I have purchased new sim (Prepaid).
Telenor is yet to activate the sim.
Further, when i try to reach customer care, they say please recharge and when i try to recharge, the recharge(S) transaction fails. This has happened twice.

What is going on?

Can any one help me out of this?

Or should i launch a complaint in consumer court?

A call was recived and balnace was cut..30 rupees cut for that activation which I dont want to activate. Please refund my balance and deactivate the service

    I have kept my cell in my pocket and when i unlock it i see a msg that say i loss my 25rs balance. Worst experience with telenor. I want my balance back. This company is a cheater. Mob no [protected]. Telenor please tell me how is this possible that i kept my cell in my pocket and my balance is zero. I request to you to refund my balance otherwise i will throw your sim. And request people to aware from telenor. Cheater telenor

        There was a time when Uninor was one of the best telecommunication network but after became Telenor you changed your policies and start charging by different ways. there is no notice that you are changing your policies. take my money for that notification which notify us a day before any pack going to expire, i have wasted hundreds of rupees just because this policy change.

          My wife is having Telenor sim and it was taken 8 years ago with ID proof of voter card. Now she lost the sim, so I went to the store to get a new sim. The representative told me that they need address proof and my wife has to come to the store and she has to sign the document to get a new sim card, otherwise they will not give the new sim. So when we both went to the store next day and produced the Adhaar Card to the representative she is not accepting that to give a new Sim, where as my wife's sign was matched and she came personally to get the sim, but the representative is telling that the address that we mentioned at the time of taking a new sim 8 years ago was not same as we submitted this time, that is why she simply rejected to give new sim. My question is that how can we live in the same address as it is rented home for so many years, we recently shifted to new home and we got new Adhaar card on that we had a new address, so now the representative is arguing that if we bring the old address proof then only she will give the sim. I told them the sign and photo ID are same and the customer came personally then why these people are not accepting to give a new sim. Nobody stay in the same address for 8 years or so in the rented houses. i want explanation about this from the Telenor Management.

            I am using my reliance no [protected] which was of Delhi circle. In the month of Jun 2015, I port my above no to Telenor, Ranchi. my No was successfully ported to Telenor Ranchi Circle but till now no any telenor network come to my mobile. Several No of times my documents have been submitted to telenor shop and Ranchi Area Telenor Administrator, but they are also unable to resolve the same. SIM have been also been changed by Telenor Shop boy mob no is [protected] and Ranchi Area telenor manager No [protected]. At last I contact to Telenor Patna Head Office and they are also unable to resolve the same. I am facing lot of problems due to not operational of my mob no [protected]. At last I approach you to resolve my issue, for this I will grateful to you. My alternate No is [protected].

                      I have been using Uninor./Telenor mobile service for the past 4 years now and the problem with poor signals is quite embarassing. In times of emergency we cannot make out calls to others despite having enough mobile balance nor can we be heard clearly due to these poor signals. Especially in our mansoorabad area the problem is more. Why cannot the top management pay attention to the persistent complaints about its service. If the problems continues like this it will end up losing its valuable customer base to other providers.

                          Hi, this is Narasimhulu, (telenor)[protected], As i have received an offer message from company on Mar 28 2016, as i recharged with RC14 so that i should get 500MB internet with 10 days validity as mentioned in the message which i received, so i used the internet by today morning, as i found that some money was deducted from number, but when i raised the complaint to the customer care they are saying that the offer is only for 3days, so i demand that i want my money back, so please consider this complaint and help me in receiving of my money back.

                            My wife is using cell no-[protected] so many time it will happen in past that without having much use of this no all balance will cut down from cell, so kinldy do needful in this regards, else I will bring this matter to Consumer Education Research Society, Ahmadabad to look in this matter, even I have requested DND for the same, I dont understand without having talk to anyone why my balance will cut down. so for this reason I will not able to put more balance on it and even now i will not use it. so my hubby no is -[protected], Kindly contact at this number,

                                Today(I.E 29th march 2016) i have recharged for rs 139/-(U2u unlimited for 90 days) and by mistake my brother also recharged for rs 64/-(U2u unlimited for 28 days) to mobile no: **********. I spoke to customer care for extending the validity.
                                But they have given weird response. And they are not connecting to their higher authorities also.

                                Could you please make sure that the validity should be extended or rs 64/- will be converted to talk-time. Waiting for professional response.

                                  I recharge rs 551/- dt 28.3.16 time 10.23 am. I called two time customer care but they are saying you don't have sufficient balance in main balance. I recharge main balance rs 10+11/- . but I don't get talktime against 551/-. Customer service saying your problem solved in 36 hr. That's very inconvenience to me & your service not satisfied.                                     I bought a sim 2 days ago. It did activate but is of no use as network is never available and from a day or so there is no network at all to even contact the customer care. Internet services are not activating. I was asked to dial a number but when I did so the reply was 'all your OG services are barred' i don't understand what it means or how to go about the problem. kindly look into the matter as soon as possible! Telenor kindly improve the quality of your services! things like these are a real headache! kindly respond as quick as possible!

                                      Please see the matter and refund my money
