Hi Telenor Complaints Team,

This is SUBRATA, from JAMSHEDPUR, Telenor num-[protected]

The service telenor not satisfied in terms of customer care service..

Because of irresponsibility in providing the information to customer..

my balance got deducted for VAS services.. i have not subscribed for any VAS service..automatically my balance got deducted..from last two MONTHS got deducted..for renewal..of VAS service..

and i have called to Cusctomercare 198, but the call was dropped by customer care executive and 155223 number is dropped after saying startup note... so please help me out from this bad service..

Please check last call transactions to customer care..I was on the hold about to 15-20 min..is this correct process to give customer service..

please ensure and let me know the status..Hope i wll get response from you..

    Hi,

    My Husband Mr.Srinivas got a SIM from Telenor installed on one of his phones with a fancy no. [protected] but unfortunately lost the phone.We paid Rs2000 extra for that fancy no.When we asked for a new SIM the company is not giving it which is not fair.

      Dear sir/madam
      I got an offer on my number through *234# on 15 feb, 2016 i.e. 1p/2s+talktime of 32
      With the validity of 90 days at the recharge of 39.
      Same day I recharged my phone around 9 pm but i didnot get talktime of 32. Same day at 9:33pm i made a call at 198 and complained about it. Your telenor executive confirmed the offer and assure me that within 48 hours i will get this benefit.
      I waited for 48 hours & again called at 198 at 10:43pm on 17 feb but this time my request was refused by saying this clearly that there was no such type of offer for me. Till 43min, only one sentence(there is no such type of offer for you) was repeated without any reason or clearification.they made me fool and irritate by transfering my call here and there and answer was only(there is no such type of offer for you) . no other words.
      If my msg is going to right person, i would like to tell you this not happened once. It happened many time..
      I want to ask that telenor has this type of worse condition that it has to send fake offers or tell a lie through its executives.
      If no, So please go through my complain and give me benefit if 32 or refund my 39 rupees and take your benefits back.
      Try to improve telenor service.

        With out my permition Sport Service Activation sms & Charged Rs.1 . And als mentioned that it will be auto-renewed at a maximum Rs.30. Please Deactivate it. I have tired so many times Customer care num, sent sms to STOP this service.. but they are not responding !

          Dear Sir,

          I have two Telenor numbers on my name. One #xxxxxxxxxx activated on 20/11/2015 and another #xxxxxxxxxx activated on31/12/2015.
          I haven't subscribed for Sport Service Activation SMS even though I have got message that "Your Sport Service Activation SMS subscribed successfully" and deducted amount Rs30 from my balance. Later I have got one more message that "Your Sport Service Activation SMS going auto renewed on X date with chargeable amount Rs.30. To deactivate please dial XXXXX."
          I had missed to dial the number then amount was deducted again from balance.

          My request to Telenor, Please don't subscribe automatically this type of activations unless we request.

                Last month around Jan 20, A VAS Service, HotWorldMonthly, got activated on my number with out doing anything. I tried calling 155223, but it doesn't work. Then I sent an SMS (STOP) to 155223 to deactivate the service. I got options and replied to it. And also got confirmation that the service will be deactivated with in 4 hours, but it never did. And I did send another SMS STOP to 155223 and same thing happened for several times but they never deactivated. Lost nearly 60rs of talktime for this VAS. Neither SMS nor a call to 155223 didn't deactivate the service even after numerous attempts.

                Hi Mohan, your VAS service has been renewed on your number dated 20th January 2016. Therefore, we won't be able to refund your amount now. However, it has been deactivated & you won't be charged any further. Thanks.
                same problem to me..but no 1 take care of it..my mobile number:[protected]...am getting mad these dirty calls and sms from uninor...am not doing my work mproperly with nonsence calls and sms

                  Today 17/02/2016, i done the recharge online from www.Telenor.in at approx 6.30pm.first time i recharge from 128 and after that i done same time the recharge of rs 128, both the time the balance was deducted from my A/c.                             Sir from the day I purchase telenor sim, continue I have to face firstly your network even in full network I am unable to do clear conversation. But the main problem is that company continue auto activate many VAS services on my no. and take charges for that without my permission and even calling to your helpline no they cannot refund it and say that this was activated on your request whereas I have never requested for the same . It is very funny when I get it recharged the auto deduction for VAS stats even though I have not made any call. This is my @nbd time complaint on the same issue and there was no proper grievance redressal on the ealier complaint also as the same reason was told . I request you take strict discipliery action for such deductions unauthorisedly charged from the Balance. It nis has made me to minimise the use and recharge as morethan my call charges VAS charges are deducted and left with no option than to not recharge and use this Telenot No. Please look injto the matter urgently and refund my maount ofr the last month also and pl ensure that no such charges are deducted for future VAS like Adult Jokes as am old Man of 61 years and my children also see my mobile and read such useless and unwaranted nuisance, hope you will realise the gravity of the issue and your customers are scared of the hefty and undue VAS charges being deducted from their Balance.

                                  I spoke to uninor helpline agent and inform that unable to access the data. Inform all the details about the phone and he kept my phone on hold for 14 min from 12:10 am to 12:24 am and he apologize me OK done . But in between the call he was saying no response and he disconnected. While I am responding to agent and call disconnected from agent side..

                                  Poor experience no knowledge about data pack and unable to answer the query of the customer . Rating 0 .

                                      I have purchased Telenor sim in the month of December'2015 & I have recharged with full talk time two times. But today evening I have got SMS from Telenor that my number has been activated for " Mobile Gupshup" pack & Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance even though I didn't opt for any service. I didn't understand how the service provider activated the service & deducted money without my intervention.

                                      So you request you to take immediate action regarding the above matter & refund me the deducted amount ASAP. I hope for the positive result.
