Dear Sir,
My Mob No-[protected] which was in airtel network till 12/12/2012. I had joined it in uninor on 13/12/2012, this number was already in use but suddenly on 01/02/2016 all services of this number was stopped by telenor without any intimation.
i had contacted 198 from another telenor number, CC Executive had advised me to visit nearest telenor shop, so i had visited dehgam telenor shop on 03/02/2016 at 11.30 A.M. He had advised me to replace Sim Card and Resubmit Documents. so i followed this procedure and get new Sim for this Number and insert it in my mobile but no result problem was as it is.
Next day i visited dehgam telenor shop again on 04/02/2016 there i meet employee Mr. Aplesh who advised me to contact Mr. Mihir Patel on mobile number-[protected], when i called him about the issue he said me that so many telenor connections are running on my name so telenor had stopped services of your number and advised me to send application with details o[censored]sing telenor numbers and to re-submit fresh documents.
I had Sent application that 4 telenor numbers (1)[protected] Services Stop now (2) [protected] (3) [protected] (4) [protected] are using by me and my family members & request him to cancel all other telenor numbers if running on my name.
He had advised me to wait for 4 to 5 days. so i am waiting for re activation of my sim service.

i had also contacted telenor customer care through e mail Ref ID-666179 and 673300 but my problem is not solved since last 12 days.

i am requesting to telenor to restart Sim Services on my number [protected].

This number [protected] is my permenant contact. I am using it since November 2008. This number is registered with Aadhar card - State Bank of India - Dena Bank - Gujarat Electricity Board - Income Tax Department etc.
So it must be Re-activate
My sim services is Re-started on 24th February 2016 03:00 PM

      Dear team, please Deactive mobile gushup plan from my number [protected].
      Whenever I do recharge, it is deducting 30 rs for every 10 days . Please De activate. It. I have not opted for it anytime but it got activated automatically. Please Deactivate that.

      Hi Sailaja, as per our system check, your VAS service (MY MUSIC, Mobile Gupshup Pack) has been renewed on 22nd january & 26th January 2016 respectively. However, we have deactivated the service & you won't be charged for the same. Thanks.

        Sir
        I am user of telenor mobile services with my mobile no. [protected]. the company had made more than 10 calls for promotions between 1:46 pm to 3:23pm which made disturbances in my work. Due to this I made a DND request on 1909 at 3:05 pm.
        I used to block 10 different no. of the company between this time

            I deduct rs.129 from my account and activated from *234#. after deduction i got message scheme successfully activated. but i got only 25, 000 all india seconds and other seconds are not given yet. Customer care person says that you have to do it with *222*7*129# code. but this code is not mentionded in the *234# menu. so if i done with code its also customer problem, and done from pressing key also customer problem. so what can i do now. Recently i talk with Ms. Dipali in Telenor, I think this person is not suitable to telenor services.

                VAS service not deactivate so far although gave sms to stop service to 155223. i got message from u saying that we will deactivate this service in 24 hrs. but this not happened, besides u took 10 rs balance my account when i have recharged, taken 4-5 times, this is very ridiculous. when i call to customer care call does not connected to customer care..please take action asap.

                  Sir I recharged my telinor sim yesterday but I did not get the balance on my mobile even if I received the message. I have recharged my uninor number with 551 rupees. I also called to customer care and they said to wait 48 hours, it is a very long time and I have to do many urgent calls and I am having a lot of trouble so sir please help me in this matter

                    There was an offer that said if I recharge with Rs358, the talktime will be Rs.430.
                    But after the recharge, the talktime I received was only Rs.309.66.
                    So, either provide me with me talktime you advertised, i.e., add the remaining 120.34 or get this whole transaction reversed and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            Since the day I took the uninor sim (mobile no [protected]), every day some kind of services are automatically activated and balance is deducted without approval. I have tried to talk to the customer care but all they say that I would have been activating services myself. Every day I have to call the customer care to deactivate the services and every day my balance is finished because of this. So can u resolve this so that I can continue using uninor.

                              I recharged my phone ([protected]) about half an hour ago with Rs. 168 exclusive recharge through the telenor app. I entered my card details and the payment was successfully made. Then the app was redirecting me to the transaction details page but the page was blank. There was no message about the recharge being done. I checked my balance but no amount was credited to my account. I opened the app again and checked the past transactions but there was no detail of the transaction that was made.

                                      28 december se hi uninor se outgoing & incoming call karne par voice ruk ruk kar aa raha hai. Uninor me online or phone se bhi complain kiye to iska solution nahi hua ab tak. Complain kiye hur 30 din se bhi jayada ho gaya hai.
