I have lodged complaint regarding unauthorized money deduction on the same day when I received the sms from the service provides but I didn't get back the money till now. I never expected that Telenor service providers do these type of things whenever they wish. How much longer the company will go on by doing this type o[censored]nlawful things. I think its the worst service provider I have ever seen.

    Hi...even after continued email and follow-up...
    I didn't get the solution yet. Amount of RS.131 was deducted on 10th March 2016 while USSD recharge but the recharge was failed for some technical issues as per the displayed message at that time but the amount was not credited yet. I am trying to call 121, 198 but they have blocked my number.
    I have been told by telenor executives that the deducted balance will be credited to my mobile number account but till the date nothing happened.

    I have emailed to appellate-authority.[protected]@telenor.in Mr. Eric Wadia, Mobile Number[protected] but i got email that i have to submit bank account details, I am wondered, who can make this foolish understand that the amount was deducted from mobile main account balance and not from bank.
    My remain free seconds approx 500 minutes have been exhausted due to not recharge.

    Now.. It is not matter of RS.131...It's matter of cheating and harassment

      Hello Sir/Madam,
      My mobile number is [protected].
      This is third time Uninor have deducted handsome amount of money from my balance. When i called to customer care they told me that I have made an international Call around 11am.
      Since I haven't made any call internationally I am Stumped . and neither do I have anyone abroad.
      yesterday i recharged my account with Rs.110 and today they have deducted Rs.100 from my main account on false allegation that i have made international call.
      Earlier also similar amount of money have been deducted twice with the false allegation of international call. Since I don't have anyone abroad,
      This is really frustrating situation. Please do something ASAP. Regards

          Dear Sir/ Madam,

          Thank you very much for your response to my last mail but again I have received Cricket Mania Service Activation sms & Charged Rs.30 . And also mentioned that tomorrow it will be auto renewed with chargeable amount Rs.30.

          I don't know why this type of services has been activated without my intervention.


          I request you to take the action against the above said matter & deactivate the service. And also I request you to refund the money back which was charged without my intention..

          This is the " Third" time l haven charged in the name o[censored]nauthorized services. so I request you to do something so that I don't have to face this type o[censored]nauthorized service activation in future.

            Dear telenor service provider
            I am from hyderabad banjara hills road no 12 MLA Colony
            I think very very bad signal strengh in this area. I am unable to receive calls. Voice is not clear. Some time call connects but Every time other person in call complains that your voice is breaking down.

            Plz solve the problem. I think it's a city area. And expecting good signal strength. Other wise for a customer it's very simple to move to other networks.

                I have visited uninor store many times ande i too activate dnd service..But daily am getting too much calls and sms from uninor..Am getting mad with your continiuos calls and some times after receiving your call, automatically the call getting break..And again you are calling...Please stop this nonsence..mobile number is [protected]

                  I was offered with a package of 1 Gb data with RC 57 on 4th march 2016 but was only credited with 600 mb.Though i complained to the customer servies there is no proper response from them. In resturn i was said that the offer isn't on 4 th rather valid on 5th & 6th of march 2016.i attach the screenshots to provide furthur proofs.please verify and take my complaint to consideration.my mobile number is [protected].

                            I am koyyana santosh having the On 25.01.2016 i received one confirmation msg from company citing the deduction of 40 RS from my main balance for renewal of Other package, which was occurred with out my knowledge. immediately i called to 546460 to deactivate the Other pack but it iseither not getting connected to customer care or showing any path to deactivate the above said pack. hereby i am asking the operator who has given permission to deduct balance from my account.

All ready deducted.When i call customer care service.They unsubscribe service .But my balance not refund.And next month again start this service.

                                    Telenor (Uninor) recently activated 5 services for my mobile number [protected], and deducted 80 Rs without my permission. I didn't ask for any services. When i called customer care they booked my request on feb 25th for refund. I got message on feb 27th saying that the request has been resolved. But i didn't get my refund amount.

                                    They are cheaters. Without asking or consulting the users they activates services and deducts the amount. After activating they told to call some number to deactivate, if we fail to call to that number they consider that as we responded in favor to service activation.

                                    They did not ask users before activation and deduction of amount. They inform that service is activated and amount is deducted.

                                    Please investigate this issue and resolve this.

                                      When I check by Coustmer offer by USSD *234# Company give me offer talk time in 200 मे 230 but when i recharge rupees 200 company not give me 230 rupees then i complane to 3 time coustmer care he give me not proper solution he give me only 200 rupees ...Cast. Care say no offer about this in your number but when i check *234# everyday give offer 200
