I ordered from a restaurant "cafesta" order id : #f9e79, after waiting for more than an hour, i was tracking the delivery and suddenly i got the message my food has been delivered although i never received the order. I have made numerous complaints through the app but the customer representatives have the audacity to mark the issues as resolved without providing any explanation.

Uber representatives are claiming that they can't refund my amount as my account has been flagged for "high refund activity" when all i did was, as a responsible customer, gave feedback using the options available in uber eats. I didn't ask to be refunded when uber did it automatically from their end in some cases.

If i do not get an apology and my refund, i'm going to file a case at the consumer court of india.

    Today on 20tj jan’19, i was driving near pari chowk, greater noida at 7:15pm when a wagon r taxi was driving extremely recklessly and almost hit my car. He was extremely rude and probably drunk when i questioned him for the same. He was giving logic that that he has given the indicator and was expecting that the rest of the traffic to stop as he was trying to come from 1st lane to the third lane. The driver abusive and i was sitting with my wife and two year old son who got extremely scared.

    Kindly take immediate action as today it could have led to an accident

      My cousin had booked a uber ride for me on 17th of jan 2019, pick up at 03:55 am from 12-5-58, south lallaguda, vijay puri secunderabad (Tarnaka) to rajiv gandhi international airport. Car no. Ts08ub4822, drivers name upendar who arrived on time, i put my one only piece of luggage in the dikki and sat on the back seat. The ride started wherein my iphone 6s plus which has got an international number was with me by the side on the seat throughout. At the airport due to congestion of cars the driver sort of stopped wherein i opened the door abit and then he fully stopped because of traffic i just got out leaving my phone behind on the seat, picked my luggage from behind paid the driver 550/- rupees which was a 79.45 rupees tip as the bill was 470.55/- rupees only and we parted. At the time of check-in which was just few minutes after we parted, at the air india counter it is then i noticed that i have left my phone behind in the car.
      I then called my wife using a gentleman's mobile who was at the airport and later an airport staff mobile. My wife managed to speak to the driver who first said he did not find it then my wife said i will log a complaint to the police and in the course of conversations he then said some other passenger would have taken it, my wife requested him to go back to the airport and meet me which he said he would in 20 minutes but never showed up and later on when my wife somehow contacted him again he said i am at the parking to which my wife said please go up and meet my husband who never came and even after several calls made to the driver he never picked the phone.
      A complaint is lodged at south lallaguda police station secunderabad the same early morning and they have communicated that they are tracking it with the number. My only request to the driver is please hand over my phone as i have all my important contacts.

        After getting the food (Which took quite a while by the restaurant) the delivery executive sent a message that he got it (He in question is an adil contact-[protected])
        When contacted he disconnected the call and then switched his phone off,
        Made me wait for 2 hours before he cancelled the order himself at around 11
        This is very bad service from uber, if he couldn't deliver it he should have said so earlier so that i could have made alternate arrangements for dinner, and this kind of behaviour is umacceptable, especially his switching off the phone and thus making me unable to contact him, i think this is not a mere case o[censored]nusual traffic, this matter should be looked at because the delivery boy is most probably taking advantage of the customers inability to complain directly to uber, to dupe us o[censored]ber s services wrongly, this is a bad mark on uber eats name and good will and they should immediately relieve him of his duties which he cannot carry out properly at all

          My experience with uber these days is ridiculous. For just booking cab it took 1 hour. After booking it i was waiting for it for 1 hour. Then i got call from him saying that where is your drop location?. I told him drop location & suddenly he cancelled the ride. Again i tried to book ride, again i got the same ride which was book earlier, he called me & cancelled it.. If he had cancelled the ride earlier what's the point in allocating same uber again... I really don't understand this. If you are going to cancell the ride then don't pretend you are coming to pickup location..&this is happening frequently.&also cab driver says madam kaise jana hai... I mean like seriously, you are a driver, your gps is not working you should be able to find the proper way. Please do look through it.. It's a request

          I ordered Veg Biryani from Uber Eats on 19/01/2019 for lunch and received mutton biryani. I’m a Jain and do not eat non vegetarian food. I demand heavy compensation for this negligence.

            Today I had an accident in Mumbai Juhu the uber driver was driving negligently and had passengers . He slammed my car from the side and asking him his uber licence he didn’t give and started blaming me. I have witness and photos . Was told to go to the police for lodging complaint against him and he followed me half ways and just ran away leaving me on my own. I am left with a loss of 15000Rs and police can’t trace this guy as his car is not legally registered with uber and no contact details. I think uber should stop such rogue operators as the passengers have no clue if the vehicle is registered with uber or they r just sitting in a illegal cab

                I had booked an uber pool cab at 1:40 pm on 17/01/2019 from dwarka, new delhi to vasant kunj, new delhi. The trip fare that i agreed to was rs. 149/-. I was matched with 2 riders but their drop location was shown after the trip started. The other two riders were going to gurgaon, haryana. First, i went to gurgaon and from there i reached vasant kunj, new delhi. To top that, i was charged 105/- extra as toll charges. The route was faulty - i ashouldnt have been matched to that cab where riders were going to gurgaon instead of new delhi. I want full refund of my fare as this ride was harassment. First you take me to an unwanted long drive and then charge me double for it!

                  Hello sir,
                  I have ordered from UberEat and my order I'd is #E603E and my order is marked by delivery boy as delivered but I didn't get it and when I tried to call customer care several time they were contact me to same delivery boy and he repeatedly make fool to us.
                  I didn't get my order yet I talked to one of your customers care executive named gurvinder and said him to cancel my order and give my money back, but still I didn't get my money back.
                  We have number of that driver through which we tried to call him but he makes story evry time. his number is [protected].
                  We have waited for about an hour on road for that driver but he didn't covered the distance of 15 min. Even I have shared him my location on what's app as well but he said that he can't access that.
                  I want justice on this and a strict action against these guys.

                  Entire organisation is making nonsense.

                    I have traveled from agra to gurgaon through uber cab. At the time of booking fare was shown as 2539 excluding toll and taxes. During the trip 415 rs toll was paid by the driver. However, at the end of the trip driver charged 2250 extra, in addition to 2539 and 415, saying that 750 rupees state tax applicable for every state we travelled i. E. U. P., delhi, haryana. I told the driver to produce the reciept but he denied saying it is paid online.in this regards complaint was also registered with uber but neither they refunded my money nor they provided the receipt for the tax paid for all three [protected]@750 each.

                    I am in the process of filling case against uber india for cheating their customers and charging them incorrectly. If a customer books Uber Go cars, they are getting Uber premium cars and getting charged extra. This is a clear cheating scenario. Also the time they show in receipt to complete a ride is more than the actual time taken. [protected]

                      Destination: rishi nagar, shakur basti, nr. Shakur basti railway station, rani bagh
                      Rent informed: rs. 246/-

                      When your driver arrived at the reporting point, route and destination was explained to him. Accordingly, to reach shakur basti, he should have taken ring road, via dhaula kuan, narain, rajouri garden and punjabi bagh. But instead, he went to hari nagar, interiors of janak puri and irrelevant rout. When he was going out of his way, we questioned him about it. He replied that he has been “ told by the person who has taken the booking to take this route. Company has employed a new person, who does not how to fix the route on gps…”

                      Due to his taking us on a long drive, we were getting late for attending a condolence meeting. At last he dropped us near shakur basti railway station after 1hour and 45 minutes and charged us rs. 401/- against the pre-fixed amount of rs. 246/- on our mobile phone. We did object about the over-charging, but paid him rs. 401/- without arguing as we were getting late for the condolence meeting.

                      On our return journey provided by your another driver, mr. Bhup, cab number up83 bt 6338 (Wagon r), who took the route via punjabi bagh, rajouri garden, naraina, dhaula kuan, chankya puri, he charges us an amount of rs, 276/-, which was reasonable. He took only 45 minutes to drop us at sai baba mandir at lodhi road.

                      We strongly object the way some of your drivers are taking your clients for a long-drive on their own and charging them much above the pre-determined fare.

                      You are requested to look into the matter of over-charging by your driver in question - mr. Amit and return the excess amount of[protected] of rs. 155/- to mr. C. P. Relia, manager, sai baba temple, 17, institutional area, lodhi road, new delhi-110003. Thanks.

                      Ordered from a restaurant on uber eats. Paid 130rs for it. The curry have 1ltr of oil floating. Its uneatbale. Have to throw full into dustbin. On complaining to the customer they replied that they wont look into this matter and cant give any service. I have provided proof and photos of the food. But still they are shamelessly denying it.

                        As much as all the food delivery services make their food delivery commendable in dedication and time to the consumer, it is equally threatening to encounter their delivery personnel on the road. This includes uber eats as well. The careless driving, without helmets and with earphones plugged in to talk to their customers makes driving risky for everyone else on the road. Most of the time, the uber eats delivery personnel can be seen zooming past all vehicles, impatiently honking at signals (When the light is still red), driving on the wrong side of the road, maneuvering through one ways and parked carelessly on the roads to pick up and drop deliveries. This is unacceptable to us as fellow users of the road, and careless on the part o[censored]ber eats to not check on the etiquette of their delivery personnel.

                        I am unable to put a specific date to these incidences as they are a daily occurrence, and i was also unable to find a complaints section on the uber eats app or website. I request that uber eats take some action on ensuring that their delivery boys drive safe, wear helmets on not engage in bad road practices in the future. This could either be done through their policy amendments or by bringing specific rules and penalties for their personnel.

                          Hi, i have booked cab from my road to sarjupura and while booking cab the fare was showing 231 rupees and as soon as we started the trip my meeting got cancelled so i supposed to return to my original place and i have travelled hardly 2 km but the fare didn't changed.

                            Driver took the money in cash and in next ride it charges for previous ride again. It happened on 14 january 2019 between 4-5 o'clock. My ride was in paytm method but driver didn't say anything about it and took cash for that ride. When i ask for the refund they are saying it's not our fault. One more thing happened in chennai ride driver didn't receive my but my money deducted from my account and when i ask for the refund they are telling like 'it'll not happen again, sorry for the inconvenience.

                              Today I booked Ola pool from Chanakyapuri delhi. When I called my driver he said he has not received my booking and told me he is going to drop the other passengers. Then after 10 minutes he started the ride without me, which I needed to cancel and was charged 54 rupees. I don't the reason why the driver did the same. It is utter non sense from an uber driver and wasted my time. Appropriate action may be taken in this regard at the earliest. And my cancellation charge need to be waived

                                  Uber driver asked us to pay toll amount. We have paid the amount and we saw that in the bill uber added the toll charges as well.
                                  I complaint about the service but uber india saying that "since an exception was made previously, we are unable to refund the cash this time. To avoid any future inconvenience, please pay the driver partner only as much as the trip receipt reflects."
                                  But if this is the case then why their drivers always force us to pay.

                                    I booked a taxi from india-new delhi vasant junk to go to india-new delhi vikas puri at 21.00 hours on 12 the jan, 2019 but the taxi never reached the pick up point & he himself cancelled the trip. But uber charged me rs.42 for not getting into the taxi. They also did not provide me an alternate taxi. So i was forced around 21.20 to book another taxi which uber said will cost me rs.270 which rate was frozen as is the norm & uber also said they are providing premier taxi at no extra cost. But when i reached the destination, i was asked to pay rs.417. So i now seek refund of excess fare charged to me which amount should get adjusted at the next trip that i take on wednesday, the 16th jan

                                      I had travelled with uber driver kushal mobile number [protected] and opted for paytm by the time we reached home the app stopped responding on driver mobile and my mobile both.
                                      We ended up paying cash of 150 rupees as app was not working.
                                      Later 212 was deducted from my paytm wallet and when i raised complaint many times they are simply replying that if you opted for paytm then don't pay cash.
                                      If i don't pay to driver i will have to fight with him which is not advisable.
                                      Please check and help.
                                      Time to travel : 7:23pm on 9th jan from sec 20 to sec 120 noida.

                                      I called up driver and he said for him the mode is shown as cash and now he is not able to see the ride in his account.
                                      It seems that uber is doing some fraud by not showing paytm rides to user and showing them as cash so that people pay cash and they grab the paytm amount.

                                      This need to be investigated and resolution to be provided

                                        I took a ride via uber. The driver well behaved at the time of riding but later he started asking for a date. Since he had my contact number he kept on calling me and messaging me inspite of not being responded. Finally i have to change my number to get rid of him. I would like the company should not give direct number to the driver or should have some strict regulations signed by the driver before joining uber.
