    I got a internet pack of Rs 97 and it's not working at all! I contacted the local service provider of the company many times and they told me that my problem will be solved soon but nothing happened! They ask the same questions all the time if the internet settings are done correctly or not and tell me to have patience! I have called the company at least 30 times! I recommend others not to use telenor sim card! It's the worst! They are cheaters!!!

      I'm [ kinjal solanki ] with the uninor no. [protected] from ahmeadbad, gujarat has been uninor user for about a year and i'd like to tell you that for past few weeks, i have been experiencing slow network at the night post 9:30, when i start using my network to send a message via whatsapp or hike, the receiver receives the messages after 20 mins, which was quiet inadequate, i've no problems in the morning sessions but at night, the internet network service is quiet incorrigible and too worst and i was thinking it was just another casual problem, but this problem kept unnoticed for about weeks and which is very disappointing to me, i wanted to know what is happening at night and i want the concerned technical team to resolve this issue as earlier as possible . I'm hoping towards your positive consensus, thanks .

        for my telenor prepaid [protected], i have called customer care and re submitted document in Telenor Galary t Bhosari, Landewadi pune.

        I have sent mail to [protected]@telenor.in to look into it but ther was no reply.
        I have also sent mail to appelate authorityappellate-authority.[protected]@telenor.in on 31st May 2016 to consider this activation on priority.

        i was using this number regularly. please look into this matter urgently.

        I have not received yet any communication on status of mobile number.

        please expedite this issue.

          Maine 3/6/2016 ko 9:30 pe 30 rupees ka recharge kia aur kuch deer baad 22 rupees katne ka sms aa gya koi vas charge ke naam ka . Fir maine customer helping number 198 pe call kia to woh log bol rahe hai aap ki number pe koi recharge hi nahi hua aap 5 hours baad call kariye..
          Fir maine 777 pe call kia usme service to band kar dia but balance refund karne ke liye nahi bola.
          Sir mujhe urgent hai so plz help me.

              At first i applied for dnd services but the way the annoying messages did not stop i thought the service was not activated so i applied again, but after getting aessage that my dnd service is not deactivated i was shocked. Then i called the customer care bihar for further enquiries. The call was received by agent anuradha, she did not even listened the whole problem and shouted that she cannot help me with this as now i have deactivated dnd. The response further also was rude enough. I asked her the number of senior authority she said there is not any person with this designation so i asked her to forward the call to any one higher then she forwarded the call to shalu/salu, i complained her about the previous call, she said she cannot take the complaint but will watch out the next time it happens. I asked her the complain number she again refused it. I regret that people like them are there at the representative extent of the company. I hope i will get further response.

                Dear Sir,

                My Telenor mobile no. is [protected]
                I have got this no. recharged with Rs. 47.00 on 17.05.2016 for 250 MB 2G data. This pack was not working properly. So I got a next pack of Rs. 149.00 on 25.05.2016 for 1024 MB 4G data. Even then the net is not working properly. Therefore I tried to convert the amount in my talktime balance.
                When I contacted the local service provider of the company, I was advised to contact the company at their customer care no.
                When contacted on cc no. I was told that this is not possible.
                I find myself robbed off Rs. 47+149= Rs. 196.00

                Kindly help me in getting my above amount in my talktime balance.

                        Respected all,

                        I am the regular user of telenor, in this month, in this month when i need the recharge to be done, i have checked that the recharge of rs. 48 in ivrs on
                        Date : 09/05/2016
                        *121*1# has given the following offer
                        48=50k t2t secs 28d+2k all secs 10d

                        But when i have recharged with rs. 48 the confirmation sms which is as follows
                        "you have recharged with rs.48.00:talktime rs.0.00 50000 t2t local sec, valid till 00:01 30/05/2016. Tariff: as currently applicable."

                        Here you can notice that the period specified on the ivrs system is for 30 days and but actually they provides it for 21 days.

                        When i have complaint about this to 198 they have not clarified and considered my request.

                        This is not acceptable to us, this is not done once but will be happening for the many time to many people, but now i have collected the proofs by taking the screen shots from the mobile for your review and verification.

                        I request you to kindly fire a complaint on the telenor company, and charge the fine on this company.

                            I need to recharge my telenor account i check *234# displayed as recharge with 80 get r's. 90 talk time as soon as i recharge with r's 80 but talk time received only r's 65 then a i call customer care they said wait 48 hours your extra benefits will be credited. After 48 hours talk time not received then after i again call customer care they took my complaint and send mi a complaint no& said wait 72 hour again they didn't credit my account again i call customer care and resistor complaint they give me new complaint no and said wait 36 hours again they didn't credit talk time this situation again & again

                                  On 22 may 2016 my offer is showing recharge with 24 get 500 mb with 14 days validity then

                                  i was recharge with 24 rs (Through self activation *222*7*24) but i got only 250 mb data with 7 days validity after that after noon i called to customer care and asked they said yes u have offer extra benefit will activate with in 48 hours but even after 48 hours also benefit not activated.
                                  Plz solve my problem.

                                    It is very common issue with telenor/uninor mobile service provider that if in our mob some of balance they are automatic deducted amount and, without ant request automatic they are started any service. Every time need to call for amount reversal.

                                    Also there customer service very poor, lot of time can not connect with them. And there customer care executive also behaving badly

                                    In a month 10-12 time amount deducted from my mob.

                                    Meaning is very simple that if we are putting recharge balance in telenor sim, they are deducting amount,

                                    So we are going to raise complaint in consumer complaints.

                                      Dear sir

                                      I recharged my telinor no with rs31 on 14may at 14:19. Before recharging my no i checked my no's offer on *234#, it's shows rs10 tt & all call rates being rs0.30/min/sms, but company didn't gave rs10tt while other facility started.

                                      On same day i talked to company's customer care executive she (Monika) said extra benefits got within 72hrs. After 72hrs again i talked to company's customer care executive that day i talked to one senior executive mr. Ratnesh, he said i lodge your complain and it would be resolved within 36hrs or maximum 23may.

                                      Today (21may) i got my complain resolvation sms, in this sms company deny of giving rs10tt and simply inform that there is no offer on my no.


                                      But i have all call recordings, talking with company's customer care executive from very first day (14 may - 21may).

                                      So kindly draft my complain and advised me accordingly.

                                        I have telenor mobile [protected] in which incoming call are blocked when somebody call me phone is switched of tune message coming.I also lodged complaint in company nos are[protected]/[protected] still problem not resolved.
                                        I have also called on [protected] but phone not picked up as discuss with customer care I have visited telenor store mobile reparing center also changed sim but problem not solved
