, A.K. Mukherjee Road and initially, a car was assigned to me but the driver (Vijay) cancelled my trip without calling me.Now, Uber charged me 47 rupees for cancellation. Why shall I pay when I have not cancelled the trip? If it is not resolved, I am thinking of lodging A case at consumer forum.resolve as soon as possible. The cancellation of the trip was sheer inconvenience for me.I don't want to pay the charge for the cancellation I have not done.
