From morning 6.00 a. M network o[censored]ninor is not available in jhansi.
I m trying to call but due to non availability of network no call is connected.
Niether internet is woking on uninor. There have been frequent network problems on uninor which affects the daily working of customers.In my case i have only one mobile connection and now due to non availability of network i have been totally disconnected with the world. You are requested to please connect to mobile service providers and resolve the problem asap.

        Sir i customer of telenor mobile service provider having mobile [protected] in andhra pradesh visakhapatnam 530018. On 12 may i received a sms from the company that you have successfully renewed cricket alert alerts service. This service is not activated by me before and company renewed cutting subscription of 30 rupees for 30 days. Even not given intimation about my balance is reduced. On 14 may i checked my inbox that time i noticed some vas is renewed and called to customer care to stop the vas and return my money. The customer service rep told me that already 24 hrs are over after activation i will stop the service but your money will not get money back. I also tell customer service rep to change my ivr language to hindi so that when i call i will understand the language. As company is sending various massage daily basis it was not possible to see all the massages that what is activated and what is deactivated company should call the customer.
        On 15 may i got call from [protected] i received a call.In telgu somebody is said something and my 30 rupees is cut and got massage that you start the cricket alert service.
        Thus company is looting consumers money. So it is my request that my money of previous that is on 12 may activation to be get back and company should follow some guide lines to activate the this vas to taking customer in confidence.

          my mobile no. is [protected]. this is telenor no. i have done recharge 6th may in this number rs. 518. in this recharge scheam rs 518-628 talk time.
          and i have done my recharge from mobiquik.recharge is sucessful but i got 446 rupsse talk time. and i could not get this benifit. then i had call telenor coustmer care and register the compliment for this matter. then they gave me the complent id[protected] and told me that we will solve your problam 12 may. but they could not solve the problam and told me that u did not do this recharge from telenor web. and u applied the ofline mode so u cant this benifit.

            The service provider always deduct balance amount without any request, sending business sms and unnecessary calls .
            Not happy with you service.

                I have a telenor mob. No.[protected]. I made a victimed of fraud and cheating not 1 st time but 4 times. On 09.05.2016 after out going calls i received. Message that rc. With rs.129.00=50000 second local/std calls dial *222*7*129#
                This is type of message i get after each and every out going calls, so i dial as above, but i shocked with surprised when i got only 25000 seconds, i contact to 198, but they are not give me answer so lodge the complaint in applets officer and also went to customer care center o[censored]ninor at shahibagh branch ahmedabad. And show the above message, he also agree and told me that you must be given 50000 seconds.
                This is not happen first time with me this is happened 4 th time with me. Know this time i am dead tired of cheating attitude. I don't have any alternate except going to lodge the fir and legal case for fraud schemes, cheating attitude and misbehavior.

                    I purchased 2G data.

                    I got problem with Gmail rich version. Unable to attach the files and open the mail. Only basic html version is works. That is also unable to attach or download the files. If attach or download it take too long.

                    Several times I called customer care. They transfer my call to technical department. They advised instructions. I followed it. But doesn't work.

                    I request to transfer my call to supervisor then I repeat the problem. Request to refund on condition deduct the amount of how much data I used. They said impossible. I said OK but solve my problem.

                    Supervisor promised that with in 48 hours your problem will be solved. After 48 hours also not. When I call again they repeat the same process which technical assistance not works.

                    Finally I hate uninor. Don't bargain with the offers o[censored]ninor 57 rupees for 2G 2Gb or 3Gb. Just use other service provider's internet.

                        On 28 apr 2016 afternoon automatic caller tune activated on my number and when i call to customer care at around 8pm for deactivate and return my deduction, then customer care said systems is not working and call after 5 hours for further process(after 5 hours means 01am night).After this, when i call today[protected] customer care, they say 24hours has passed and your caller tune will deactivated but your deduction(charge for caller tune) does not refund.please do some action.

                                  Hi Team,
                                  I have a uninor sim with no: [protected]. Few months ago i was not in country for few months and hence didn't use my number. When i returned, incoming on my number blocked and i was not able to use that sim anymore. I tried to explain my problem to customer care service several times but either they didn't know the resolution or they didn't want to bear the burden of this complain, so at the end of the day my problem was'nt resolved and i don't know whome to contact. I can even pay penalty charges for the restarting my services again. I am facing so many problems due to this and missing my number ao much. So I hereby urge you to take this request forward and please provide some resolution.
