On 22nd november 2018. I booked a cab from pipeline jn, (Kochi, kerala) to edayakkunnam bust stop (Kochi, kerala). At the time of booking cab, the fare shown rs 93/- when reached destination the fare has been changed to rs 144/- my question is how trust in uber costs when cab booked??? What will do if i dont have cash for settlement the driver. Because i booked the cab showig fare rs 93/- otherwise i dont booked the cab! So i want to know...

Yesterday, i travelled from kempegowda international airport to devarachikkanahalli. The amount on my app showed 779.21 rupees. The driver asked me how much was it showing. I told the same amount. I paid 780 rupees. However, after the driver left from my place, the amount showed as rs.690. There's no way to contact the driver to ask the excess money back. Sadly, there's no customer care number to contact uber. I would like a refund of rs.90...

On 21.11.2018 i booked a cab at 4:30 pm from daryaganj to vasant kunj. It was a shared ride and charges shown were 139/-.

Just 200 meters before my destination the driver took a u-turn and on my asking he said he has a pick up which he left behind.

I objected as the pick up was about 1 km away and my destination was 200 meters away ony. I got down before my destination and walked.

I have been using uber for more than 4 years now and the customer service is very bad. I made the payment for a trip through upi and the money got deducted from my account as well. Neither he has started nor attended my repeated calls even after 5 minutes. Hence i cancelled the cab and booked another cab uber[protected]. He came and took me to ypr. Penalty imposed on me

Last sunday I had a ride in which my driver asked for cash 77Rs. on a non cash ride. I complaint on Uber and they refunded me 77Rs. on my credit but they deducted Rs.38 credit from my uber credit. So I lost Rs. 77/- cash + 38 uner credits and I got back rupees 77 only . Where is my rest of the credits and when I complaint again . This have happened multiple times not once. Please change your policy.

Hello, i have had good experiences with uber except for 2 occasions. My last trip was booked with a driver named deepak (Maruti suzuki swift dzire) on 22/09/18, nagpur. After the driver reached the location he started going off rudely on us asking if we can speak properly or not and whether we are from that city. Didnt even let us enter. I booked a uber cab from prozone mall coimbatore on 17/11/2018, 10 pm. I waited for nearly 15-20 minutes at the pickup location. The driver finally arrived and asked the destination (I have already mentioned in the app - six corner).

This is so unprofessional.. Uber charge money from your paytm account without even cross checking..everytime there driver dont come on the said location and keeping there phone off.. After waiting for 15 minutes when we have cancel the ride they charge amount from us.. This is very disgusting.. I need my all the amount refunded back to my paytm account. This is so ridiculous everytime there drivers do the samething...

On 14 November 2018, I had book a ride for my freind from Rabindra Tirtha, Rajarhat to Prachi Cinema Sealdah. The ride was UPI based payment ride. On completion of the ride the Uber app on driver's phone showed a sum of rupees 139.84 to be paid in cash. So, my freind paid in cash as it was showing on the driver's phone. But, now my Uber app is showing a payment of rupees 119 to be made for the same ride. What is the meaning of this?...

Reg oct 10, 2018 so called booking n cancellation charge. Your charge was wrong. No driver accepted my request, hence question of cancellation does not arise. No name was flashed by you on my phone.in fact there is a racket going on at airport by drivers to earn by such malpractices. They befool the company and passsangers both n you are losing the clients. Yours is not on my preferred list.

Myself niharbala sonawane. Booked a taxi from airport t3 arrival terminal new delhi to rajender place new delhi via uber app on 13 november 2018 at 19:52 through my mobile account [protected]. While booking and on confirming the fare shown was 263 rupees and on reaching the destination and after completing the trip the fare shown was rupees 722.
