Notification for pack expiration

There was a time when Uninor was one of the best telecommunication network but after became Telenor you changed your policies and start charging by different ways. there is no notice that you are changing your policies. take my money for that notification which notify us a day before any pack going to expire, i have wasted hundreds of rupees just because this policy change....

Dissatisfaction of customer care service

Today(I.E 29th march 2016) i have recharged for rs 139/-(U2u unlimited for 90 days) and by mistake my brother also recharged for rs 64/-(U2u unlimited for 28 days) to mobile no: **********. I spoke to customer care for extending the validity.
But they have given weird response. And they are not connecting to their higher authorities also.

Could you please make sure that the validity should be extended or rs 64/- will...

Not get recharge valve

Internet services not activated
