I have lost did sim but still some one is using did no he is not receiving any call but some time I had seen did no busy and I have doubt on some one so make it clear I required detail

2. I keptwaiting and sentemail toCustomerCare on16th Jul16 with Subject“ MNP not happned yet ”. Received responsesaying apologyand askedtowait and contact the StoreOwner again.
3. On16th Jul16, I visited theStoreagain andasked himto checkwhy thishasnot happenedyet usingtheonline system which hehas.Answer i got as, ”Themouseisn’t workingof his lapy”. Upon askingtousethemousepadof lapy hesaid it is also not working.
4. On18th Jul16, I visited thestoreandaskedstore owner why theMNPnot happned yet. He repliedasthecode was wronglywrittenontheform.Onthesamedayitself while beinginstoreIregeneratedtheCodesecondtimeandhandeditovertostoreowner.He was socarelessthat hewaswriting myanother contact numbertobeported toTelenor.
5. From18th Jul16 onwards i was tryingto callhim heneither received mycallsnor repliedtomySMS whichi sent him toconfirmif theporting is happenedyet.
I amreally fadeupwith thekindof shamelessattitudeandleast customer importanceby thestore owner. Nowits alreadybeena oneandhalf monthandporting hasnot happenedyet. Someof thequestionscamein mymind Whathappnedtoform and theproof documentswhich i submittedtoStore owner? Whowill taketheresponsibilitythatdocument will not be misused? Whowill takecare/returnthe50 Rswhich i paid at storeowner?Ideallyi shouldget it backas ihave wasted mytime, resources(mobile calls, petrol) andeventually endedup with headacheandnoservice been provided to me.
