I was travelling in a bus .I kept my phone in upper cover at bag.When I got down and cheked my phone then I didn't get my phone.So I am informing you for further miss use of that sim . I used that sim about one year .I have lost my phone on 28/6/2016 in Hyderabad. Kindely i request you to please block my no [protected] .

I recharged of rupees 25 two times but balance found 19.24 rs two times.

I have recharged 2G net pack of Rs.34 by the means of on line recharge on dated 19.06.16. But the same is not functioning. If I am opening net in our mobile then amount is being deducted from our balance. However net pack is already available. Request you to solve my problem. My mobile number [protected] from andhra pradesh we are very frustrated with deducting my balance automatically every month by activating some by telenor. It is cheating i lost nearly above 200 rupees from last six months.

Please take action on this otherwise i wo'nt use uninor and i spread this cheating to every one....

I received sms from telenor on 24/06/2016 at 6 pm. This sms says "recharge with 80 today & you will get talktime of rs. 85 (Rs. 67 + additional rs. 18)." then i recharged by rs. 80 after 1 hour. But i got only rs. 67 talktime. Extra rs. 18 talktime not given by telenor. So i make contact to customer care of telenor. Customer care says there is no offer like this. I am using Uninor I check offer by using *234# there was offer recharge with 17 get RS 17 and call 25 paisa local an STD 90 days but offer benefits not add after recharged I call to care they are telling me this offer is not for me.if offer is not for me why they are showing on my mobile no.

Today my cellphone was on the bed and suddenly a msg came with the information that your balance of (71rs) seventy one rupees have been deducted for the recharge of the tarrif that is i have registered dnd at my number against any call or msg from the company.

I had done recharge of 39 to my uninor mobile number [protected] on 4th of june 2016 at 5:00 am. Transaction was successful and amount deducted from my axis bank account. Payment reference number - [protected].
I had also contacted customer care executive of telenor( previously uninor) but after checking they say that recharge was not done. Please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible....
