VAS being activated without consent / request

NDTV NEWS The message says that these services are being activated on my request. But I never made any such request. It is an absolutely fraudulent way to earn money from customers. Unnecessary balance was deducted from my no.[protected], on 17/11/2015 at 11:16:18 for International Roaming whereas I never leave my district headquarter. On queries no problem is resolved and unnecessary explanation is given by the provider....

Value added service (Vas)

Non activation of simcard
