After reaching home I couldn't find my bag which had two phoens and money. When I trying driver number it's switched off alone with my number too. Filed police FIR too. But Uber is not responding to my tweet or msg in app. There is no customer care number for follow-up .never expected such thing from Uber .filed case against Uber too . I need ur urgent intervention in my case . Uber driver stole my phone, bag and money and I filed FIR too. But driver's number is switched off since yesterday and unable to treace him .I am not getting any support or call from Uber . I need registered address o[censored]ber driver, pls help.

This case is not resolved. I didn't get any details of driver .Uber is not willing to catch driver .

    I booked a uber cab from prozone mall coimbatore on 17/11/2018, 10 pm. I waited for nearly 15-20 minutes at the pickup location. The driver finally arrived and asked the destination (I have already mentioned in the app - six corner).

    After i entered cab, the driver said that he don't accept online payment and asked me to check the estimated fare in my app, then i told its around 150.

    Then the driver with an irritating face told me that this is night time and 150 is low. Then he told that he will cancel the ride and book another cab.

    I eventually got down from the cab. He then said something like give me 150 cash but i didn't accept that option because after all the conversation i surely know he will ask for more at the destination. Also the reason i opted online payment in uber is i get scratch cards if i pay through google pay.

    = such is the standards maintained at uber. I waited for nearly 15- 20 mins in the night for no use. But if i make a uber driver to wait for some time and then cancel the cab, they charge me money. (I was charged before).

    = he made me get down from the cab on the road, infront of everyone.

    = unnecessary conversations made by driver "like" this is night time, 150 is less", those discussions are completely not necessary to me.

    We booked uber cab, driver accepted the trip. Now he is not responding to call. We waited for 15 min at Shivajinagar ST stand, he didn't came. Hence we cancelled the trip. His name is Navnath and car number is MH12 PQ 3885
    Requesting you to take a strict action against him. He didn't have the courtsey to respond to customer call.
    I was charged twice for the same ride, I pay through UID google pay, it requested me for twice, second time it didn't allow me to book cab without paying though I had already paid, refer screenshot attached.

      I had booked uber today at 6:55 pm and it showed the driver's time if arrival of 3 minutes which was acceptable. When i checked the details of the driver to contact him, it showed his arrival at 7:28 pm. I thought of waiting for him. But at 7:41pm when it was not possible to contact the driver as he was not picking up the phone, i decided to cancel my booking and the company deducted₹42 from my paytm account for the driver who never picked up the call and never arrived. I want my money back.
      Day before yesterday also the same experience happened. I booked the cab and the driver didn't turn up for more than half an hour and i had to book another cab but uber deducted₹42 from my paytm account. I want this money to be returned.

        Yesterday i. E 15th nov 18, i booked uber wagon r cab at m g road metro station gurgaon at 11:43 am. Up number cab.
        Driver sadeek called me from number[protected] and comfirm me he is coming in one min.
        After that i called him 4 times on number [protected] using uber app contact button.

        But he made me fool by standing 100 mtr here and there, and did not pick call. And after 5 min he cancelled it trip without informing me.
        Which cost me 42 rs and waistage of 20 min time to reach my office.
        From up number cabs i am facing this issue in gurgaon location on regular basis because of toll tax charges 100 rs.

          This is so unprofessional.. Uber charge money from your paytm account without even cross checking..everytime there driver dont come on the said location and keeping there phone off.. After waiting for 15 minutes when we have cancel the ride they charge amount from us.. This is very disgusting.. I need my all the amount refunded back to my paytm account. This is so ridiculous everytime there drivers do the samething

          Uber have not refunded my cancellation fee yet, number of times i told them that their driver was unprofessional i booked a cab called the driver he said he will reach in 15 minutes. I cancelled and rebook another cab and called him he went to different location even after telling him my location. I called him again and he switched him phone i tried many times but was not able to connect with him as his no was not reachable than unfortunately i have to cancel and rebook the cab. Many times i told this thing in uber still they are repeating that they can not refund the amount as twice i have cancelled the ride. This is because of there poor service i have to cancel the ride. I have booked the ride for my sister she have to returned back to her home and was getting late and there drivers were not able to reach at time. I want my refund back

          This is so irritating uber have hired so unprofessional drivers. Yesterday i booked an auto and their driver denied for the pick up and after numerous complaint they have refunded me my cancellation fee. And even now they have not refunded me my difference amount which i had to pay to the next drivers. I do have the call recording how there driver denied for the pick up and denied to cancel the booking as well

            On 14 November 2018, I had book a ride for my freind from Rabindra Tirtha, Rajarhat to Prachi Cinema Sealdah. The ride was UPI based payment ride. On completion of the ride the Uber app on driver's phone showed a sum of rupees 139.84 to be paid in cash. So, my freind paid in cash as it was showing on the driver's phone. But, now my Uber app is showing a payment of rupees 119 to be made for the same ride. What is the meaning of this?

              Reg oct 10, 2018 so called booking n cancellation charge. Your charge was wrong. No driver accepted my request, hence question of cancellation does not arise. No name was flashed by you on my phone.in fact there is a racket going on at airport by drivers to earn by such malpractices. They befool the company and passsangers both n you are losing the clients. Yours is not on my preferred list.

                Myself niharbala sonawane. Booked a taxi from airport t3 arrival terminal new delhi to rajender place new delhi via uber app on 13 november 2018 at 19:52 through my mobile account [protected]. While booking and on confirming the fare shown was 263 rupees and on reaching the destination and after completing the trip the fare shown was rupees 722. The uber driver also said that do launch a complain against this as this fare is too much higher than expected. Attached a screenshot of the fare. I demand a refund for my issue in the following bank account only.

                  since last week you are overcharging 60 to 80 rupees everyday.
                  The amount shown at the time of booking is different from the amount shown at the time of leaving the cab
                  U must charge the same amount as reflected at the time of booking
                  We don't tell the driver to take different route, Plz update your software, as its very amabassing to negotiate with drivers that the amount reflected to me is different than his.

                          Greetings for the day.

                          I want to register my complaint for Uber. i have missed my flight because the Uber driver took my booking but never turned to my location. I have been harassed with numerous phone calls with NO RESULT. i have attached conversations which are not taking me anywhere. i missed my flight and can present all details along with Uber cab booking and flight booking (the one i missed and the one i had to bec of my missed flight). can someone please help.

                          I am getting follow up call but they never turn back to me on time moreover, they never accept it was fault of the driver. Driver accepted the duty but never reached to my location. it was very next morning to Diwali and i booked Uber cab at around 4 am IST in morning. He was at mahipalpur for almost 2 hrs and never contacted, Even after my request he denied to come or even didnt cancel the booking. I was unable to book another cab since my booking was blocked. Driver name is: Abdul Gaffar. I missed my flight and had to eventually book a new flight (have all ticket details, incase needed) this application is register with my mobile number and Uber is not resolving my issue, just doing calls (after my follow up). they are not coming to any conclusion just frustrating me so that i sto doing follow up. i am really unhappy and looking for some help on this issue.
                          UPDATE PLEASE.. no one contacted from UBER...

                            Hi sir/mam,

                            Today[protected] i booked one ubergo cab at around 10.12 am from kodihalli main road to baghmane tech world.
                            I started the trip at 10.22 am.
                            While booking the cab it showed me an amount of rs 257. But after completing the trip it showed me rs 845.90.
                            I did not have that much amount of cash with me and so i had to pay via paytm.
                            In the receipt that uber has sent to me i can see a distance of 33 km traveled while actually its only a distance of 9 km.
                            I really cannot travel 33 km in 30 mins on a monday morning in bangalore.

                            Please help me get back my overcharged money.
                            This is really not expected from uber. I am highly disappointed.

                                Last day i booking a uber in karol bagh, he name is sandeep and phone no is [protected], car no is dl1ry7538, first i called him that where is you, he tell me near the rbl bank and he ask me where are you going? I tell him that i need to go majun ka tilla. After i will be near the rbl bank. Than i try to call him, but he didn’t pick up call also he cut my call, i almost call him 20 times and waiting him half hour there. He didn’t reply me anythings, so after i have no choice then i canceled that uber and booking another uber, his name is irshad, i paid him extra rs45 for sandeep, so i wanna to know why i need to pain that money to him and why he doing like that, so i hope you will tell me that’s reason as noon as you can,

                                  This is so inconvenient and unprofessional! I had booked a cab from ndls to noida sec 125 on 22nd of sept, 18 for which my drive asked me to pay ₹290 which was the amount flashing on his phone! I gave him the amount that he asked for and then left... After sometime he calls me up and tells me that the amount was lesser than the original..₹438 and he asks me to pay the remaining ₹148 through paytm to ‭+[protected]‬ this number which is no even related to uber! I don’t know who is this lady who called me up and harassed me to pay ₹170 which is not even the remaining amount!!! And when asked, this lady has no recipt no details of the trip!! I don’t know who she is and how did she get my number!! I am ready to pay the remaining amount but i have no viable information about this number! I am being mistreated!! And this is not even my mistake!! What should i do?!

                                    Uber has gone to dogs now... Cos it is not the management that is running the company but the illiterate drivers who are manipulating the system to extract money from the and uber support care team are full of # who don't even know what to do.

                                    I booked uber from airport departure terminal to sushant lok 1 c block and the fare shown was 278rs, but after repeated attempts of booking the car allocated was sandro and the driver mobile number provided was switched off. The driver was calling and asked me to come to pillar no 4 of arrival terminal and so i did. Then after boarding he took via t2 terminal, on checking he replied that this is the only way. Later on billing i realised why all he did what he did. I was charged 300 rs extra, a total of 600 rs. Cos he used t3 arrival pick up and passed through t2, so 150 plus 150, 300 rs were charged extra, which definitely he did not pay. I know this cos i work at the airport and know the in an out of paying of toll. But uber and drivers are extracting money from customer on account o[censored]sing a app.

                                    I registered a complaint with uber support team but obviously they declined the request cos they have no knowledge. And this is not the first time i have been charged extra from the airport but 3rd time and this one for sure is the last time, as i have deleted uber app from my mobile now.

                                    And this time i will fight it for my money...

                                      I have 2 vehicle attached in uber guwahati. But one vehicle on running condition and other vehicle was off road long time back. Now the uber guwahati office says that i have due around 26000 thousand rs to uber guwahati. Now my concern is if i not running my vehicle i uber then how can 26000 rs was due in uber. I was came in uber guwahati office and the concern person said that he will not provide any statment of my uber guwahati account. Now uber guwahati office offroad my maruti alto vehicle. My both vehicle numbers is as 25bc7038 (Chevrolet beat) and as01hc2477 (Maruti alto 800). And my uber fleet all not working because of i forget my user id and password. Kindly resolve my both issues

                                        I have booked an uber from 79, pallysree
                                        To howrah railway station. So driver ask me to cancel the trip because he couldn't find my location. So i asked him to cancel the trip because it's his fault.
