I am using telenor mobile no[protected] .
Yesterday I got the message for activation of Fallow10 services on my mobile. I called called centre IVR and deactivated @11:30 on in the night. And I slept. When I wakeup in the morning again I got the same message of service activation Fallow 10. My net was also off.
When I again called customer care they are saying you have only activated. I have not touched the phone & net was also off.
How can mobile company activate the services and deduct amount from my account.
This is not the first time.
I am ready to go in court against telenor company. They really frustrated me.
Please stop people harassing.

      Sir, i am having uninor service from last three months.everyday i am getting lot of company calls and adv messages and i am getting lot of disturbance finally iwas communicated with cust care people for activation of DND service.since 21 dec-2015 on wards. first time they said with in 7 days u will get these service.after seven days again i called them they said sir u r de activated u service again u need to wait 7 days for activation after that again i called them for action of DND on 5-1-2016 thay said with in 7 days u will get . today i communicated with the cust care people thay are saying that sir u r de-activated u r DND service for Activation u need to wait after that again u should make a call for activation of DND service lot of problem i am facing with this people check the complaint do the need full to us my mobile no [protected]. Thank you

        I called to get my no[protected] varified but the executive responded in very absurd manner having told the same add he was asking again n again the same Worst experience ever i had Look like illitrate execitive are handling the dnt know how to read nd talk to consumer Whoever was talking to me i just want to devastate that budy. Worst response

          On 30 dec telenor give me offer on app telenor india that recharge with 50 or above u get 25 xtra valve.i rechagerd with 168 on 30 dec on [protected] but i have got normal balnce extra 25 rs not got I compalint many times but problem not solve

                      I bought uninor sim card yesterday, I was trying to call 59059 number for to activate my sim, but still it's not showing anything on screen, I 'm really not expected this kind of service from uninor, there is no proper response in their portal even, this is really unfair and unprofessional intact.

                      hi i have a uninor no. [protected] o[censored]P state but now i am in Delhi. since a long i havent got any recharege cener in delhi near mehrauli and i didnt get recharge. Unfortunately my sim got locked now do let me know how could i get the activation of my sim as i got the online recharge facilities from on of the near shops. If it is possible than do let it to activate, if not than i will be forcable to use another network sim. I hope for positive response and look forward for positive response as i already complains about my problems through mail and my complain ID: 1214035.

                              I have bought a sim for 50 Rs from one of the telenor store and its been 2 weeks but my sim is not activated and later i reached out to them they said there is some mismatch with proofs and at the same time i submitted the same proofs to airtel also to get my driving license both were processed but i am not sure what is wrong with telenor co, later again when i went to them they asked me to seect a new sim and i have taken that sim by submitting the proofs and i waited for 2 weeks but no use and i again i reached out to the telenor center they said again the proofs are problem. No Sorry bt TELENOR REALLY SUCKS!!! @@#@#$@#@##@

                                    On Date of 29/12/2015 i have try to calling customer support for deactivate the STAR 9 Copy from my Caller Tune. we have suggested me to Dial *444*777# and call was dropped by CSA and blocked me for 4 days... and today i was call up again for collect this details again but they have again tries that and blocked me... I Hate Uninor (Telenor)
