Telenor has deducted Rs.15 for VAS service "Bidding Mania" on 21/11/2015 at 09:23:51pm without my knowledge and this is not the first time they keep on activate the VAS service by their own for 4 to 5 times per day and i have to call customer care each and every time for the refund but this time they have deducted the amount but didn't gave the refund and said that their server is down and asked me to call after 5 minute, when i called them after 5 min then they started rejecting my call and also didn't refunded the amount. Please take some strict action against telenor company...

    Hi, I am using telenor number [protected]. On this number following VAS have been activated without my request or consent:- 1. Kapil Comedy 2. Evergreen songs 3. TelenorMusicZone 4. NDTV NEWS The message says that these services are being activated on my request. But I never made any such request. It is an absolutely fraudulent way to earn money from customers. I hereby request you to kindly take this matter with the company and / or let me know how to complain to the company so that this matter can be resolved for once and all.       On 22nd Nov 2015, I recharged my prepaid number with Rs 39/- for FB + WatsApp + Data, now it’s 23rd Nov and it’s not working till now.
      Called 198 at (09:40 AM) to lodge a complaint regarding the same: Here the story begin:-
      1. “Damini”, received my call and keep saying that will help you and suggest
      Me to talk to the technical person, I asked her that I don’t need any technical
      Assistance I just want to lodge a complaint regarding the same, but she refused
      And ended up with “we can’t lodge your complaint or will not lodge”. And after
      Putting me on a loooooong hold she transferred the call to her so called senior.
      2. “Amrita”, call landed to amrita and she scared me saying that the Incoming, Outgoing and Data is closed for this number since 1st of Nov. Than where the hell is my balance being deducted. Apart from this she also keep telling me the service was close and she is opening it and it will take 4 hour MAX to resolve, again she also ended up with “we can’t lodge your complaint or will not lodge”. And again after putting me on a loooooong hold (it was longer then the last one) she transferred the call to her so called senior.
      3. “Hari Om”, the third person who fooled me and said system has issues and will take 5 hour MAX. Assured me that this will be resolved within 5 hour, but he also didn’t took my complaint” which was my very first concern.
      4. “Mithlesh” at 05:31 PM, he called and spoke some stuff and wanted my permission to UnBAD that data service stuff which was BAD earlier, WTF. Why the hell did I recharged and why the hell did I called earlier. He said he will open it and it will take 5 hour (again ).
      But as of now I can’t see it’s working, and my very first concern regarding lodging a complaint is still in cloud somewhere.

      A full day passed and till this time I haven't heard anything from Telenor/Uninor and not even the data pack activatied or should I say started working.
      Now I get it, why people were suggesting me not to tie with Telenor. But I think in India every Telecom provider has same problem. No one cares about customer, and if you complaint they keep crying their rules and conditions without listening you. They don't know how to serve customer, all they know is how to fool customer and blameing customer for their mistakes.
      A full day passed and till this time I haven't heard anything from Telenor/Uninor and not even the data pack activatied or should I say started working.
      Now I get it, why people were suggesting me not to tie with Telenor. But I think in India every Telecom provider has same problem. No one cares about customer, and if you complaint they keep crying their rules and conditions without listening you. They don't know how to serve customer, all they know is how to fool customer and blameing customer for their mistakes.

        Dear Team,

        From 21.11.15 my internet was not working. i have called in customer care o[censored]ninor/ telenor, the executive told me that it has been cut be the company and will restart after 4 hr, but still not activated and after the second call the executive ( girls) told me that it will activated after 11 pm on 21.11.15. on the same call i have spoken with the senior manger he also told me that is will activated after 11.

        But still me internet ere not working and know i cant able to make call to customer care they have block my no.

        Due to Telenor server down why should customer suffer its there mistake

        please help me and resolve this issue ASAP

            Unnecessary balance was deducted from my no.[protected], on 17/11/2015 at 11:16:18 for International Roaming whereas I never leave my district headquarter. On queries no problem is resolved and unnecessary explanation is given by the provider.

              My telenor simcard shows emergency and sometimes it appears as telenor on the screen my no. is [protected] so it is hereby confirmed to register my no. once again.i already have complaint about this. i am a bulk user of telenor. if i have been given these negative responses i have to approach any other telecom.

                  Today i.e. 21/11/2015 i received a message from UE-650099 " Telenor offer - STV99=300Local/STD Min val 28Din+300T2T Min val 7Din dial*222*7*99#". But when i dial the no. Rs.99 has been deducted from my main balance and received the message from UW-BNIFIT " Dear customer, Rs99=300Loc/STD 28 Days & 300T2T 7Days has been activated on your number. When i dial *121# to know the actual free minutes given by the company the reply is 300Min STD val till 00.01 12/12/2015. 6Days less than the offer.

                    My telenor nuber is [protected] today on 20/11/2015 my balance unnecessarily debited 10/- without my intervention to activate vas. I send a message for deactivation it is deactivated but 10/- amount not credited to my mobile balance. Please do needful.

                        Dear my name sunny. This is my telenor ( uninor) [protected] number from ahmedabad, gujarat, before 3-4 days ago i called on custober care and close all my vas & other all services. Today between 9 to 11 a.M i got flash message 30rupees diducted for hanuman chalisa. I called once at that time and compain about that how can this service activated. And he repay me you got a call and activeted by you. And after 40 to 50 second he also replied me that its auto renew. So in both way he lie with me. So i request you that please close that service and refund me. Because i dont want any services. I am genuine customer of your company. So you you do like this. I complain all in india level. So i request clear this as soon as possible. Thank you sunny soni

                          I nootan kagalwala has recharge my prepaid telenor mobile no [protected] through you on 18th nov 2015 under special recharge of rs 39 under which talktime of rs 20 and 0.25 ps minutes for 90 days. But co hasn't recharge it yet and they charge me re 1 per minute. So please look in to the matter.

                            To day I checked my offers by using no. *234# there is offer on recharge of 87=1.5gb data and 87 local minutes for 28 day . Then I call at customer care no.198 for confirmations near about 12:25 PM after confirmation I recharged my mob no. [protected] but I received only 1.5GB data but no talk time. After some time I again called 198 then customer care executive said that offer is valid and talk time will be added in your account after some time but talk time is added ; then i again call at 198 in evening near about 7PM then customer CARE officer said that there was no such type offer. Please solve my problem for clarification you can check my call details .

                              I have purchased a telenor simcard from telenor store on22nd october and submitted relevant documents on same day.on inquiry about non activation i was asked submit copy of pan card and later a fresh photograph and finally i was asked to sign in blue ink as the earlier sign was in green ink.till to date activation was not done.i am tired of visiting telenor store every other day.

                                  On 11/13/2015 they deducted vas charges for Rs20 for 20 days &10 for music charges with out acceptance of customer &also they given toll free no 155223, 52555 for deactivate the schemes. but these nos are not working, my phone no [protected] &MY name is m sudhakar reddy .this is not the first time it happen four times, hence i request for this company give toll free no for such complaints/abuse for their satisfaction

                                      Today i got a message like offer, so i tried to recharge, at that time it displays CONNECTION ERROR OR MMI CODE INVALID... so that i tried 5 times, every time it displays same error . so that i called to customer care, they told like you are recharged 5 times . so that it will charged and not possible to refund back. This is not a correct process... This is Network error or telenor MMI CODE service problem, but i faced problem, and service representatives told its your(my) mistake... This is the problem i faced, so that i decided to complaint against TELENOR service... I never faced this type of fraud in teleservices... Worst service. So that i decided change my network also.
