[protected] is my mobile num..i lost the sim and my service was stopped...when i called that number.. person who took this numbee as new connection said..that he works for uninor and he took the service presently... actually my friends said that they are getting calls and messages with that number..plzzz block the service immediately .how this telecom service can provide the service which is already used...i request to take serious action on this incident...plz block the service so that no one can suffer

Hi sir my mobile no [protected] and i recently recharged with 599. I think i will get amount(500+)+benifits(free local telenor sec), but i got benfits only which are not usefull to me. beacause i have recharge for unlimite telenor to telenor up to 3 months and 25/m upto 3 months. can you role back my mount or chage that amount to main balace or chang that offer apply from next 2 months

      I was travelling in a bus .I kept my phone in upper cover at bag.When I got down and cheked my phone then I didn't get my phone.So I am informing you for further miss use of that sim .                 I have recharged 2G net pack of Rs.34 by the means of on line recharge on dated 19.06.16. But the same is not functioning. If I am opening net in our mobile then amount is being deducted from our balance. However net pack is already available. Request you to solve my problem. I am very puzzled to embracing this situation because paying money I am unable to use the net. If it is not possible to solve my problem, my online recharged amount of Rs. 34/- may please be credited in our account please. An early action is anticipated please.

                    I received sms from telenor on 24/06/2016 at 6 pm. This sms says "recharge with 80 today & you will get talktime of rs. 85 (Rs. 67 + additional rs. 18)." then i recharged by rs. 80 after 1 hour. But i got only rs. 67 talktime. Extra rs. 18 talktime not given by telenor. So i make contact to customer care of telenor. Customer care says there is no offer like this. But i asked how i received sms. But they can't explain. I requested to register a complaint about that. But they refused to register my complaint. So my complaint for rs. 18 extra talktime not provided to me by telenor.                       Dear sir
                      We would like to inform you that i am customer of telenor mobile no is [protected] . We have received one call from [protected] and told to us that giving the one offer tetenor to telenor 1000 minuts telenor to others 700 minuts free for 28 days without any deduction from our main balance, many time confirming by executive for this offer during the call one message received from 54334 for confirmation by us so we confirmed by sms for that offer as per discussed with that executive but after send the sms by us we have chcked the balance which deducted 197 rs from our main balance . This type of call very fake call from that number we request you to please take the corrective action with that executive and reverse our deducted rs 197 balance to us.

                        My father was taken uninor simcard ([protected]) for me because i have no any valid document at that time.

                        After some days my father was expired and by mistack my uninor simcard also lost.

                        During that time i was used this number for all international and goverment registration... Now i need that number because every time required this number for ot, pin, veryfication etc.. So what i am do for reissuing this number of sim card.
                        For this resion my educational scholership process also stoping that effect on my education careeir.

                        Sir i am hertly request to you pleaze help me and give me instruction for reissuing new card i am all document provide too. I am one middle class engineering student and never anyone like i stopped my education.

                          Telenor was always a good service provider but since last month I have observed a lot of call dropping, signal problems and regular disturbance from their telemarketing calls and sms, but on 22nd june 2016 I recharged for 30rs in emergency on my number [protected] but my balance was reduced to rs 2 as soon as I recharged, I called helpline several times they say it is due to some news updates sms service which i never applied for, now they are not responding and I have spent almost 8 rs in calling helpline which is now a days chargable shockingly...TELENOR PLS REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY...

                                        I had done recharge of 39 to my uninor mobile number [protected] on 4th of june 2016 at 5:00 am. Transaction was successful and amount deducted from my axis bank account. Payment reference number - [protected].
                                        I had also contacted customer care executive of telenor( previously uninor) but after checking they say that recharge was not done. Please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
                                        Uninor / Telenor customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
