I booked a share ride on 9th jan 11.18 am in noida from sector 36 to my office hcl in sector 126, i got cab with eta of 8 mins so i didn't called driver instantly. After few moments when i tried to contact the driver, i saw in uber app that my trip is started and it's showing you are on the way but i was still at home wondering how this happened. Moreover, there was no option to cancel the ride or contact driver at that moment. The driver too didn't contacted me and ended the trip at my requested destination at uber deducted full fare from my paytm account.

When i contacted the support they said they can't do anything because as per them trip started and ended at requested pickup and destination points. On writing few email to uber support i got a call yesterday then i explained them that the pickup point shown in trip receipt generated by uber is 2-3 km far from my home address and the representative assured me that they are sending the case for further investigation.

Today morning, i got a call from uber saying that the investigation team confirmed that the pickup and drop location are correct so they can't do anything about it.

This is highly unprofessional and poor support response from uber. They are charging customer incorrectly and taking no actions to correct the service and incorrect behavior of their cab drivers. I am attaching the trip receipt, my home address in uber and distance between the pickup point and my address as proof for my complaint and also uber support email showing the cheap support response for their customers.

RJ TE 1027 (white waganar with yellow plate)this car driver was drunk and hit my bike from back .and when i approched him even saying anything sorry he start using abusing language and even tried to threatened me.he even refused me to give his name .so i can complain his about in police station.

    I had made a ride at 2:13 pm on december 26, 2018 from nampally station to my home l. B. Nagar by maruti swift dzire and paid the driver for the trip. When i open uber app it shows that i owe rs. 200.98. The driver could not see the amount on his screen nor did i get completion message. Since i have got no options left i paid the driver in cash. That trip payment still stands outstanding till today and i have not been able to hire any uber taxi and this need to be corrected.

      I am a female associate working in phase2 noida. My cab from phase2 to my home location was stopped by the driver in the middle of the route. He asked me to get down saying that the cable of brake is broken and take another cab in an unknown location. I was alone. If the brake cable was broken why didnt it was looked by him earlier? I have used scheduled time uber ride. Is it the responsibility o[censored]ber to look into this matter. After so many complaints there was no response from uber. Is this the responsibility they are taking to secure women. No women is safe in the uber rides. Was it a plan of the driver to take the money as well to cancel the ride in the middle because after i got down he went out without any brake being broken down.

        Uber is claiming that they are providing customer care numbers however that number never works. Their drivers call customer after booking cab and cancel if they dont want to go for that trip. Company charges cancellation charges from customers where the customer's fault is 0%. No one listen to customer and due to that drivers have become arrogant and least bothered about cusstomers pain. For example i reached gurgaon station at 04:30 am booked cab, driver didnt move cab for 5 mins. I called he said i am coming but switched off the phone. I was standing at railway station for half an hour.. Is this the way to treat customers..

          I daily take uber cabs and spend atleadt 35-40 mins per drive twice. Uber cabs are full of cigarettes smoke and non-smoker people like me has to go through this torture daily. By the time the trip is ended it feels like i have smoked atleast two cigarettes the smoke in the cab is that dense. The entire world is spreading awareness to stop smoking as it leads to dangerous disease but uber is freely allowing and spreading this deadly disease like this. This has to stop immediately as uber is playing with so many innocent lives.

            I've create my account while i lived in united states. However, when i visit my parents on a vacation in india, i tend to use cab services to travel locally and uber was one of it.

            Uber made me change the non-indian mobile number on my uber account to an indian mobile number in order to avail uber cab services. It worked fine for few days, but later, none of the payment options were being accepted when i try to book my ride and on top of all, my account has been disabled. Upon reaching customer care, they investigated for many days just to respond back saying my account was not in accordance with their terms and conditions, which is why the account will stay disabled until further notice. They deprived me o[censored]sing the uber cab services just because they are incapable to lift off the restriction on my account and don't know what to do (As per their response). This is very unprofessional and inappropriate, considering uber has reputation world wide. This raises concerns of discrimination. Please help me on this.

              Today, at around 8A.M I booked an Uber from 21, A.K. Mukherjee Road and initially, a car was assigned to me but the driver (Vijay) cancelled my trip without calling me.Now, Uber charged me 47 rupees for cancellation. Why shall I pay when I have not cancelled the trip? If it is not resolved, I am thinking of lodging A case at consumer forum.resolve as soon as possible. The cancellation of the trip was sheer inconvenience for me.I don't want to pay the charge for the cancellation I have not done.

                We travelled to ahmedebad and on the way back to bangalore we forgotnour bag in the car. We stay in bangalore and the driver has given the bag to ahmedebad uber office. The office is not transferring it to the bangalore office. How do i collect this now. We have been contacting the uber office but they want us to come in person and collect. How can we travel. Rom bangalore to ahmedebad to collect. We are not receiving any response.

                  Hi I need to complaint against they just fool because I have make booking ride in afternoon it shows me price 220 I went to that place When i book the ride from that place service center it show me price 228 that is genuinely increase no issue but when I apply promo code RIDE2019 it show me 296 price after discount it show 222 price it’s make fool other... I will take a legal action against this matter... it’s against uber rides also check screen shot it one thing no surge is applied

                      I book a cab on 04.01.19 and the payment method this ride through paytm. A wagner cab came and took me to my distention. After reaching at my distention i told to the driver that i have already pay for this trip through paytm as 59 rupees but the uber driver says that he need the trip fair in cash as 90 rupees and also says that you can refund your 59 rupees from uber company. Driver told me the total fair of this trip is 90 rupees. So i am paid to the driver 90 rupees in cash and uber company also deducted 59 rupees from my paytm account. Please help me and refund my 90 rupees.

                      On 31/12/2018 I ordered food in the restaurant through UBER eats app, Unfortunately that transaction was cancelled automatically, So I repeat the order and again that was also cancelled automatically then stop ordering. After a moment later amount from my account was debited twice for the both cancelled orders.

                      I booked my trip to hospital. After reached near my place, suddenly driver cancelled my trip and went out. We have a patient and she is asenior citizen.i am very disappointed. And then booking another auto, after reaching destination he collect extra charges more than my booking charges. Very worst service provider in chennai city.

                        I am manan vora (Phone no. [protected]). A student studying at iit guwahati. I had a great problem yesterday night travelling with uber.
                        ‌ my friend and me were travelling back to our college after vacations from guwahati airport. We booked a cab from the app. We met the driver and then what happened was shocking. I couldn't believe what was happening. He told us that he would take us to our destination but would charge extra. We were also told that all the drivers will cancel your rides since you are going to iit because they donot get any return trips from there again. We had no other option because it was night and we just wanted to reach out hostel safely. But he told us that he would charge us extra rs.90 for the toll at the airport but the toll was only for rs.60. Having no other option we went along with him.
                        ‌ the ride costs us rs.400. My point is not at all about money. It is. All about the experience you give to your customer. The ride was cancelled, we went with the driver as just passengers of a local taxi. But when we are shown that cabs are available please make sure that we are given what we expect.
                        ‌ i was completely dejected after this experience. Please look into the matter on a serious note. Expecting a positive reply.

                        I was debited with Rs.65.14 on 24/12/2018 and I do not know the reason why this was done.
                        I booked cab on 19.12.18 I contacted driver he said that as per his mobile app.pickup location is different me.

                        This issue is not first time.

                          I left my earphone in the cab on 27th november. The driver's name is rajkumar. Immediately i called the driver but he said he is not near my place. Thereafter i called him any times and he always said that he is not in gurgaon and he is not getting any trips to gurgaon. I even offered him to pay incentive if he comes here. Its more than a month now and i am not getting any response from him. Please help me to get me earphones back.

                            Sir i have uber account no is [protected]. I want to online payment, they charge 1 rupee for atm card authentication which is refundable. The deduction date is 27/12/18. They told me 2-4 working day send the. But not recive the balance in bank a/c (Sbi bank). They told me they inetiative the process. But they do not give me refund referance no. Which is bank want to track details. I told them but did not any responce.in this type they deducted the balance any time bank account i think. Please solve the issue.

                              I had booked an uber ride this morning at around 10:30 to ride from destination expanding horizons, 6/w umakanta sen lane, kol-30 to beltala girls high school, kolkata with stop over at bharatiya vidya bhawan, salt lake, kolkata. The driver was abhishek, and the car no was wb19h7123. I stopped the car after 3mins. Into the ride to pick up some sweets and had left my jacket in the car. When i stepped out of the shop in hardly 3mins. I found the car has vanished. It should be noted that the car did not have to wait a second at pickup. Later when i was hunting for the car my phone received a receipt a acknowledgement for rs. 63/-, which i had never paid to the driver as the ride was never terminated by me. Abhishek had terminated the trip without informing me and stole my jacket, which was in the car. A speedy action is requested on your part otherwise i will be forced to take legal action.

                                this was my first ride with uber. i have selected pool cab. one guy name Amol (Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire. unable to fetch the vehicle no ) as this was my first ride i had no idea about the payment. i have selected method as Paytm. after boarding the car near to my drop point i asked him about is debit card / paytm will work he said he will only take cash. i was totally unaware about the malpractices used by the recruited drivers o[censored]BER. i paid him cash 209 rs for the ride then right after he left the amount 219 rs is debited from my paytm wallet.

                                I tried contacting the customer service they said uber is trying hard working with their drivers and take appropriate action against driver.

                                  I have two similar complain today 01.01.2019 in pune as under : — 1) booked trip at 08.09 am and confirmed, maruti suziki dizire, from bramha majestic, nibm road, pune. 411048. I have tracked and spoken to driver also and said reaching shortly about 12 minutes. I said ok waiting. But when i tracked the car after 12 minutes the car showing near by but not came to us than i tried him over phoned not picked up and immediately i got the message for cancellation and also liable to pay 64/- to next ride with using the same car... Anyway i booked another uber and finally completed my trip after paying additional amount of rs. 64/-... (2)... And the same thing happened in while returning.. At 11.09 am tata indica, driver not reached to us and cancelled the trip but again got the message from uber to pay 42.50 from the next ride.. Than i used ola cab to return... This is very strange from this mischievous uber drivers which is defame o[censored]ber name.. This is first time i am facing this type of problems in pune... I heard someone other uber driver and told some of driver doing this whenever they don't want to go. They park the car somewhere hidden place and carry the mobile outside nearby you just passing permissible time hopefully five minutes and cancelled the trip without incurred the loss to him and that is loaded to us... Please investigate the matter seriously and refund the amount to my account... And also stop their services immediately which is ruining and reputation of your company...                                     We are fooled by the uber staff at airport, i booked a ride via [protected]@3.05 am which was of rs 754/- (Which is a usual fair to airport), to my destination but driver told he will take only cash. The staff present on uber point in airport cancelled my previous booking and did some changes in booking in so much hurry and let us sit in the cab in very less time. The. After words the driver took usual route for our destination which cost us rs. 1789/- which is not at all a reasonable or unreasonable fair this trip. We are cheated by uber team and charged the double rent for the trip. We request you to please review the whole instance and review the fair trends and refund our hard earned money which was extra charged by uber team to avoid future consequences.

                                      Hii this is anubhav from shahdara Delhi today I have booked an uber cab from Indian oil petrol pump at Anand vihar Delhi/NCR to MCD office shahdara at 5:46 pm and cancelled at 5:52 pm because the driver phone was switched off and he took the someone else and started the trip which I realized at the same time and cancelled. And the status as " on hold for order" is showing on my paytm wallet with an amount of 350 for the entire trip and the trip is not submitted actually. It is cancelled. I have added a screenshot.
                                      Please it's a request do not release the payment from my paytm wallet for the same. Please get it resolved at the earliest as the amount would be deducted after today.

                                        Yesterday(12/30/2018), we have taken UBER cab from Sector 9, Vasundhara to Jaipuria Mall, Indirapuram. In that Cab, I have left my dark blue color Coat (upper piece of my suit). After 10 mins, i contacted him and requested to come back on which he expressed his expense reumbursement. I agreed to pay his expense but he did not come. When i gain tried reaching him after half an hour then initially he cut my phone and then seems like blocked m as i am not able to reach him.
                                        From y colony CCTV footage i got te cab number which is UP14FT 8101. Driver name is Pramod. Kindly look into this and help recover my item.
