My Husband Mr.Srinivas got a SIM from Telenor installed on one of his phones with a fancy no. [protected] but unfortunately lost the phone.We paid Rs2000 extra for that fancy no.When we asked for a new SIM the company is not giving it which is not fair....

For not getting telenor recharge benefit

Dear sir/madam
I got an offer on my number through *234# on 15 feb, 2016 i.e. 1p/2s+talktime of 32
With the validity of 90 days at the recharge of 39.
Same day I recharged my phone around 9 pm but i didnot get talktime of 32. Same day at 9:33pm i made a call at 198 and complained about it. Your telenor executive confirmed the offer and assure me that within 48 hours i will get this benefit.
I waited for 48 hours...

Last month around Jan 20, A VAS Service, HotWorldMonthly, got activated on my number with out doing anything. I tried calling 155223, but it doesn't work. Then I sent an SMS (STOP) to 155223 to deactivate the service. I got options and replied to it. And also got confirmation that the service will be deactivated with in 4 hours, but it never did. And I did send another SMS STOP to 155223 and same thing...

Today 17/02/2016, i done the recharge online from www.Telenor.in at approx 6.30pm.first time i recharge from 128 and after that i done same time the recharge of rs 128, both the time the balance was deducted from my A/c. But i dont get any balance on my no.[protected].so, plrase a request u to please see it And refund my money or my balance in my a/c....

I spoke to uninor helpline agent and inform that unable to access the data. Inform all the details about the phone and he kept my phone on hold for 14 min from 12:10 am to 12:24 am and he apologize me OK done . But in between the call he was saying no response and he disconnected. While I am responding to agent and call disconnected from agent side..

Poor experience no knowledge about data pack and unable to answer the query...

The VAS services like Activation o[censored]TreasureO, Timeless Music, etc., were activated yesterday and today without my consent/request. I tried to contact 155223 for deactivation and no response. I request you to kindly de-activate the VAS packs activate on my phone no.[protected].

Sim card services are stopped without any intimation
