Internet problem

I got a internet pack of Rs 97 and it's not working at all! I contacted the local service provider of the company many times and they told me that my problem will be solved soon but nothing happened! They ask the same questions all the time if the internet settings are done correctly or not and tell me to have patience! I have called the company at least 30 times! I recommend others not to use telenor sim card! It's the worst! They are cheaters!!!...

[protected] from ahmeadbad, gujarat has been uninor user for about a year and i'd like to tell you that for past few weeks, i have been experiencing slow network at the night post 9:30, when i start using my network to send a message via whatsapp or hike, the receiver receives the messages after 20 mins, which was quiet inadequate, i've no problems in the morning...

I have sent mail to [protected]@telenor.in to look into it but ther was no reply.
I have also sent mail to appelate authorityappellate-authority.[protected]@telenor.in on 31st May 2016 to consider this activation on priority.

i was using this number regularly....

At first i applied for dnd services but the way the annoying messages did not stop i thought the service was not activated so i applied again, but after getting aessage that my dnd service is not deactivated i was shocked. Then i called the customer care bihar for further enquiries. The call was received by agent anuradha, she did not even listened the whole problem and shouted that she cannot help me with this as now i have deactivated dnd....

Deducting amount without any requesting of service

It is very common issue with telenor/uninor mobile service provider that if in our mob some of balance they are automatic deducted amount and, without ant request automatic they are started any service. Every time need to call for amount reversal.

Also there customer service very poor, lot of time can not connect with them. And there customer care executive also behaving badly
