    Dear sir, i have raised complaint twice to telenor company but not resolved, just closed with saying no enough info. [ infact i have given most of the details they needed for my complaint ]

    I have recharge using online telenor portal for rs. 129 and according to that i should receive 50000 sec std/ local but received only 25000 sec std/local. The first original complaint number is :[protected] and then second complaint number [protected] on telenor website.

          Uninor is a fraud company, they cheat the customer whenever huge balance in their account they activate some offers and debit the balance from their account and they say from your end only offer have been activate and i request not to maintain huge balance in account.
          I got a msg stating that if i do recharge with Rs33 then rate cutter plan will activate of 25ps/min for 90 days, so i call to conform but they activate Rs83 plan 25ps/min 90 days. If i ask why this offer is activate to me but i got the reply from them from your end the offer have been activate.

                  Bad network service i have complain
                  Many time they have taken my complain but still i am facing same problem, i am have 5 to 6 uninor connection and same problem i am facing in each sim card, they r offering in 88 rs t to t talk time free for 28days but when we call for free balance the voice quality becomes very bad voice starts breaking, and if i call from the same no with same no with main balance i get good quality voice

                    Today i bought isd calling tariff on my telinor number [protected] and confirmation received on my mail [protected]@gmail.Com but when i called to canada to my client two times today rs.11.00 both the time were deducted from my account.

                    So, please check and refunf rs.22.00 into my telenor mobile account and also load isd tariff of rs.19.00 so that i could call to my clients in canada and usa without any problem.

                              Sir, mam 6 rupees were deducted from my account. I called to customer care agent. He said "no 83 rupees had deducted from your account"i just dialed 198 (29). Please give me money back. Kindly see that it didn't happen me again. That customer care agents is speaking very rudely. Please call me as fast you can. It is very serious issuse that might spoil your reputed name.

                                Sir I m receiving a call on my uninor no [protected] daily 2 times from a unknown number[protected] today as the missed call came in try a back call on the no my rs 35 balance deducted .I m very shocked with the incident as I ve subscribed dnd service yet I m getting unwanted calls from last 5 days n my balance is also deducted. Please stop this type of calling n get me return my balance as soon as possible. I will remain thankful 4 ur customer friendly service.

                                  I did wrong reacharge by mistake nd also i can not take its benifit during the duration period. Kindly either give suggestion that how i will get my money back or how i will use that secs from my phone.

                                    Too much network problem facing in my area. While we are talking voice becomes "mute" both side, for 5 to 10 seconds.In 1 minute this problem occurs approx 5 to 6 times. Only in my area i am facing this problem. All the uninor users are in my area facing this problem. Since 60 to 80 days before we are facing this type of problem. I think you will be take my mail seriously. And you will work on it. Thank you
