I am user of telenor mobile services with my mobile no. [protected]. the company had made more than 10 calls for promotions between 1:46 pm to 3:23pm which made disturbances in my work. Due to this I made a DND request on 1909 at 3:05 pm.
I used to block 10 different no. of the company between this time...

Scheme not fully activated

I deduct rs.129 from my account and activated from *234#. after deduction i got message scheme successfully activated. but i got only 25, 000 all india seconds and other seconds are not given yet. Customer care person says that you have to do it with *222*7*129# code. but this code is not mentionded in the *234# menu. so if i done with code its also customer problem, and done from pressing key also customer problem. so what can i do now....

VAS service

VAS service not deactivate so far although gave sms to stop service to 155223. i got message from u saying that we will deactivate this service in 24 hrs. but this not happened, besides u took 10 rs balance my account when i have recharged, taken 4-5 times, this is very ridiculous. when i call to customer care call does not connected to customer care..please take action asap....

Recharge

I also called to customer care and they said to wait 48 hours, it is a very long time and I have to do many urgent calls and I am having a lot of trouble so sir please help me in this matter...

False offer advertising

There was an offer that said if I recharge with Rs358, the talktime will be Rs.430.
But after the recharge, the talktime I received was only Rs.309.66.
So, either provide me with me talktime you advertised, i.e., add the remaining 120.34 or get this whole transaction reversed and refund my money as soon...

I have tried to talk to the customer care but all they say that I would have been activating services myself. Automatically lost balance of ₹20

Yesterday on 24/01/2016 at 1:21PM, I got recorded call on my Telenor number [protected] & then I disconnected no. Suddenly ₹ 20 was deducted from my Balance.
I try to call 198 for complain but unable to do so.
Service activated is LOVKDISPN & I try to deactivate on 155223 but unable to do so. Please refund my deducted balance....
