I have paid the bill for my last trip via cash.
But it is showing that i haven't paid the bill.
I think driver has done something. After completing he asked us for fare we have shown him that it is 185 rupees he didn't agreed to it and asked us for more. But we gave him only the original cost i. E.185 rupees. Something fishy is going on.
Due to this i was unable to book a ride and it is showing that to pay the bill. Solve...

I travel by uber taxi from choodaman des road yo yashwant our railway station. On 08 dec18 at 12.00 hrs. On nice road toll both driver took rs 280.00 for pay the tool tax. At the railway station yashwantpur. I paid 1039.00 as per bill. I got bill copy after few minute that time driver had goen. Toll tax already include in bill summary. Many time i had wrote to uber but they are not given reply. Take necessery action please....

This is to bring to your kind notice that one of your driver - name - kuldeep ghatge living in new panvel area is employed with is car with uber.
We have a ride with him couple of times and develop a relation with him.
One day he came to us and borrowed rs 10, 000/- for his hospitalized wife and promised to returned in a week. Till now no news. Will you please check with him as our trips were mainly from sandhurst...

I booked my trip from the said location to chandkheda, first got the call from mr. Kuber, he started arguing for payment in the mode of cash, instead of paytm, recording of same has been circulated by my self on social media.

Again i booked, got the driver as mr. Hitendra, contacted him twice but unfortunately he also not turned up, again got with hire fare mr. Vishal but no response.

This is regarding my both uber eats and uber account,
I am unable to use promotions on my accounts, why, it says some violations are made.
Can u tell me what violations were done and reactivate those promotions.
There are a lot of discounts for particular restaurants but i cant use them.

I am a consistant user also, please review and reactivate my account....

I was travelling to india in the november 2018 and my experience wasn’t good taking the taxi with uber and ola during my stay. This is the reason i am writing to you with a belief that some action/ training will be provided to the drivers.

It has apparently become a usual practice for taxi drivers to take by-lanes, side lanes and takes routes other than main routes in banglore which is very frustrating....

I am sushil desai from pune, i had ride through uber on dated 13th dec 2018 from home (Spine road) to sainath hospital (See attachment for refrence) and they would charged fare by me of rs.135.47.
