I ordered food via uber eats and after an hour the order got cancelled.

When i tried to place the order again it asks me to pay the amount of the previous order to continue further orders.
When i contacted customer care they ask me to pay the money.

Is it fare pay for an order which is undelivered?...

I'm complaining about my money, i had order a roll via uber eats my money has deducted and delivery boy asked cash, then a person from uber called me and told that kindly give him cash your money will be refunded, and now i am continuously complaining they are not giving solution.
Even i had forwarded the screenshot with transaction id and order id but do not get the resolution....

Today[protected] i booked one ubergo cab at around 10.12 am from kodihalli main road to baghmane tech world.
I started the trip at 10.22 am.
While booking the cab it showed me an amount of rs 257. But after completing the trip it showed me rs 845.90.
I did not have that much amount of cash with me and so i had to pay via paytm.
In the receipt that uber has sent to me i can see a distance...

Recently i did one trip on 6th nov 2018 for which i have been charged 139.50 rs which i paid using google pay wallet and the transaction was successful. Again when i tried to book on 11th nov 2018, it was asking me to repay the amount for same trip so i needed to repay as i was unable to book the cab.

Last day i booking a uber in karol bagh, he name is sandeep and phone no is [protected], car no is dl1ry7538, first i called him that where is you, he tell me near the rbl bank and he ask me where are you going? I tell him that i need to go majun ka tilla. After i will be near the rbl bank. Than i try to call him, but he didn’t pick up call also he cut my call, i almost call him 20 times and waiting him half hour there. He didn’t reply...

This is so inconvenient and unprofessional! I had booked a cab from ndls to noida sec 125 on 22nd of sept, 18 for which my drive asked me to pay ₹290 which was the amount flashing on his phone! I gave him the amount that he asked for and then left... Uber has gone to dogs now... Cos it is not the management that is running the company but the illiterate drivers who are manipulating the system to extract money from the and uber support care team are full of # who don't even know what to do.

I have 2 vehicle attached in uber guwahati. But one vehicle on running condition and other vehicle was off road long time back. To howrah railway station. So driver ask me to cancel the trip because he couldn't find my location. So i asked him to cancel the trip because it's his fault.
So he started using abusive languages on me. And i said that i'll complain against you so he's just continued with his abusive language.

There were 2 instances where the driver would ask me to walk to them because they had to take a U turn. And another where the driver kept calling and asking my drop off location and asking me to cancel.

A trip was Rs.42 and this happened 2 times. I still haven't received reimbursment for both. Once on friday where the driver cancelled and today....

I have submitted my complaint in their platform and got no response. And the fraud company doesn't even provide a customer care number to contact. My car was attached in uber at kolkata it was running quite well then uber company tell you cannot run your odisha registration vehicles at kolkata and having national permit so we bought our vehicle from kolkata now i visited to bhubaneswar uber office they told you cannot run your vehicle no.
